The food is simply top-notch: the doner kebabs and burgers are freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Everything is clean and well-organized. Whether you're getting takeaway or eating in, everything here is just right. For me, Brudis has become my favorite doner kebab shop in Hanover – a definite recommendation if you're craving a really good doner kebab or burger!

Brudis is actually my favorite. Of course, mistakes can happen. Unfortunately, last time the meat was very oily and I couldn't finish the burger. This isn't meant to be a complaint, just some minor criticism for improvement; otherwise, I've always been satisfied.

It was another culinary delight. The food tasted fantastic again. I can always recommend Brudis. The team knows their stuff. The guys are super nice. The place is very clean. I'll definitely be back. 😀

Whenever I was in the area, I just walked past without going in. So on December 25, 2025, I finally decided to visit the restaurant. And I have to say, I really enjoyed it! The food was delicious, especially the fries, which were completely different from what I'd had before – they were exceptionally good. I'm so glad I went and tried the food.

I love eating here – everything tastes incredibly good and the staff are always friendly and attentive. It's just a shame that the prices are quite high, so families can't come more often.

This review refers exclusively to the steak doner. I actually enjoy eating everything here – except for the steak doner. Today I wanted to try it. I paid almost €30 for two meals and still only managed to eat half. The meat was cut too thick and was tough as chewing gum – with large chunks of fat, cartilage, and tendons. I'll continue to order everything else, but I won't be ordering the steak doner again.

Absolutely outrageous! After trying to reach Brudi's Döner & Burger by phone at least 20 times, I finally had to leave a message on their voicemail, even though I desperately wanted to complain about the delivery. It's truly unbelievable that no one answers the phone. The food cost €16.70, and I can throw it straight in the bin without even looking at it. The meat was completely gristly, ice-cold, and simply inedible. The fries tasted like they were three days old—also cold, soggy, and way too salty. This kind of thing gives you heartburn. Honestly: A complete disgrace. I will never order from them again and I can't recommend them to anyone.

We had the BBQ burger with fries. It tasted fantastic!! The patty was freshly prepared and seasoned classically with salt and pepper. The burger bun was also great. As soon as we're back in Hanover, it's a must!!!

So... our family and I have been customers at BRUDIS for quite some time. When the place first opened, it was unbeatable for a while. You'd come in, get incredibly delicious food, and leave truly satisfied. Unfortunately, this is only partially true now. The prices are moderate, which is generally fine, but I'm only willing to pay more if I actually leave the restaurant feeling full. Guys, don't skimp on the meat, make decent portions. You shouldn't be hungry after a meat lahmacun. Maybe we'll try it again in a few months... But it feels like they've gone downhill since the owner stopped being there every day. It's a real shame.

Based on the positive reviews in the HAZ survey, the four of us went to Brudis yesterday. The atmosphere was very cool. Plenty of seating. Clean restrooms. Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly. It was also nice that we all received our food at the same time using a pager. We ordered one XL doner kebab, one steak doner kebab, one chicken doner kebab, and one cheeseburger as a meal deal. The meat in the burger was very good. Unfortunately, the bun was very overpowering, and the cheese flavor didn't come through well. The XL doner kebab was a good size. Unfortunately, the meat (both the chicken and the steak) didn't live up to expectations. It lacked flavor. The sauces, especially the curry, could have been more flavorful. The doner kebab buns were tasty. The salads were fresh and crisp. In summary, we wouldn't come back here, as we've had better experiences at other restaurants.

The doner kebab tastes delicious, but unfortunately, they don't offer gyros. Every delivery service has that these days. Therefore, please also offer gyros (preferably pork neck), then you'll get the missing stars.

I've been there three times in the last two weeks and tried the doner kebab (burgers) and fries. I have to say that everything I've been served has been of good quality and well thought out. A really good product locally and always of good quality. I actually find the fries exceptionally good. The burger tastes very good; I would choose it over any fast food place in the area. The doner kebab there was very, very good; the bread and the meat were perfectly timed. Unfortunately, the bread loses its crispiness when you take it away, but that's normal, so it's better to eat locally then the experience is even better.

I drove over 600km for this kebab, and for me, it was the best kebab I've ever eaten. The service was amazing, the preparation was perfect, and the taste and appearance of the kebab were impeccable. For me, this kebab is a 10/10.

I had a chicken doner kebab (regular size) that was very tasty and filling. Upon request, they added a generous amount of white cabbage and jalapenos. Highly recommended, and I'll be back. Perhaps spelt bread (or whole wheat) would be nice for an extra charge. That would be great.

Bought a burger to go today. The meat was still bloody and the sauce was wrong. Brudis started out excellently. Now the employees are letting it be known that they're simply not interested in their work.

A very tasty and stylishly decorated kebab. Everything was fresh and the bread was crispy. The whole product blends perfectly. However, you have to like mint. The day before, I was at what's supposedly the best kebab shop in Hanover, and I can only say that Brudi's kebab tastes worlds better.

Very nice shop. It looks well-maintained inside and out, and it's clean too. I had a chili cheese doner kebab. It was super juicy and flavorful. A solid doner kebab. I had fries and a drink with it. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the brudi sauce that came with it was delicious. I personally think the drinks are from Fritz Cola. All in all, a good shop and definitely recommended.

The flatbread from the roll was simply dry. Breadcrumbs kept falling onto my plate, and the food didn't stick at all. The kebab isn't worth the price.

I specifically chose this Turkish halal restaurant because it was a Turkish restaurant. I wanted to order in my native language because the atmosphere was so warm. The foreign cashier's "auf Deutsch" style of addressing me and his self-righteous attitude is completely inappropriate for customer satisfaction. He should have said "auf Deutsch bitte" or asked the chef to handle it. We landed at the airport and chose your place to eat 15 minutes later. I don't have Hoch Deutsch Sprache, won't he take the order? Thankfully, I told the chef, and his approach and politeness helped soften the mood. However, a family dispute started to erupt with the people I was going to eat with. I hope you'll employ that employee in a position you deem appropriate. As a business, you need to provide training or instruction on how to communicate with customers. Sincerely.

I rarely give reviews, but I have to give a compliment here. Great atmosphere, clean, and the quality has never declined, which is rare these days. The kebab always tastes great, and has since this place opened. The only downside is the spicy sauce, which is more like a tomato sauce and not spicy. Otherwise, I always enjoy going there!

I don't know how you got a rating of 4.8. Today I gave your kebab another try. The first time I ate at Lister Meile, the second time at Stöcken – but the kebab is really bad. The veal kebab is like rubber, the sauces are watery and tasteless. The only thing that was fresh was the salad. That's it for me – never again.

The burger is delicious, the kebab is delicious, everything is simply delicious at Brudis. I also really like that it's not like any other kebab shop, but advertises so many other varieties, and the chicken tenders are better than at KFC, in my opinion. I think that 99% of the people who come to Stöcken only come here for Brudis. The staff make you feel like you're warmly welcomed into the restaurant, no matter how stressful it is due to the huge number of customers every day, and that's why it's such a fan favorite for most people in Stöcken. The interior is a 10/10 with clean restrooms, plenty of seating both inside and outside, and even a corner for kids to play! So, in short, just like any famous fast-food chain, except that Brudis is clean.

Very tasty burgers, always happy to go back. The only improvement: acoustic panels in the dining room to reduce the noise level; there's a lot of echo.

I don't know if they actually sell kebabs or just pretend, but I've been there five times in the last few months about an hour and a half before the shop closed (9:30 p.m., a reasonable time) to pick up a kebab, and each time the kebab was gone. I haven't seen this as extreme in any other shop as I have here. I'd love to rate the kebab, but unfortunately, I can never buy it. Nobody answers the phone either. Not really professional.

The murals are real works of art – not posters! 🎨 They were designed by artists and give the space a special touch. Although it's a typical fast-food concept, it's one of the best-run establishments I've ever seen – especially when it comes to kebabs and burgers. 🥙🍔 I was absolutely satisfied and can highly recommend it to everyone. 👏💯

Brudis serves the best veal doner kebab in all of Hanover and the surrounding area. The meat is super tender and has a great flavor; it's best to try it without the delicious sauces. For a total of €46 we got two burger meals and a halloumi pocket. The burger buns were unfortunately far too dry for us. The meat was also very dry and not seasoned at all. I only had one bite of the whole burger, which was tasty and actually tasted of something. There was hardly any sauce. The drinks were lukewarm despite being in the fridge. The only tasty thing about our meal were the fries. The sauces for the fries were very bland and felt like they hardly tasted of anything. The bread in the halloumi pocket was also very dry. And apart from the halloumi cheese in it, we didn't like it. What a shame. We chose the restaurant because of the good reviews, but we were more than disappointed.

The fries were the only edible thing, but even the sauces seemed bland and tasteless. The halloumi parcel? Again: dry bread, hardly any flavor – only the halloumi was okay. We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews – and were completely disappointed. How this place survives is a mystery to us. In downtown Hanover, with more restaurant options, a place like this wouldn't stand a chance.

This was the second time in a row. I've had stomach problems. The meat is way too fatty. Prices are extremely expensive and unusual. The worst part is the hygiene. They take money at the cash register wearing black gloves and put it in the till, and the person wearing the same gloves then serves customers and handles nuggets, etc. Absolutely no hygiene. This was truly my last visit.

A super-delicious burger plate is a very large and tasty portion of meat with side dishes. I had to visit twice over the weekend and will gladly go again. Also very clean; when a table becomes available, someone immediately comes to wipe down. All in all, Brudis in Hanover is highly recommended. Keep up the good work.
