Highway stop Burger King. Could be cleaner and toilets cost 1 euro...oh well.

I'm surprised that it's still standing. It's the worst Burger King I've seen so far.

What was very cold in the restaurant. Everything is getting old.

By far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. There was an unpleasant toilet smell throughout the restaurant, and the temperature inside was barely warmer than outside - really uncomfortable. My burger had a strange taste so I couldn't eat it. The fries were at least edible, but definitely not fresh. Absolutely not recommended!

I just ordered take away for just under 71 euros, the restaurant was absolutely overcrowded. The end result was that I was missing burgers worth 32 euros. Both the onion rings, the lattice fries and the fries were absolutely inedible. Personally, I would advise everyone not to visit this establishment. One star is still too many for the experience.

There is a turnstile squeezed behind the Burger King toilet door so that you can still pay a nice €1. Regardless of whether you just ate there. Card payment not possible.

Food was fresh. Unfortunately everything was packaged to take away (lots of paper) even though we had chosen to eat on site. Staff was very abrupt. Tables all had leftover food - you had to wipe it yourself with napkins if you wanted to eat without the ketchup from the previous person. Toilet (not clean) costs 1€ extra - is also not charged.

On our trip to the Czech Republic we always come to BurgerKing in Herrieden. Staff very nice and everything is very clean. The only drawback is that the BurgerKing doesn't have its own toilet and you have to use the one at the rest stop, which you have to pay for. I go here often, it's right next to a supercharger. You can argue about the food, but I think it's delicious. The ambience is just like a gas station, so you can't expect much. However, there is a star deduction because American Express acceptance is advertised on the terminal, but Amex is not accepted by the system.

Actually, one star is already too many. We specifically drove a few kilometers on December 14th, 2024 to have something to eat there because it was already later (after 9:00 p.m.). When we got there, we were looking forward to a pleasant atmosphere, just like we know from other BK restaurants. But unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed. It was very cold in the "restaurant" and the terminals were totally dirty, but we were there and ordered. When looking for a seat we had almost a free choice because there were only 2 other guests. But upon closer inspection, we noticed that there were leftover food or drink residue on almost every table. Unfortunately, when we picked up the food we ordered, things didn't get any better. The burgers were put together carelessly, the salad on top looked old, and the remaining ingredients didn't seem quite fresh anymore. There was a snack salad pictured on the terminal that looked delicious, and that's how it's offered on the website: "Snack salad Want even more freshness? Then add the snack salad to your menu. Crunchy iceberg lettuce, arugula, cucumbers and tomatoes become an easy side dish hit with balsamic vinegar, yoghurt or Caesar dressing." But ours consisted of a pile of arugula, 1-2 slices of cucumber and a thin slice of tomato from the iceberg lettuce. There was no sign of the iceberg lettuce. The burgers And the side dishes also got cold very quickly because the room temperature was far too low for a restaurant, so you couldn't sit there without a winter jacket. What there was, however, was loud music Kitchen area. Mixed with the music that was still playing in the background, it was a very unpleasant atmosphere overall. The staff behind the counter and from the kitchen were probably having fun with this music, which was impossible for a restaurant If you know King restaurants, or other fast food restaurants in general, I can only advise you to avoid this one. It should also be mentioned that you have to pay extra (€1) to go to the toilet.

Unfortunately not available to all citizens. The children's menu doesn't ask you what you want. You could actually add this when ordering (model McDonalds) To the restaurant itself - it was freezing cold. No own toilet, you have to use the rest stop toilet, which of course you have to pay for. Cleanliness is generally okay. But varies greatly.

Toilet also costs 1 euro for customers. The facade is broken and the inside isn't exactly nice either.

The first Burger King where I was yelled at by the cashier after I asked if a second register could open. The shift manager that afternoon on June 12th opened the second checkout after she woke up from her slumber in her room, and to our regret, her colleague was in the same mood. I was even offered that I could help if things were going too slowly for me, I thought I was in the wrong film. -most importantly, I actually asked politely! I had lost my appetite, the water refill machine was broken...No table was clean...Toilets cost 70 cents, something I've never experienced before. Never again Burger King in Herrieden

I can only agree with the current feedback. Food was poorly prepared. Onion rings were soft. When I asked, I was told that they were very fresh and had only been ready for 10 minutes 🤣. Even the cola tasted weird. Tear down, rebuild and hire new, service-oriented staff...

There's no bathroom for customers, but there's one in the attached gas station. They charge 1 Euro which is crazy and you don't even get a voucher or anything. Also, it's pretty grimy inside the Burger King itself. When we went the soda fountain wasn't there and only two out of four kiosks were open to order.

You probably have to get used to the fact that every third visit to Burger King is associated with feeling unwell after eating. Some of the food was so inedible that I put the burger back in the bag or had to throw it away. Then it's better to go to a classic and better-rated restaurant. In terms of price, it's no longer worth anything.

Don’t be fooled by the outside of the restaurant and the foolish reviews below. This was a 5-star fine dining experience. The ambient lounge music paired well with the exquisite urban art work hung around us. I truly had it My Way. They take coupons. Big plus.

There's a bit of chaos here. A lot of things are forgotten when ordering. The staff was not friendly, very stressed and cold. Tables dirty and there is a lot lying around on the floor. We ate for almost €40 and still had to pay for the toilet per person, even though we only wanted to wash our hands before and after eating. Paid €3 for toilets and there is no toilet paper or paper towels!

Messy, you eat for over 30 euros and have to pay for the toilet!!! Keep it up, hopefully you won't be around anymore soon

The "Chocolate" milkshake tastes like everything but chocolate, €3.99 was thrown out the window. You have to pay for toilets even though we were customers. And washing my hands after eating costs another time because I went to the toilet before eating. The trolleys for the trays to be put away were full of rubbish, not one of them was tidied up, tables weren't wiped down, that's disgusting. The store is a disgrace!!!

I have NEVER seen such unfriendly staff in a fast food restaurant xD drive in communication: An order? Beverage? 13.90 That's it... nothing more was said. You could think that the gentleman had a bad day, but I'm here every now and then and these sentences remain the same no matter who is serving... a real tragedy, I should get money for listening to the guy in the drive-in.

Employees are always very friendly, but the store itself now seems rather 'not so great'. You have to be patient on the drive, but that's because there's usually only one person in the kitchen.

Like everywhere else at Burgerking, the food rating refers more to the entire restaurant. Drinks are available to fill yourself. Staff is nice. But the toilets are a big drawback. It's still understandable that this costs an entrance fee at a truck stop (but it really only exists in Germany). But then you can also expect them to be clean. By far the worst Burger King in Germany!!! The shop should be closed. I have never experienced such poor management in a fast food restaurant. At the drive-in I had to wait a full 26 minutes until I got the food at the front (1 menu) and there were only 2 vehicles in front of me. Even the people inside had to wait almost 30 minutes for their food. This is all because the boss of this restaurant doesn't have enough staff... Or that the employees were not properly trained. Nothing against the employee...but the boss of this institution should be properly seated at the round table. End of song...the fries were only lukewarm. Top performance 👍

The whole place doesn't seem particularly clean. That was the second BK at a truck stop on my vacation trip. The first one wasn't a bit better. I also don't feel like paying €1 for a simple toilet at a truck stop if I want to eat something there. These places will never see me again.

It's been a long time since I ordered something from BK even though we actually avoid this chain. Once again it has been confirmed. Never again this broken chain. Bad service is normal, but rude and unfriendly is always possible. ……I'm sorry but the burger is cold, something went wrong. No sorry, no nothing...I stood there like an idiot. After a short time a new burger was also cold (i.e. not warm and not hot). The restaurant is dirty, the tables are dirty, and no one cleans it! Please stay away Totally unfriendly branch manager , who I think is called Nadine, has no idea how to talk to customers, she thinks she is the burger queen, we had problems with the ordering machine and it escalated straight away, but Nadine was unfriendly and didn't care about our concerns at all. I don't recommend it. You cannot segregate waste and there is no place for trays to put it away. The onion rings were soaked in oil and soft as tripe. The churros were meh. Bubbles didn't like it. But at least fast delivery to the counter

I haven't seen such a run-down and dirty fast food restaurant in a long time. The icing on the cake was the service staff behind the counter, who was either deaf and dumb or simply didn't feel like communicating verbally with the guests. According to the motto hand signals and moving your head is enough. There was another guest in the restaurant with me, and a third person joined us during the meal. She didn't say a word to any of the three of us. I work as a manager in the catering industry myself, I would never have hired an employee like that, or at the latest after the incident this morning. I am aware that it is relatively difficult to find service staff for the catering industry in Germany at the moment, no question. To describe the young woman as listless would really be an embellishment. Today I also complained about this company on Burger King's homepage and then looked at the reviews afterwards. I don't know if they at Burger King headquarters read the reviews about their franchisees, it would certainly be appropriate. This company is completely torn apart, but rightly so. This is a prime example of why Burger King has such a bad reputation in Germany. You should send a district manager there and really clean it up, even if the franchisee doesn't feel like doing that. This operation is a declaration of bankruptcy for the Burger King company.

So that's a lousy place... Burger was hard, Cola was scorching hot... Tables were incredibly dirty... It felt like 35 degrees in the restaurant and the air was stuffy... Burger King shame on you!

Never seen such a disgusting Burger King. I ordered fries, churros & a Coke. After waiting patiently for 15 minutes, I was given my food and an empty cup to fill myself. When I looked in the bag before leaving, I saw that my french fries sauce was missing. So back to the issue to get the missing sauces. I explained my “problem” - the problem was then... The good lady didn't understand me because she didn't speak German. After a lot of back and forth I finally got the sauce. On the highway I discovered that the Coke was natural and without any carbonation. The fries came with a free stomach ache from hell! So the churros ended up in the trash with the rest of the Coke! ~10€ for the bin. -,- The toilet, for which you have to pay a euro, cannot be flushed and the sink overflowed because the drain didn't work.

Disaster I waited for about 20 minutes. Even though there were no customers and a lot of staff, when it was ready, they didn't even call, they just placed it on the counter and that's it. But I think it's the shift manager's fault, he just walked around and shouted at his employees, so I'm not surprised that the service sucks. I won't stop here for a meal or coffee again

Food was as expected from a fast food restaurant. Point deducted because iced tea came from the Sprite tap. I didn't get anywhere with the stupid ordering terminal. An employee then did it for me. Food is ok as any other burger king. The staff are super nice and friendly, especially Valeria, she is super nice and made our long road trip feel less tiring.

The fire alarm beeped, it smelled burning and the whole room was full of smoke and yet no one opened the door so that fresh air could come in. Unfortunately, the drinks tasted old because the carbonation was out. That wasn't a nice experience.

This was just a stop on my way to Nuremberg. I’ve never seen a more disgusting Burger King. Trash in and outside everywhere on the ground. Spilled stuff on the counter and below. I’ve ordered at the screen because there was no one behind the counter. Drinks had no carbonation, toilet was 1 Euro. I could not even wash my hands. Outside was like a garbage dump. This was abysmal.

The worst Burger King I've visited. Long waiting time, ventilation and air conditioning system defective, resulting in extremely warm and unpleasant smell from frying in the kitchen. Drinks to pour yourself were warm and the ice machine was broken. Staff, presumably because they are overworked or on instructions from the boss, do not serve drinks from the functional machine, only after a complaint has been made. Another customer wanted to order at the counter: the answer was not possible?!

We only did TG, cleaned the disabled toilet, the floor in the guest room was dirty due to the many visitors, napkins were lying around downstairs, progress was slow at the terminals, you weren't allowed to order at the counter, service was unfriendly and overwhelmed with the customers. Dining room too small for being on a busy highway.
