The best Burger King I've ever been to. I'm from Saarland and was so craving Burger King that we stopped here. The staff were incredibly friendly. The store and the restrooms were really clean. The kitchen also looked freshly mopped. The food tasted really good. I would definitely recommend this Burger King. Thanks for the great experience and hope to see you soon.

Since I love BK, the food was, of course, great, as always, but it was really expensive. (I haven't been there in a while.) The server was very kind and patient with my little daughter and me. There were crumbs on the tables, which wasn't a big deal, but it wasn't really necessary, as it wasn't that busy at the time. Nevertheless, I would and will go back to this BK anytime.

It was our first time there and we felt very comfortable. The place was very clean and the tables were wiped down. There was quiet music playing in the background, which wasn't annoying. We didn't have to wait long for the food, but it wasn't very busy at around 2:30. The air was very pleasant; it wasn't too cold, and thankfully the doors were closed. That's why there were no wasps in the place 🙏 Our food was fresh and the burgers looked and tasted good. The fries could have been cooked for a minute, and the extra sauces were very expensive. I wish there were more options, but all in all we liked it there!

Waited forever for a meal consisting of two burgers, a fries, and a drink... well, I paid almost €1 extra to have the medium fries replaced with a large one. Instead, I got a small fries. Extra charge for less? Guys, that shouldn't be happening! Of course, I didn't notice until I got to the car, so I couldn't complain. The burgers were okay, the atmosphere was quite nice, and the interior was nicely renovated.

We were here on our way back from the Netherlands. It was 35 degrees Celsius, and we were traveling with our dogs. Upon request, we were allowed to take the dogs inside the air-conditioned room. The staff were even kind enough to bring us water for our four-legged friends. Thank you again. The place is also extremely clean.

It's always nice to be here! The tables are always very clean and the staff are always very friendly and, above all, helpful. The ambiance is also very nice, and the overall volume is very quiet, so you can easily communicate even while eating. I always enjoy coming here. I can't confirm the negative reviews. The food was fresh, and I barely had to wait, even though I ordered for myself, my children, and my husband.

We were asked to leave the store at 11:01 p.m., with the explanation that we should respect the opening hours and that they were closing time. It's totally outrageous that we can't even finish our meal, and it's disrespectful to be asked if we can leave. Never visit this store again.

Nice Burger King branch. The food is hot and tasty, the drinks are cold. The only downside is the staff. They're taciturn, engrossed in personal conversations, and completely unservice-oriented.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Burger King. We just ate there. I think everyone knows that fast food isn't of the highest quality, but in my opinion, some standards should be maintained. My cringles were definitely seeing the fryer for the second or third time... unfortunately, to my detriment. The fries were OK. I ordered my burger with an extra mozzarella patty, and the patty was horribly hard. Again, I suspect it hadn't been reheated just once. The worst part, however, was the dessert: €16 for garbage... The ice cream and milkshake had a strong sour aftertaste. When I asked about it, the waitress said, "It always tastes like that," after a meal... On the positive side, Burger King is extremely clean. (Probably except for the ice cream machine)

Standard BK when it comes to food, etc. What bothers me about the BK is that I haven't had everything in my bag three times now. Which is extremely annoying and irritating when you order something there for €35 plus. And this isn't about a sauce being missing or anything like that, but rather about burgers being missing. I also don't see the point in checking three bags first when I pick up my food at the counter. I don't have the time for that because I also want to eat my burgers warm at home.

Well, I love eating chili cheese burgers from bk, but what was handed out to me today is a disgrace, no jalapenos but with salad and onions that simply don't belong there. Furthermore, one burger was missing from the entire order, as unfortunately happens so often. I'm really fed up with this place where you just get ripped off.

I was just there. The order was quick, but the Big King wasn't even lukewarm! The rest of the order was relatively okay, but one of the burgers was barely edible and cold, but it was generously topped with onions! You could literally bite into a raw onion; the two bites tasted of nothing else before the cold burger was put back in the bag. Almost €5 for that, that's a disgrace! Addendum, May 24, 2025: A good two years later, I gave the place another chance and had the same problems as before! Besides the fact that at least two burgers were too cold and the waitress there acted unusually and didn't sound normal at lunchtime, two items were incorrectly packaged, and one item was incorrectly listed as a side order on the bill! I don't think that should even be worth a star! And this, with an order of almost €75, obviously shouldn't happen like this.

The fries at Burger King used to be really good. The burger was dripping with ketchup. The meat was overcooked. Sorry, that wasn't good.

Was at the drive-thru here and ordered FlameWings. The service was friendly and accommodating. The wings were freshly prepared and were very tasty, although perhaps a tiny bit overcooked. I was still satisfied. Thank you.

Ate veggie burger. Yummy. Deposit cup! Super! Returning takes a while because the lid and cup are booked out individually and the card has to be collected for the checkout first. But food is good.

First of all, they forgot that no salad was wanted on the burger, whereupon I was offered that there would be salad there after two where they could quickly finish off the salad... that's not possible. Then we waited for the new burgers, which appeared on the shelf after two minutes. After another 15 minutes I finally got it.

This Burger King should urgently put the second window into operation for paying, get an EC terminal that can also make offline bookings, and so on. So if I have to wait a total of 30 minutes for my food, it is no longer Fsst Food. I would have made the burger fresh at home quicker.

Not only is it bordering on a feat, how it can happen that it takes 23 minutes to serve only 3 waiting cars in the drive-in, while the restaurant is completely empty at the same time. No, this branch still manages to give you food that is completely cold and no longer tasty at all. as I said: a work of art... At FAST FOOD, the two most important components are completely messed up. edible food and please do so quickly. But it's not fast if I could bake a pizza at home - and I don't mean a frozen pizza - in the same time it takes to drive there to pick up your cold food. This would then at least have been at the desired temperature. But hey, if you still plan to pay with a card, this will be the next missing feeling of success for you. At this point I can really only recommend NOT going here and seriously rather go to the nearest BK branch, or simply go to the very close competition with the golden M or to KFC...

Dear Burger King team, The purchased meal for two people was, to put it bluntly, a disgrace. Inedible fries that I immediately threw away, carelessly slapped together burgers and a way of serving the whole thing that is second to none. For the price asked, which is adjusted according to the location (near the motorway), it wasn't even a weak performance, but an absolutely subpar performance. The first and last visit and of course I will recognize this achievement with word of mouth. The competitor can definitely do that better.

Waiting for a very long time even though there was nothing going on. Unfriendly and unmotivated staff. Open and close as you please. Opening times are limited Alibi... man will give an hour before closing time. Man still has to clean... my suggestion is to just close the branch completely if you don't feel like it anymore... MC Donalds and KFC would be happy... When McDonald's was closed, they totally missed the chance...

This is the fifth time I've been to the drive-in and there hasn't been a single time where nothing has gone wrong... sometimes you're asked to go to the edge and then go in yourself after 15 minutes and close ask if you've been forgotten, and then you see the churros you ordered standing open on the counter... you're greeted with unkindness and then have to find out in the car that the food has long been cold, and once the wrong thing is served, only to find out that it was new force had typed something wrong into the pc, so the price is no longer correct and you are asked to come in to correct the bill... and so on and so on... I think the team consists of something like this many super young noses that the training isn't working. The girls are then completely overwhelmed and even become rude to the customer when they make mistakes. In other BK's along the A3 the food is crisp, hot and friendly in the car...but not at this BK. I thought, "Come on, everyone has a bad day," but in 5 out of 5 attempts it's simply statistically significant that there's just something wrong with the personnel management. Too bad

Burger King isn't what it used to be. Today we've been to the "BK" for ages. If you think about the fries or the burgers, you'll probably have the taste in your mouth like I did. However, what the friendly lady served us today was just rubbish for the money. The fries seem much thinner and taste cheap, now just as limp as those from Mecces. The burger has become significantly smaller, although it was well topped, but for the money it strengthens my intention to avoid BK in the future. Gone are the days of getting in the car and driving endless distances JUST for Burger King, there are now much better alternatives in my opinion. Ps: Because there was no other way to go again today, months after the first part of the recession. The tables were dirty, some of the monitors for ordering didn't respond because they were completely smeared, that was it, we were completely out of it. I don't want to have to eat standing up because the tables are so disgusting that I don't even want to lean on them, let alone put food on them.

Now underground...cold food, wordless service and no response to complaints. Weird double cheeseburger...one slice of cheese melted, the other not...the extra bacon cold and rock hard. Everything used to be warm and fresh. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired, especially the toilets.

I have never seen an employee at Burgerking who is as friendly, cheerful, enthusiastic and clever as she is here. And I know a lot of Burgerking branches. It was really a pleasure to buy something here. The burgers were of the usual quality that you would expect from Burgerking. The preparation went quickly and the toilets were clean. I was therefore completely satisfied.

I like to go here but recently people always forget something whether they eat there or take it away - either the chocolate sauce with the churros is forgotten or a citizen forgets. And with the churros an extra is offered, for example a drink or ice cream and the ice cream was simply put on the churros even though the display shows that the ice cream is given out in a disposable container. And sometimes the mayo is swapped with ketchup. You may be under pressure if so many people order, but you lose customers and then you should perhaps hire more employees.

Neither soap nor disinfectant. Of course, anything but appetizing for such an establishment.

The cleanliness of the toilet facilities is remarkable for a fast food restaurant at a truck stop.

I've been coming here for years because I live nearby. Ordered to take away today as an exception (approx. 45€). Everything about the chicken was old, it was estimated that it had been left in the warm-up box for hours with two Long Chicken and a King Selection Chrunchy Pepper Chicken and it was absolutely extreme (see picture). Totally dried out and tasted sour. Be careful in the drive, you will be deducted here with the old food, it's worth it since 90% of the customers leave the A3 and are then over the mountains if they eat it on the way (I'm not talking about a forgotten fries or a burger, but from an entire order, in my opinion this is entirely intentional). Even after the Team Wallraff scandal, I stuck with this BK but unfortunately it has deteriorated more and more in the areas of quality. Clearly NOT a recommendation for this BK.

We just stopped here (August 2nd around 8:15 p.m.) on the way home and all I can say is TOP: 1. meticulous attention was paid to cleanliness, 2. the employees were not only friendly but also really concerned about the well-being of our four-legged companions (dog and cat) and extra fresh water was brought. Apart from that, upon request there was also a slice of meat for the dog (as a special treat for our older lady), which was even on the house. Honestly, it couldn't be better. 5 stars, more if possible.

Unfortunately 2 burgers were missing from the first order. After calling the branch, the shift manager was very friendly and handed us the forgotten burgers straight away. In addition, the young lady was very nice! The branch, including the shift manager, is highly recommended.
