Bought a kebab plate for €12.50 and there was next to nothing on the plate (tablet).

Danger! Not a standard kebab! If you're looking for a really good kebab, you've come to the right place. From the soft and fluffy bread to the fresh salad, the juicy meat and the super delicious sauces, you can taste the difference in every bit. The selection of drinks is also varied. Otherwise, the store is clean and you feel comfortable there. We'll definitely be back 👍

We were there yesterday. Even though we told the kebab man exactly what we wanted, he got all three orders wrong! He made veal instead of mixed. No sauce was made and then when we said the order was wrong he argued and said he did everything right! He barely knew any German and then he behaved like that. We probably wouldn't go there again.

I've been a regular at this store since it opened and really appreciate it, especially because it's right near where I work at the VW factory. At first I was really impressed - the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff always impressed me. Unfortunately, this has changed over time. The renovation that was carried out has made the store look very good. The atmosphere is appealing and the modern design suggests quality and care. Unfortunately, this care is often only limited to the furnishings. The store now seems overwhelmed, especially at peak times. When there is more activity, employees appear stressed and complete orders at a rapid pace, which has a noticeable impact on the quality of the food. The kebab is then thrown together rather carelessly, which leads to a significant loss of taste and unfortunately spoils the experience. This place used to be a reliable spot for a good meal, but today it lacks its former charm and consistent quality. It is disappointing to have witnessed this change. The outside facade may be more beautiful than ever, but what really matters to me - taste and service - falls by the wayside. It's a shame, I really appreciated this store, but I'll probably try other alternatives in the future.

The food is good and fresh, on Saturdays there is special meat for the kebab. The burgers are also delicious, everything beautifully prepared!

I ended up here based on a tip; I was hungry for something small and hearty after a long journey. I wasn't disappointed, the hamburger was really rich and super tasty.

On the recommendation of my friends, I went and ordered a Babo Burger. I had to wait a little longer, which was totally fine with me. Then I got a fully stuffed burger, but without the stick on top. The burger was really spicy and seasoned so strongly that it only tasted like black pepper instead of meat. I think the chef accidentally used too many spices and unfortunately I didn't like it at all. It's a shame because the main reason I chose this store was because they offer halal meat. That's why I originally didn't want to give a negative review, otherwise I would have felt guilty. But after I ate somewhere else the next day and it tasted perfect, I thought I should share my experience with you so that you can correct your mistakes. Maybe I'll come back to try your kebab, but probably not for the burger.

Absolute disaster! What don't you understand about a box without fries and with tzatziki???? Box with cocktail and fries was made!!! Never again

Very good and well cooked served today. We had a barbecue burger, and the Döner plate served with beef. The Döner meat was for me unusually good, was it no ground meat, it was real meat of very good and tasty quality. Apart from that the place serves the food very fast and well presented. Bottomline, a clear recommendation.

You come into the store and only see smiling faces, great service and the food is also very tasty, a good portion will fill you up. I can only recommend it! The vegetarian option is also very tasty!!!

Solid 3 overall. Cashier staff not exactly friendly and very lacking in communication. When you come there as a new guest, you don't know how or what. Cheeseburger is okay, but there are much better burger restaurants. Fries were great. Price is ok but price performance, the emphasis is on performance that can be improved.

I was really looking forward to my visit to Brudis Döner, but unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. The kebab was okay, but nothing special. The bread wasn't particularly fresh and the meat was a bit dry. I also missed the special taste of the sauces - everything seemed pretty standard. The service was okay, but not particularly friendly or attentive. Overall, the visit was unfortunately rather mediocre, and I have eaten much better kebabs. It's a shame because I was hoping for more.

Ordered with my team for the 2nd time. For the second time my food was forgotten... Never again.

Tastes vary, but for me Brudis is the No. 1 in Hanover. The burgers and fries are always great and the quality remains at a high level. An absolute must for every burger lover! The kebabs are also great and every Saturday you have a steak kebab for a change (see picture). A shop you should know

Great shop, great burgers 1A, finally something in Stöcken where it's worth going 👍 5 stars before. I have to make my displeasure known, your prices are very high, but okay, you pay for good quality. But now to take a smaller loaf of bread for your kebab and then try to make me, as a customer, believe that you put in just as much, I find insulting and cheeky. That drove me away to this day. More expensive is one thing but changing the quality is another. I'm disappointed... Addition: Thank you for your feedback. Of course, I'm happy to give everyone a new chance. Please make it so that you offer 2 types of bread so that it doesn't give the impression that there is any manipulation going on. Brudis has a cool appearance. Here you can order your kebab small and large. I found the prices a little expensive. You can order the citizens individually or from the menu. Prices are also a little higher than I usually find in other community stores. We paid €55 for three menus of double patty with fries and a drink and a sauce each. The taste of the citizen is good, but the bread was a little too dry for me. Coolly furnished, but extremely loud, it is also very well attended. We ate well and would love to come back.

Think twice before coming. It's a business whose taste we like. That's why I came. I went to eat steak doner. I waited in line for 15 minutes and placed my order. I waited 30-40 minutes and saw no movement. Then I think the owner saw that I was nervous and asked what happened. So I explained the situation. They properly offered me a refund and a chicken doner or a hamburger. However, since I was already hungry, I told them that I would not wait and left. I waited almost 1 hour in total and came back with a refund. Before you come, check not only the taste but also the service.

Döner is good and recommended, but it was not appropriate to tell the customer that there is no meat doner left. Will the doner shop run out of doner kebab? The business seems a little careless, but the taste is good. It is not easy to understand the high price.

I have to admit that I ate the best fries I've ever ordered here. A friend recommended Brudis to me for exactly that reason and I was thrilled.

Absolutely one of the tastiest burgers in all of Hanover. The paddis were very well seasoned and served hot, with crispy bacon and an absolutely smoky taste! Keep it up!!!👍

I was at Brudis this week because I wanted to get my own opinion despite the negative reviews. So I came into the store and studied the menu. After 2 minutes I knew what I wanted and tried in vain to make eye contact with one of the employees. After a few minutes I placed my order. I waited almost 10 minutes and then got the food. First of all, both sauces would be forgotten with the fries. I bit into the burger and quickly realized that the meat wasn't cooked through.. It was half raw and completely gristly. I threw the burger in the trash immediately after one bite. Unfortunately I took the food with me and couldn't complain. Oh well ! The fries were nothing special. I wanted to try the other burger, the chicken burger. At least the chicken was done. However, the burger tasted very simple and not special. The staff seemed pretty listless and talked to other guests in their native language. Conclusion: Of course, you always have to be prepared to encounter a different culture in kebab shops. But not at the expense of the customers. It was a pretty uncomfortable feeling in that store. The clientele adapted to the name.. "Brudi Vallah Allah Mallah I swear on my mother" As a person with upbringing and education, you don't really want to go into a store like that. I was happy when I was outside again. The food was just plain bad! Meat cartilaginous and half raw. Fries okay but not enough. I can't say anything about the sauces because they were forgotten. Better go somewhere else

I'm really excited... There's no skimping on ingredients, the kebab definitely fills you up and tastes very good, that's what I appreciate most!! The interior design is great and clean, as is the toilet. There's always a lot going on and yet everything runs smoothly. My second visit was unfortunately disappointing... significantly less meat and very long waiting times👎🏼

Clean, modern, delicious. When you order something you get a device that tells you to come to the counter. This is really very practical as the counter can get crowded. My favorite kebab at the moment! Both veal and chicken!

The kebab is a real stunner, sesame on the bread, the normal kebab is a considerable size and has a great taste. I ordered it with veal, garlic and cocktail sauce. Service was super nice and the wall paintings were a real eye-catcher. I'll come back again in the next few days and try the burgers. I'm looking forward.

Great food with delicious burgers and kebabs

We came by spontaneously on a Saturday afternoon. Food was tasty, made quickly. Really great Curly Fries :) High quality furnishings and well thought out concept. Very clean toilet and attentive staff. Despite the location right on the street, you can also sit outside.

I will stop there again on my next visit to Hanover. Everything was great.

The tastiest burgers in sticks. Here you always have to expect a waiting time, firstly because everything is always made fresh, secondly because the rush is often high. That's often how it is when something is good.

Very good food friendly staff. We didn't have to wait particularly long for the food even though there were still a few people ahead of us. Sometimes there can be parking problems.

Yummy, bread is big and tasty. Fries crispy and good. It's worth driving out to Stöcken for such a delicious kebab.

Very stylish store, well organized with friendly staff. But unfortunately I find the kebab only mediocre. The veal (minced skewer) has little taste of its own and was only minimally grilled. Unfortunately it wasn't really hot anymore because a large amount was already pre-cut at the bottom. I liked the bread, longer sandwich bread with sesame seeds on it. Was soft and seemed fresh. The white cabbage was pickled, but it tasted too strongly of dill for me and drowned out the taste. There is self-service on site, after ordering you get a beeper that informs you when you can get your food from the counter. All in all, for me there are significantly better kebabs in the city and region of Hanover. I will come here again for the burgers.

I ate with my family. Chicken nuggets (tried). Absolutely nothing that tastes particularly like a big pack of Metro. Chicken bag (tried) The bread was ok, I thought it could have stayed in the toaster a little longer, it was nice and big, but the salad and the meat were nothing special. The seasoning of the coleslaw wasn't my thing. Chicken meat had taken longer to grill and would have been a little crispier. The plate is packed together on a tray. Unusual to eat from baking paper. The salads weren't to my taste, the seasoning was absolutely not my thing. The fries were supper. The meat took longer to turn, the seasoning was ok but nothing special. And the yogurt sauce on the meat. It was unusual but unusually special. Was the highlight of the meal. I expected more when I rated it, but when I read it the stars refer to the citizens.

I've been here several times now and I'll allow myself to make a judgment call. The kebab tastes good. However, the price-performance ratio is not right. €7.40 for a kebab that doesn't fill you up at all. The donne roll was just mediocre. The employees have always seemed absolutely unmotivated and are more unfriendly than friendly. Once I was able to experience how the boss probably attacked a fairly young employee quite harshly because he had probably done something wrong, so that he then had tears in his eyes.

I'm glad to have found an open kebab snack bar on a Sunday. I was able to park my car nearby. There's a lot going on here. The store seems to be doing very well. When you order you get an electronic detector, when it's your turn it buzzes and lights up. Preparation is very quick. Lots of staff, friendly. The kebab was ok, but I expected more. What bothered me was that the kebab bag was rolled up for packaging. Everything in the bag was compressed.

Food was good average. It's very loud inside. It is furnished quite cleanly, which means that there is a loud background noise. Visually, I found it really modern and beautiful. There is a disabled-accessible entrance. The toilets were clean. There is also seating outside.

Hey guys, in my opinion, they have the best fries here (still crunchy even when cold), my burger 🍔 even has baked onions 🧅 (on the back tray, see photo), great team and funny drawings on the walls, wonderful I told the boss how I felt and that I was very amazed at how delicious it tasted and I felt that he was very happy about it, he told me that he was attending training courses on how to make really tasty fries. I had tried the burger before - very tasty. Tried the kebab today - delicious. However, my minus point: • Just put the kebab on the tray without a plate? Seriously? That was really unbelievable for me at the price of 14.50(!) without a drink. The price is awesome. I don't think it's justified. In my opinion the portion was far too small for that. There are just as good - if not better - kebabs - at a lower price. I would come back for the burger, but not the kebab.

Fries were really tasty. However, the burger patty was burnt and tasted really bitter.

Lowering my 4 stars to 1 star, my neighbors and I enjoyed going there. But this pricing policy is now just audacious. Simply increased the price by €2 for the small doner plate compared to other kebab shops, which ALREADY made the kebab more expensive. 7.50€ for a kebab and 12.90€ for a small plate of kebab...I mean that's just pressed meat and kebab and kebab portions aren't even that big...absolutely dishonorable...we and our neighbors now get our food at a similarly good snack bar and continue to pay €6 for an equally good kebab. So I can no longer recommend a snack bar in Stöcken. Usury is not supported. It's a shame but we don't go to Brudi's anymore.

👍 Following a recommendation on social networks, there is a really good selection here! My choice today is a “burger”, which is presented in a fluffy bun and fresh salad. The seasoning of the patty had its own note, which in my opinion deviated somewhat from the standard. The menu includes Fritz-Cola and delicious crispy fries 👌

We got Doner box and Brudis burger; they were both phenomenal. I want to choose one as a favorite but I can’t.

Simply a 5 out of 5! The meat is cooked to perfection and the atmosphere is open and inviting. Only high-quality meat is used here, no minced meat. We will definitely visit this place again because the burgers leave nothing to be desired - a real masterclass. The pictures on the wall also have a very beautiful and high-quality style.

I like the shop and the food there. Price-performance fits pretty well here. Everything seems very clean and tidy. If you want to experience the opposite, just walk across the street to the Turkish meatball stall.

We ordered two kebab boxes to take away. Order was processed quickly and friendly. When we got home, the food was already lukewarm but still incredibly tasty! Next time we will definitely eat locally. If you are in Herrenhausen/Stöcken, absolutely worth a visit!

So unfortunately disappointing. I had promised myself something more. Little meat, price performance doesn't fit Almost €9 for nothing. Long waiting time I can get more and better quality elsewhere.

Unfortunately, no full stars for the food, we both had crispy chicken burgers once, which really wasn't tasty, just 2 pieces of chicken fillets, well, whatever, it didn't taste good and the normal hamburger wasn't good. People please don't make burgers if I can't do it... and I would change fries oil more often... well it was a lesson for us..

Stopped here on the way through. I'm both thrilled and terrified. Great taste. One of the best kebabs I've ever eaten, but there are no plates. You get your food slapped onto your tray like you would in prison. Awful. I've never seen anything like this in the catering industry before. And shouldn't it be called a kebab tray instead of a kebab plate? But the taste was really great & all the employees were stressed because it was really busy but friendly. Please buy plates. The eye eats too. I would also pay an extra charge.

The steak donner is exactly what I like. And an extra point for the Fritz Cola. 👍 And the ambience is right.

After my best friend recommended Brudis to me, we arrived here at 3:30 p.m. Of course it was completely overcrowded and incredibly loud. After 15 minutes we were able to place our order - and then the fun began. As I write we have simply been waiting for our food for 50 minutes. After 40 minutes of standing at the front of the counter, we asked... “It’s just your turn now.” Hmm. People far behind us left the store 20 minutes ago. There wasn't even an apology or anything for the long wait. I can't comment on the food since we're still waiting. In any other restaurant we would have canceled our order and left. But desperation and, above all, hunger are slowly plaguing us. The managed concept seems to be working, the store is overflowing with people - the ambience and atmosphere is therefore pretty bad. ————————— After almost an hour (!!) we received our food. Contrary to expectations, the food was quite good, but standing at the counter for over an hour before the food is even prepared is really unacceptable.

Nice staff and very well-kept interior. The Brudis Burger is very well prepared. From the bun to the meat, in my opinion it is a very well-crafted burger. Keep it up and see you next time.
