I really like this Burger King store. I always go there and it is the best Burger King store in Germany.

People! That doesn't work at all. I was there three times this week and tried to order a Barbeque Cheese Lover. Answer every time: We don't have one at the moment. What is that ??? Then the part is not advertised on the advertising board at the entrance to the drive in. Chapeou to the manager—lost another customer! But take comfort. At €40 or more for two people, we'd rather go to a local restaurant to eat. Nice and chilled staff, Eating the way we want is something you can’t afford at minimum wage. One star so I can even post this...

I once posted that it is exemplary. The last 3 visits this year have all been disastrous. No matter whether I want to order in German or English, no one can understand me. The fries were tough and cold, there is no longer any mayonnaise, the Whoppers were cold and tough in 2 out of 3 cases, and once I felt sick for hours afterwards. Now I know why. I also noticed that the return desks were full and dirty, as were the tables and floors, even though there were never more than 3 guests present.

It has now happened several times that the order was incorrect and the surprise is usually at home. No wonder no one in this Burger King understands German. I will no longer eat in Oer-Erkenschwick.

People are polite, but it just takes too long. 15 minutes or more for a single cheeseburger is definitely too much.

The Burger King branch in Oer-Erkenschwick is quite decent. The premises and parking lot are always clean. During the last visit, the employee at the checkout, Bhrane, was very friendly to my child.

30 minutes for a burger never again

Friday evening - moderately busy fast food restaurant There was a person at the checkout who was operating the drive-in at the same time. After a long wait - the employee directed us to the order tower with a coupon that could only be redeemed at the checkout. The coupon could not be redeemed here. If things have to go quickly - better go somewhere else.

Were on February 28th. there at 5:30 p.m. It wasn't that busy yet and the food was ready quickly, tasty and hot. It got crowded after 6 p.m. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean 👌🏼

My experience at Burger King was extremely disappointing. The food was of poor quality and almost inedible. In addition, the service was rude and the employees obviously had difficulties with the German language, which made communication difficult. Overall, the visit was anything but pleasant - definitely not recommended.

If you advertise Coca Cola and Sprite, you shouldn't hand out 7up or Pepsi, for example. The food was served cold. Unfortunately not the first time.

Typical fast food shop. Not necessarily friendly staff, not necessarily a nice atmosphere, unfortunately waiting times are not short. Neither below the typical level nor really above it. It's just a Burger King.

It's unimaginable what kind of people work in such industries. They either don't feel like working or simply don't feel like working at all. It started when I ordered, I ordered and paid for my churros as normal, then when I wanted to pick it up at the checkout they simply didn't put any sauce on it and when I asked about it, the cashier became snotty and aggressive above me and they said to order it, but it was probably not true because you can't order sauce with it on the terminal and it escalated until the managing director/team leader came out. Never go there again.

The food was okay, but there was an enormous wait-time with a skeleton-crew of employees running around aimlessly. Additionally, there was a smell of gas in the air. The employees did not care, after being informed of this by multiple groups of people. We immediately left the establishment after that.

Absolute blast!!! Nobody takes the order in the drive instead they talk loudly over the headset?!? We then drove up... then he cheekily said the front was full!!? 😡😡😡 with 4-5 people in front of the counter?? The overwhelming demands were written all over his face. Disaster. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. You order and wait 20 minutes. If you drive through the drive, you pay and then you have to wait in the parking lot. And then an employee comes, gives you the bag, half of it is missing, the burger is cold, the cola only tastes like syrup and has no carbon dioxide. If you don't have to, just leave it.

Didn't have the best impression on my last visit. Nothing has changed. Burger almost cold, apparently waited on hold forever. The cola is warm and non-carbonated. When you made a complaint you were brushed off with a dirty look and the same "bullshit". Guys, that's not how you get customers.

There were two of us there. The burgers tasted bland and lukewarm. Our Fanta and Cola tasted like water. Waited 18 minutes at the drive in even though it wasn't busy. I cannot recommend a visit there.

It was our first time here and we were greeted unfriendly at the drive-in counter (July 31, 2024, 9:00 p.m.). After we waited 15 minutes for a €45 order (1 car in front of us), our consumption vouchers, which are still accepted by Burger King on the corresponding homepage, were rejected. The unfriendly hint "I'm the shift manager and I'm telling you they're not valid" was the highlight. The answer to the question since when came yesterday. When pointed out that it was still accepted on the homepage, it was still refused. Not recommendable. We won't be coming back. Attached is the corresponding proof from the homepage which indicates the burger restaurants that accept the vouchers.

Today, June 28th, 2024, absolutely catastrophic. Order terminal crashed 5 times. Ordering at the checkout is not possible. Then they fuss about why you're at the terminal 5 times. After this troubleshooting, which cost us 45 minutes and the terminal was frozen at the end, we canceled the visit. The store was completely overcrowded due to these incidents, which didn't just happen to us. Absolutely disappointed.

Been there twice, didn't even get what was ordered, something was always forgotten, what you got was so messed up that you had to put it together yourself so you could eat it. The waiting times for orders in the drive are terrible.

All these bad reviews show how few people have ever worked in the catering industry. Typically Germany, spreading hate wherever possible. I think the branch is great! The only branch nearby that is really clean and where you feel comfortable. I fully understand that it can take longer. And if something is missing, I speak up and get what I want straight away. The employees don't speak German very well, but they still understand you, which is why I can't really understand all this hatred. They are always friendly, can at least say hello (which many Germans can no longer do) and have always helped me directly with problems. The fact that you can only order via vending machines is now standard at several fast food chains. Complaining about it is really ridiculous. Do you know how stressed some of them are? Some humanity would really be appropriate in this generation! I always like to come back.

I'll keep it brief - you rarely see a friendly employee there or say thank you and please or hello and goodbye. When I ordered a children's menu with my children, they didn't ask what kind of toy the children wanted, but simply placed an ugly cup on the counter. It was Kung Fu Panda. When I asked, they just shook their heads silently. They could at least point this out before the order was completed; the children were very disappointed. My son even said that he wanted to go to McDonald’s again next time. One customer and two future customers less if you can afford it.

Close the shop! Everything takes far too long, it's no longer fast food but slow food... Better for us citizens and better for all employees. Thanks

My friends and I have stopped going there since the Freestyle Cola machines are no longer available. The store has shot itself out of business.

Catastrophe!! The cola tasted like stale chery cola, when asked it was supposed to be normal cola. The nuggets said plant based on the bag, when asked it said no, it just said they were normal nuggets. Taste of the nuggets, soggy and mushy. The mayo tasted like vinegar, the fries were old. The cheeseburger, well, edible but nothing more. Language skills of the staff are almost zero. She couldn't say €23.26, someone else had to come. This was Burger King's last chance, never again!

I can now give it 5 stars with a clear conscience. When we were there, it wasn't that crowded. Order entered at the terminal and went smoothly. The preparation was also quick and we were able to pick up our food after a few minutes. The employees are all nice so far. The restaurant was clean.

I go into the branch and wanted to order a burger. Go to the machine and want to choose my drink. No Coke. What kind of fast food restaurant is this without Coke? When asked, the employee, who was in such a bad mood, replied that they didn't have any cola, only cherry. But as soon as she said it, she walked away again. But it was at least halfway clean. A pity! With such a large fast food chain you could have hoped for more.

It used to be better. Employees try hard but qualifications look different. Deliveries are always wrong and the waiting time is already very long.
