Best service I have ever experienced. My mother doesn't like meat or meat substitutes because she doesn't like the taste. The employee Jasmin gave us very good advice and recommended a Cheesy Rösti without meat. Thank you for that

She is also very efficient and ensures orders are prepared quickly and correctly. I've been to Burger King in Handewitt several times and was served by Ms. Gall every time. She is always in a good mood and manages to create a positive atmosphere. I can only warmly recommend Ms. Gall and hope that she continues to work at Burger King in Handewitt for a long time to come

The staff doesn't speak my language or don't want to understand me. If what you ordered is no longer in stock, something else will simply be issued. My conclusion: The worst Burger King I've ever eaten at.

The tables are dirty, no one wipes them, the waiting time for the set is at least 30 minutes, it's a disaster, the service is at the lowest level. I don't recommend it. I suggest eating somewhere else, unless sitting and waiting is relaxing for some people. And the most important thing was that we ordered two Cokes, one zero and the other normal. Of course, both are served in the same cups. It is not known which is which.

Was asked by the employee to give a good review. With all my love, this store doesn't deserve that. Long waiting times and the technical service here is also very limited.

Yesterday we went to Burger King in Scandinavian Park. There I had to complain about a portion of 9 onion rings, which were cold and completely stale. The staff didn't speak German and the supervisor was met with a lack of understanding and willingness to discuss things. The staff even brought a new portion to the table, which was totally fine, but the Asian man was very friendly and accommodating.

Don't know what to say. My thouht is that it didn't give me a good feeling, either food, place or staff.

Very strong BK when you need highway food. Slightly longer waiting times than usual, but good quality for BK. The ambience cannot be accurately assessed due to the high residual alcohol level on my part during the visit.

Customer service is very important here. When ordering away from home a few weeks ago, we discovered that 2 ordered and paid for products were missing. We complained about this by phone and were promised that we would receive a free menu on our next visit. Yesterday we went there again and they kept their word...even more than that. We actually got our entire order for free. Thank you for that and the great customer service.

Fast food redefined I like eating there because all the products taste very good, even compared to other Bürgerkings, but I don't understand how you can be so incredibly slow (even with few guests today). That's why we call it benzoking. The advantage of this is that everything, even back home, is hot

Super quick preparation and friendly service. The Whopper was nice and hot and fresh, as were the onion rings. Since the BK is in the lobby, the ambience is more like a train station hall, but that doesn't detract from the service.

The service was subpar, totally overwhelmed and stroppy when ordering. The cleanliness of the seating options leaves a lot to be desired. I actually like eating at BK but this branch doesn't work at all.

Unfortunately the opening times are not correct. After a 4-hour drive, it was the only Burger King that is or should be open at 7 a.m. We waited until 7:10 a.m. but no one came and the store looked empty.

For me, the quality of meat is very important so I prefer burger king because of pure 100 percent meat patties and no chemicals, also the reason I don't eat at McDonald's. This restaurant especially has a good atmosphere also because of the trees, free highway with plentiful free parking space.

The Burger King branch is really chic. Everything was very modern and there were even charging stations for cell phones. The ambience was cozy and you'd be happy to sit there a little longer. However, there were also a few things that bothered me. An employee was on her cell phone the whole time - not cool if you're actually hoping for good service. Very inappropriate, especially in terms of hygiene... She didn't have anything to do at the time because there wasn't much going on, but the cell phone still doesn't belong in her hand. And then the bread from the burger was way too hard. That really spoiled the enjoyment. A little more attention to the freshness of the ingredients would be great. I don't think that was often the problem. Maybe I was just unlucky. Nevertheless, the visit was okay overall. The good furnishings and the beautiful ambience made the stay more enjoyable. With better service and fresher food, the place could be really great.

We were there last Thursday. The worst burger we've ever had. The fries were okay. Unfortunately ordered to take away and only unpacked later. It went straight into the trash can, a shame about the 25€. Absolutely never again.

Hello dear people, we ordered 2 menus with double cheeseburgers and received 2 normal cheeseburgers with thin meat. When I asked, I was told that they were the right ones. When I opened them both, the employee was surprised that they were really normal cheeseburgers. She apologized and said we would get 2 real cheeseburgers and we could keep the regular one. Then someone came out of the kitchen to whom I was supposed to show and prove it again. He took my cheeseburgers and put the meat on them. I don't think it's normal and just cheeky that at McDonald's you get the right ones for free. Also, the cheeseburgers are very dry. Never again, even though we live nearby👎🏻

Schlechter geht es kaum noch. 24.07.2024 ca. 22 Uhr. Sehr sehr dreckig. Ich musste den Tisch erstmal selbst abwischen. Dreckig schmierig auf Boden und Tischen. Lautstarke Unterhaltungen hinter dem Tresen. Welches Thema kann ich nicht sagen, sie sprachen kein deutsch. MeinEssen war kalt (Pommes) und mein Burger lauwarm und richtig komisch im Geschmack. Ich habe ihn lieber nicht aufgegessen. Kann aber auch die Geschmacksrichtung gewesen sein die ich hier nicht möchte. Ich werde nicht wieder kommen, obwohl ich in der Nähe wohne.

Fries and nuggets tasted like old fat and were obviously not freshly prepared but rather sticky and dry when reheated. The cola had an aftertaste and the coffee tasted like the machine had not been cleaned.

Mit Abstand die gruseligste BK Filiale überhaupt. Das man hier kein 5 Sterne Menü erwarten kann ist mir klar. Wir haben hier für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder über 40€ für kalten, matschigen Schrott bezahlt. Der Knaller ist aber die absolut unfähige Bedienung. Auf die Frage nach einer Gabel oder einen Pommespikser um meine vollgematschten, kalten Chilli Cheese Pommes zu essen bekam ich folgende Antwort … Das tut mir Leid. Unsere Chefs kaufen das nicht. Fragen Sie doch drüben beim Bäcker... Nachdem ich fragte ob Sie noch ganz dicht ist wurde mir ein Löffel aus Holz angeboten. Diesen Schrottladen sollte man umgehend schließen und nie wieder aufmachen. Warum habe ich nicht auf Günther Wallraff gehört....

Tiny portion, and high price. A “Large” = medium fries and 0.5L soda.. Not the normal what you expect from Burger King. Food tasted normal. Service is not impressive.

Essen war lecker und heiß. Pommes Portionen ein Witz. Wenn das eine Medium Portion sein soll, dann fress ich einen Besen. Kleiner Schalter mit viel zu vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Da ist es kein Wunder, dass alle total überfordert sind und wir über 30min auf 5 Burger warten mussten. Schade.

Ganz schlechter Service, bei 3 Pommes gibt es schon Schwierigkeiten. Und keiner kann Deutsch, leider auch nur gebrochenes Englisch.

Die Zubereitung erfolgte ohne Hygene-Handschuhe. Ich war am 14.11.2023 gegen 19 Uhr ein Kunde dort. Hätte ich nicht vorher über das Bestelltablet bezahlt, hätte ich die Ausgabe verweigert.

Ich war hier, um mir etwas einzuverleiben. Leider jedoch musste ich sehr lange auf meine Bestellung warten, während die Angestellten rumgespasst haben. Dies hat Eindruck vermittelt dass, hier nicht viel Wert auf Kundenpflege genommen wird. Positiv ist das Ambiente. Jetzt zur Weihnachtszeit ist es sehr schön dekoriert. Ein weitere Kritikpunkt ist das Rind auf den Bürger. Das Fleisch sieht komisch aus und schmeckt nicht besonders. Ich sag mal so ich hab jetzt von einem Burger King nicht was großes erwartet aber leider war es mit einer meiner schlechtesten Erfahrungen bei Burger King. Aber bevor ich es vergesse das Chicken, die Pommes, die Nuggets und die Röstis sind sehr gut. Dadurch rettet sich der Geschmack auf 4 von 5 Sternen. Also der Großteil passte.
