I was there on vacation. It looks like 90% of the people are tourists. A cup of ginger tea costs €4.50. My main course was a bowl with chicken, but the amount wasn't enough; for me, it was just like an appetizer. The value for money isn't good. Sorry.

Sorry, but when there's hardly anything going on and your cell phone and personal conversations are more important than the guest!! You get really annoyed when you have to get the staff's attention. When we placed our orders, including spring rolls, sushi, and a main course "No. 25" (I can't remember the name of the dish, unfortunately). We were truly disappointed with all the dishes. Even the "waiters" didn't even ask if everything was okay. We tried ALL the dishes differently and left almost everything behind, just enjoying our drinks. Sorry, but that's the first and last time! I can't and won't recommend it to anyone!

The pho was truly delicious! Unfortunately, the soup is no longer available with vegetable broth, and therefore no longer in the vegetarian version offered on the menu.

Beautiful and good Sushi, but we waited 1 hour from when we ordered until we got the food, it wasn't like that the last time we visited the place, so we don't think we'll come back....unfortunately - it's just too long. Many waited and several pointed it out to the staff.

While searching for an interesting restaurant, we came across the Buddha Lounge. Based on the restaurant's previous reviews, we decided to eat there. The fact that they allowed us to bring our dogs is worth an extra star. The waitress showed us to a sufficiently large table, promptly handed us our menus, and returned shortly after to order our drinks. Drinks arrived quickly, the appetizers were delivered promptly, and the main courses weren't long in coming either. The visual aspect is definitely important, and all the food was beautifully presented. Many of the dishes were very tasty. The Buddha Lounge in Flensburg is highly recommended, even though I didn't find the wooden benches particularly comfortable.

Fresh and tasty, large portions, great service. We had the summer rolls and yakatori as a starter, and 'Spring breeze' and 'pho dalat' as a main. Highly recommend. Seating is fine, unless you want to spend all night here.

Unfortunately I wasn't entirely convinced. The food in the Budda Lounge was pretty average - neither particularly good nor really bad. Unfortunately, the service seemed a bit disinterested and not attentive, which spoiled the overall experience somewhat. There is definitely potential for improvement, especially in terms of service.

Cozy place with good service. Everything was brought quickly, it was very tasty. Good location, right in the center. We have eaten here not for the first time and it is always delicious 😋

Super leckeres Essen, flinke Bedienung, aber leider höchst unbequeme Stühle bzw. Bänke. Das ist der einzige Grund warum wir nicht oft wieder kommen werden, es ist einfach nicht gemütlich. Da wir selbst auch Restaurants einrichten wissen wir genau was es kostet und können nicht verstehen warum man so unbequeme Bänke nehmen muss. Unser Vorschlag: einen Teil so lassen für Fast-Food-Liebhaber und sonst bitte austauschen! Ganz schnell damit wir wiederkommen können ;-)))

Really fresh, really tasty and beautifully prepared. Spring Breeze simply recommended. A cushion for the bench would be desirable as it quickly becomes too hard, but otherwise absolutely great.

I've been to the Buddha Lounge a few times now. The food has always been delicious, I'm a fan of the sushi selection. Service is generally friendly, but the waiting times can sometimes be long. Because the area is large and open, it is quite loud on busy evenings. Therefore one star deducted, but still top and recommended.

Great value for money, great food, great service, great atmosphere. In short, we were completely satisfied. Duck is really crispy. I have never eaten such a delicious, crispy and juicy duck as I did here.

The food is incredibly good. The service mediocre. Unfortunately, the tables and benches are so uncomfortable that I considered leaving straight away because you can hardly sit down. Hard benches, no chairs, the table is far too far away from the bench. You sit so slouched that you can't enjoy your stay. Too bad!

Absolut hver at besøge. Maden er mega frisk og portionerne er store. En børneportion er næsten lige så stor som en voksenportion. Retterne er rigtig flot anrettet. Når så at priserne er i den lave ende bliver oplevelsen lige en anelse bedre. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen

I chose the Vietnamese beef soup. It is really good. 😋🍜👍 I recommend it if you are very hungry.

You can't complain about the food. Two stars deducted because the chairs are very uncomfortable. You eat quickly and want to get out immediately. It's a shame because the decoration of the restaurant itself is very nicely done.

The food is by card. The portions are quite reasonable for the prices. Of course, taste is always subjective, but that's okay. It didn't blow me away, but it wasn't bad either. Wait, okay The ambience is characterized by very open spaces. The service was nice and friendly and they did their job well.

Delicious Vietnamese dishes that are beautifully presented. The highlight are the flying chopsticks, but everything else looks great and tastes great. The staff could be more attentive. The seating is uncomfortable and I personally don't like the lighting.

This restaurant is very popular and always very crowded with customers. A few months ago, we enjoyed unique and creative Asian cuisine hear in a cozy space. The staff were very friendly. We will come here again.

The food was excellent and the service was great. We were there on October 26th, 2024 and in the hotel lobby, which you can see from the restaurant. Was an event/celebration with a DJ. It was super loud and damaged the whole thing.

Super great location, unfortunately the service was very poor, I was there on a Thursday evening, it wasn't very full, the staff was standing and talking to each other. For everything you had to get up and go there yourself - new drinks, paying for everything. The best thing of the night - food poisoning 👍🏼 Unfortunately, so far I've had 3 friends who were there after the same meal as me and also lay flat with food poisoning after the visit. Maybe the kitchen should be checked. Never again ! It's a real shame because it was just something different in Flensburg

Jeg syntes at det er rigtig ærgerligt at gå på restaurant hvor man som minimum forventer at man kan få forklaret de retter de serverer for os. Da vi kommer ind bliver vi sat ved et bord og tjeneren tager imod vores bestilling. Da maden er klar kommer en anden tjener (eller personale) med vores mad stiller den på bordet og går igen uden at sige et ord til os. Vi får så fat i hende der har taget imod vores ordre for at spørge ind til de retter der er serveret og hun kan ikke svarer på et eneste af vores spørgsmål hun burde tjekke med køkkenet og så komme tilbage og svarer på vores spørgsmål, det syntes jeg da er den mindste smule service man kan forvente på en restaurant. Vi bestilte 8 forskellige retter Edamamebønner som havde kogt så længe at de var helt bløde og melede. Yakitori med kylling der var seje og trevlede i kødet. Ricepaper Roll med kylling hvor der var så lidt kylling i at vi kun kunne smage salat og koriander. Lakse nigiri der var så store at min søn på 9år måtte bide dem over af flere omgang. Agurk hosomaki som var Ok. Chefs fantasy Roll der var så “hemmelig” at tjeneren ikke kunne fortælle os hvad der var i for det var jo kokkens fantasi. Vi gjorde hende opmærksom på at vi ikke kunne tåle skaldyr, hvilket ikke var noget problem da køkkenet kun havde laks og tun. Men der var så alligevel en tempurareje i rullen ☹️ Så fik vi en flying noodle ret som smagte udemærket med sprøde grøntsager og mild karrysauce og til sidst en lækker wokret med oksekød, sprøde grøntsager og friske nudler. Der ud over er der super dårlig akustik i restauranten så man har svært ved at hører hvad hinanden siger og der er generelt meget støj fra gæsterne. Så alt i alt ærgerligt at bruge en hyggeaften med familien på et sted med et personale der ikke virker glade for sit arbejde, en lille smule smil og service kunne have redet meget.

Buddha Lounge is a nice and quiet hidden gem in Flensburg. I've been visiting the city for years, but never knew about this place, until a few days ago. It's a beautiful restaurant, decorated with exotic plants, that makes you feel like you're visiting Bali. This restaurant has lots of different asian dishes and beautiful drinks on their menu, and everything we had looked beautiful and was delicious, especially the sushi, wish was very fresh and super tasty. We were served by a nice and welcoming waiter, and our food came to us quickly. Thank you for a tasty lunch. We hope to visit again.

We were lucky to get a table on Saturday evening. A reservation is definitely recommended. We were served very friendly and the food was delicious. Crunchy fresh vegetables, tender meat or fish…greatly seasoned. We had a lovely evening!

It was really tasty. Service could have come more often and it is a bit noisy.

I always think the food is delicious, the location is really nice, only when it's full and you're not sitting in the open hall, but also super loud on the right. I think it's a shame that the waiters don't really have nice phrases to say, so you're not really greeted, you're not asked every now and then whether you like the food and you're not offered a second drink or dessert. The service could therefore be better, also because we were missing cutlery and we couldn't start eating at first, they didn't apologize and were almost annoyed and had to bring something else. If you want the rest of the food packed, there is no mention of the fact that you have to pay €1 for the packaging...that is simply written on the bill without comment. In my opinion this is not possible and you should say so in advance.

The food is good, But had to Wait 30 min to get service and then 1 hour to get the food and When we bought it up, they just brushed us off. So the food is good but there is a long wait.

The acoustics are problematic. It's very loud there and echoes from everywhere. It's hard to have a conversation.

The welcome was friendly, the ambience was Asian-rustic. The wooden furniture appears to be of high quality, but most of it has no backrest, which makes a longer evening a bit uncomfortable and is somewhat reminiscent of "beer table culture". The tempura shrimp and the lemongrass coconut soup were good, the tofu in the main course was a little too soft, but the vegetables were a little too hard. When it comes to the duck, make sure that it is fried until crispy and not doused with soy sauce. The salmon and sesame crusted sushi was great though. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the evening.

We were curious. The drinks were brought quickly, everything is fine, the mint tea was delicious. We waited a long time for the main order, and in the end the flying noodles were cold, the portion was very small, the chef's sushi wasn't baked, we asked not to put the peppers in a dish because of allergies, but there was still peppers there and a lot. The waiter came, we told him our comments, no reaction just a grimace. The checkout process was very quick, without words... and where is the question, how did you like it, how was the food? And the normal greeting, see you next time?? Not even a kind word goodbye. Went there for the first time, left hungry and disappointed, and we won't be coming back and you can't expect recommendations like that!!!

I was here for the first time today. The food was good in terms of taste and quality, i.e. a good standard or nothing outstanding, I thought the price-performance ratio was okay. The service was friendly and attentive, the ambience fit well with the "lounge" theme, rather rustic... the benches don't exactly invite you to linger for a long time (i.e. not my butt) I found it uncomfortable.

A lovely visit with something for everyone. Delicious curry dishes, summer rolls and also bowls. Service was very attentive and everything was at the table very quickly. It tasted good too :) Fits!!! Treat yourself and enjoy your meal!

The restaurant seems very clean and the staff is very nice. The atmosphere at the seats in front of the actual store seems very cold, as it is not as nicely decorated as inside and the surrounding area is missing. The food and drinks came very quickly. Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with the food. I ordered these outside fried chicken rolls. They had clearly been fried for too long. The breading was very hard on the outside and was difficult to eat. The rice inside had become quite mushy. In my opinion, the salmon in the Salmon Maki is of inferior quality. The salmon meat was decorated with white stripes and therefore tasted very fatty. Unfortunately, for the price of around €60 for 2 people, I expected more quality.

Ich war nun schon öfter und bin jedes Mal zufrieden gewesen. Die Pho und flying Nudeln schmecken sehr und die Sushigerichte bei dem Nachbartischen sehen köstlich aus (Esse selbst aber kein Sushi). Das Ambiente gefällt mir auch sehr aber die Sitzgelegenheiten sind eine ungemütliche Zumutung die nicht zu einem längeren Aufenthalt einlädt. Ich komme wieder :)

Everything looked great but maybe not suitable for everyone😉 Definitely, go there again👍👍👍 Addendum!! After I was there with my colleagues, I went there for dinner with my husband and my mother. We had a mixed starter plate and there was nothing wrong with it. Very tasty and beautifully prepared. We all had the same main course, just a different type of meat. This time, the noodles were almost cold and you have to be honest and say that they are instant noodles! My mother had chicken and here it comes! That was pressed meat! This doesn't belong in any restaurant! Neither do these noodles. My duck and the prawns my husband had were delicious. Since sitting on the wooden benches isn't exactly comfortable, my mother asked for seat cushions and they were immediately brought to us. But these were so thin that it made little difference whether you had one or not. In terms of taste, the food is really great, but the quality of the product is cheap and the guest pays a lot more in proportion. It's a shame, because it tasted good, but when you go out to eat, you don't want pressed meat... At least we wouldn't buy something like that...

Food was extremely, extremely tasty. So good that we’ll be back in two weeks 😂 What was a bit annoying was that the service took a long time. So we waited a really long time to receive our order, even though it was still very empty at the time and there were hardly any people there. The wait between ordering and eating was also quite long, but it was okay because the food was really delicious.

The mixed starter plate was excellent, the lemonade was good and the main course was also satisfactory. Very friendly staff and a cool location. Unfortunately, the waiting times were sometimes a disaster, which spoils the overall impression. Overall I give 3 stars.

There were 3 of us women and we felt like we were in great hands: the service staff was really friendly, the food was prepared quickly, and it was also really tasty, as were the drinks. We also sat very comfortably - despite the lack of a backrest. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back!
