Brudis - Döner & Burger in Hannover

I don't know how you got a rating of 4.8. Today I gave your kebab another try. The first time I ate at Lister Meile, the second time at Stöcken – but the kebab is really bad. The veal kebab is like rubber, the sauces are watery and tasteless. The only thing that was fresh was the salad. That's it for me – never again.

I rarely give reviews, but I have to give a compliment here. Great atmosphere, clean, and the quality has never declined, which is rare these days. The kebab always tastes great, and has since this place opened. The only downside is the spicy sauce, which is more like a tomato sauce and not spicy. Otherwise, I always enjoy going there!

Extremely unfriendly employees don't say hello or thank you, completely ignoring customers and their requests, never again.

The burger is delicious, the kebab is delicious, everything is simply delicious at Brudis. I also really like that it's not like any other kebab shop, but advertises so many other varieties, and the chicken tenders are better than at KFC, in my opinion. I think that 99% of the people who come to Stöcken only come here for Brudis. The staff make you feel like you're warmly welcomed into the restaurant, no matter how stressful it is due to the huge number of customers every day, and that's why it's such a fan favorite for most people in Stöcken. The interior is a 10/10 with clean restrooms, plenty of seating both inside and outside, and even a corner for kids to play! So, in short, just like any famous fast-food chain, except that Brudis is clean.

My kebab wasn't filled. I paid €8.40.

Very tasty burgers, always happy to go back. The only improvement: acoustic panels in the dining room to reduce the noise level; there's a lot of echo.

I don't know if they actually sell kebabs or just pretend, but I've been there five times in the last few months about an hour and a half before the shop closed (9:30 p.m., a reasonable time) to pick up a kebab, and each time the kebab was gone. I haven't seen this as extreme in any other shop as I have here. I'd love to rate the kebab, but unfortunately, I can never buy it. Nobody answers the phone either. Not really professional.

We were thrilled with our visit to Hanover! The restaurant not only offers top-notch food, but also is extremely clean – especially the restrooms, which stand out with their pleasant, changing scents. 🚻✨ On warm days, the terrace, thanks to its open glass facades, becomes a real highlight – a great atmosphere! 🌿☀️ It's closed in winter, but still very cozy and never boring. The murals are real works of art – not posters! 🎨 They were designed by artists and give the space a special touch. Although it's a typical fast-food concept, it's one of the best-run establishments I've ever seen – especially when it comes to kebabs and burgers. 🥙🍔 I was absolutely satisfied and can highly recommend it to everyone. 👏💯

Brudis serves the best veal doner kebab in all of Hanover and the surrounding area. The meat is super tender and has a great flavor; it's best to try it without the delicious sauces. The homemade bread tastes great, and the vegetables are always fresh. The interior is modern and spacious. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and competent.

For almost €50, we got two burger meals and a halloumi parcel, but the taste was an absolute disaster. The burger buns were dry, as was the meat – and completely unseasoned. There was no trace of a juicy consistency or good flavor. The sauce was barely there and didn't help matters. The drinks were lukewarm, even though they came from the fridge. The fries were the only edible thing, but even the sauces seemed bland and tasteless. The halloumi parcel? Again: dry bread, hardly any flavor – only the halloumi was okay. We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews – and were completely disappointed. How this place survives is a mystery to us. In downtown Hanover, with more restaurant options, a place like this wouldn't stand a chance.

For a total of €46 we got two burger meals and a halloumi pocket. The burger buns were unfortunately far too dry for us. The meat was also very dry and not seasoned at all. I only had one bite of the whole burger, which was tasty and actually tasted of something. There was hardly any sauce. The drinks were lukewarm despite being in the fridge. The only tasty thing about our meal were the fries. The sauces for the fries were very bland and felt like they hardly tasted of anything. The bread in the halloumi pocket was also very dry. And apart from the halloumi cheese in it, we didn't like it. What a shame. We chose the restaurant because of the good reviews, but we were more than disappointed.

This was the second time in a row. I've had stomach problems. The meat is way too fatty. Prices are extremely expensive and unusual. The worst part is the hygiene. They take money at the cash register wearing black gloves and put it in the till, and the person wearing the same gloves then serves customers and handles nuggets, etc. Absolutely no hygiene. This was truly my last visit.

A super-delicious burger plate is a very large and tasty portion of meat with side dishes. I had to visit twice over the weekend and will gladly go again. Also very clean; when a table becomes available, someone immediately comes to wipe down. All in all, Brudis in Hanover is highly recommended. Keep up the good work.

The ambiance was okay, and at first glance, the cleanliness was also good. The friendliness was adequate. Overall, it's just a fast food joint. Brudis makes really good burgers! But the fries are amazing! They're sooooo crispy! Hey, you McDonald's people... You can learn a thing or two here! This is what crispy fries should taste like, crisping so loudly you can hear them cracking. And those sweet potato fries... and those incredibly delicious sauces!

After my best friend recommended Brudis to me, we arrived at 3:30 p.m. The place was very busy and quite loud. After about 15 minutes, we were able to place our order. Unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour for our food, despite repeatedly asking at the counter. Other guests who arrived after us were served much faster. Unfortunately, there was no apology for the long wait. The food itself was good, but the service was disappointing for us. Due to the wait and the loud atmosphere, the visit was rather tiring overall – the concept seems to work for many, but unfortunately, it didn't work for us.

The burger is really good and the portion is enough to fill you up. I think almost €18 for a burger with fries and a drink is really expensive, but that's just how it is. I particularly noticed the very clean toilets. In general the store is very clean and tidy. Unfortunately there is no dessert, maybe you can add something to the list.

The guy behind the counter sucks like seven days of rainy weather... super unfriendly... the taste of the kebab was okay. Brudis-Döner & Burger, I'm a big fan of the burgers, they are always freshly prepared and are of a very high quality level. I think Brudis makes some of the best burgers in Hanover. The patties are freshly mashed and are super crispy, the buns are as fluffy as a cloud. All other toppings are well matched to the burger. Give the burger as it is on the menu a chance. Once and never again This was by far the worst chicken kebab I have ever eaten. The meat was filled with cartilage and tendons and there was more lettuce than meat and the sauce was far too little. The salad was also limp. I'd rather go somewhere else or get a great burger 🍔 from Ali. They're great because he uses Biomett and his grandma prepares everything before the patties. Oh and the service is also totally unfriendly and awkward.

Solid kebab, but serious deficiencies in service and billing The taste of the kebab is certainly convincing, but the overall impression of the visit is greatly marred by the service and questionable billing practices. Even when ordering, the staff showed little commitment. Questions were responded to evasively or not at all, which made the ordering process unnecessarily difficult. Another annoyance: the lack of service. When I asked an employee to clean our table, after all we were a group of five people, my request went unanswered. Instead, I was just stared at without saying a word. However, things became particularly problematic when it came to billing. When ordering, people were asked whether they wanted drinks, but no further differentiation was made. In the end, five Fritz drinks were recorded, although only three Fritz, one can and one Ayran were actually ordered. A correction? None. After dinner, just before leaving, I spoke to the seller about the mistake. But instead of refunding the difference or correcting the receipt, I was simply offered to take another Ayran with me. Another questionable detail: There was no receipt or receipt, even when asked. This lack of transparency not only raises questions about customer friendliness, but could also be relevant from a tax perspective. If this is common practice, it could have unpleasant consequences for the operator. Conclusion: Despite a solid kebab, the visit leaves a bad aftertaste. Poor service and unclear billing are unacceptable in the catering industry. I won't visit this place again.

We ate kebabs and hamburgers - absolutely not worth it! I can make much better hamburgers at home. Apparently you only know pepper as a spice, because that's exactly what the hamburger tasted like. It would have been nice if you had thought to put a paper under the hamburger. As a chef, I would really like to give you some training. Once again? Never! Mediocre!

The burger was a lot weaker. It just tastes tasteless, what a shame. And I'm not saying that after one attempt... but after the third attempt. And on top of that I had to repeat my order 3 times, there wasn't even a lot of customers there.

But the colleague with the cap always makes me the best kebabs in Germany! 🥳
