Burger King in Stuttgart

Ich war heute (4.7.2026) um 19:54 Uhr mit meiner Freundin bei diesem Burger King. Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren eine junge Frau und zwei Männer als Angestellte zu sehen. Ich bestellte ein Whopper + Big King Menü. Der Whopper war in Ordnung. Als ich jedoch in den Big King biss, schmeckte er komisch und roch widerlich. Meine Freundin roch daran, stimmte mir zu und brachte den Burger zur Theke. Der Mann behauptete zunächst, der Burger müsse innerhalb von 15 Minuten gegessen werden, sonst würde er verderben (was für eine Ausrede!). Dann bot er an, einen neuen Burger zuzubereiten und ließ meine Freundin probieren. Dieser roch und schmeckte genauso widerlich. Er meinte daraufhin, er könne nichts mehr tun und alles sei frisch zubereitet. Ich roch an dem neuen Burger und stellte fest, dass er genauso widerlich roch. Ich konfrontierte den Mann erneut, und er wiederholte nur seine Aussage, dass er nichts mehr tun könne. Ich will ihm ja nichts unterstellen, aber die Erfahrung war trotzdem furchtbar. Sie haben das Feedback der Kunden ignoriert und nicht erkannt, dass vielleicht die ganze Charge der Frikadellen verdorben war oder ihre Zubereitungsmethode unhygienisch. So oder so ist es das Ergebnis mangelhafter Schulung und hat die Kunden unzufrieden zurückgelassen, während gleichzeitig unsere Gesundheit gefährdet wurde. Ich bin jedenfalls sehr enttäuscht von dem, was ich erlebt habe.

⚠️ WARNUNG: Systematische Kundenabzocke & Falschmeldungen! (Beweise im Anhang) Essen: ⭐ | Service: ⭐ | Ambiente: ⭐ Dieser Laden betreibt hier in der Schloßstraße offenbar systematische Abzocke an zahlenden Kunden! Es ist jetzt das DRITTE Mal, dass eine voll bezahlte Bestellung (33,66 €) einfach NIEMALS geliefert wurde. Das Geld wird sofort eingestrichen und die Kunden werden eiskalt hungrig im Regen stehen gelassen. Besonders dreist und rechtlich hochgradig grenzwertig: Um 22:01 Uhr wurde der Status in der App manuell auf „geliefert“ gefälscht – ein reiner Betrug am Kunden, um das eigene Versagen im System zu vertuschen! Beim letzten Mal wurde das Essen ungeklingelt mitten in der Innenstadt auf die dreckige Straße geworfen. Der Lieferando-Support gab am Telefon selbst ein „massives internes System- und Kommunikationschaos“ in dieser Filiale zu. Schaut euch meine beigefügten Screenshots an – die lückenlose Beweiskette liegt schwarz auf weiß vor: die bestätigte Bestellung, der gefälschte Status, meine offizielle Trustpilot-Beschwerde und als absoluter Höhepunkt die unverschämte Mail von Lieferando. Nach all dem Terror speist man mich mit einem lächerlichen, zeitlich begrenzten 10%-Gutschein ab. Das ist der reine Hohn und fühlt sich an wie ein Schlag ins Gesicht! Dieser Laden ist die absolute Unterstufe der Gastronomie und gehört dichtgemacht! Warnung an alle, besonders an die jüngeren Kunden: Lasst die Finger von dieser Filiale!

Gar kein gutes Restaurant! Burger King gibt eigentlich immer gratis Pommes wenn man bewertet aber der Inder dem der laden gehört gönnt nicht. Und das essen ist manchmal echt ekelhaft

Der Mitarbeiter sitzt hinten und schnippst Kippen vor die Füße von Kunden.

Ich habe hier zweimal Hamburger bestellt. Das erste Mal war eine Katastrophe, was mich aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Beim zweiten Mal war es genauso, deshalb wollte ich eine Bewertung schreiben. Leute, entweder macht ihr euren Job richtig oder macht dicht. Der Geschmack ist furchtbar; die Hamburger kommen kalt an, und die Soßen sind nicht gekühlt, sondern werden von draußen mitgebracht.

Schimmel Burger geliefert. Wir hatten bei Lieferando Bestellt und durch Zufall (Burger umgedreht) aufgefallen, dass das Brötchen komplett verschimmelt war. Darauf folgen Übelkeit und Magenkrämpfe, da wahrscheinlich die Burger die wir davor gegessen hatten ( ohne gib sichtbare Mängel ) auch ungenießbar waren. Zum Glück für uns keine schwerwiegende Lebensmittelvergiftung. Vorfall wurde gemeldet.

Sie verwechseln die Bestellungen und schieben dir die Schuld in die Schuhe 🤦‍♂️

Also ich schreib ja echt selten Bewertungen… Ein Mal war ich so erstaunt von einem Burger King an einer Raststätte dass ich die beste Bewertung schreiben musste die ich jemals einem Lokal gegeben habe. Der hier aber, ich hab fast schon Angst darüber zu reden. Ich lebe nicht weit weg von dem Burger King und hole mir hier hin- und wieder was zu essen. Über das Essen kann ich mich nicht so krass beschweren, außer dass oft coupons nicht gehen oder dass die irgendwas nicht mehr da haben. ABER!!!!!!!! UND DAS IST DAS GRÖẞTE ABER WAS MAN SICH ÜBERHAUPT VORSTELLEN KÖNNTE: Heute am 31.3.2026 habe ich etwas mit meiner Freundin bestellt. In den Pommes war ein frittiertes, nicht identifizierbares Objekt drin, welches schwarz, braun und grün war, unordentliche Form und ungefähr die Größe von einer halben Pommes. Jetzt kommt aber der banger: Zu dem Essen haben wir eine Cola bestellt, während dem Essen nicht wirklich was bemerkt, aber als wir nach dem Essen beide getrunken haben, haben wir einen sehr starken SCHIMMELGESCHMACK wahrgenommen. Leute, ich weiß nicht ob ihr eure Maschinen nicht putzt oder was bei euch abgeht, aber ich habe jetzt schon starke Bauchschmerzen und wenn das noch schlimmer wird gehe ich rechtlich dagegen vor. Wo sind die regelmäßigen Kontrollen der Geräte?! Service auch eine absolute Niete, kein hallo, kein danke, kein tschüss, ewiges Warten bis man bezahlen kann. Jetzt verstehe ich endlich warum bei euch maximal 2 Leute arbeiten am Stück. Bitte kümmert euch drum, da ein Burger King in S-West eigentlich eine super Idee ist, nicht aber wenn die Qualität so minderwertig wird und man verdammten Schimmel bei dem Getränk schmeckt.

Ich komme wirklich gerne hierher, aber die letzten zwei Male hat der Ketchup gefehlt. Als ich nachgefragt habe, hieß es, er wäre schon auf dem Tablett gewesen. Das war aber nicht so. Könntet ihr bitte einfach darauf achten, dass alles vollständig ist? Danke!

Erstaunlich leckerer veganer Wopper! Leider sind die Pommes nicht mehr so grandios mit Paprikagewürz wie früher... Und leider gibt's hier keinen veganen Käse.

Ich habe 9 Chicken Nuggets und weitere Produkte bei Burger King gekauft, aber als ich nach Hause kam, waren nicht alle 9 Chicken Nuggets enthalten. Ich bin zurückgegangen, um es dem Mitarbeiter zu zeigen, aber er hat den Fehler nicht anerkannt und mir nur 6 Nuggets gegeben. Heute habe ich 3 Kinder Menüs und 1 Cheeseburger extra gekauft, aber der Cheeseburger extra war beim Nach-Hause-Kommen nicht enthalten. Beide Vorfälle passierten mit demselben Mitarbeiter, was totale Verantwortungslosigkeit und fehlende Professionalität zeigt. Sehr enttäuschend.

Der Laden wurde von zwei Leuten am laufen gehalten und ich kann nur sagen: so eine Multitasking Fähigkeit hätte ich auch gerne mal. Es war nicht gerade voll, trotzdem gab es konstant Bestellungen und die haben sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen lassen. Auf Nachfrage brachte man mir sogar eine Krone 👑 Geschmacklich ist es halt Fastfood, trotzdem besser als McDonald's 🙃

Ratten in der Küche, überteuertes minderwertiges Essen und jeden Montagmittag ist dort eine fragwürdige Jungsgruppe die sich über irgendeine Verfassung und Paybackpunkte unterhalten. Ein Magerquark im Edeka die Straße rauf ist empfehlenswerter

Selbst für einen Fast Food Laden halt echt mit dem Milieu unterdurchschnittlich insbesondere Montagmittag bestellt eine Gruppe junger Erwachsenen dort so viel dass man ewig auf die Bestellung wartet

Jeden Montag ab 13:10 chillen da ein paar Halbstarke die sich über eine Verfassung unterhalten Zudem könnten man denken Ratatouille wurde dort verfilmt da überall um den Laden sowie in dem Landen überall Ratten sind.

Ich glaube 🍔 haben einwenig abgenommen.

Drecksladen, viel zu Teuer und habe Durchfall von Essen bekommen.

Vielleicht liegt’s daran, dass wir regelmäßig dort hingehen aber ich fühle mich dort immer sehr willkommen. Vor allem Kajan und zwei Kolleginnen von ihm die regelmäßig dort arbeiten sind super freundlich und lieb. ☺️

Essen war top, Bedienung war super zuvorkommen und freundlich. Wir wurden von Kajan bedient. Einen Besuch hier kann ich jedem empfehlen!

Nehmen um 21.20 uhr noch lieferando Bestellung an und um 22 uhr (30 minuten nach ladenschluss) wird die Bestellung storniert nach 40 minuten warten.

Sent nettes Personal. Wir gehen 1x die Woche hier hin und sind jedes Mal sowohl vom Service als auch von der entspannten Atmosphäre, die man nicht von einem fast food restaurant erwarten würde.

Die Burger waren fast schon kalt. So macht essen keinen Spaß.

I ordered two small plant-based cheeseburgers to go last night and subsequently developed clear symptoms of possible food poisoning. This branch really needs an internal audit. Furthermore, the two employees were completely overwhelmed by the number of orders on a Sunday evening, and things were quite chaotic. It was my first time there, and I will definitely not be going back.

A very unfriendly employee who told us not to laugh because a friend wanted to pay with crowns. Afterward, she refused to take any more money, and we weren't allowed to eat inside even though the restaurant was still open. The food was overpriced, though. 😡

The staff is friendly, but the restaurant was very dirty, and the chicken nuggets were cold and tough. The bun on the Naruto burger was incredibly dry. The fries were good, though, so it deserves 3 stars today.

I am not sure what happened but the bread was from carrots or at least with it's colors and not tasty at all. Also, it was very noisy because of others, The service though was very good.

The quality of the food is bad. I bought a vegan burger and then got a very bad stomach problem.

The operating machines have crashed several times

I ordered two meals, one the chicken Italiano and one the crispy chicken meal, the burgers swapped them and I had to throw up because the chicken Italiano has a sauce that I don't like and that's why I had to throw up, honestly, get your orders right or change your job!!!!!!

Having a plant based menu there, it's to good for vegetarian and the employee is also good and supportive. The manager called Ms. Anejta, is also good and supportive.

Find the meat ;-) At a price of five euros, it's a disgrace. Never again

The King Fusion Oreo was incredible! I loved the blend of textures in one dessert. Paired with the Double Cheeseburger, it made for an unforgettable meal. The service was fantastic, too!

After another visit to this upscale restaurant, I walked in with a can of Red Bull Organics Simply Coke. I placed my order and waited. After I sat down, an employee rudely yelled at me. He said my can contained alcohol, which ruined my day. Thank you for this unforgettable experience.

Staff has always been very difficult and poorly resourced. Twice the burgers were cold and dry as hell! When I ordered today, I was told to please prepare it fresh!! Yes, we always make everything fresh!!! After a minute got chicken burger. Dry as hell! Deep fried twice to warm up, hard on the outside and cold in the middle! Straight back and that doesn't work at all. The answer is always like this... don't give the money back, leave the burger behind... (I should have thrown it at his head instead) a burger of the same type was also spicy with chili flakes on it and my wife absolutely can't tolerate chili. So off to the emergency room! Thank you dear Burger King! The store will never see us again and we would like the food inspectorate to stop by there more often. Rats are also omnipresent there!

If you ride your bike for over 2 hours in temperatures around freezing point, it's better not to have a dog with you. That's not allowed here. There were three of us there in the evening, there wasn't much going on and yet our food came cold and inedible. The fries tasted like old grease and the cheese on the burgers wasn't nearly melted and was overall cold and dry. The tables were partly dirty. No thanks.

a pretty typical old school Burger King branch that you often find. The advantage of this is the location at a subway stop, but not quite central. You have to drive there specifically. I've been here before (atmosphere, well, I think the branch in the city is better) and ordered via Wolt. Overall typical quality, could perhaps be prepared a little fresher, otherwise typical franchise. There are better branches in Stuttgart, but also significantly worse ones.

Terrible service who hardly speaks any German. My order was incorrect and very poorly prepared. Also, while the employee was preparing the order of the customer waiting in front of me, he swapped my chili cheese nuggets with his chicken nuggets. When he was packing my order he noticed this and then he went to the gentleman at the table (who had already eaten), swapped the bags of nuggets and packed them for me. When I mentioned this you didn't understand me. Afterwards you said it didn't matter (chilli cheese nuggets were then thrown away). Disgusting, never really train your staff in hygiene again!!!!

Very pleasant, polite manager. I chose the wrong drink from the machine and they immediately changed it for me. The menu was also delicious. It's nice to see when people really love and do their work.

I have eaten at Burger King many times in various branches. Unfortunately, I repeatedly had to experience that food had an unpleasant effect on my gastrointestinal tract. I also had myself checked often to see if it was something to do with my digestive system, but it wasn't the case. The worst thing with King Fusion is this laxative and negative stomach ache-like effect.

Entered the store at 7:50 p.m., 3 menus. It's finally here at 8:40 p.m. I could have ordered from a real restaurant for the same price. But we wanted to save time. There wasn't much going on. Friday evening, 1 employee. Burger King, your prices are constantly rising, so you can pay enough employees decently. Giovanni just has to play a little less.

Since I had an appointment nearby, I wanted to grab something to eat and thought that about 45 minutes would be enough. Then two employees stand at the counter and in the kitchen at the same time and serve the Lieferando drivers, the people who were in line and those who had discount codes via the app. The result was 10 minutes of queuing and almost 10 minutes of waiting for my food. After I ate quickly, I had to put my tray on the cart because of course everything was already full. Sorry, that's not possible, even if everything is freshly prepared.

Some plant-based menus were ordered for pickup. Everything tasted satisfactory, but the burgers were only lukewarm and the fries were almost cold. A reasonable temperature is to be expected at a fast food chain of this size. The service staff did what they had to do to serve food/drinks and handle the payment/ordering process. By the way, it's about time for a cheese alternative.

I was at the Burger King Schloss Johannes Straße Stuttgart on April 6, 2024 at 9:15 p.m. to have a little something to eat. The employee who takes the orders couldn't scan all of my coupons on the app, so I ordered a King of the Month, without onions and with Sprite. After 25 minutes of waiting for my food, he finally managed to serve a burger, fries and a drink. However, my drink wasn't a Sprite, but a Fanta and there were onions on the burger even though I specifically wanted no onions on it. Overall the staff was so bad and slow that my senile grandma could do better. 👎🏽

This Burger King is quite big but not so busy. Practical as it’s right next to the U Bahn and it’s open until 22:00. However, it’s sometimes not so tidy or clean. We love to go there to get a smarties fusion in the evening- without a doubt the best one 😍 Especially price friendly if you use the Burger King app (the male cashier is always helpful with this).

Things can go wrong, but in every attempt I've ever made to eat something, something has gone wrong. No more meat during official opening hours and when open... A long queue, which very quickly made it clear how it came about. Not through the advertised, fresh production, but two people standing in front of a cash register, each taking orders from one person at a pace that I just left the store again because you don't have to be a math genius to get the estimated one Waiting time at position four in the queue is estimated to be at least 20 minutes. To be extrapolated. Here the term “fast food” takes on a whole new meaning... If this unnecessarily double crew and the box office showed anything like the speed of a motivated person, then it would still be bearable. You don't have to feel dizzy because of the pace of work, but it shouldn't have an anesthetic effect either 🤪 Go out again and eat somewhere else. And I think it will stay that way even after this new experience...

Unfortunately poorly staffed and sometimes long waiting times.

The restaurant doesn't open on time. On the door it says “Daily 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.” In my case at 11:21 the restaurant is still closed.

It has now become a catastrophe, the order is never complete - it's difficult to pack the same product three times - staff chatting in the kitchen area while customers wait at the checkout, etc. It doesn't go there, almost like Cannstatt does now.

I think the selection of plant-based products is very good because I don't eat meat. It tasted very good and the food was prepared very quickly. Unfortunately, the tables are not cleaned and tablets are not put away if a guest has left them behind.

Selbst bei Schlange bis draußen ist nur eine Kasse geöffnet. Abends jedes Mal 10-15 Minuten Wartezeit. "Fast" ist echt anders. Ist halt der einzige Fastfood Laden in der Umgebung, da können sie sich das erlauben.

Saubere Filiale. Zum Essen kann ich nichts schlechtes sagen. Normale Bürger King Bürger. Finde den Laden 👍

Einer der besten Kings meiner Meinung nach. Super frisch zubereitet und echt freundliche MA. Haltet euch diese bitte, MitarbeiterInnen wachsen nicht auf dem Baum.

Burguer King é bom. Mas o atendimento deixou um pouco a desejar, pois a pessoa que estava no caixa não foi muito receptiva por estarmos aqui na Alemanha onde as pessoas são muito educadas essa pessoa não estava atendendo bem.

Netter indisch aussehender Mitarbeiter hat mich bedient. Ich war sehr angetan und ich konnte mich hier mit einem Reiseführer hinsetzen und mein Menü essen, während ich auf meine Frau gewartet habe. Sehr gemütlich - ich war zufrieden und das Essen finde ich sowieso lecker :-).

Kicsi, tiszta, és barátságos hangulatú hely. Több alkalommal jártunk itt, a személyzet mindig kedves, udvarias, a kiszolgálás gyors. Eddig minden esetben friss ételt kaptunk. Villamosmegálló van a közelben, több járat megállója.

Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung.
