nice girls in the service. food... it remains fast food, for a quick craving. mac&cheese snack was nice for a change.

Fast service, friendly and nice

Unfortunately, I didn't look in the bag before I left. Half of the order was missing even though it wasn't busy (not 10 guests in the store).

Everything was fine, not too busy, the food was delicious, nice and friendly service staff

I was eating here in Glauchau with my daughter this week, the young man who served us at the drive-in counter obviously didn't feel like working, you could tell by his unfriendly reactions, next time I'll eat somewhere else!!

The young girl who seemed to be solely in charge of the store didn't even notice us after 15 minutes in the store. Had more to do with my own friends, one of whom had to place a mini order every 2 minutes. So I don't know if that's a good thing.

No order possible after 15 minutes. Cashier preferred to spend time with friends. Won't stop by again.

Attentive staff, when you come here you know what you are eating 😉. Therefore everything is good and better than at other locations of this chain that I have already visited.

A small subtle restaurant without crowds, no queues like in the good old days. I really recommend it.

Staff is really great. Fast, friendly, helpful. I've never experienced anything like this in a Burger King before. Really lonely tip :) In terms of taste, it's also right up there. For example, the fries were really hot and fresh and the chilli cheese burger also earned its name because it had a lot of cheese on it. Great.

I can't understand many of the reviews. We come here regularly and are extremely satisfied every time. The food is always tasty and served fresh and warm. The staff is always quick and friendly. (you never wait long for your food, no matter how busy it is) You can also stay longer as the atmosphere is very appealing and cozy.

Not only do you wait too long for your food here, you also often get burgers that have been on display for too long and then taste strange. The wrong things often end up in the bag at the drive-thru. You order with extra cheese and pay the extra so that you get a freshly prepared Citizen and in the end a Citizen without any extra ends up in the bag. The only positive thing is the mostly friendly employees

Great, we love coming here, the burgers are always very tasty and the staff are very accommodating. Although this is not part of the service, if the opportunity arises, they will bring the food directly to your seat. Thumbs up. 👍

Catastrophe. No air conditioning in summer, endless waiting times. Employees overwhelmed. Usually something is missing from the order or there is the wrong thing inside. The food itself is just Burger King... nothing more but nothing less either.

Michshake Oreo - my absolute favorite so far... apart from the fact that here in Glauchau it hasn't been served with a straw for a long time now... the recipe has been saved since yesterday... so far all over Germany and also in Glauchau: Oreo in the bottom, then shake and OREO on top... TOP... absolutely delicious... since yesterday there is no OREO on the top anymore - it says so in the recipe... strange that all of Germany and so far Glauchau too, always do that did wrong. Thank God there is now a capable, young, motivated employee who is now saving even more... now also a customer - that's not possible!!!!!

We were warmly welcomed, the guys were really friendly, quick and helpful… The food could still be worked on a bit, nuggets were much too dark... there was also an employee walking through the shop who just loudly gave out instructions to tackle decency yourself... she was also very unfriendly in itself, not a good day or something like that, she can do that , but please not in front of the customer and since the boys were really behind on tidying up, cleaning and taking orders and sending them out, it felt more like a “demonstration of force”… In our opinion, the service from the guys is top, that's why 4 stars, the whole thing could still improve a bit...

I was so pleasantly surprised that I just have to rate it. The Burgee King near Gleichau is the cleanest Burger King that I have ever visited. The staff is very, very friendly and accommodating. You are immediately greeted warmly, no rude or unmotivated employees there, I still can't believe it, my companion also looked at me and asked "what was that?" He had probably never experienced anything like that before. To all the employees there, you are super friendly and people like coming to you, I wish you were in my area. I say thanks.

Die Bedienung ist super Freundinlich vorallem diese eine Dame namens Joline. Der Umgang ist generell sehr Freunflich und und alle sind yehr nett. Hab dich Leub Toni!

Essen wie immer lecker, aber 3 mal nacheinander die nuggets vergessen. Die Mitarbeiter sollten mal bissl mehr drauf achten....

El personal espectacular de amable

Danke an das sehr freundliche, flinke Personal, ansonsten ein Burger King wie jedes andere. Angenehme Atmosphäre, als wir vor Ort waren, war sehr wenig Betrieb.

Freundliche Bedienung . Gemütliche Atmosphäre . Und das verteufelte, angeblich ungesunde, Fast Food-Essen schmeckt sehr lecker 👌

Angestellten kamen mir überfordert vor. Lange Wartezeit.

Die Filiale ist die einzige wo ich hin gehe weil es dort schmeckt und immer heiß ist.... kann hier nix finden was ich bemängeln würde.

Der Burger King ist gut aufgebaut, die Leute sind nett, das ist sehr gut und vor allem in einer sehr guten Lage. Er ist 200m von der Autobahn entfernt, direkt neben einer Tanke und auch bis zum Kaufland ist es nicht weit. Zudem kann das Essen auch direkt über einen Drive In bestellt werden. Im Sortiment sind auch vegane Sachen und auch die Menüs sind sehr gut und vor allem kommen sie bei mir vor McDonald's ;)

Ich war abends da. Im Netz stand bis 0 Uhr auf, drin wurde ich gefragt ob ich das Essen mitnehmen möchte oder vor Ort Essen möchte (also Standardsatz). Ich wollte vor Ort Essen (ca 21:45 uhr war es da), und bekam die Ansage "yWir schließen in knapp 10 Minuten. Auch so waren die Mitarbeiter etwas unfreundlich. Da wurde vor dem Kunden diskutiert, weil sie die sauber gemachten Geräte nochmal anwerfen müssen. Es wurde auch etwas vergessen (und es gab zu meiner Bestellzeit keine weitere Gleichzeitig).

Alles soweit sehr sauber und ordentlich. Personal sehr freundlich aber es hat lang gedauert bis man sein essen bekommt.

Vergessen immer wieder bestellte Ware. Wenn man selber beim drive nicht nachschaut, hat man zu Hause nur einen Burger anstatt zwei oder einmal Pommes fehlen. Und das ist leider Standard.

Wir waren wohl immer gerade zu einem unpassenden Zeitpunkt dort zu Besuch. Unser Essen war nie kalt, es hat nie etwas gefehlt und dreckig war es da auch nie. Wir gehen schon seit der Eröffnung dieser Filiale zwei bis dreimal im Monat dort essen und konnten uns noch nie beschweren. Wir haben diese Filiale immer gut gesättigt und glücklich verlassen🤗

Leider war der Automat für's Milchshake defekt 😕

Mam wrażenie że w Polsce przykładają więcej staranności i mięso jest lepsze. Wiem że to sieć, ale może w Niemczech panują inne zasady. Spokojne miejsce na przerwę w podróży.

Wir waren hier heute spontan Mittagessen und haben das Sparmenü probiert. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Mitarbeiter waren flott und sehr freundlich. Hat alles geschmeckt und ging schnell, super. Wir würden wieder hier essen.

Essen, Service und Ambiente sind absolut in Ordnung. Natürlich muss man etwas auf sein Essen warten, es geht in der Regel aber doch relativ schnell.

Wie jeder Bürger King sehr empfehlenswert☀️

Wenn ich in einen Burger-Laden gehe - weiß ich, dass es kein Sterne-Restaurant ist. Dennoch sind wir bei Burger King meist zufrieden. Hier waren wir sogar begeistert und inzwischen mehrfach da. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr freundlich und hatten auch Geduld mit der Bestellung des Kindes. Das Essen war frisch - und für ein FastFood Restaurant sehr lecker. Das Restaurant selbst war sauber und gepflegt - Tische, Bänke, Außenbereich waren sauber und gepflegt. So muss das sein - die Mitarbeiter vom BK Gera sollten hier mal hospitieren und Sauberkeit sowie Essensqualität lernen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Typische Burgerking Filiale. Leider wurde schon 2 Mal meine Bestellung falsch zusammengestellt (etwas wurde vergessen, etwas falsches wurde mitgegeben) . Beim letzten Mal war ein Umtausch problemlos möglich, gab als Entschädigung sogar noch eine kleine Gratiszugabe.

Minimalistisch, noch keine Selbst-Bestell Terminals sondern der Kunde muss mit der gesamten Speisekarte vertraut sein. Auch kein Refill der Getränke wie bei anderen BK schon üblich.

Sehr Kundenfreundlich man muß nicht lange warten bis das Essen fertig . Die Lage wo er ist liegt gut . Bin zufrieden und kann ihn weiter empfehlen.

Der "Laden" ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was der flinke Blick dem geneigten Besucher auch sofort offeriert. Türflügel defekt, Fliesen tlw. ausgebrochen, Kunstleder der Polster partiell brüchig ... Für mich hat es aber das junge & farbenfrohe Team heraus gerissen. Und die haben es bei der gestrengen Aufsicht bestimmt nicht ganz so leicht. Also dann doch wieder fast ein sehr gut. Freundliche Bedienung, teilweise gutes Angebot aber verschiedene unverschämte Preise ( z.B. gewöhnliches Mineralwasser)! Dann reichts auch nicht zu mehr...

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes team.sehr guter Service und Kommunikation. Haben für 130 Personen schnell und alles auf dem Punkt genau zubereitet zur Bestellung . Haben vorher alles telefonisch abgeklärt und es hat alles super geklappt .

Ist gleich bei der Abfahrt von der Autobahn, in Richtung Glauchau.Hier ist ein kleiner Parkplatz ,man kan hier gut essen.

Moderne Bestellung sieht anders aus ,Lustloses Personal , Rückgabe Behältnisse erdrückend Voll obwohl kaum Gäste anwesend waren , geteilte Essen , zum Teil Kalt

Von unserer Bestellung kam nur die Hälfte an, das was wir Bekommen haben war zum Teil schon hart der Salat sah aus als wäre er schon mehr als 8 Stunden alt. Haben versucht anzurufen und das zu klären aber keiner geht ans Telefon

Essen war alles kalt,wie Pappe.Keiner wollte es mehr essen.Kommen da nicht mehr hin.Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Fue bueno no tan mal, pero bueno. . . Nos tomamos un montón de diferentes tipos de hamburguesa y las disfrutamos. . .

Called in for lunch - food was great but milkshakes were unavailable - machine was broken . Staff spoke English and the restaurant was nice and clean

Stopped to have a bit of lunch, was very busy and a few tables hadn't been cleared but apart from that good service and the food was nice and hot.c
