We were here today for the first time in a long time and were really disappointed. We had a Whooper, Long Chicken, and two chili cheeseburgers. The salad on the Long Chicken was partially brown. The sauce had an extremely slimy, slimy consistency. Brutally disgusting. The Whopper wasn't quite as disgusting as the Long Chicken, but the bread was even older than yesterday's. Rock-hard and inedible. The two chili cheeseburgers were okay, but I had to throw away the rest. I can't recommend anyone eat here. I was hoping something would have changed after the exposé documentaries from two years ago, but they're still doing their thing.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The food was really fresh, and families with children can comfortably visit here, while the children can spend time at the playground while they eat.

It's beautifully decorated, but the decor doesn't change the fact that you sometimes have to wait forever, even though there are never many customers. The food is cold or items are missing from your order. Still, the fries are better than at McDonald's.

Everything was great. There were six of us and we ordered more than €50, but we still got our food quickly and everything was fresh. I recommend everyone to come here.

We were there earlier and, after a long wait (about 15 minutes) because two people were ahead of us, placed our takeout order. When we got home, we realized that instead of nine chili nuggets, only six had been packed. We ordered a burger without onions, and when we unwrapped it, the onions were already sticking out. On top of that, the entire meal was cold and the Coke was warm!!! One employee also seemed overwhelmed, as he often made mistakes while we were waiting. Instead of a large drink, he brought us a small one, for example, or ran back and forth in an uncoordinated manner. We could have saved ourselves the trip, and especially the money.

I went to Burger King again after a long time and was really looking forward to it. It was quite disappointing. The food was cold and I waited 15 minutes. There were three people, or rather three people who had ordered, ahead of us, and you can't say it was clean. The tables and benches were very dirty, and the staff were overwhelmed.

We were there several times months ago because everything was great. Clean tables and friendly staff. But now we've been there twice, and it was appalling. Dirty tables outside, everything full of trays. The doors were greasy. As far as I know, there's new management. It's a shame, but we'd rather stay away. Cleanliness should definitely be taken care of.

Coffee machine broken. The Coke from the vending machine was a complete disaster; it only gave cold water with coloring. Coke Zero should only have zero sugar, not zero flavor. When I asked the employee that the Coke had zero flavor, he said he knew that. So, I almost said it was customer fraud. The burgers and fries weren't that great either. I should have been concerned because the parking lot was completely empty at lunchtime. I'm going over to McDonald's now and hope for the best.

I recently ordered something again after a long, long time. It's just a Burger King. You know what you “can” expect. But I just wanted to try this tortilla. Had one with beef and chili cheese nuggets - beef “grilled” with some sauce and 2 cheese nuggets in a wrap. The taste was okay, but it doesn't do justice to the price of around 8 euros.

Solid Burger King. Two terminals for ordering, waiting time okay, everything is actually always there. Usually not too busy either. Drinks are available separately from a vending machine, including more unusual varieties. There is definitely room for improvement in the return of the deposit cups. Last time I had to wait longer for someone to take it back than for my food, which was slowly getting cold.

Finally a Burger King where the staff is more than accommodating. The atmosphere is clean and can only be recommended.

Ordered 10 times in the restaurant and only received incorrect orders 9 times! Either something is forgotten or you get something wrong, the staff is sometimes rude and the shop is never really clean like the kitchen. Never again BK Karnap! It's better to drive 10 minutes to Gladbecker Str. and eat at a real BurgerKing.
