After a late arrival in Duisburg, we needed a quick meal and therefore chose burgers. This place is both a hotel and a restaurant, and it’s not somewhere you'd go to sit for a long, cozy meal. However, they serve excellent and juicy burgers with fries, so the place is definitely recommended if you're in the mood for well-prepared and tasty fast food.

Hello, hello, me again!!!! I didn't see any of the money back from three orders that didn't arrive, instead I got 10% off my next order...wow!!!! Of the 50€ I didn't return, 10% uffff... give my colleagues from Essen Rotthausen some credit, great guys, they're already top colleagues of mine....not

I ordered a chicken sandwich, remarking many times that I wanted it with no mayo... the guy maybe understood 3 times mayo... also it was so oily compared to other burguer kings... in general I like burguer king, but this one really pushes me to put a bad opinion

Super nice employees! It's been a long time since I received such nice service as Bryan did. Above all, I'm positively surprised because it was quite stressful and there was only one person at the checkout. Nevertheless, he gave every customer a smile.

I assume this store will be closing soon too. In any case, you can immediately see that compared to other branches, not a cent is invested here. It is often not clean, so it is better to take the food with you. The employees change very frequently, which can indicate that the working conditions are not good. All in all, a rather below-average branch.

I was there on July 31st. The food was good but what I experienced there was bottomless. I have never experienced a manager who treated his employees so disrespectfully and aggressively. The employees made an incredibly nice impression, but the boss was absolutely abnormal in my opinion. Putting his employees down for small mistakes or small requests (in this case the employee needed the cash register for a moment) like this gentleman did was simply without any comparison and the whole thing was super unprofessional in front of the customers. My last strand was when this “boss” came up with the idea of ​​announcing an employee review in front of the customers. At that point I felt compelled to say something. I don't even expect such bottomless disrespect from any young person, and certainly not from a branch manager in a leading position. Thank you once and never again

Unfriendly service, and I had to pay for a large chocolate milkshake while I got a medium one. The taste was also far below par.

Actually, Burger King is okay for takeaway food. What doesn't work here, however, is specifying a Payback card or MyBK account. It is always said that the number was entered manually by the employees... So far I have had to contact customer service every time. Just sad. Please set up order terminals. There you can scan the cards yourself if the employees can't do it.

A chilling example... The people have absolutely no desire to work and only speak half German. But you probably have to get used to the fact that only flat pipes work in the catering and service industries. The one in the picture is supposed to be a chili cheeseburger.

Hello there, I always stop by the branch when I go home. Unfortunately, 3 out of 5 orders were incorrect or something was missing. I only give the 3 stars because we ordered via Uber Eats and the driver was nice and the delivery was still warm, but here too a burger was missing and one was incorrectly topped. The small fast food restaurant could improve in terms of cleanliness. Especially on the tables, floors and the clearing station with trash cans. Conclusion: Orders, regardless of delivery or counter order, check immediately!!!!!

Absolutely not satisfied lately. I was at the branch 45 minutes after it opened. No drinks could be served. The manager personally told me that he had to go into the basement to connect the CO2 line. As a customer I find this unacceptable. Such work should have been completed before the store opened. But especially 45 minutes later. The time I was alone in the branch without a lot of customers.

I ordered a Kings Beef Double and received this indefinable and inedible thing! Unfortunately it's not the first time. Exactly the same game when I ordered before. There seems to be a system here. Wrong bread, wrong patties and wrong sauce. Only the packaging was right. When you order a burger for just under €12, you expect exactly that burger, and not just some slapped-together crap. Unfortunately, the branch manager is never there. The employee on the phone was even aware that the right bread wasn't available. He apologized for the meat and the composition. It's probably not his fault, but something like this cannot be excused, especially if it happens repeatedly and consciously.

Unfortunately there are no payback points.

The most important thing in advance is that this Burger King accepts coupons from the app, which is a big plus. The burgers & co taste just as good as in other BK branches and the orders are put together quickly. The area upstairs is quite inviting and it is also noticeable that the disinfectant and paper towel dispensers are full. The cleanliness is acceptable, but could be better if the tables were wiped down more often.

The waiting time for fast food here is abnormal. Loading seems overwhelmed. So if you want to eat something quickly, it's better to go somewhere else (my experience). Apparently there are language problems among the employees and then one doesn't know what the other is doing....

We came in on Friday night (05. April 2024) at 23:58 (two minutes before closing) with a group of about 10 persons. Knowing, that this is kind of insulting, we would have been prepared for getting rejected. But the woman behind the counter was super professional and very friendly and managed, that the two kitchen helpers prepared the food for us, which had the expected Burger King Quality and Taste. Thank you very much!

Where the shop opened back then because it was still really good. The shop is still good now. I have to say you don't eat there anymore. In the past, someone took care of the dining room upstairs and downstairs. Now the tables are dirty and leftover food is on the floor. The tray trolleys are overcrowded and from 8 p.m. onwards they are closed upstairs so that you have to eat downstairs where no one is able to clean a table. It is better to eat the food outside the restaurant because it is cleaner there than in the restaurant. The quality of the products has also become so bad that you don't need to eat. There used to be a toilet upstairs and a disabled toilet downstairs. Now there is no toilet there anymore, both of which are locked. You have to go to the shopping center to go to the toilet, which is closed from 8 p.m. on weekdays and doesn't open at all on Sundays and public holidays.

Food was good, but had to wait a long time. Others after me got the same burgers faster, OK me a minute or two later, that can happen. But waiting 20 minutes for food at BK is bad. Sorry BurgerKing! (I love you and of course the food is unhealthy, I know that)

We came here to eat and ended up spoiling the whole mood. The person at the checkout cannot accept the order properly; only the third time we were given an order, but still not complete without additional requests. We sat down not far from the entrance, when we saw the situation that the staff was not monitoring the visitors. A homeless man came, scattered garbage near the entrance and peed near the entrance.

Ordered once through Lieferando and once through Wolt, and each time at least one burger was missing. Also, all the burgers arrived cold. Calls are also not responded to. The branch is therefore absolutely not recommended for deliveries.

BurgerbKing is no longer what it used to be. Somehow the Whopper doesn't taste like it used to. The fries are no longer as crispy, but rather as flabby as at McDonalds.

Apart from the fact that the floor is full of trampled food, I'm very disappointed. My daughter complained of stomach pain and had to go to the toilet. We were told there was no toilet on site and the mall toilet was also closed. However, there is a disabled toilet in the branch, which she was denied access to. Thanks for nothing. Ich habe bei Burger King Essen nach Hause bestellt, ich habe Chilli Cheeseburger bestellt und bekam ein Hamburger mit Jalapenos und zusätzlich waren die Burger auch noch kalt. Der Lieferant war dann auch noch alles andere als Freundlich. Verstehn tu ich es nicht aber sowas ist schon echt hart und unverschämt!

Typischer Aufbau eines Fastfoodrestaurants. Leider sind sehr viele leerstände im Center. Stückchen weiter gibt es auch die Auswahl an verschiedenen kulinarische Köstlichkeiten

Essen war in Ordnung Burger 🍔 Brötchen war zu weich und ist auseinander gefallen beim essen. Deswegen eine große Sauerei auf dem tablet

Hat leider schwer nachgelassen vom Geschmack her :-( ....wir hatten unter anderem die Chili Pommes bestellt und Onions Pommes..... Soße drauf bei beiden.... einmal zusätzlich nur ein paar jalapenos dabei....und statt frischen gedachten geröstet trockene Zwiebeln aus der Dose :-(

Die Bestellungen werden sehr gerne nach Annahme storniert. Grade über Lieferando sehr unpraktisch wenn man schon Bezahlt hat und dann erstmal ein paar Tage warten muss bis man sein Geld wieder bekommt. Anrufen ist ebenfalls eine schlechte Idee da man direkt angemacht wird.

Wenn man Bock auf durchfall hat ist das der richtige Laden!

Wollten über Lieferando bestellen, haben schon eine Stunde gewartet um dann am Ende einen Anruf zu bekommen das die Bestellung doch bitte storniert werden soll, da die ja jetzt schließen. Der Herr mit dem wir telefoniert hatten (Mitarbeiter), war sehr unfreundlich und wurde schnell laut.

Leider sehr dreckiger Laden. Keine kompetente Bedienung eher meha gelangweilt. Essen war auch nicht so gut.

Verkaufen nur müll nur sheisse im brot unfreundlich und ekelhaft.

Bad service, the manager ignored us

Heute über Lieferando bestellt, erst einmal 1 Stunde Verspätung, dann durch die Verspätung das Essen teilweise kalt und zu guter letzt fehlten die Nuggets die mit bestellt worden sind. Auf Anrufe wird dort überhaupt nicht reagiert bedeutet Geld für Nuggets umsonst bezahlt stecken die sich wahrscheinlich in die eigene Tasche. Empfehlung geht daher nicht raus.

Man erwartet bei BurgerKing und Co schon sehr wenig. Aber das toppt alles! Ja lange Wartezeit hin oder her. Die Dame an der Kasse war aber super höflich und auch noch am Abend top fit. Sie hat versucht das beste aus der Situation zu machen. Die beiden Herren die die Burger gemacht haben, waren das komplette Gegenteil. Die Kollegin musste immer wieder an die Bestellungen erinnern, ist irgendwann selber an die Theke gegangen um zu helfen. Als ich mein Essen dann hatte stellte ich fest, das der Burger eiskalt war, der Käse nicht mal angeschmolzen am Fleisch. Der landete dann auch direkt im Müll. Auf dem anderen Burger wurde die Soße vergessen. Die Pommes waren aber okay. Ich besuche in nächster Zeit erstmal kein BurgerKing mehr….

Den bedste burger jeg har fået længe. “Das biest” kan bestemt anbefales og til knap 14 euro er det et fund til de penge. BBQ brugen kan bestemt også anbefales. Ingen tvivl om at køkkenet går op i deres arbejde. Super personale. Glæder mig allerede til næste gang 😋

Guten Morgen, Ich war am Samstag in dieser Filiale, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Der Tisch war total klebrig und verdreckt, darauf hin habe ich einen Mitarbeiter nach einen Lappen gefragt, dieser Mitarbeiter kam dann auch und wischte denn Tisch ab,hinterließ diesen dann komplett nass . Ich habe dann denn Tisch mit Servietten trocken gemacht. Als danke schön haben wir dann kalte Pommes bekommen. Läuft würde ich sagen. Wenn man es nicht schafft alles gleichzeitig fertig zu machen, sollte man es lassen. Muss dazu sagen der Laden war nicht gerade voll. Werde dort nie wieder etwas Essen oder holen Ich war zwischenzeitlich 14:30 Uhr und 15:00 Uhr dort

10 Minuten gewartet obwohl niemand vor mir war...... nicht mal Bestellung wurde aufgenommen. Wenn ist die Möglichkeit geben würde null sterne zu geben hätte ich dies auch gemacht!!! Unglaublich faules personal

Keine Servietten, auf Nachfrage auch keine Möglichkeit auf ein WC weil anscheinend lauf Mitarbeitet alle dreckig also geschlossen. Keinerversteht da die Sprache, das war echt das letzte mal echt.

Die Burger waren lauwarm. Die chilli chees war nicht frisch und nochmals aufgewärmt. Der laden war sehr dreckig und schmutzig. Beste Filiale ist in Moers.

Fastfood ist hier eher slowfood. Es dauert leider sehr oft, sehr lange, bis man etwas zu essen bekommt. Das Personal ist bemüht jedoch überfordert. Hier und da fehlt mal der Käse, der wird nachdem man reklamiert hat, nachbelegt und das war es. Ein gequältes " Entschuldigung " kommt gerade noch über die Lippen.

Die kleinste BK Filiale die ich kenne mit grob geschätzte 20 Sitzplätzen. Eher für to go geeignet. Einziger Manko: Mein Kind wollte aus der aktuellen King Jr. Aktion einen bestimmten Getränkebecher. Dieser war jedoch nicht mehr vorhanden. Man war nicht gewählt diesen aus dem Schaukasten zu nehmen. Kinderfreundlichkeit wird dort nicht gross geschrieben.

Habe das erste mal hier bestellt und wurde direkt enttäuscht. Es wurden Artikel vergessen, was aber bei burgerking und McDonald’s keine Seltenheit ist. Immer wieder aufs neue enttäuscht werden . Das bockt doch ;)

Katastrophe ! Essen hat eine halbe Ewigkeit gedauert und die Hälfte hat gefehlt ! an Personal fehlt es dort an jeder Ecke , bereiten Burger ohne Handschuhe vor . Jemand packte sich erst an den harren danach verpackte er Burger . Getränke schmecken nach Wasser mit Zucker ( keine Kohlensäure) , auf die Reklamation wurde nur behauptet die Getränke schmecken hier immer so ! Burger verdächtig dünn, mikrik und total trocken. In jedem Burgerking gibt es komischerweise bessere Burger! Niewieder dieser burgerking ! Eine Schande

Regelmäßig falsche Burger bekommen, besser an der Kasse nach gucken was man bekommt

Als ich noch Fleischesser war, hatte ich die Whopper geliebt. Da konnte McDonalds im direkten Vergleich einpacken. Und die Pommes Frittes waren und sind bei BurgerKing immer noch die Besten. Da ich heute Vegetarier bin, würde ich mir mehr fleischlose Gerichte wünschen.

Es ist nach wie vor zu beobachten, daß Mitarbeiter erst das Geld kassieren. Dann ohne eine Handdesinfektion, in den küchenbereich gehen und an der Ware hantieren. Das geht überhaupt nicht.

Wir wollten nach der kulinarischen Gaumen-Reise des örtlichen Weinfests lediglich eine Mahlzeit zu uns nehmen und waren sehr unangenehm überrascht. Bei der Wartezeit war ich mir nicht sicher ob ich nicht doch noch mein Zelt aufschlagen soll, wurde dann aber überraschenderweise tatsächlich noch angesprochen und habe vor Schreck fast mein 7€ Weinglas fallen gelassen. Die Oberen Essbereiche waren von der Sauberkeit her eher eine Solide 1|10. Mit den Essenresten auf Tisch, Bank und Boden hätte man sich auch locker ein ausgiebiges Menü zusammenstellen können. Wenn man sein Notfall Vierkantschlüsselset dabei hat kann man auch problemlos die klinkenlose Toilette besuchen. Alles in Allem ein durchschnittlicher Laden in Duisburg. Für eine Magenfüllung reichts.

Mc donalds, kfc, 60 seconds to napoli Jeder gibt den Fahrer etwas zu trinken aber die neue Leitung der Filiale verbietet den Mitarbeitern selbst die billigen mischgetraenke für die lieferanten. Man könnte es beschränken auf kleine Größen oder oder. Doch ein klares Nein. Denkt ihr so spart ihr? Richtig richtig traurig
