Orders are generally processed quickly, but can take a little longer during busy times, as is typical for fast-food chains. The friendly employees (like Tamila) ensure a satisfactory customer experience with their friendly approach and service. I've been to several Burger King branches, and I feel at home here.

After a long time and negative experiences at a Burger King branch in Wandsbek in Hamburg, I stopped by the Burger King Drive-In in Kaltenkirchen. I ordered a Big King and a burger with kebab. Along with a Coke and fries. I wasn't really expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The team at the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was also reflected in the smiles of the people at the counter. My special requests were 100% accommodated. The burgers were extremely delicious. I'm 56 years old now and have eaten many burgers in my life. I also spent three months in the USA. Ordering from this branch after so many years was a taste experience. Even the fries were perfect. Unfortunately, I live in Ahrensburg and rarely visit Kaltenkirchen. I'm a little sad that Ahrensburg doesn't have a branch. I commend the employees at today's drive-through at around 6:45 p.m. You did a fantastic job. The burgers were out of this world. My wife and I are truly thrilled. Thank you and best regards. I highly recommend it.

The food is like everywhere at BK, and the staff is extremely friendly. However, I'm really surprised that the burgers have become so small. You used to eat one of the BIG KING burgers, but today it's only the size of a regular hamburger, except there are two slices on top. The price-performance ratio is completely out of whack. Small bun and perfectly normal little patties. What a shame, but now I'll really think twice about getting food from BK again.

⸻ Order on Sunday, July 20th. I ordered a chili cheeseburger – without jalapeños, but with extra pickles for an additional charge. What did I get? No pickles, even though I paid extra. No straw included. And instead of regular Coke, I got Coca-Cola Zero – even though I specifically requested regular Coke. It's a shame that so many mistakes happen with such a simple order.

Now that the missing burger has been fixed, I have to give the service a full star rating. Thank you again, you did a really great job. Sometimes the customer is king... keep up the good work!

I've always been served correctly and politely. It's always clean, and you can sit down without having to check if there's anything stuck to the bench first. Drive-thru... Unfortunately, the order was delivered incorrectly on two different days. Once, I received a vegetarian burger even though I hadn't ordered it. The other time, I ordered twice as much cheese, and the package even said cheese, but the contents were without. This has happened twice. It's a good idea to double-check everything. The staff aren't that quick, unfortunately. And I think if you go in to sort it out, an "oh, excuse me" would be appropriate.
