Burger King in Gelsenkirchen

3x dort gewesen 3x habe ich mich geärgert. Jedesmal das selbe Problem gehabt. Ich fahre mit meiner Tochter dahin sie freut sich,wie die meisten Kinder, auf das Spielzeug jedesmal wurden wir enttäuscht. Erste mal Spielzeug angeblich keins mehr da es gab keinen Ersatz Kind traurig. Zweite Mal kein Spielzeug mehr da. Es gab ein quetschi als Ersatz aber erst nachdem ich mich richtig aufgeregt habe und mehrmaligem Nachfragen wie man das jetzt lösen kann, weil wenn ich eine kiddi Box bestelle erwarte ich auch ein Spielzeug erst Recht wenn ich mit Kind da bin. Ansonsten könnte das Personal das auch direkt bei Bestellung kommunizieren. Dritte mal dort, Kind sucht sich ein Spielzeug aus wir haben in der Box ein völlig anders Spielzeug aus einer vorherigen Aktionen. Was soll eine 4 jährige mit einem Star Wars Puzzel hat die doch gar keinen Bezug zu und fand sie doof also Kind wieder traurig. Ganz ehrlich wenn Kinder dort dauerhaft so wenig wertgeschätzt werden und jedesmal enttäuscht sind braucht man sich nicht wundern, wenn das gelbe M einfach beliebter bei Kindern ist. Für uns war es jetzt das letzte Mal das wir dort waren. SDes weiteren war das Essen kalt (außer die Pommes) die Tablets sahen mega ekelhaft aus und haben geklebt der Tisch war Dreckig. Fazit für uns: es gibt keinen Grund dort nochmal hin zua gehen.

Also ganz ehrlich, ich hatte das Gefühl, ich war heute einen Tag in Bulgarien. Das Burger King nichts dagegen tut, ist für mich eine Unverschämtheit. Draußen zu sitzen ist absolut unmöglich, dass ich hier Gruppen bilden Und Stühle so geschoben werden das Gäste gar nicht die Möglichkeit haben, draußen Platz zu nehmen. Nie wieder

Bedienung so lala... Essen ... Pommes eher so laberig. Nuggets zusammen gepappt... Keine Sauce dazu... Holly Cheeseburger lauwarm bis kalt... Gesamtbewertung Mangelhaft. Kann nicht Empfohlen werden. Lg

Ein nettes, sauberes Lokal, und das Essen war heiß und für Burgerking-Verhältnisse sehr lecker.

Geld wurde kassiert und Essen nicht geliefert. Eine Frechheit

Sehr schlechte Service Am Sonntag, 24. Mai um 22:50 Uhr Wollten wir ich und mein Kumpels, was bei die essen die Dame? Bei Drive Thru Hatte kein Bock zu arbeiten und hat unsere Geld einfach auf Boden weggeschmissen , und hat uns auf Arabisch beleidigt. Die dachte vollkommen, ich versteh kein Arabisch. Von mir aus soll diese Dame versichern, neuer Job suchen

Schlechter Service schmeißt das Rückmeldung einfach auf uns und war sehr unfreundlich und hatte kein Bock auf ihre Arbeit.

The Burger King branch makes a very good impression. The restaurant was clean, the wait was short, and the food was freshly prepared. You can tell that they do a good job here. I just ordered a Big King XXL meal and a Big King at the drive-thru. So, two burgers without a drink because the machines were broken. Unfortunately, I didn't check at the place since it was only supposed to be two burgers. At home, I realized I only got one, but I did get a second order of fries. Thanks a lot!!

I was at the drive-thru on September 29, 2025, around 9 p.m. and patiently waited in my car to order something. After about 10 minutes, I drove to the checkout window because no one answered over the loudspeaker. I wasn't noticed at the window either. I did see a young woman in the pool wearing a headset, but no one noticed me. After another 5 minutes, I drove home and ate at home.
