Very nicely decorated, the staff friendly, but not coordinated among themselves, in our opinion. Good selection on the menu. The plates are beautifully presented, and the flavor is good. Perhaps opt for a better, higher-quality product for some of the ingredients. We'd be happy to visit again.

An average steakhouse experience with ups and downs The B&S Lounge Steakhouse delivers, overall, an expected but by no means outstanding experience. The food was average. The spare ribs were okay, but a little dry. The steak was also okay, but nothing particularly impressive. While you can't go wrong with the chicken wings, they lacked that certain something. A significant downside was the size of the table for our group of six. It was noticeably cramped, while four people would certainly have been more comfortable. We found the value for money to be too high considering the quantity and quality of the food offered. The staff deserves special mention. The service was extremely friendly and very attentive to the guests' well-being. We felt like we were in good hands. In summary, our visit to the B&S Lounge Steakhouse was everything you'd expect – nothing more, nothing less. There is definitely room for improvement to go beyond the average.

The restaurant is rather small and a little cramped, but this is made up for by the cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The steaks were excellent – ​​cooked exactly as ordered. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly in recent years. When I said that my meat was unfortunately very dry, the only answer I got was “just say it sooner next time”. Didn't help me at that moment.

We ate burgers here twice, everything tasted great, portion size was good, so that you don't overeat but don't go hungry either. Fairly priced, The service is friendly but depending on the situation a little more is possible but if an adult man orders an iced tea leave the straw out of it :) Great atmosphere, really nice living room atmosphere, Card made of cow hide/leather fits very well. Best steakhouse ever! Until I found this gem, I went to Stuttgart for overpriced and dry steaks... At B&S in Reichenbach you can get perfectly grilled steaks, juicy burgers and I sometimes dream of the ribs. By the way, the staff is also world class. I've eaten almost every dish here and have never been disappointed!

A pearl in the Esslingen area. Today we had two delicious 250g sirloin steaks, with garlic bread, wedges with dip, salad and a homemade salsa. Very tender meat. To the point. You can taste the quality. Side dishes also delicious. The service is very friendly and accommodating. In terms of price, the whole thing is well below the quality offered. We had a nice seat by the window and felt comfortable. Down to earth, not fancy. Top!

Despite the reservation confirmation, the table was assigned differently. Another table could not be offered either. The food was always good, but the treatment of customers was catastrophic. Therefore this location will no longer see us.

This steakhouse is a real highlight! The quality of the meat is excellent – ​​juicy, perfectly grilled and full of flavor. Fantastic overall impression! In this restaurant you get great service and the food tastes delicious - whether it's a burger or a steak. The good price-performance ratio also stands out. Damn good steaks for a decent price

Been here again after a long time and absolutely don't regret it!! At our table we had the all you can eat spare ribs (available every Wednesday) and two different steaks and everything was perfect!! My rump steak was medium rare as requested, delicious salad and there was unanimous praise from the spareribs group too! Plus friendly, attentive and fast service...we'll definitely be back!!! Probably one of the best burgers I've ever eaten

I want to share my honest opinion. My favorite is the Jalapenos Burger, which tastes really delicious due to its consistency, sauce, meat and everything else. I wanted to order the paprika mayo sauce, which can be seen on the burger, as a dip for the potatoes for an additional charge. I said it shouldn't fail because of a sauce + extra charge for customer satisfaction. The waiter refused, arguing "we don't have to satisfy all of the customer's needs". What I also think is a shame is that at 6:30 p.m. you have to ask in the kitchen whether there are still burgers available. You are a restaurant that is open on Mondays and you can plan and shop well for the week. Nevertheless, they have a very tasty menu. + delicious menu - no napkins in the pickup bag - Customer satisfaction: did not receive sauce at an additional cost ("we do not have to satisfy all of the customer's needs")

After a birthday, I ate the men's burger with 500g of meat and beans as well as potato flips/chips with my wife and ordered an oven potato with it. The taste was crazy and the potato, the sauce in the burger was so delicious and the combination with them The beans were very successful and the potatoes were very well balanced with garlic and deserved the highest score. We would love to come back :) :) :)

Our waiter was simply great – super attentive, warm and always there without being intrusive and always had a smile on his face. He understood our wishes perfectly and gave us great advice. The food was also first class: fresh ingredients, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. We were particularly impressed with the mushroom rump steak dish. From the moment we got there we were treated like royalty. Our Cato was simply fantastic – he gave us a warm welcome and was very attentive. The food was an absolute highlight! I chose the raclette style roast beef and it was an excellent wah. The meat is simply a masterpiece! Tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned – every bite was a delight. It had a lovely crust that gave the meat a wonderful texture and enhanced the intense flavor. The fried mushrooms were the perfect complement. They were beautifully golden brown on the outside and had a delicious, slightly crispy texture, while the inside remained nice and juicy. Their earthy taste and umami aroma refined the dish and harmonized wonderfully with the meat. Together they made an irresistible combination that simply begged for more! A truly heavenly taste experience! and the portions were more than generous. Another absolute strong point was the wine! The Argentinian wine that Cato offered us was simply a hit. With its full-bodied, fruity aromas and the perfect balance of tannins and acidity, it went perfectly with the meat All I can say is: the wine was the icing on the cake for this outstanding dinner! My only regret is that I didn't get there sooner. Without a doubt I will be back soon and I'm looking forward to it!

I ordered a burger to pick up, but unfortunately I didn't get it because: - Voucher appears to have expired (it's nowhere) - Card payment not possible - there was only €12 in cash in my pocket (and not €12.90) Owner just said "I can get rid of the burger like that"... ...someone got an old burger this evening - I hope it was still tasty! 😄

Me and my husband ordered a steak and a burger , we ordered the burger without onions and cucumbers (for me)and it came with it ( the restaurant responded to my husband that we ate all of the plate including the cucumbers and onions and I wouldn’t ever eat onions in my burger because i hate them) which was a lie. Although we did ask the steak to be cooked medium it came rare but it was eatable afterall + we did take out the onions and cucumbers by our own , because of that when you asked us we told you the food is *ok* and of course we did not respond with *great* as you said+ ( i want to reconfirm that the waiter was unfriendly when he told us about the water , he literally looked at us in a disgusted face and told us to move it away in a bizarre way) which left us shocked , Never in my life i have been to a restaurant that did not let me drink from my own water ! I always bring my water with me , and literally i drank from it after we finished our food and on our way out! What a silly thing to say to someone who is literally drinking *water*. After all When a customer comes to your restaurant and write a review *because the service was bad and it actually was* you should be respectful to them and apologize for the mistake that happend and most importantly don’t lie.

Ordered the steak medium -> got it rare, ordered the burger without cucumber and onions -> served plenty of both, the meat from the burger was delicious, the baked potato was quite good. One of the waiters was very unfriendly. Change after answer: - 1 star 1. We ordered something and got something else (cucumbers and onions were on the plate -> it wasn't eaten either) 2. With your answer you confirmed your unfriendliness. 3. Regarding mineral water: Your statement is an “absurdity” because only after we paid did we take the bottle out of our bag and drink it. It wasn't even on the table for 10 seconds. Edited again: So succinctly: not only cheeky, but also a liar 🤥. Unfortunately there are no 0 stars for rating.

Small but nice restaurant, I made a reservation online and pointed out that we had a wheelchair user with us. I had written confirmation of the reservation within 10 minutes. Everything is barrier-free. The hospitality was excellent, the young man was very attentive and friendly. The food was extremely tasty, we had different burgers, steak and spare ribs with chicken wings. Every dish was simply delicious. Conclusion: if you want to eat really good burgers and steaks, bs-lounge is the right place for you. One thing is for sure, we will be back 🥰

The food is always good and fresh with crunchy vegetables/salad, reasonable prices and the (big) icing on the cake is a great ambience, which also thrives on the excellent service staff. Small but nice restaurant. Waiters always friendly and accommodating. The food is awesome. There is no other way to put it. If you like great burgers and steak, this is the place for you. There is something for every taste. Picking up the dishes is also no problem and usually takes place within 20 minutes. The steaks are specially fried when you pick them up so that the desired degree of doneness is achieved at home when you say how far you are going. We only have 5 minutes to get home and it mostly worked out well. Of course this is not a promise but they try as best they can. We will always come by or order here.

Wir hatten vorab einen Tisch reserviert und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und zum Tisch begleitet. Das mitführen eines Hundes war überhaupt kein Problem und ihm wurde sofort Wasser angeboten. Die Kellner versprühte stets gute Laune und war den ganzen Abend über sehr aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich. Den Abzug von einem Stern ist dem geschuldet, dass wir nicht gefragt wurden wie wir unseren Burger möchten - medium, well done, … Für Burger und Steak jedoch sehr entscheidend da dies den individuellen Geschmack sehr beeinflusst. Preis/Leistung gehen völlig in Ordnung - Portionen sind Ausreichend und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Ein toller Abend in gemütlicher Atmosphäre mit freundlichem, aufmerksamen Personal und leckerem Essen. Bis auf das Säumnis wie wir unser Burger möchten, waren alle 4 Burger reichlich belegt und die Beilagen ausreichend - alles in allem sehr schmackhaft. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch und sind gespannt ob unser Feedback Anklang gefunden hat.

Kleiner aber toller Laden. Ich muss sagen ich habe kein einziges convenience Produkt darin entdeckt, alles selbstgemacht und endlich mal einen Coleslaw der nach was schmeckt. Leider muss ich ein Punkt abziehen weil es keinen richtigen Sprudel gibt nur Medium oder still. Die ganzen Kartoffelprodukte sollten vielleicht auch etwas heißer frittiert werden, das ist alles doch ein Ticken zu fettig. Und wenn auf der Karte steht scharf dann soll das halt auch scharf sein und wenn ich sage die soll das extra scharf machen und immer noch nichts überkommt, naja.. Aber das ist alles Meckern auf höchstem Niveau. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen besser wie 99% der anderen Burger Läden👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Genauso wie der Service und das Ambiente - kann‘s euch nur wärmstens empfehlen da vorbeizugehen!! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und nicht zum Letzten Mal!!!
