Cold, drafty, uncomfortable. The poorly constructed sliding panes are not at all windproof, no wonder they don't even try to heat - it wouldn't help anyway. Here you get the cold for free. There was a greasy crust all over the table and apparently no staff to clean it up. At least the food was pretty much what you would expect from fast food. Definitely not a place you would want to go again.

Im Sitzbereich unten, da oben geschlossen war, klebte der Boden und die Tische nicht sauber und die behälter für die gebrauchten Tabletts quollen über. Die Toilette war verschlossen, auf Nachfrage die Toilette zu öffnen gabs zur Antwort "wir haben keine". ICH BIN mir sicher, dass es im Notfallbereich eine Toilete gibt die aber verschlossen ist. Ich werde es ans Gewerbeaufsichsamt/Lebensmittelaufsichts Behörde weiterleiten.

The food was BurgerKing standard. However, the three men at the counter were hopelessly overwhelmed (and it wasn't really full). We only ordered a Jr. Meal. Two things were already forgotten. The tables in the restaurant looked terrible. We wiped our table ourselves, the cloth was black. Nobody has probably cleaned here for a long time.

Salad was old on the burger, drinks were warm and not even ice cubes, orders took a very long time over 15 minutes and again until I got it about 15 minutes. Ambience was nice but not clean

After a late arrival in Duisburg, we needed a quick meal and therefore chose burgers. This place is both a hotel and a restaurant, and it’s not somewhere you'd go to sit for a long, cozy meal. However, they serve excellent and juicy burgers with fries, so the place is definitely recommended if you're in the mood for well-prepared and tasty fast food.

I was there on July 31st. The food was good but what I experienced there was bottomless. I have never experienced a manager who treated his employees so disrespectfully and aggressively. The employees made an incredibly nice impression, but the boss was absolutely abnormal in my opinion. Putting his employees down for small mistakes or small requests (in this case the employee needed the cash register for a moment) like this gentleman did was simply without any comparison and the whole thing was super unprofessional in front of the customers. Hello there, I always stop by the branch when I go home. Unfortunately, 3 out of 5 orders were incorrect or something was missing. I only give the 3 stars because we ordered via Uber Eats and the driver was nice and the delivery was still warm, but here too a burger was missing and one was incorrectly topped. The small fast food restaurant could improve in terms of cleanliness. Especially on the tables, floors and the clearing station with trash cans. Conclusion: Orders, regardless of delivery or counter order, check immediately!!!!!

Absolutely not satisfied lately. I was at the branch 45 minutes after it opened. No drinks could be served. The manager personally told me that he had to go into the basement to connect the CO2 line. As a customer I find this unacceptable. Such work should have been completed before the store opened. But especially 45 minutes later. The time I was alone in the branch without a lot of customers.

I ordered a Kings Beef Double and received this indefinable and inedible thing! Unfortunately it's not the first time. Exactly the same game when I ordered before. There seems to be a system here. Wrong bread, wrong patties and wrong sauce. Only the packaging was right. When you order a burger for just under €12, you expect exactly that burger, and not just some slapped-together crap. Unfortunately, the branch manager is never there. The employee on the phone was even aware that the right bread wasn't available. He apologized for the meat and the composition. It's probably not his fault, but something like this cannot be excused, especially if it happens repeatedly and consciously.

The most important thing in advance is that this Burger King accepts coupons from the app, which is a big plus. The burgers & co taste just as good as in other BK branches and the orders are put together quickly. The area upstairs is quite inviting and it is also noticeable that the disinfectant and paper towel dispensers are full. The cleanliness is acceptable, but could be better if the tables were wiped down more often.

The waiting time for fast food here is abnormal. Loading seems overwhelmed. So if you want to eat something quickly, it's better to go somewhere else (my experience). Apparently there are language problems among the employees and then one doesn't know what the other is doing....

We came in on Friday night (05. April 2024) at 23:58 (two minutes before closing) with a group of about 10 persons. Knowing, that this is kind of insulting, we would have been prepared for getting rejected. But the woman behind the counter was super professional and very friendly and managed, that the two kitchen helpers prepared the food for us, which had the expected Burger King Quality and Taste. Thank you very much!

Where the shop opened back then because it was still really good. The shop is still good now. I have to say you don't eat there anymore. In the past, someone took care of the dining room upstairs and downstairs. Now the tables are dirty and leftover food is on the floor. The tray trolleys are overcrowded and from 8 p.m. onwards they are closed upstairs so that you have to eat downstairs where no one is able to clean a table. It is better to eat the food outside the restaurant because it is cleaner there than in the restaurant. The quality of the products has also become so bad that you don't need to eat. There used to be a toilet upstairs and a disabled toilet downstairs. Now there is no toilet there anymore, both of which are locked. You have to go to the shopping center to go to the toilet, which is closed from 8 p.m. on weekdays and doesn't open at all on Sundays and public holidays.

I ordered food home. The first thing was, I ordered a chili cheeseburger and I got a hamburger with jalapenos (see photo) and the burgers also arrived cold. Ich habe bei Burger King Essen nach Hause bestellt, ich habe Chilli Cheeseburger bestellt und bekam ein Hamburger mit Jalapenos und zusätzlich waren die Burger auch noch kalt. Der Lieferant war dann auch noch alles andere als Freundlich. Verstehn tu ich es nicht aber sowas ist schon echt hart und unverschämt!

Essen war in Ordnung Burger 🍔 Brötchen war zu weich und ist auseinander gefallen beim essen. Deswegen eine große Sauerei auf dem tablet

Die Bestellungen werden sehr gerne nach Annahme storniert. Grade über Lieferando sehr unpraktisch wenn man schon Bezahlt hat und dann erstmal ein paar Tage warten muss bis man sein Geld wieder bekommt. Anrufen ist ebenfalls eine schlechte Idee da man direkt angemacht wird.

Wollten über Lieferando bestellen, haben schon eine Stunde gewartet um dann am Ende einen Anruf zu bekommen das die Bestellung doch bitte storniert werden soll, da die ja jetzt schließen. Der Herr mit dem wir telefoniert hatten (Mitarbeiter), war sehr unfreundlich und wurde schnell laut.

Leider sehr dreckiger Laden. Keine kompetente Bedienung eher meha gelangweilt. Essen war auch nicht so gut.
