I really enjoy coming here because they also have absolutely delicious vegetarian and vegan burgers! The fries are also awesome, nice and crispy and salted just right. Add a soda and everything is fine :) The meat eaters have all been enthusiastic about their burgers so far and the children always find something on the kids menu. The menu prices for adults are absolutely fine at lunchtime, but things quickly get expensive in the evening. But you can sit upstairs in the evening and still have the cool ambience. The service staff here are really very friendly and attentive. They also seem to have a good working atmosphere, which you can tell when they interact with each other. In short, you can feel very comfortable here and I can only recommend Burgerheart :)

The fries were also tasty and made for a perfect complement. In terms of price, the Burger Heart may be a little higher, but it is definitely justified for the quality on offer. The service was also excellent - despite our table being at the far end of the restaurant, the staff were friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a delicious burger in Karlsruhe, Burger Heart is definitely worth a visit, even if you don't have such a lavish meal often. I will definitely come back and maybe try a different burger next time.

I recently visited the burger restaurant “Burgerheart” in Karlsruhe. The Triplecheese Burger was well prepared, juicy and topped with three different types of cheese. The fries were very crispy. We also ordered a selection of dips that went well with the taste. The restaurant's interior was reminiscent of a jungle, which created an interesting atmosphere. Overall, a really recommendable restaurant!

I find the prices very steep. However, the burgers taste very good. What bothers me a bit is the fact that you have to eat on serving trays. And these don't stay still because they are bent.

Overall a good alternative to Hans im Glück. The food was very tasty and the portions were fair. Only the staff could be a little friendlier. The lady wasn't rude, but she wasn't friendly either and unfortunately she tipped a euro too much when paying. Furthermore, I don't think it's good that you can only get a 0.2 liter drink for children in the menu. If you only want to order one drink for children, you have to order 0.4L directly, half of which just has to be thrown away anyway.

The selection here is gigantic, everything on the menu sounded really worth trying. The burgers we finally chose were delicious, especially the asparagus burger, but not something to blow our minds off. The ginger lemon lemonade was a real highlight, really refreshing and perfectly balanced between fresh and sweet. Unfortunately, the salad with asparagus was rather average. The fries were very crispy, really good, but overall a bit too salty towards the end of the portion. The aioli, mayo and truffle mayo were very tasty, unfortunately the guacamole was nothing, it tasted like the avocado was already too brown for it and the guac was also way too sour. So we had it returned, which was very kindly accepted and we also received a replacement dip (chili cheese) without any problems, which was quite tasty, but would definitely have been a lot better warm. The onion rings were really tasty, I can highly recommend them! Overall, the service staff were very friendly, but sometimes not very attentive and you sometimes had to wait a little longer. We sat outside on benches (without backrests) under umbrellas, which was okay, the atmosphere inside was absolutely great, so great and modernly decorated and there was good music playing. Overall, we are just so satisfied with the price-performance ratio and would probably come back again given the opportunity and try the other burgers and the loaded fries.

Die Auswahl hier ist gigantisch, es klang alles auf der Speisekarte echt probierenswert. Die schließlich ausgesuchten Burger waren lecker, vor allem der Spargelburger, aber nicht zum aus den Socken hauen. Die Ingwer-Zitronen-Limo war ein echtes Highlight, richtig erfrischend und perfekt ausbalanciert zwischen frisch und süß. Der Salat mit Spargel war leider eher durchschnittlich. Die Pommes waren sehr knusprig, richtig gut, aber insgesamt dann Richtung Ende der Portion etwas zu salzig, die Aioli, Mayo und Trüffelmayo waren sehr lecker, die Guacamole war leider nichts, die hat geschmeckt, als wäre die Avocado dafür zu braun gewesen und zusätzlich noch viel zu sauer. Daher haben wir diese zurückgehen lassen, was aber sehr freundlich angenommen wurde und wir haben anstandslos einen Ersatzdip erhalten (Chili-Cheese), der ganz lecker war, aber warm bestimmt nochmal um einiges besser gewesen wäre. Die Onion Rings waren richtig lecker, kann ich sehr empfehlen! Insgesmt waren die Servicekräfte sehr freundlich, aber teilweise nicht so aufmerksam und man musste etwas länger warten. Wir saßen draußen auf Bänken (ohne Rückenlehnen) unter Sonnenschirmen, was okay war, die Atmosphäre drinnen war absolut mega, so toll und modern eingerichtet und es lief gute Musik. Insgesamt sind wir mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gerade so zufrieden und würden wahrscheinlich bei Gelegenheit nochmal wieder kommen.

Ansonsten war alles super und wir kommen gerne wieder, die Süßkartoffel Pommes sind sehr zu empfehlen mit verschiedenen Dips. Gut finde ich auch dass man die Möglichkeit hat statt zwei Portionen Pommes eine große für zwei Personen zu bekommen

We redeemed a NeoTaste voucher; 1 free burger is a really good deal. Ambience quite harmonious. Good music, but a bit loud, perhaps due to the happy hour and the busy restaurant. All in all, pretty satisfied. A truly extraordinary blast was missing, but I would come back.
