Burger me softly in Berlin

Food hasn’t arrived after 3 hours of waiting. Called 3 times and they told me everytime that my food was on the way. What an absolute joke

The order did NOT arrive at all. totally scam. Waste of time and money. Never again.

Everything has already been said here!! Unfortunately I saw it a little too late. Takes forever. So really FOREVER. When you call they say very rudely that the food is out. They also have no problem yelling at you. Stay away as long as you can!

ordered at 6:00 p.m. delivered at 7:45 p.m. At 7 p.m. they said the courier was already on the way. same at 7:30 p.m. Distance is 6 minutes by bike. The food was also wrong. It can't taste that good to compensate for the poor service. never again.

Unbelievably bad! Waited forever and then got the worst chili cheese fries of my life. Mushy, the extra cheese and already stuck in the plastic bowl, crushed chili peppers between the fries. And for 2.50 about 2 teaspoons of guacamole.

Most terrible experience ever!!! I had pre-ordered 2 hours in advance for a Sunday. The burgers had already been paid for via PayPal. When the burgers still hadn't arrived more than an hour after the stated delivery time and I couldn't find a phone number anywhere, I made my way to the store. However, there was only an apartment building there, not a burger shop. In the meantime, the burgers arrived at home (at my fiancé's). The driver hypocritically excused himself with some alleged suspension. Which wasn't there because I had walked the route. But who knows where the store really is? When I got home I found a cold, soggy burger. The patty was crumbled (how you can do that? I have no idea). All in all just a disgrace!

Super tasty burgers. 🍔 Delivery time was very fast. Had a delivery time of 60 minutes. Actual delivery time was 30 minutes. Ordered via Lieferando. It was really great. 😄

Waited 1 1/2h for cold raw burgers and soft wobbly fries. Never again.

What happened? The quality of the food has taken a 180 degree turn for the worse and the waiting time has doubled!

Saftige Burger mit leckeren Belägen. Lieferant nett, Burger leider etwas kühl...sonst sehr zufrieden! Erneut bestellt und dieses Mal vom Trüffel Burger sehr begeistert. Chili-Chees-Pommes leider etwas zu wabbelig. Gestern schneller als angegeben zwei heiße, gut gebratene Burger bekommen. Pommes schön knusprig. Lieferung immer über Lieferando!!! NIE Probleme darüber gehabt.
