I ordered for 2 p.m. It's now 4:15 p.m. and it hasn't come yet, which is unbelievable I called over 30 times and no one answered Either you should close or work properly Wouldn't recommend this Burger King anymore

Haven't been there for a long time and we have to say the burgers 🍔 were freshly made, it was tasty

Delivery is promised for 12:10, at 12:40 after several calls you are fobbed off with the explanation that the driver would come back at some point and then be on his way. If my capacity doesn't allow that, then I'm not allowed to accept any orders. And then neither proactively informing about it nor even beginning to respond to what was said is ridiculous.

The food is always delivered cold and really late… I am not satisfied at all. Unfriendly Disrespectful behavior from the employee... I will never recommend!!!

As usual, the plant-based burgers from Burger King are of great quality! My favorite veggi burgers from a fast food chain in Germany. Also available in Monheim ;)

Eating in an ambience like everywhere else. But you wait an unusually long time for your order They can never do it in less than 15 minutes even though the store is empty.

I waited so long time.. I know it’s a hard work, standing there , and I am an empathetic person but it’s slower then the slowest fast-food restaurant I have ever been. There was only one guest besides me…and I ordered 1 menü + 1 dessert. My order was incomplete, they forgot my sauce but I was the naiv to think that it’s at the bottom of the bag.

What's going on in this store that you have to let employees insult you? And no other branch charges an extra €1 for the cinnamon/sugar bag that, according to all the descriptions, is included!

Burger okay, king nuggets flat as a flounder and dry. Very warm, poorly air-conditioned inside and only one umbrella open outside.

8/15/24, 5:50 p.m. on Drive. Condition seems unfriendly and arrogant to me. Patties on the burgers look old, dry and hard and have probably been in the warming box for ages. Are covered with a lot of mayonnaise, probably in the hope that no one notices. Inedible. 👎👎👎👎👎

Was just there and I think it's the best BK in the area. I don't understand the bad reviews 🤷‍♀️, because the BKs in Düsseldorf are all so bad that I always go to Monheim. Best chili fries and burgers 🤩 Drive in was also quick

So honestly, I wait 1 1/2 hours for my food. Then I'll call and ask. “The driver should be there soon. 1 hour later he arrived. Food cold… fries not cooked through…. A fries are missing... A burger is missing... I find it more than shameful to get cold burgers and undercooked fries for over €50... Never again!!!!

It takes 30 minutes to get served in the drive-thru. Yesterday, August 9, 24, we drove away without ordering after more than 20 minutes.

Apparently Indian-run, so from experience it's rather unusy. You will not be served at the drive-in. Ambiance indeed mushy. While waiting you had a view of the store and saw leftover food on the floor. Hmmm, delicious... Then we turned to Mekkes.

10 Opening time according to the web and at the restaurant... but no one was there

I've been waiting like hell for 120 minutes, no one answers the phone, no one responds. According to the app, it's closed at 10 p.m. I get my money back and order somewhere else.

Endless waiting time. The shop is empty!! What are you doing for so long!!!? Every time the same. Wait 20 minutes for your turn on the drive even though there is no car in front of you. That was really the last time.

Food has become exorbitantly expensive. Quality not noticeably better. Ordered fries, got these curly things. The floor was sticky. The toilets didn't look very inviting.

Spontaneous trip. The burgers were tasty but a bit too dry. I found the toilets the worst. On one (disabled) there was no toilet paper and on the one with toilet paper and soap (ladies) there were no towels, which were again available on the disabled one. Good thing there was nothing going on. Hygiene disaster. I've never experienced that with competitors.

It's a shame that you can't give zero stars, even that would be too good!!!! Overwhelmed employees, endless waiting for an order and cold food are the highlights. Unfortunately, the excuse that there is so much going on doesn't work if only one table in the store is occupied!! I expect standardized food from Burgerking. Consistently average quality. Here you will be unpleasantly surprised for a change. Positive: it is apparently clean, but the scanners on the ordering machines don't work. Negative: Not much is quick in this fast food restaurant, apart from the increase in frustration over the bad, obviously Turkish pop music, interrupted by advertising, which sweetens the long wait. And it was empty, maybe 3 other guests. The burgers when they came were carelessly scraped together, even for a franchise. I always want a chunk of cheese with bacon in exactly one place on my burger and the rest empty and dry. Conclusion: you won't get sick, but it's not good. You can do more like this when everything else is closed. P.s. no soap in the toilet

Three cars in front of me in Drive. Ordered a burger and waited over half an hour. Unreasonable. All the cars behind me and I backed out... A car was dispatched in half an hour...

Turkish music in a violent loud, unfriendly staff. No clean trays. The manager or the company should take a serious look at something like this. Never again in this dirty shop.

Under all guns. I was there for the first time today because people often say that they are better than McDonald's. Since it looked so beautiful in the photo, I bought a Wopper for €3.49. I don't know what I got but it didn't look anything like the one in the picture. Small and tasteless, it's a shame to spend so much money on something like that. Catastrophe. We are currently on site. 3/4 of the order machines are broken. Been waiting for two small burgers, a fries and an iced tea for 25 minutes. Everything here is dirty. And behind the counter, pure chaos. People who came after us get it first.

Of all the worst Burgwege King where I've been, the man with glasses service and just tells the customers that he doesn't have time to give his customer the burger that they forgot to bake with the order. You have to wait about 20 minutes until you get one I don't recommend anyone getting burgers

Were there for the last time today. Incredibly rude and insulting gentleman at the counter. We immediately canceled the meal because of the service and left and went to the competition across the street. The food isn't my taste, but at least the service is okay.

The delivery service in Monheim is an absolute disaster. It happens again and again that the food is delivered unpunctually without any information. Consistently poor service from Bürgerking. I expect compensation for wasting my time

Have been there several times, but this will be the last time. We deliberately went in this time because otherwise people at the drive-in counter would hardly understand us or half of the order was missing. In the restaurant itself, unfortunately very similar. We were the only guests there at the time and the three ladies in the back took almost 25 minutes to place our order and were more busy exchanging ideas privately! In fact, the burgers and fries were missing again and the rest was only lukewarm. All the other guests after us had a very similar experience!

We go there often and often use the drive in. The intercom system is often defective. Then you just have to order at the window. It just takes a lot longer. Very very very often the screen display is also defective. You don't have the opportunity to see whether everything has been transmitted correctly. So today... I ordered a plant-based burger and got a meat burger. Which is very annoying for me!!! Extra requests are also rather difficult when ordering. It's more of a matter of luck. The music is usually too loud there and the tables and floor are usually not very clean. The employees are trying hard. However, here too I have received a small cola a few times even though I ordered a large meal.

Stood at the drive-in counter for around 10 minutes. No reaction. There wasn't even anything going on in the store. Better drive past it.

Were there today, unfriendly employees. We wanted to pay with a 200 euro note, but it wasn't accepted because we said it was in the law, but because we know that it's possible, our profession means it's more than outrageous and definitely not customer-oriented. The store is very dirty and the waiting time is anything but pleasant.

Unfriendly, not enough employees who are not interested in working. If there are two customers in the store, paying alone takes about minutes. It's no wonder the store isn't that busy. The guy at the checkout walks around in his private clothes. Customers have to wait a long time for their food because four people work in the shop.

The intercom was on again (or still?) and it took 5 minutes for someone to come to the window, even though the whole shop was empty. Unfortunately, extremely unfriendly again… now that was definitely the last time I was there… What a shame…

Service und Ambiente sind 10/10. Ein Mitarbeiter hat mich persönlich beeindruckt weil man so eine persönlich entspannte athmosphere hier hatte. Bester Bk im Umkreis

Fangen wir mal mit dem positiven an. Das Essen ist gut wie man es von Burger King kennt aber .. der Service ist eine Unverschämtheit.. 3 Kunden und trotzdem maximal überfordert. Burger wurde 2 mal zurück gegeben weil er falsch belegt war und zum Schluss wurden die Gurken einfach entfernt (was bei einer Allergie schwere Folgen haben könnte) & das Brot war mehr als maschig - Die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich und unhöflich - dann nächstes mal lieber gegenüber zu Mc‘s

Werde immer nett bedient. Extrawünsche kein Problem. Ich mag meinen BK. Update: bitte vergesst doch nicht immer wieder was.... Sprite bestellt. Coke bekommen. Dann fehlen mal die onion rings. Konzentration bitte.

Ich liebe die Burger von BK , bin aber leider dazu geneigt dort einfach nicht mehr hin zu gehen. Der McDonald's neben an ist zwar auch voll und man muss was warten aber bei BK ist es echt schlimm kp was den Betreiber dazu bewegt Freitags abends gefühlt mit 3 Mann zu arbeiten aber es kotzt einen an das man auch unter der Woche gefühlt immer 20-25 min auf sein essen warten muss.

Leider Tische, Stühle und Bänke schmutzig. Essen war okay.

Ca. 45 Minuten auf eine Bestellung für drei Personen gewartet. Tisch war nicht gereinigt und die Oberfläche klebte. Dann waren auch insgesamt drei Artikel fehlerhaft. Nach Rückfrage wurde es zwar anstandslos getauscht, jedoch kam dann erst heraus das es einen Artikel gar nicht mehr gab. Das Personal wirkte leider während der gesamten Besuchszeit überfordert.

Unterbesetzt ok verstehe ich aber in Zeitlupe arbeiten unfreundlich sein und 8 mal vergessen was auf das Tablett gehört also da hört’s auf

Unaufgeräumt und wenn mehr als 3 gleichzeitig kommen. Kommt noch Überforderung bei. Dann wird die Raumakustik echt übersteuert, da die Wartezeit länger sind. Die Gäste dementsprechend ungeduldig

Immer wieder die gleiche Erfahrung - gefühlt der am schlechtesten geführte Bürger King, in dem wir je gegessen haben. Gerade eben 20 Minuten auf 8 Cheeseburger, Pommes und Trinken gewartet. Kleinere Bestellungen wurden vor uns vorgezogen.

Ich war hier schon sehr oft und immer war das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und Zuverlässig. Das Essen war immer sehr schnell fertig und warm. Wer eine leckere Mahlzeit haben möchte sollte diesen Laden besuchen.

Gut gelegner Burger King, essen war lecker. Service war etwas langsam und auch die Tische waren nicht geputzt. Aber sonst ok.

Nette Bedienung, der Laden war sehr leer. Trotzdem fehlten Getränke, Topping fürs Eis. Die Zubereitung hat sehr lange gedauert. Trotzdem der bemühten Verkäuferin, kein Laden, den ich empfehlen kann. Preis - Leistung mangelhaft

Weigerung direkte Bestellung anzunehmen und auf den Elektrokellner verwiesen. Zwiebelringe beim ersten Versuch ungenießbar. Hamburger ist viel schlechter geworden als vor ein paar Jahren. Echt schade, weil dieser BK mal der Beste war den ich kannte. Ob das überall abwärts geht oder nur da weiß ich nicht...

100 besser als Mc Dreck. Hier bekommt man noch etwas für sein Geld

Es war schon mal besser. Essen lauwarm, lahme Bedienung und das Restaurant sah nicht sehr sauber aus, obwohl es nur mit 2 Personen belegt war

Waren dort um eine Kleinigkeit zu essen mit Familie. Es war erfreulich fast leer und die Bedienung war eine sehr nette! Einziger Manko war das unser Tisch nicht sauber war, sonst war alles einwandfrei!

Drive In ist unter aller Sau. Der Weg ist eng und die Scheibe von der Essenausgabe ist beschädigt. Durch das Fenster habe ich gelengweilte Mitarbeiter gesehen und wahrscheinlich deshalb musste ich lange auf mein Essen warten. Ich habe Cheeseburger plaid bestellt (für meinen Hund) und zu Hause waren zusätzlich Ketchup und Gurken drauf.

Gutes Restaurant Frische Ware bekommen Geschmack war auch in Ordnung.

Normal würde ich nie etwas bewerten, aber ich habe schlicht und ergreifend über 35 min auf 3 Brügger gewartet... Keine Ahnung wie das möglich ist, aber es war so 🤣

Bester Burger King hier in der Gegend

Eines der schlechtesten Burger King Restaurants die ich bin jetzt besucht habt. Beide Burger die ich hatte waren komplett kalt, das Brot schon hart. Die Pommes ebenfalls komplett kalt. Und das obwohl ich zehn Minuten auf das Essen gewartet habe. Nach der Reklamation hab es dann einen neuen kalten Burger und einen lauwarmen Burger, wo alles einfach draufgeklatscht war. Definitiv mein letzter Besuch in dieser Filiale.
