Update (2 years later from my first review about this place): it really is like people are saying now, the service is very bad, I guess the staff has changed. This time they completely messed up my order. I ordered a crispy chicken burger menu and a regular whopper burger. They asked me if I wanted a cheeseburger or a hamburger, I said I will take a cheeseburger. In the end I got a hamburger menu and a regular CHILI cheeseburger.. First of all, I can't eat spicy food, and second, I didn't even get my crispy chicken burger... So the staff is just terrible now!! Also the mayo tastes very bad and watery.. The burgers were average. Overall, I'm very disappointed in them and won't be going there again, thank you. (:

I went to Burger King on Kuhstraße in Duisburg today and was served by Azeen, a super friendly waitress. Very nice service, everything freshly prepared and served quickly. The Chili Cheeseburger is definitely my favorite. The branch was also clean and well organized. Thank you so much—I'll be back! 👌🍔

Only ordered 3 bugers and a few nuggets. It wasn't relatively crowded either. When at some point the "numbers" were called up after me with menus, I asked very nicely whether number so and so would be prepared again. Cold, drafty, uncomfortable. The poorly constructed sliding panes are not at all windproof, no wonder they don't even try to heat - it wouldn't help anyway. Here you get the cold for free. There was a greasy crust all over the table and apparently no staff to clean it up. At least the food was pretty much what you would expect from fast food. Definitely not a place you would want to go again.

Bestellungen dauerten sehr lange, Bestellungen Esen war kalt. Im Sitzbereich unten, da oben geschlossen war, klebte der Boden und die Tische nicht sauber und die behälter für die gebrauchten Tabletts quollen über. Die Toilette war verschlossen, auf Nachfrage die Toilette zu öffnen gabs zur Antwort "wir haben keine". ICH BIN mir sicher, dass es im Notfallbereich eine Toilete gibt die aber verschlossen ist. Ich werde es ans Gewerbeaufsichsamt/Lebensmittelaufsichts Behörde weiterleiten.

The food was BurgerKing standard. However, the three men at the counter were hopelessly overwhelmed (and it wasn't really full). We only ordered a Jr. Meal. Two things were already forgotten. The tables in the restaurant looked terrible. We wiped our table ourselves, the cloth was black. Nobody has probably cleaned here for a long time.

That was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen, a long-haired guy in a tracksuit was preparing my food... First he ran his hands through his long, greasy hair then into his face and then grabbed rolls, patties and cheese (all without gloves). a "burger together"... Salad was old on the burger, drinks were warm and not even ice cubes, orders took a very long time over 15 minutes and again until I got it about 15 minutes. Ambience was nice but not clean

After a late arrival in Duisburg, we needed a quick meal and therefore chose burgers. This place is both a hotel and a restaurant, and it’s not somewhere you'd go to sit for a long, cozy meal. However, they serve excellent and juicy burgers with fries, so the place is definitely recommended if you're in the mood for well-prepared and tasty fast food.

I was there on July 31st. The food was good but what I experienced there was bottomless. I have never experienced a manager who treated his employees so disrespectfully and aggressively. The employees made an incredibly nice impression, but the boss was absolutely abnormal in my opinion. Putting his employees down for small mistakes or small requests (in this case the employee needed the cash register for a moment) like this gentleman did was simply without any comparison and the whole thing was super unprofessional in front of the customers. Actually, Burger King is okay for takeaway food. What doesn't work here, however, is specifying a Payback card or MyBK account. It is always said that the number was entered manually by the employees... So far I have had to contact customer service every time. Just sad. Please set up order terminals.
