Brudis - Döner & Burger in Hannover

Steakfleisch nicht durch, Döner ohne Liebe. Insgesamt hat mir nichts geschmeckt außer die Pommes.

Big Döner könnte etwas "bigger" sein. Ansonsten: ganz leckere Döner/Burger 😋,Crispy chicken Rolle ist auch sehr interessant 🤔. Die Preise eher durchschnittlich für den Standort.. Fazit: sehr lecker 😋. Man kann bei Brudi's nix falsch machen, definitiv ein + von mir 👍

Heute da gewesen und ich muss leider sagen einer meiner schlechtesten Döner die ich gegessen habe. Fleisch(Lamm/Kalb) gar kein Geschmack. Sauce nicht lecker gewesen. Positiv war für mich das Brot und der frische Salat. Wenn das Fleisch und die Saucen angepasst werden, hat dieser Döner potenzial.

Für einen Dönerladen völlig in Ordnung. Allerdings auch heute wieder lange auf die Bestellung gewartet. Gäste die nach uns kamen hatten vor uns ihr essen. Wer keine Fritz Kola mag ist hier völlig falsch. Gibt keine anderen Getränke. Döner ist im Vergleich zu anderen gut. Preis Leistung ist okay.

Die Döner und Lahmacun waren sehr lecker. Der junge Mann am Tresen hatte entweder einen schlechten Tag oder keinen Bock. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen.

Mittelmäßiger Döner. Döner selber sah sehr schön aus und appetitlich aber geschmacklich leider kein Kracher. Fleischanteil sehr wenig. Döner soll jetzt nicht nur Fleisch schmecken. Aber der Geschmack in Summe war absolut nichts besonderes, hat eher nach einem Gemüsedöner geschmeckt. Brot & Soßen fand ich persönlich auch leider nur durchschnittlich. Ambiente etwas moderner als bekannt Dönerläden aber teilweise etwas dreckig, da so viel los ist. Ich denke ein 2. Mal würde ich nicht kommen.

Einer der besten Dönerläden, in denen ich seit Langem war. Die Burger sind auch riesig. Es ist ziemlich voll, aber das Essen wird sehr schnell und effizient serviert. Die Portionen sind generell groß und sehr lecker, Kompliment! 👌

Schön geräumiger und moderner Döner Imbiss mit vielen Situplätzen. Leider ist der Döner insgesamt eher Standard und keine Geschmacksexplosion.

Jedes mal, wenn ich bei euch esse muss ich mich danach übergeben! Ich habe keine Ahnung, ob und wie ihr euer Hähnchen kühlt aber jedesmal habe ich mit Erbrechen und Magenkrämpfen zu kämpfen - unglaublich! Ich übergebe mich seit 6 Uhr morgens!!!

Essen war wie immer erstklassig. Ich bin großer Freund von Brudis weil es nicht nach Dönerlokal aussieht. Hat seinen Charm auf jeden Fall und wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Ich war jetzt 2 mal da und jedes Mal vollends zufrieden.

Super lecker!!! Das Brot ist knusprig u lecker. Ich hatte den Gemüsedöner mit Hähnchen. Mein Sohn eine Big Dönertasche mit Kalb. Beides wirklich ui empfehlen. Wir haben die Burger noch nicht probiert aber die Patties auf dem Grill gesehen die frisch u gut aussahen... nicht wie TK-Ware. Das Personal ist mega schnell und freundlich. Draußen gibt es viele Tische u auch der Innenbetereich bietet viel Platz. Es ist eher wie ein richtiges Restaurant... keine kleine Dönerbude.

Cooles Restaurant mit leckeren Burger

Dönerbox in Mini-Ausführung und teuer : 8,95 Euro. Das Fleisch kalt und zeh. Pommes latschig. Keine Qualität mehr und zu teuer. Nie wieder.

Köstliches Essen! Frisches Gemüse, gut gewürztes Fleisch und eine wunderbare Geschmackskombination. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nach einem Besuch in der JVA Hannover hat man uns Brudis Döner empfohlen. Wenn man raus kommt aus dem Knast sind es circa 11 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genug da (hätte ich nicht erwartet) nach Haps den ersten Döner kann ich empfehlen.

Brudis ist für mich ganz klar der beste Dönerladen in der List. Der Laden ist immer sehr sauber und die Zutaten sind jedes Mal frisch und auf einem top Niveau. Genau so erwartet man das. Dazu kommen freundliche und herzliche Mitarbeiter, bei denen man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Ich esse hier meistens freitags, weil es da den Steak Döner gibt. Kostet zwar einen kleinen Aufpreis, aber der ist es absolut wert. Geschmacklich einfach unschlagbar und genau so wie ein Döner sein muss. Klare 5 Sterne Empfehlung.

Die Burger waren wirklich lecker. Die Crispy Chicken waren auch top. Curly Fries waren leider nicht so durch.

Tolles Ambiente und Anordnung. Man findet sich sofort zurecht. Die Leute hinterm Tresen waren nett. Das Essen war sehr gut, viel und lecker. Es gibt Fritz-Kola dafür hat sich der Laden eigemrlich noch einen Stern mehr verdient ;-)

Das Essen war wirklich schlecht, es lohnt sich überhaupt nicht. Wir haben 40 € ausgegeben, rausgeschmissenes Geld.

Ich war heute Abend das erste Mal bei euch Döner essen und habe tatsächlich mehr erwartet. Das Fleisch selbst war lecker, aber ich hat unglaublich wenig Hähnchenfleisch in meinem Lahmacun und war ehrlich gesagt ziemlich enttäuscht. Es war wirklich nur ne kleine Hand Hähnchenfleisch. Ich habe eigentlich nur den Lahmacun und den Salat geschmeckt. Das Fleisch habe ich kaum zu schmecken können, da es nur noch Reste. Es war gegen 20:30 als wir bestellt haben und man sagte uns vorher bereits, dass es nur noch Hähnchenfleisch gibt und am Spieß war schon nicht mehr viel dran. Dann wurde wohl bedauerlicherweise mit dem Fleisch gespart. Und der Döner war leider kalt.🤷🏻‍♀️Schade!

Ich war kürzlich im Brudis Stöcken, weil ich Lust auf einen richtig guten Burger hatte. Grundsätzlich achte ich nicht übermäßig auf den Preis, aber wenn ich für ein Burger-Menü fast 20 € bezahle, erwarte ich einfach eine entsprechende Qualität. Leider fing der Besuch schon etwas unangenehm an. Kaum hatte ich den Laden betreten, wurde ich innerhalb von etwa einer Minute gleich drei Mal gefragt, ob ich schon wüsste, was ich bestellen möchte. Ein bisschen Zeit zum Überlegen hätte ich mir schon gewünscht. Das Ambiente im Laden wirkte auf mich eher kühl und etwas lieblos, fast wie in einer Mensa bzw. Kantine. Auf dem Tisch lag außer einem Flaschenöffner nichts, was dem Ganzen irgendwie Atmosphäre gegeben hätte. Ich habe den Double Chili Cheese Burger bestellt, zusammen mit Sweet Potato Fries und Joppi Sauce. Der Patty selbst hatte tatsächlich einen guten, kräftigen Rindergeschmack – das war definitiv der beste Teil des Burgers. Leider hat der Rest nicht wirklich überzeugt. Das Brioche-Sesam-Brötchen war kalt und schmeckte, als wäre es nicht mehr ganz frisch. Außerdem fiel es beim Essen schnell auseinander, wodurch man den Burger kaum vernünftig essen konnte. Auch die übrigen Zutaten, wie die Jalapeños und der Käse, haben geschmacklich kaum etwas beigetragen, insgesamt wirkte der Burger dadurch ziemlich unspektakulär. Positiv hervorheben muss ich allerdings die Sweet Potato Fries mit der Joppi Sauce – die waren wirklich lecker. Ich schreibe normalerweise keine negativen Rezensionen, aber in diesem Fall stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach nicht, vor allem im Vergleich zu anderen Burgerläden in Hannover. Das hat mich besonders überrascht, weil ich vorher eigentlich viel Positives über den Laden gehört hatte und die meisten Bewertungen sehr gut sind. Zum Zeitpunkt meines Besuchs war außerdem nicht viel los. Gerade deshalb bin ich eigentlich davon ausgegangen, dass mir ein Burger serviert wird, der mich wirklich vom Hocker haut. Leider war es am Ende eine eher enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Essen leider nur lauwarm statt wirklich heiß, obwohl frisch zubereitet. Der Döner wird aufgeklappt auf einem Tablett serviert. Auf dem Burger war nicht einmal ein Gürkchen. Schade. Das Geld hätten wir lieber bei der Konkurrenz lassen sollen.

So, der Hunger nach lecker Döner hat uns reingetrieben. Kaltes Ambiente, Stühle ohne Polster, nicht gut für Schwerbehinderte. Essen wird mit Papier belegten Tablet serviert, keine Gläser, Plastikbecher? Dann bimmelt das Gerät und das Essen ist nur lauwarm. Das einzige was geschmeckt hat, waren die Pommes und das Brot! Nein danke, das können andere Dönerläden um einiges besser! Nur nicht wieder. Da bringt uch nein sauer verdientes Geld denen die mehr drauf haben!

Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen, egal ob man alleine kommt oder mit Freunden. Das Team ist immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und total gut drauf – man merkt richtig, dass ihnen ihr Laden am Herzen liegt. Die Speisen sind einfach top: Döner und Burger sind frisch zubereitet, ordentlich gewürzt und richtig lecker. Alles ist sauber und gut organisiert. Ob zum Mitnehmen oder direkt vor Ort essen, hier stimmt einfach alles. Für mich ist Brudis inzwischen der Lieblings Dönerladen in Hannover – absolute Empfehlung, wenn man Lust auf richtig guten Döner oder Burger hat!

Brudis Ist eigendlich mein favorit. Natürlich können Fehler passieren. Leider war das letzte mal das Fleisch sehr ölig und konnte den burger nicht weiter essen. Das hier soll keine Beschwerde sein. Nur kleine kritik zu Verbesserung , sonst war ich immer zufrieden.

Es war wieder mal ein Gaumenschmaus. Das essen hat wieder super geschmeckt. Ich kann Brudis immer empfehlen. Das Team versteht sein Handwerk. DienJungs sind super nett. Die u ist sehr sauber. Ich komme gerne wieder. 😀

Immer wenn ich in der Nähe war, bin ich einfach vorbeigegangen, ohne hineinzugehen. Deshalb habe ich mich am 25. Dezember 2025 endlich dazu entschlossen, das Restaurant zu besuchen. Und ich muss sagen, es hat mir wirklich gut gefallen! Das Essen war sehr lecker, besonders die Pommes frites waren ganz anders als sonst – sie waren außergewöhnlich gut. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich dort war und das Essen probiert habe.

Ich liebe es, hier essen zu gehen – alles schmeckt einfach unglaublich gut und die Mitarbeiter sind immer nett und zuvorkommend. Schade ist nur, dass die Preise recht hoch sind, sodass man als Familie nicht öfter kommen kann.

Das Essen ist lecker, der Kassierer aber sehr desinteressiert und wirkt auch sehr lustlos. Das ist jetzt schon das Öfteren schon so rüber gekommen bzw. man wird teilweise auch ignoriert. Am Ende dann auch das falsche Essen bekommen

Doner kebab is okay. Overrated in the HAZ (Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung). Modern atmosphere, but the clientele is typical Stöcken.

This review refers exclusively to the steak doner. I actually enjoy eating everything here – except for the steak doner. Today I wanted to try it. I paid almost €30 for two meals and still only managed to eat half. The meat was cut too thick and was tough as chewing gum – with large chunks of fat, cartilage, and tendons. I'll continue to order everything else, but I won't be ordering the steak doner again.

Absolutely outrageous! After trying to reach Brudi's Döner & Burger by phone at least 20 times, I finally had to leave a message on their voicemail, even though I desperately wanted to complain about the delivery. It's truly unbelievable that no one answers the phone. The food cost €16.70, and I can throw it straight in the bin without even looking at it. The meat was completely gristly, ice-cold, and simply inedible. The fries tasted like they were three days old—also cold, soggy, and way too salty. This kind of thing gives you heartburn. Honestly: A complete disgrace. I will never order from them again and I can't recommend them to anyone.

Orders can only be placed in person; the phone call is always rejected. If they improve their accessibility, then it's 5 stars.

We had the BBQ burger with fries. It tasted fantastic!! The patty was freshly prepared and seasoned classically with salt and pepper. The burger bun was also great. As soon as we're back in Hanover, it's a must!!!

So... our family and I have been customers at BRUDIS for quite some time. When the place first opened, it was unbeatable for a while. You'd come in, get incredibly delicious food, and leave truly satisfied. Unfortunately, this is only partially true now. The prices are moderate, which is generally fine, but I'm only willing to pay more if I actually leave the restaurant feeling full. Guys, don't skimp on the meat, make decent portions. You shouldn't be hungry after a meat lahmacun. Maybe we'll try it again in a few months... But it feels like they've gone downhill since the owner stopped being there every day. It's a real shame.

Based on the positive reviews in the HAZ survey, the four of us went to Brudis yesterday. The atmosphere was very cool. Plenty of seating. Clean restrooms. Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly. It was also nice that we all received our food at the same time using a pager. We ordered one XL doner kebab, one steak doner kebab, one chicken doner kebab, and one cheeseburger as a meal deal. The meat in the burger was very good. Unfortunately, the bun was very overpowering, and the cheese flavor didn't come through well. The XL doner kebab was a good size. Unfortunately, the meat (both the chicken and the steak) didn't live up to expectations. It lacked flavor. The sauces, especially the curry, could have been more flavorful. The doner kebab buns were tasty. The salads were fresh and crisp. In summary, we wouldn't come back here, as we've had better experiences at other restaurants.

The doner kebab tastes delicious, but unfortunately, they don't offer gyros. Every delivery service has that these days. Therefore, please also offer gyros (preferably pork neck), then you'll get the missing stars.

I've never eaten such a delicious kebab. I chose the lamb and was thrilled—it was incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned, and super fresh. I usually never finish a kebab, but this time I ate every last bite because it was just so good. Brudis is now my number one kebab shop. I'll be back anytime, and I highly recommend it!

I once went there spontaneously after work and ate a hamburger. It was absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and competent, and everything went smoothly. The next time, I wanted to try the doner kebab, and I was totally impressed! The ingredients were fresh, the meat tender and juicy, and the taste simply amazing. You can tell they work with quality and passion. Highly recommended.

I've been there three times in the last two weeks and tried the doner kebab (burgers) and fries. I have to say that everything I've been served has been of good quality and well thought out. A really good product locally and always of good quality. I actually find the fries exceptionally good. The burger tastes very good; I would choose it over any fast food place in the area. The doner kebab there was very, very good; the bread and the meat were perfectly timed. Unfortunately, the bread loses its crispiness when you take it away, but that's normal, so it's better to eat locally then the experience is even better.

Rarely have I eaten such a good burger.

I drove over 600km for this kebab, and for me, it was the best kebab I've ever eaten. The service was amazing, the preparation was perfect, and the taste and appearance of the kebab were impeccable. For me, this kebab is a 10/10.

I had a chicken doner kebab (regular size) that was very tasty and filling. Upon request, they added a generous amount of white cabbage and jalapenos. Highly recommended, and I'll be back. Perhaps spelt bread (or whole wheat) would be nice for an extra charge. That would be great.

Bought a burger to go today. The meat was still bloody and the sauce was wrong. Brudis started out excellently. Now the employees are letting it be known that they're simply not interested in their work.

Poor quality, portions far too small for the price. The sauces were absolutely awful. The presentation on the board was more or less poor. I have no idea how the previous reviews came about, but it was neither filling nor tasty!

I come here regularly every week. There's no place in Hannover that makes better döner. It's spotlessly clean, you can't go wrong with it. Greetings from Ahmet Abiye, people who love their work.

A very tasty and stylishly decorated kebab. Everything was fresh and the bread was crispy. The whole product blends perfectly. However, you have to like mint. The day before, I was at what's supposedly the best kebab shop in Hanover, and I can only say that Brudi's kebab tastes worlds better.

Very nice shop. It looks well-maintained inside and out, and it's clean too. I had a chili cheese doner kebab. It was super juicy and flavorful. A solid doner kebab. I had fries and a drink with it. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the brudi sauce that came with it was delicious. I personally think the drinks are from Fritz Cola. All in all, a good shop and definitely recommended.

The flatbread from the roll was simply dry. Breadcrumbs kept falling onto my plate, and the food didn't stick at all. The kebab isn't worth the price.

Basically delicious, but unfortunately the doner kebab/doner kebab plate comes with very little meat and fries for the price. Hence a 2** deduction.

Fast service, table alarm when you eat there! The taste is okay, the atmosphere is very loud, but unfortunately the doner kebab (steak) and chicken are good and juicy.

I specifically chose this Turkish halal restaurant because it was a Turkish restaurant. I wanted to order in my native language because the atmosphere was so warm. The foreign cashier's "auf Deutsch" style of addressing me and his self-righteous attitude is completely inappropriate for customer satisfaction. He should have said "auf Deutsch bitte" or asked the chef to handle it. We landed at the airport and chose your place to eat 15 minutes later. I don't have Hoch Deutsch Sprache, won't he take the order? Thankfully, I told the chef, and his approach and politeness helped soften the mood. However, a family dispute started to erupt with the people I was going to eat with. I hope you'll employ that employee in a position you deem appropriate. As a business, you need to provide training or instruction on how to communicate with customers. Sincerely.

I rarely give reviews, but I have to give a compliment here. Great atmosphere, clean, and the quality has never declined, which is rare these days. The kebab always tastes great, and has since this place opened. The only downside is the spicy sauce, which is more like a tomato sauce and not spicy. Otherwise, I always enjoy going there!

I don't know how you got a rating of 4.8. Today I gave your kebab another try. The first time I ate at Lister Meile, the second time at Stöcken – but the kebab is really bad. The veal kebab is like rubber, the sauces are watery and tasteless. The only thing that was fresh was the salad. That's it for me – never again.

The burger is delicious, the kebab is delicious, everything is simply delicious at Brudis. I also really like that it's not like any other kebab shop, but advertises so many other varieties, and the chicken tenders are better than at KFC, in my opinion. I think that 99% of the people who come to Stöcken only come here for Brudis. The staff make you feel like you're warmly welcomed into the restaurant, no matter how stressful it is due to the huge number of customers every day, and that's why it's such a fan favorite for most people in Stöcken. The interior is a 10/10 with clean restrooms, plenty of seating both inside and outside, and even a corner for kids to play! So, in short, just like any famous fast-food chain, except that Brudis is clean.
