Far too expensive and no ordering and collection possible via app.

Could be a little cleaner. It was in the morning when there wasn't much going on and the floor was already pretty dirty.

Unfortunately I can't describe much, the food at Burger King is getting worse and worse. The chain used to be my favorite snack bar. It's a shame.

One star is already too many!! Very dirty tables, when I asked if I could please get a napkin so that I could clean the table myself, the staff then combed without any sound and of course only cleaned this table instead of the ones next to it. From the food: fries still half frozen, burger cold, lettuce leaf you could tell that it was very old (wrinkled and dark green). Fanta, non-carbonated cola. In any case, we will never come here again and advise everyone not to do so. Not to mention the fact that it has become very expensive and the quality is amazing!

I ordered the Long Texas BBQ and there was no BBQ and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture. Where's the BBQ?

So the employees are just bad, unfriendly and have a bad aura, the food is just not good and the cola doesn't have any ice cubes for the price, it's too bad, the fries are cold and the burger is also cold and doesn't taste good. I ordered a suer cream duo with it and it wasn't included. I asked the employees if I could still get it and they said I hadn't ordered one and I even had the receipt. The worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to

Standard Burgerking, unfortunately really a bit out of the way and a bit run down.

My wife and I had food poisoning after the visit. The Waldraff team should go there.

Either the quality of Burger King has completely deteriorated, or only in this restaurant! What you see in the pictures doesn't correspond in the slightest to what you get slapped on the burgers... even in terms of taste it's pretty far behind now! I would also have liked to disinfect my hands, in times of Corona there were disinfectant dispensers every 3 meters - not a single one in the store today! When I asked the staff, of course they didn't understand me, there was probably a dispenser for disinfection in the disabled toilet - and of course it was empty 😂🤦🏼‍♂️

Food as always, the technology (payment system with card) fails every now and then so you have to wait a little longer, but otherwise everything was great

Orders actually only go through the terminals, but the system wasn't working properly during our visit. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine was also broken. However, we had a very capable senior employee who compensated for the "problems" effectively and satisfactorily.

I wanted to quickly get something for the children on September 6th, 2024, but unfortunately nothing came of it. There were only 2 employees who were very overwhelmed because the system or the screen and therefore the order recording didn't work. The people at the drive in were trapped and couldn't get out because they were surrounded by cars and you had to wait about 50 minutes for your order, which had already been ordered and paid for.

Disaster. People don't get anything done. You wait forever for food. The employees have absolutely no idea who gets what. Drive-in stands for over 25 minutes without anything happening. Once and never again!

Worst staff ever! We waited over an hour for our order. Completely understaffed. That doesn't work at all!!! Food was then cold - thanks for NOTHING.

Decent ,friendly workers it was clean as the WC were also very clean The playground outside were clean The food service was fast and organised The worker helped me with bringing the food out side to the family There were enough park places We driven from vorarlberg till Wangen to get such a service that we require and we are happy about for sure we will do it again

The order itself took longer than its preparation. Food ok, clean.

Very dirty establishment, sticky floor, dirty tables and chairs. The presence of the manager/owner left much to be desired. Spoiled drink and the meat seemed like it was not fresh. We left the meal to finish and left. I DO NOT recommend it.

Parking spaces directly at Burger King could be a little more.

Unfortunately only a maximum of 2 stars. Because: they have remodeled it and it has become very uncomfortable and the all you can drink is unfortunately also history. It's been in there 3 times since then, 2 times too little was poured (a good 1 cm below the calibration mark) and unfortunately it's room temperature and there are no more Cola and Fanta ice cubes. And the new change like at McDonald's is also taking a long time. Only with the competition everything works MUCH better. It's actually a shame that things have been improved so much for the worse. I tried it 3 times in 2 months, always the same grief game. If the staff hadn't been so nice every time, I would have only given one star. I recommend everyone to avoid this place unless you like waiting time and warm sports drinks 😜 It's better to go directly to McDonald's opposite or Subway at the Argenbühl Center Update 2024: Eating now takes at least 8-10 minutes even though there's hardly anything going on (I'm waiting again at the moment) The ice cube machine has been broken since the beginning of the year... well who needs a cold drink in August because now the cooling system on the tap is apparently also defective (Spezi pisswarm). It's better to avoid this location... too bad!

Ordering is only possible by appointment, especially when there is a lot going on and there is quite a waiting time involved. Staff not necessarily motivated. Feels like one of the worst Burger King there is.. That was the last visit for us.

Well, it depends on who is on duty at the moment... From completely ok to missing parts, cobbled together burgers or cold fries. BUT, you can also be lucky and everything will work out! Therefore neutral rating for this branch.

Unfortunately there was no ice cream so we went to mccs afterwards and got ice cream there.

It took the workers all of 18 minutes to hand me a children's menu. There wasn't even the right drink to go with it because it was sold out.

The food tastes like any Burger King, but unfortunately the staff is very unmotivated and only understands what they want!!! My daughter was deducted two cheeseburgers even though she wanted two simple hamburgers without anything. When I asked, I was told she didn't know what she wanted 🤔 "well, two burgers without anything". The service employee replied, now it doesn't matter anyway, they've already been eaten... Bacon on our “Bacon Lover” burgers were not fried but rather flaky. When I complained about it, the unfriendly gentleman behind the counter said that's how it should be. When I pointed out the photo to him, where you can clearly see that the bacon is fried and crispy, he said the photos are just of plastic burgers. If we hadn't already paid, we wouldn't have eaten the burgers. There can be no question of enjoyment...

Nice staff. Very trying. Unfortunately the ice cube machine is broken. Even without ice cubes, my Coke is cold at other branches. It also tastes stale. Same thing on another visit. Annoying. A case for Team Wallraff from RTL?

No operation, the ordering machine is confusing and complicated. Staff uninterested. It was too stupid for me. I'd rather go to McDonald's, at least you'll get friendly service at the counter. It's better to pay one euro more for human service!

Well, Burger King, although King is the wrong name. The furnishings are dreary and loveless and dingy. The service is visibly unmotivated and only says the bare minimum. The burgers tasted ok but nothing more. Prices are definitely too expensive for the quality and ingredients. The decay is more visible

been there on and off for years. There are enough parking spaces, as well as seating options, the Burger King branch is clean and tidy, only an extremely cramped men's toilet, but otherwise nothing to complain about, good branch!

We were very positively surprised today. There wasn't much going on, so after ordering we were allowed to sit at the table and the (I assume) team leader brought us our food. Before that, he came outside and gave the table a fresh wipe because it was full of pollen. Super friendly service in a fast food restaurant. This has to be mentioned positively!

We were here last week, we stopped by on Sunday evening, we were amazed by absolutely everything! 1. The food was exceptionally tasty 2. We made an additional order, and when it was prepared, since there were few people there, the cashier himself brought our order to the table, it was very nice! The shift that worked on Saturday was simply the best!!! It would seem like fast food, but the service was better than in some local restaurants!)

Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. We got the food from MC Drive. The cola warm. The food wasn't even lukewarm. That was the last time. Cheeseburgers were cold. Then I gave the Coke back and people rolled their eyes. Hy, your food is no longer a bargain. A Cola costs almost 4 euros. Is it too much to ask for decent food and drink? And I was friendly. Something like that doesn't work at all. Roll your eyes at the customer. 🙈 I'm never coming back.

It's crazy how it gets worse every time. Cola and Fanta were no longer carbonated at all and tasted more like water. In addition, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and we had to wait forever. At first they wanted to give our order (takeaway) to someone else and set it up for eating on site. In the end it was rebagged. I won't even go into the other stories. The kitchen also looked very unhygienic.... We were probably here for the last time.

Went to Burger King in Wangen today and ordered 5 Crispy Chicken as it currently costs 1.99 euros. At the counter we were then charged 1.99 euros 5 times. After about 2 minutes the gentleman came and cheekily told us that next time we have to say that we want the Crispy Chicken on offer, otherwise we will charge the regular price. Sorry, but what's this joke? Since when do customers have to tell employees what's on offer???? Never experienced it! Now I'm wondering, if the Crispy Chicken is on sale, do you get worse ingredients??? A complaint was also sent to Burger King. Because we don't tolerate this kind of behavior! From now on NEVER AGAIN Burger King and only McDonalds! Maybe it would be better to hire new employees who have an idea!!!!!

Ordering took forever, even for a Burger King. Fast food = none.

Absolute mess! I was in the branch today with my girlfriend (she eats 100% vegetarian). My girlfriend ordered a plant-based Kansas City Chiefs burger without cheese - I eat meat myself. After five minutes, my friend comments that she imagines the burger tastes "weird." I was able to tell her the reason straight away: both patties in the burger were meat patties and NOT vegan. It was a bit of a nightmare for my friend because she had already eaten a few bites. The fact that Burger King still wants to do something like this after all the scandals last year is absolutely devastating. I'm now skipping the completely warm cola completely - for free. The saleswoman gave me the money back for the burger, but she clearly wasn't particularly interested in it at all, there was no apology and my friend was very polite. If we were in the USA, a store like Burger King wouldn't dare to do something like that because it would be very expensive. In any case, I hope that the branch will be examined soon, and an email will definitely be sent to the health department.

Ich mag Burger King gerne,aber zum ersten Mal nicht zufrieden.Cola war warm&keine Eiswürfel,Pommes waren kalt genau wie die Burger.Wurde nicht gefragt ob ich eine Sauce zu den Pommes will.schade den gehe gerne da hin wenn ich Hunger darauf habe.

The fast food at Burger King ist as always delicious. The service is much better in comparison to the years before. The food was ready quickly. The restaurant also looks cleaner than before. The restroom was VERY clean. The food tasted very good and hit the spot in my empty belly!!

Das Personal war freundlich. Das Essen war OK. Klimaanlage vorhanden (nicht überall so)! Das war angenehm bei dem heißen Wetter. Toiletten waren sauber, Klopapier hat auf der Damentoilette gefehlt. Das Essen wurde uns freundlich an den Tisch gebracht. Bei den Getränken hat Kohlensäure gefehlt. Im Gespräch mit Betreiber/Besitzer hat man mir mitgeteilt, dass aktuell ein Teil für die Getränkeanlage fehlt. Das kann passieren, allerdings hätte ich dann gerne den Hinweis bei Bestellung. Durch die fehlende Kohlensäure wirkt das Geränk warm. Eis würde es dann nur noch mehr verwässern. Das fehlende Klopapier habe ich angemerkt. Hier hat man gleich neues Klopapier nachgelegt. Hier fehlt wohl auch eine Lieferung von den großen Rollen, daher wir aktuell haushaltsübliches Toilettenpapier nachgelegt (was immer sehr schnell aus ist) > aber dann muss ich eben häufiger kontrollieren. Wir waren Anfang August 2023 vor Ort. Die Bewertungen vor uns schnitten auch nicht gut ab. Interessant wäre also, ob die Bewertungen nach uns (wenn Getränkeanlage wieder funktioniert Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto gestaltete sich als Abenteuer, denn hier ist gerade Baustelle und das Navi kann man nahezu vergessen. Das Restaurant ist aktuell von der Hauptverkehrsstraße abgeschnitten und kann nur "hintenrum" erreicht werden. (Anfang August 2023) Ich werde die Bewertungen in ein paar Monaten nochmal kontrollieren, da mich die Entwicklung interessiert. Ich bin keiner der gleich nur 1 Stern vergibt. Das ist nicht sachlich. Daher meine ehrliche Bewertung mit jeweils der Begründung dazu. Essen: ⭐⭐⭐ (Whopper wurden zwar frisch gemacht, haben sich aber nicht so warm angefühlt wie gewohnt) Getränke: ⭐⭐ (Kohlensäure fehlt, Getränke dadurch warm) Toilette: ⭐⭐⭐ (sauber, es fehlte aber Toilettenpapier) Parkplatz: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (ausreichend vor dem Restaurant vorhanden) Personal: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (war freundlich, ich vermute Betreiber/Besitzer) Klimaanlage: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (vorhanden, Raum war klimatisiert) Insgesamt vergebe ich aktuell 3 Sterne, da das Essen und die Getränke eine höhere Gewichtung haben.

Burger King ist nicht mehr das was es Mal war. Burger King denkt auch die sind ein 5 Star Restaurant. Preise, übertrieben.

Ein kleiner Burgerking wo aber immer auf Qualität geschaut wird, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Gegenüber anderen burgerkings hat hier nie die frische gefehlt.

Mir zuviele nicht Fließend deutsch sprechende Mitarbeiter da ! Nein kein Rassismus ! Sonst Ok.

Das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Pommes waren etwas zu salzig und bei dem Getränk (Fanta) war keine Kohlensäure drin.

War mit meinem Sohn (5) dort, weil in der Werbung mit Marvel Spielzeug geworben wurde. Kurz und knapp es handelt sich um einen Pappkarton in Farbe den man faltet. Müll eben. Chicken gab's 4 im Kids Menue.. Zu wenig. Pommes sind lecker. Mein doppel Whopper war sehr lecker auch die chilli cheese fries Kann man gut Essen. Die sanitären Anlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen... Da könnte man echt was machen. Parkplätze gehen. Es gibt auch ein Drive Inn. Es gibt eine Kunststoffrutsche für Kinder. Du hörst beim rutschen die statische Aufladung.. Der Junge hat mehrmals eine gewischt gekriegt. Ihm hats trotzdem gefallen. Ich hatte ne Coke... Bisschen mehr Kohlensäure wär gut gewesen. Ich finde eure Burger immernoch leckerer wie beim anderen Club... Allerdings nicht so gut, dass ich deswegen 45km von mir aus fahre. Ihr wart mal "King". Hebt euch aber mittlerweile nicht mehr deutlich von anderen ab. Was sehr schade ist. Ich bin mit dem Essen zufrieden und komme wieder.. Irgendwann

Freundlich, schnell, warmes Essen.

Naja ich hatte nicht von jedem der da Arbeit den Eindruck das er gerne arbeitet viel gerade fand ich nicht sehr gut

Wir wurden heute sehr enttäuscht, die Patties im Doppel Whopper Menü und Mozzarella Lovers salzlos, die Cola lauwarm und ohne Kohlensäure. Da einzig wirklich gute waren die Pommes.

Ausschließlich SB Bestellung möglich, hektische Atmosphäre, lange Wartezeit, trotz mäßiger Auslastung.

Selten so ein frischen Burger gegessen . Das Chicken im Burger war so heiss das ich „langsam“ essen musste ….

Es war mal ein schönes Fast Food Lokal leider alle Mitarbeiter schlechte Deutsch Kenntnisse , Pommes ungesalzen ,Nuggets kalt und Cola ohne Kohlensäure ( schall und abgestanden). Verständigung nicht möglich da BK keine Qualität auf Personal setzt . Günstig war einmal ein Menü das vor 2 Jahren bei 8.99€ lag kostet nun 12.99€ dafür geh ich nun lieber in ein original Restaurant
