I like to go here but recently people always forget something whether they eat there or take it away - either the chocolate sauce with the churros is forgotten or a citizen forgets. And with the churros an extra is offered, for example a drink or ice cream and the ice cream was simply put on the churros even though the display shows that the ice cream is given out in a disposable container. And sometimes the mayo is swapped with ketchup. You may be under pressure if so many people order, but you lose customers and then you should perhaps hire more employees.

Neither soap nor disinfectant. Of course, anything but appetizing for such an establishment.

I've been coming here for years because I live nearby. Ordered to take away today as an exception (approx. 45€). Everything about the chicken was old, it was estimated that it had been left in the warm-up box for hours with two Long Chicken and a King Selection Chrunchy Pepper Chicken and it was absolutely extreme (see picture). Totally dried out and tasted sour. Be careful in the drive, you will be deducted here with the old food, it's worth it since 90% of the customers leave the A3 and are then over the mountains if they eat it on the way (I'm not talking about a forgotten fries or a burger, but from an entire order, in my opinion this is entirely intentional). Even after the Team Wallraff scandal, I stuck with this BK but unfortunately it has deteriorated more and more in the areas of quality. Clearly NOT a recommendation for this BK.

Unfortunately 2 burgers were missing from the first order. After calling the branch, the shift manager was very friendly and handed us the forgotten burgers straight away. In addition, the young lady was very nice! The branch, including the shift manager, is highly recommended.

We just stopped here (August 2nd around 8:15 p.m.) on the way home and all I can say is TOP: 1. meticulous attention was paid to cleanliness, 2. the employees were not only friendly but also really concerned about the well-being of our four-legged companions (dog and cat) and extra fresh water was brought. Apart from that, upon request there was also a slice of meat for the dog (as a special treat for our older lady), which was even on the house. Honestly, it couldn't be better. 5 stars, more if possible.

Just bought 20 nuggets, 6 of them were very old! Unfortunately the lady on the phone was very unfriendly and not very understanding! So much for customer friendliness! Next time you should take an exit beforehand...

Has degraded unimaginably. Always enjoyed coming here. There was no business, the food was cold even though I pointed out that the burger had been sitting for a long time. The waiter said it would be warm. The fries weren't good either. A pity. And you'd better go somewhere else. I have always been very satisfied here in the past. But today was a failure.

The burgers were carelessly layered together and partly (probably) without following the construction instructions. Yes, it's Burger King. You don't have to kid yourself and think that the burgers are made with love the way they look in the pictures. However, the aim should at least be to be able to have the burger standing in front of you properly.

Modern, bright store, inviting design. The food was freshly prepared, it took a while and the colleague at the counter ran around like a scared chicken, but he was nice and friendly. Now the negative: the toilets were not clean and there was no cleaning plan posted on both toilets.

Burger King 24 isn't what it used to be. Today we've been to the "BK" for ages. If you think about the fries or the burgers, you'll probably have the taste in your mouth like I did. However, what the friendly lady served us today was just rubbish for the money. The fries seem much thinner and taste cheap, now just as limp as those from Mecces. The burger has become significantly smaller, although it was well topped, but for the money it strengthens my intention to avoid BK in the future. Gone are the days of getting in the car and driving endless distances JUST for Burger King, there are now much better alternatives in my opinion.

It's OK so far. The ordering machine did not print out a piece of paper with the pickup number. But I still got everything. Typical American gourmet cuisine in terms of quality. You don't expect much.

I'll keep it short: - Fries were so greasy that the packaging was already full of fat - Fries didn't taste like anything - There was far too much sauce on both burgers, so it felt like everything was sliding down and all you could taste was the sauce - There were no ice cubes in either drink Conclusion: you could have saved yourself some money :)

As McDonalds next door is being renovated it was busy which is understandable. When I finished my order at 6:50 p.m., there were 17 orders in front of me... At 7:18 p.m. there were 22 orders out, but mine had been postponed after someone started it. When I complained I was told it would be done in order. I had No. 174, No. 177, 195, 209 and others that were long gone, and other 200 numbers appeared in the order before I ordered. As I became louder, my order was finally processed and after 33 minutes I finally received my goods. As I said, it was crowded, no problem, but the staff weren't particularly committed either and were quite slow and rude. Service is different!

You have to wait a really long time for your food, and if there's suddenly something going on in the restaurant, they won't take orders anymore because it's "too full". This wouldn't have happened at Mecces.

This is now the 3rd time in a row that something is missing/wrongly packed in my order. Then you have to go back and they tell you that it wasn't their fault. Absolutely outrageous and bold. Burger King Mogendorf gets a 1 out of 10 from me.

A Burger King branch that stands out from others in a very positive way: very clean atmosphere and very clean toilets. Food is freshly prepared, which has a big impact on the taste of the burgers, fries, etc. Overall, a very large selection of meatless burger variants, which I personally really liked: The veggie burgers and veggie nuggets taste very good. We were there on Saturday evening around 10 p.m. Of course, I can't judge what the situation looks like on weekdays and at rush hour on the A3. In any case, we really enjoyed the visit.

I've never had such a bad meal in a restaurant. All shakes taste the same and the food is prepared without any effort. Almost everything tasted disgusting and rotten. Don't eat there!

Hello, I was here on a trip with family. The restaurant itself resembles a sports hall and the background noise is far too loud! The garbage was overflowing. Given the amount of food that was ordered we had to wait, which was fine. However then we got our food and the shakes were tasteless. Then we took them to exchange. We got new ones from nice staff. However, our exchanges were either rotten or tasted like cough syrup. The extra ingredients we ordered on our burgers were also not available! I've never had the urge to say "McDonald's would have been better!"

It took a very long time for the food to be ready. In the end everything was cold. That's how it tasted too.

Very neat and clean, and child-friendly. We took a break there to go to the toilet and have a bite to eat. Friendly staff and the atmosphere is nice too. I can recommend it without reservation.

It's great that all burgers are now also available as a veggie version, that's excellent. But, today my veggie burger was lukewarm and the wait was defensively too long.

The burger was cold, the cheese hadn't even melted and the bacon strips were almost raw. That was the loveliest burger of my life. Certainly not again! I drive past there regularly on the highway and unfortunately I decided to give it a try. Terrible!

Nach einigen, teilweise katastrophalen Erlebnisse in anderen BK Filialen, ist diese hier der absolute Lichtblick! Gastraum und Toilette (ich dachte erst, das hier etwas nicht stimmt, da sie wirklich absolut sauber war und auch so gerochen hat) sehr sauber, Personal freundlich und vor allem der deutschen Sprache mächtig. Essen, hier vor allem die Änderungen an den Burgern, zb extra Salat, wurden genau ausgeführt(War übrigens das erste Mal in diesem Jahr bei einer Bestellung bei BK)! Aus meiner Sicht die #1 Filiale in Deutschland bis jetzt. Weiter so!

Man muss zugeben, wir waren 10 Minuten vor Ladeneröffnung dort. Die Burger waren sehr lecker und frisch. Waren ein Tag davor bei McDonalds (das letzte mal) und es war katastrophal im Vergleich. Geschmacklich echt top, dazu kommt freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Toiletten und Restaurant tiptop sauber. Günstige Angebote. Burger King geht vor McDonalds!

Nachtrag Auch heute war nichts los, ein weiterer Kunde Leider ging Trotzdem bei der Bestellung bissle was schief. Vanille statt Schoko Shake Plant Nuggets statt normaler. Bezahlte Mayo vergessen, Bezahlte extra saucen nicht drin Bei einer Bestellung von 50 Euro und einem weiteren Kunden ist das schon traurig liebes bk Team. Sonst : Heut da gewesen und essen mit genommen. Es war wenig/ fast nichts los und dementsprechend waren die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich, aufmerksam. Bestellung war schnell gemacht. Mit der neuen Inneneinrichtung ist es tatsächlich gelungen, das Ambiente einer Krankenhauskantiene der 80er Jahre nachzuahmen.

Nach Umbau ein wunderschöner Burger King. Mit 4 neuen Terminals. Und weiterhin noch Kassen, wo man persönlich bedient wird. Sehr sauber. Und supernette Mitarbeiter. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet. 5 Sterne.

Schlechte Öffnungszeiten, wenn geschlossen ist, leuchtet jedoch noch die gesamte Außenbeleuchtung

Essen schmeckt nach gepressten Matratzen. Gemütliche Atmosphäre wie auf der Intensivstation. Zwei Sterne, weil mein Auto gerade so auf den Parkplatz gepasst hat.

Super langsame interne Bestellungen im Restaurant.. Drive wird eindeutig schneller bedient. Das Personal müht sich wirklich... Und wir waren noch nicht mal zu stoßzeiten da. Tische sind dreckig usw. Die Bürger von der Temperatur absolut an der Grenze zu kalt. Ebenso waren die Burger dermaßen schlecht "zusammen geklöppelt".. So nicht, danke...

Ruhiger BurgerKing etwas "abgelegener" Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen gut und das Restaurant sauber.

Habe dort mitten in der Nacht kurze Rast gemacht. Die Lage war sehr angenehm mit vielen Möglichkeiten, sich mit seinem Fahrzeug einen ruhigen Platz zu suchen und entspannen kann. Leider wurde ich vom Personal ignoriert und musste nachfragen, ob man noch Essen bestellen kann oder das Restaurant grade schließt. Das Essen war typisch Burger King, aber leider nicht mehr wirklich warm. Dennoch ein Ort wo ich immer wieder gerne Pause mache.

Die Sitze sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen unf abgenutzt. Das Personal war sehr frejndlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

Ik eet normaal nooit bij zulke zaken, maar de kleinkinderen wilden er een keer eten. Op terugreis uit Oostenrijk leek ons dat wel leuk. We waren het er allemaal over eens dat lekker eten was.

Das Essen, sowie der Salat wurde frisch gemacht, die Tische waren alle sauber und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Mitarbeiter sind sehr lustig drauf, sind hilfsbereit und haben Humor. Ich empfehle es jedem hier essen zu gehen!

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, man wird immer freundlich begrüßt. Zudem kommt das Essen warm zum Gast und das Ambiente ist auch top!! Kann diesen Burger King nur weiterempfelen.

Beim gestrigen Besuch ist mir dieser Burger King mehr als positiv aufgefallen. Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Personal hat sich gegenüber anderen Kings abgehoben. So wünsche ich es mir auch im restlichen DE.

Es gibt das gleiche wie in allen anderen BK-Lokalen. Dieses ist allerdings sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt an der A 3 - Abfahrt Ransbach-Baumbach bzw. Mogendorf - gelegen und von dort in 1 Minute erreichbar,.
