Burger King Monheim in Monheim am Rhein

Considering it's a fast-food restaurant, we had to wait 30 minutes. First we ate the fries. Then our burgers were cold by now! Really cold. We wanted to complain, but the employee made fun of us or threatened us with the words: what do you want here? The burgers weren't made new, apparently it's now normal for the burgers to be cold after three (!) MINUTES. Is standard. Furthermore, the employees were very unfriendly and preferred to talk in groups of three in the kitchen rather than empty the overcrowded carts. The receipt was taken when the complaint was made and not returned. We can no longer complain to Burger King. Employees run their hands through their gelled hair and then use these hands to serve the fries 🤮. Dirt and trash everywhere on the floor. We took the food home with us and finally paid for it. Then warm it up in the microwave with clean hands.

Worst Burger King I've ever encountered. At the drive-in you stand for at least 45 minutes. Just avoid this Burger King and go somewhere else

Wasn't served in the drive-thru for minutes. Then I drove up. It looked like a woman was sleeping on the floor inside under the window. After waiting in front of the window for about 2 minutes, she suddenly got up and took my order. Granted, it was after midnight and it's a difficult job, but that's not how it works. Seems like a total management failure.

No amount of words can help: that was right! bad! We had to wait an incredibly long time for our food, which was only lukewarm. The rolls were also like that sticky (old?), like we've never experienced before. And maybe it was coincidence, but the next day two of us were sick.

The food tasted just as it looks in the picture. Unfortunately, McDonald’s is closed for renovations, so we thought we’d try this place again. It's like all these years, it doesn't take long for stomach problems and disgusting unhygienic conditions to appear. However, if you're drunk, you can still eat it.

Branch in a state of disaster. Hygiene seems to be an absolute foreign word here. Tables and chairs are all dirty. The toilets are just disgusting. The sink in the men's room is disgusting. Although the OnePiece Burgers are advertised on the displays, they are not available.

By far the worst location. Incredibly long waiting times, everyone on site is (to put it nicely) anything but stressed. Restaurant orders arrive at the table faster. Please avoid!

There is a car parked in front of the drive-in, probably owned by an employee, to block access there, I think. Bad service and burgers that are often not fresh or warm at all. I would go to McDonald's, but it's currently closed for renovations.

Absolute catastrophe once again. ordered now, waited over 1.5 hours. Distance less than 5 minutes. Half of it was missing, of course. Not bad for 32€…. never again

I would have liked to give 0 stars too. Very unfriendly service, the food was cold and not complete. When I asked about the rest, I was almost insulted. In the restaurant it looked as if a horde of savages had been there before.

Ordered via Lieferando on a Thursday at 3:47 p.m. According to information 80-100min. Waiting time which I think is a lot but okay. At 5 p.m. the food still wasn't there. Tried to reach someone by phone several times without success. According to Lieferando, the food should be there at 5:18 p.m. The bell finally rang at 5:43 p.m.! Not only did the driver barely say hello, he handed us three drinks (not all of which were ordered) and a small bag and left. As feared, when unpacked it was faulty. Squeeze that you have to book separately because you couldn't select it in the kids menu and paid €2.49 for free. Only sour cream sauce but not the ones you wanted and it tasted very strange, three fries, two different ones that weren't ordered, Caesar dressing for...? We didn't order or have a salad in this order, nuggets were hard and dry as were the Whopper and Long Chicken. And no one can tell me that at a quarter to four in the middle of the week your place is so packed that it takes you two hours to place a small order and a 10-minute drive. A single failure!! Incredibly bold and unprofessional something like that. That was the first and last time and according to other reviews it happens often. You are definitely not KING!

The term fast food was definitely not discovered here. Hardly anything going on in the drive in (2 cars in front of us) and the waiting time was about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the burgers were cold.

Apparently Indian-run, so from experience it's rather unusy. Even after 15 minutes at the drive-in you won't be served. So you have a lot of time to look at the store and yes, what can I say?! You won't be disappointed!! Ambiance indeed mushy. While waiting, you had a view of the store and saw leftover food on the floor and employees standing around despite there being practically no business - typically Indian people who were completely bored and even looked tired. Hmmm, delicious... We got out at the first opportunity and turned to Mekkes. The only salvation: Please finally close it, completely renovate it and lease it to competent franchisees.

If my capacity doesn't allow that, then I'm not allowed to accept any orders. And then neither proactively informing about it nor even beginning to respond to what was said is ridiculous.

I waited so long time.. I know it’s a hard work, standing there , and I am an empathetic person but it’s slower then the slowest fast-food restaurant I have ever been. There was only one guest besides me…and I ordered 1 menü + 1 dessert. My order was incomplete, they forgot my sauce but I was the naiv to think that it’s at the bottom of the bag.

Was just there and I think it's the best BK in the area. I don't understand the bad reviews 🤷‍♀️, because the BKs in Düsseldorf are all so bad that I always go to Monheim. Best chili fries and burgers 🤩 Drive in was also quick

Food has become exorbitantly expensive. Quality not noticeably better. Ordered fries, got these curly things. The floor was sticky. The toilets didn't look very inviting.

Spontaneous trip. The burgers were tasty but a bit too dry. I found the toilets the worst. On one (disabled) there was no toilet paper and on the one with toilet paper and soap (ladies) there were no towels, which were again available on the disabled one. Good thing there was nothing going on. Hygiene disaster. I've never experienced that with competitors.

I always want a chunk of cheese with bacon in exactly one place on my burger and the rest empty and dry. Conclusion: you won't get sick, but it's not good. Have been there several times, but this will be the last time. We deliberately went in this time because otherwise people at the drive-in counter would hardly understand us or half of the order was missing. In the restaurant itself, unfortunately very similar. We were the only guests there at the time and the three ladies in the back took almost 25 minutes to place our order and were more busy exchanging ideas privately! In fact, the burgers and fries were missing again and the rest was only lukewarm. All the other guests after us had a very similar experience!

We go there often and often use the drive in. The intercom system is often defective. Then you just have to order at the window. It just takes a lot longer. Were there today, unfriendly employees. We wanted to pay with a 200 euro note, but it wasn't accepted because we said it was in the law, but because we know that it's possible, our profession means it's more than outrageous and definitely not customer-oriented.
