We were in this store for the first time today, even though we don't live far away. Now we are completely horrified! After we waited about an hour for our food (as some reviews have already written, various other people were served during that time), two of the burgers were raw. When we pointed this out to the staff, the two half-eaten burger patties were put back on the grill. When we pointed out the long waiting time and the completely hygienic procedure when paying, the employee became completely abusive and insulting. As already described here, it was generally rather unclean, the tables were not cleaned and were greasy. We will never enter the store again and can only advise against a visit.

Clean little diner with nice staff. Good burger selection. All patties are also available from falafel. Extra requests possible at any time. Side menu with a large selection. The fries are great. Drink selection could be larger. Almost only soft drinks. And then there are milkshakes and fried chocolate bars on the menu. Sounds sweet and unhealthy and damn delicious. But I haven't tried them. Maybe next time.

No greeting when we came in, only when we were asked after 5 minutes what we would like. After 40 minutes (in the empty restaurant) I asked again if the food was already in progress. This was answered with a stroppy “Yes, of course”. The colleague then asked me what number I had. When I answered that, I realized that they had forgotten about us. Mistakes happen to all of us, but not a word of apology and it surprises me that you can't see that someone is sitting in a restaurant and has nothing to eat. Actually, I would have expected that the plates would be brought to the table with an apology in this case... The tables and chairs were stuck. The burger was good though. Nevertheless, you should give the employee who prepared the burgers between 4 and 6 p.m. a course on customer friendliness.

Overpriced for average burgers.

The best burgers around. Really delicious side dishes and fried chocolate bars for dessert. Plus sustainable take-away packaging. What more could you want... I'd love to come back. The waiting time is sometimes a little longer, so it's best to call ahead.

These sweet potato fries were delivered to us. As you can easily see at first glance, these are completely burnt and inedible. I don't know why they would package and deliver something like that? The burgers were good and tasty.

Food delicious, delivery catastrophe First of all, it was delivered later than stated. Then half of what we only saw after the driver had already left was forgotten. When we asked over the phone, we were told that the missing items would be delivered later. However, these only came 1.5 hours later and then not even with an apology... even if they had only been free dips or something So I think this will be the last time we order. If you read the other reviews, it happens more often that something is forgotten.

I visited the snack bar for the first time today and can only give my rating about the curry sausage. The sausage and especially the sauce, one A👍👍👍. Curry sausage depends on the sauce and it was great.

I placed an order for delivery yesterday and had to wait 2 hours for it because they were absolutely understaffed and couldn't get it done any quicker. Unfortunately that's not possible and I hope the (poor) staff will be increased! But the food was very tasty.

The price isn't really right for the burger. The sauces (one of the most important ingredients in my opinion) only consisted of ketchup and mayo. In addition, the burger was sometimes too dry. Also, the waiting time is too long and poorly distributed, there were seven of us and six of us got their burger, after which one of us had to wait over 25 minutes, after which we decided to leave. I'll never eat here again. Your decision. Greetings to everyone except the company.

Unfortunately, the burgers no longer taste as tasty as they did two years ago and the sweet potato fries are now totally limp. The prices have risen and the quality has deteriorated a lot, which is a shame.

Delivery: It was supposed to take 40 minutes - it ended up being 75 minutes. When the food finally arrived there was a burger missing and mayonnaise on the fries. Unfortunately, we only discovered this when we had paid the driver in cash (no other option) and unpacked the bag. When I reported the defect by phone, I was able to choose between a subsequent delivery (which should take a long time) and a refund. But the driver didn't come by - I had to go to the store and pick up the money (here they gave me back a euro too little and only returned the euro after asking). Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm and the bun was relatively hard. But since I've already eaten a burger in the store, I know that it's also delicious. However, I don't find it comfortable and it's not particularly clean either. Finally, my conclusion: Eating in the store = delicious Delivery = never again Service = bad

Overall we were satisfied, but it was extremely warm inside and the doors couldn't be opened. Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a long time for the food, even though there weren't many people there.

Basically solid burgers, but with a delivery time of over 2 hours + an incomplete order, unfortunately the disillusionment. The supplement was probably in the box for a little longer. They were so soft that you no longer need teeth. Very helpful and friendly on the phone!

Food was okay. Ordered to go, received on site. It was offered to pack up the food that had already been served... with currywurst fries, everything is wobbly afterwards. We preferred to eat there instead. But they were really shocked when we mentioned the TO Go. You just did 7 things at the same time and there was nothing you could do about it. The service was not very customer friendly. And the prices are steep too. €8.10 for fries and currywurst with mayo. Normal portion. Currywurst consisted of a normal sausage... The table we sat at was also sticky... Probably won't come again.

Solid burgers and fries (chilli cheese are 🤩🤩) in mega delicious buns (not bagged goods - at least I suspect). Always nice staff, I personally don't need anything more 👍🏻. Keep it up 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I've had better and worse burgers. Fries were good, burgers were very bland. Unfortunately it took a long time until the food was ready. Price performance was a bit too high. Ambience very good.

Top burger joint on the main road. Good selection of burgers at slightly higher prices. But the burgers are also of very good quality. The burgers are freshly prepared and with a lot of love. There are also good side dish options and “fancy” milkshakes. The restaurant is not very large, which is why reservations should be made in advance if a group is visiting. There are also some outdoor spaces, unfortunately these are right on the main road and the noise level is quite high. All in all a good burger place.

You can eat really tasty burgers here and the prices are reasonable too. I also like the facility.

See good citizens at a very good price

The food is always delicious, but something is often forgotten. We ordered 2 burgers, 1 hot dog and fries on Saturday at 6:50 p.m. According to the delivery confirmation, the food was supposed to arrive at 8:15 p.m., but it didn't arrive until 9:10 p.m. Waiting for almost 2.5 hours is really hard. If there is too much to do, you could possibly limit delivery times or switch to collection only. Otherwise the shop is very nice, the food tastes great and the employees have always been very nice.

I think the burgers are simply brilliant. Everything is freshly prepared. Price-performance is completely fine for it. Burgers start at 9.90. .

We waited over one (1) hour for our food. While we were waiting, other customers (at least 8 people) came, ordered, received and ate their food and then left before we (2 people) even saw our food. I had the “Bacon-Fam” burger, which unfortunately really wasn’t recommended. Maybe it was the hasty preparation when it became apparent that we had been forgotten, but unfortunately the sauce in combination with the rest of the burger's toppings was a "sentence with an X". Absolutely grotesque service, and unfortunately also unfriendly staff.

Burger was good, fries unfortunately a bit wobbly. But I expected a little more in terms of taste. The location is easily accessible and there are enough parking spaces. Prices are average. Owners and employees were nice. 4 stars!

The staff was very friendly. Were there for the first time and also said that we had to organize ourselves first. The lady was patient, unfortunately there was no advice or brief instructions. Price performance ratio is not that good. The bun was soft and bland. The meat was a little too medium and there was too much sauce. Not worth a second visit for me.

Currywurst was very tasty, as were the fries of course. A bit of a long wait but that makes up for the friendliness.

We have been here every six months for the past two years and it has become a tradition for us when we drive past here on a regular appointment. Burgers are OKish, there are interesting combinations, for example with nachos. Unfortunately, I think their quality has deteriorated over time. In any case, during our visits we have now switched from burgers to milkshakes, which we find very tasty overall. But unfortunately the price increase was enormous compared to last time. Let's see if we can keep our tradition.

I can't understand the bad reviews. The food was super tasty, prepared quickly, and the price was also right. The atmosphere is cool anyway. The portion size was just right. You were comfortably full but not overeaten. We'll definitely be back :)

Never eaten with 6 people again... 2 dishes put together wrong... 3 things completely forgotten. Bread looked like it was 5 days old...so not my thing at all.

Unfortunately, after the price increase, I'm finally out of here. The prices were already questionable for average burgers, but now they are neither tasteful nor economically understandable, let alone bearable. Otherwise, we would have ordered regularly for 3 people (on average we were between 38 - 45 euros) and would now have to pay almost 10 euros more for an order. No, no dish there justifies this surcharge of almost one euro per product.

Order was placed online. There was no delivery. However, the amount was debited.

We waited an extremely long time for the food (45 minutes), it wasn't really clean in the guest area (dirty tables and walls), the staff seemed constantly engrossed in their own conversations and the food wasn't great. Little and somehow listless. Don't recommend. You can get better burgers in Café Extrablatt, for example.

Food is good, but I pre-ordered the day before and it was FORGOTTEN... it wasn't until we called 10 minutes after the time that we noticed it... no real sorry or any compensation for the fact that we had our food almost an hour later. It's a shame for the €3 delivery fee

Guys, I was thrilled!! I come from the Soest district and was only there because of the nearby hammam. I came in here on the way back and I have to say, the chili cheeseburger was the best I've eaten so far. The meat, the sauce, the bread are simply amazing👌🏼 Will definitely come back again. I can only recommend it to everyone. The ambience is also nice and fits the concept, but you just have to be prepared for the smell of barbecue when you're inside😅 And the lady who takes the orders has to laugh often😉 Otherwise great shop🤌🏻

As for the burger - by far the best burger in the Ruhr area!! Unfortunately there is definitely a lack of cleanliness on site, but the burger is simply delicious!! Great value for money! Have gotten the burger a few times already!

Long waiting times without even being informed once. 1 hour 15 is simply too long, especially if you are not informed in advance! Food okay but not special either. Fries were fried to death and the burger buns were very dry. Not particularly good prices for that. Therefore not recommended!

It wasn't bad as a snack before, but the burger clearly surpassed it. All around rustic, hearty burgers, delicious crispy side dishes, great. Priced upscale but reasonable. The only point of criticism: A word of explanation as to how ordering, drinks and payment work/work would be great.

An dem Sonntag waren wohl viele Telefonischen Vorbestellungen...das Telefon klingelte in einer Tour.. und die beiden Bediehnungen waren sichtlich überfordert ...nach ca 10 min konnte Ich dann endlich bestellen...beim Aussuchen eines Tisches musste Ich feststellen das Sie sehr unsauber waren ..Fettflecken u Krümmel....bestimmt 30 min Wartezeit ...aber mein Burger und die dazubestellten Onionringe waren gut und Ich bin Satt geworden

Ate there twice and each time my companions and I had stomach problems shortly afterwards. Probably a result of the half raw burger patties. In addition to the bad food, I would also like to say that if you come by car you could have parking problems. The employees don't seem to care when customers park their cars across three parking spaces. I definitely won't give the Burger Fam a third chance.

I've never experienced anything like that before. I can only advise against ordering from Burger Fam. The average delivery time given online is 40 minutes. I can understand when there is a lot going on, but then you are no longer allowed to accept orders if you are not able to process all the orders. It was definitely the last time. There is better or even better service elsewhere.

Very cool burger shop with delicious milkshakes! It would be cool if there were more vegetarian patties and not just Fallafel. The inside of the shop has real potential, but the large windows only provide a boring view of the streets

The burgers are real tasty. Unfortunately it takes them a real long time to prepare them. On a Saturday early afternoon it took 45minutes. But as the burgers are so good it is worth the wait.

Portion ok but taste of burger is bad without fiff and dry making it yourself is better and cheaper..

Had dinner here for the first time today. And I thought it was really good. The people were nice, the food was delicious and completely sufficient for me and the price was okay too. The restaurant itself is well laid out and for the location you can sit well, there is seating outside for the warm days.

Vorher angerufen ob es Gerichte ohne Burger gibt. Das wurde bestätigt. Vor Ort gab es vorwiegend Burger. Nicht einmal einen Salatteller konnte man bekommen. Wenn man mit mehreren Leuten kommt ist schon mal einer dabei der keine Burger mag. Schlechte Organisation.

Burger top Currywurst nicht so mein Fall aber Geschmäcker sind ja unterschiedlich. Service gibt's ja nicht wirklich. Tresen Annahme und halt wie in jedem schnell Restaurant.

Essen war schmackhaft, Portion für den Preis fair, ein wenig längere Wartezeit als gedacht, ob es Freitag Mittags war und der Laden fast leer, aber Ambiente war gemütlich, Service war nett und alles in allem eine netter Laden. Empfehlung ist raus.

Sowohl Burger als auch Beilagen durchgehen gut. Negativ sind jedoch trotz telefonischer/online Vorbestellung die langen Wartezeiten. (Burger sollte in 20 min fertig sein, es waren jedoch über 40 min). Dies wiederholt sich leider bei jeder Bestellung! Warum plant man die Abholzeiten nicht direkt etwas großzügiger?!

Also um ehrlich zu sein könnte es vom Essen und vom Service her genauso gut ein Burgerking sein. Ich hatte einen Chilli Cheese Burger und der war bis auf die Größe Orginal wie bei BurgerKing kein Salat keine Zwiebeln nichts und der Pettie naja Schuhsohle ist noch nett ausgedrückt. Der Pettie war schrecklich die Leute am Grill haben anscheinend keine Ahnung von dem was as sie machen. Meine Frau hatte einen Bacon Burger da war es ganz genau so wie bei BurgerKing lege auf einen Hamburger von BurgerKing eine Scheibe Bacon und schwups hat du den Bacon Burger von BurgerFam
