It was our first time here and we were greeted unfriendly at the drive-in counter (July 31, 2024, 9:00 p.m.). After we waited 15 minutes for a €45 order (1 car in front of us), our consumption vouchers, which are still accepted by Burger King on the corresponding homepage, were rejected. The unfriendly hint "I'm the shift manager and I'm telling you they're not valid" was the highlight. The answer to the question since when came yesterday. When pointed out that it was still accepted on the homepage, it was still refused. Not recommendable. We won't be coming back. Attached is the corresponding proof from the homepage which indicates the burger restaurants that accept the vouchers.

Today, June 28th, 2024, absolutely catastrophic. Order terminal crashed 5 times. Ordering at the checkout is not possible. Then they fuss about why you're at the terminal 5 times. After this troubleshooting, which cost us 45 minutes and the terminal was frozen at the end, we canceled the visit. The store was completely overcrowded due to these incidents, which didn't just happen to us. Absolutely disappointed.

Been there twice, didn't even get what was ordered, something was always forgotten, what you got was so messed up that you had to put it together yourself so you could eat it. The waiting times for orders in the drive are terrible.

All these bad reviews show how few people have ever worked in the catering industry. Typically Germany, spreading hate wherever possible. I think the branch is great! The only branch nearby that is really clean and where you feel comfortable. I fully understand that it can take longer. And if something is missing, I speak up and get what I want straight away. The employees don't speak German very well, but they still understand you, which is why I can't really understand all this hatred. They are always friendly, can at least say hello (which many Germans can no longer do) and have always helped me directly with problems. The fact that you can only order via vending machines is now standard at several fast food chains. Complaining about it is really ridiculous. Do you know how stressed some of them are? Some humanity would really be appropriate in this generation! I always like to come back.

I was the only car on the trip and waited 20 minutes for two small burgers. This is the second time I've waited so long for a small order. I don't recommend it

I'll keep it brief - you rarely see a friendly employee there or say thank you and please or hello and goodbye. When I ordered a children's menu with my children, they didn't ask what kind of toy the children wanted, but simply placed an ugly cup on the counter. It was Kung Fu Panda. When I asked, they just shook their heads silently. They could at least point this out before the order was completed; the children were very disappointed. My son even said that he wanted to go to McDonald’s again next time. One customer and two future customers less if you can afford it.

Close the shop! Everything takes far too long, it's no longer fast food but slow food... Better for us citizens and better for all employees. Thanks

Catastrophe!! The cola tasted like stale chery cola, when asked it was supposed to be normal cola. The nuggets said plant based on the bag, when asked it said no, it just said they were normal nuggets. Taste of the nuggets, soggy and mushy. The mayo tasted like vinegar, the fries were old. The cheeseburger, well, edible but nothing more. Language skills of the staff are almost zero. She couldn't say €23.26, someone else had to come. This was Burger King's last chance, never again!

My friends and I have stopped going there since the Freestyle Cola machines are no longer available. The store has shot itself out of business.

I can now give it 5 stars with a clear conscience. When we were there, it wasn't that crowded. Order entered at the terminal and went smoothly. The preparation was also quick and we were able to pick up our food after a few minutes. The employees are all nice so far. The restaurant was clean.

I go into the branch and wanted to order a burger. Go to the machine and want to choose my drink. No Coke. What kind of fast food restaurant is this without Coke? When asked, the employee, who was in such a bad mood, replied that they didn't have any cola, only cherry. But as soon as she said it, she walked away again. But it was at least halfway clean. A pity! With such a large fast food chain you could have hoped for more.

It used to be better. Employees try hard but qualifications look different. Deliveries are always wrong and the waiting time is already very long.

The worst branch in NRW (in my opinion). Nowhere else do you wait longer at BK than here, even when there is minimal traffic. Permanently understaffed. The employees can't help it and feel the frustration just because the operator obviously has an allergy to necessary personnel costs. Never waited less than 30 minutes from ordering to receiving. PS I only ordered a Big King and it was cold and half of the sauce + salad was next to the burger.

I have ordered 2 cheeseburger, French fries and a coke for approximately 6 euro. French fries and the coke were okay. The cheeseburgers were very disappointing. Even if we are talking about less than 7 euro, the quality should be good in any case.

Since you have to order on the screen, things don't run smoothly at all. Waited 30 minutes for the food and the employees don't wear gloves while preparing it, grabbing each other's noses several times. Where else is this hygienic? The competition can do that better and Burger King won't see me again.

I tried to order something at the Burger King Oer Erkenschwick, where I was told to please order at the drive-in counter, the Burger King wasn't full at the time, so I didn't do that and left without ordering anything.

35 Minuten Wartezeit beim Drivethru, die pommes vergessen, und nochmals 5 Minuten....

Mit Abstand der schlechteste BurgerKing Chicken McNuggets waren Sehr dunkel und dazu noch sehr trocken ..Soße zu den Nuggets durfte man sich nicht aussuchen so habe ich zu meine Nuggets Vegane BBQ Soße bekommen und Vegane Curry Soße bekommen.

Sehr lange Wartezeit (30 min)trotz Bestellung am Terminal. Vor uns waren 4 andere Bestellungen.Essen war dann teilweise kalt und auch nicht alles da was bestellt war.

Essen ist heiss u die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich was man in anderen Filialen nicht so erlebt .Da is meist das Essen immer kalt.

Fast Food ist die falsche Bezeichnung. Lange Wartezeiten bei Lieferung. Teilweise nicht mehr warme Burger. Personal mit schlechten Kenntnissen der deutschen Sprache. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Mir Fastfood hat es nichts mehr gemein. Durfte nach dem Besuch im Drive in noch 20 Minuten warten und bekam einen kalten Burger.

Ist halt ein Bürger King. Ist auch Nacht nach 0 Uhr noch offen.

Also das Essen braucht sehr lange. Mitarbeitmangel war recht spührbar.. Es tat mir schon leid sehen zu müssen , dass eine Mitarbeiterin für drive in und die leute drinnen bedienen musste. Und kein einziges Personal mehr im haus. Lächerlich für Burger King

Update 27.05.2022 Bewertung auf 2 Sterne gesenkt. Leider nicht mehr zufrieden mit der Filiale. Das Personal selbst nimmt keine Bestellungen mehr entgegen. Man wird zu den 2 SB-Terminals im Eingangsbereich geschickt. Selbst wenn diese bereits besetzt sind. Es ist aber eigentlich gar kein Platz zum Anstellen da. Entweder steht man schon halb in der Eingangstür und man steht den Kunden um Weg, die raus wollen. Bestellungen per App sind nicht bzw. noch nicht möglich. Die Coke Freestyle-Automaten sind noch immer nicht wieder in Betrieb. Bei Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen wird man vom Personal darauf hingewiesen, den Inhalt der Tüten nochmal zu prüfen. Das ist recht aufwändig und das Essen wird kalt. Wenn man aber alles bestellte mitnehmen möchtem sollte man diesen Tipp annehmen. Es fehlt leider öfter mal was. Wir fahren jetzt lieber ein paar Kilometer mehr in eine andere Filiale nach Recklinghausen. Update 01.03.2020 Bewertung auf 5 Sterne erhöht. Klappt mittlerweile echt gut. Selbst wenn der Laden voll ist. Update 24.10.2019: Bewertung auf 4 Sterne erhöht. Bei den letzten Malen war alles in Ordnung. Wartezeiten auch nicht viuel länger als woanders. Qualitativ alles in Ordnung. Die anfänglichen Probleme scheinen die Mitarbeiter im Griff zu haben. Original: Prinzipiell ein schönes neues Schnell-Restaurant mit einer ansprechenden Einrichtung. Offenbar stimmen aber die Abläufe noch nicht so wirklich. Oftmals dauert es eine ganze Weile bis man sein Essen auf dem Tisch hat. Wir haben schon mal eine knappe Stunde dort verbracht, weil wir 32 Minuten auf unseren letzten Burger warten mussten. Wenigstens gibt es "All you can Drink" und einen Coca Cola Freestyle-Automaten mit unzähligen Sorten, die man durchprobieren kann. Auch mit der Verfügbarkeit von Produkten hatten wir schon Probleme. Das kann sicherlich passieren, klappt aber woanders nach meiner Erfahrung besser. Ich hoffe, dass sich das noch einspielt.

Essen war heiß und kam zügig, super. Aber das Personal ist wirklich lahm, bestellen nur am Kiosk möglich und überall Spinnweben an den Lampen, was soll das ?!

Als ich da war, hatten sie keine normale Cola mehr. Ich hatte normale Cola bestellt, aber sie haben mir ohne vorangegangene Absprache Kirschcola serviert. Außerdem hatten sie keine Donuts. Insgesamt ein unzufriedenstellender Besuch.

Absolute Frechheit wie wenig Eis in den Becher gemacht wird für den Preis. Nicht mal der halbe Becher ist gefüllt.

Es gibt hier auch die Möglichkeit an einem Terminal sich seine Gerichte selbst zusammen zu stellen und auch per Karte zu zahlen. Ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal . Man wird schnell bedient. Mit der Bestellung bekommt man eine Nummer und kann dementsprechend sein Essen abholen, ob fürs Essen vor Ort oder für zu Hause.

Habe mal gepostet, dass es vorbildlich ist. Die letzten 3 Besuche in diesem Jahr waren alle desaströs. Egal ob ich auf deutsch oder englisch bestellen will, man versteht mich nicht. Die Pommes waren zäh und kalt, Majo gibts auch nicht mehr dazu, die Whopper waren in 2 von 3 Fällen kalt und zäh, einmal war mir danach stundenlang übel. Nun weiß ich auch warum. Aufgefallen ist mir auch, dass die Rückgabeolätze voll und schmutzig waren, Tische und Böden auch, obwohl nie mehr als 3 Gäste anwesend waren.

Das Beste ist dass Getränke Automat.

Super freundlicher Service und Bedienung

Essen halt wie in einem Burger King, Service allerdings teilweise echt unterirdisch. Wartezeiten von bis zu 30 Minuten und falsches/fehlendes Essen keine Seltenheit.

Die die Wartezeit der Zubereitung ist hier seh hoch. Die letzten 2 mal habe ich immer mindestens 20 Minuten gewartet.

Der beste Burger King in der Nähe! Das Essen ist immer warm und das Personal ist sehr schnell und immer freundlich!

Ich esse zwischendurch gerne bei Burger King, aber bei diesem Burger King fehlt einfach bei jeder Bestellung etwas! Ich habe glaube ich ein einziges mal eine Bestellung bekommen die komplett war!

Es gibt wenige BK Filialen, die ich wirklich schon finde. Diese hier ist eine dieser wenigen. Sehr nettes Personal, Bestellungen werden schnell bearbeitet und auch wenn alles aktuell teurer wird, bekommt man dennoch sehr gutes Essen für meiner Meinung nach gutes Geld.

Die vergessen oft etwas bei der Bestellung... beschwerden nehmen sie war... Aber mehr auch nicht
