Brücke 10 in Hamburg

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the taste as it was denied to us in a very rude manner. Of course you follow the recommendation, so we also made our way to Bridge 10. It was open, it was sold out of the window and there was a sign in front of the door saying it was closed from 5 p.m. (It was 7pm). We also wanted to buy a sandwich after our harbor tour, but now it was 9 p.m. The display is still full of rolls. On the way to the window we were literally shouted at to leave, it's closed company here. I said we just want a sandwich to go. NO WAY, we were "chased away" like a dog by a blonde young woman. Unbelievable... we won't come back a second time.

In our opinion an absolute must in Hamburg. We always enjoy coming here when we are in Hamburg. Everything here is delicious, the prices are absolutely right and the location and ambience are simply great. This time we were lucky and got a great spot in the sun and were able to have a nice time here. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back

Delicious fish sandwiches for a hefty price. A crab roll - 15€.

I ate 3 portions on my own, the blackfish was great in terms of price and performance, the one with shrimp could be tried, but for some reason it was a bit expensive compared to the others.

Fish and crab are good, but the rolls are the worst. €15 for a crab roll is also more than overpriced. Otherwise the prices are bearable.

The fish was delicious. The price is very affordable. Today was a sunny day, so it was crowded. You can sit outside and inside. The beer is a bit more expensive. The atmosphere is ok, but it's not a place where you sit for a long time. You eat and go. Port fast food concept. All in all, it's interesting.

It is said out loud that they have the best fish sandwiches there. Now I've tried it there, so I can't tell any difference to other providers. Stop, stop, there was only fish and onions on the Bismarck fish roll and only fish and remoulade on the fried fish roll. No salad garnish. I thought it was stupid, so it was mediocre for me.

If you go to Germany, don't forget to try Fischbrötchen or fish sandwiches. Order backfish and salmon which taste really delicious, at relatively affordable prices we can enjoy fresh bread and fish. Good.

The “Brücke10” is located directly at the Landungsbrücken. The fish rolls on offer (with fried herring, fish cake and fried fish) are very tasty.

Came for a famous Hamburg Fischbrötchen and wasn't disappointed. Had to queue for maybe 5-10 minutes, but was peak lunchtime. Was busy, so didn't try to get a table, just wandered further down the pier to sit and soak in the view with my lunch. Would come again

It is a business serving fish and drinks on the Elbe River, close to the tunnel. Cold fish and bread. Not really for us. I won't eat it again. Also, both me and my wife had stomach discomfort after eating it. Also, we did not understand anything the red-faced uncle who collected the waste on the table said while collecting the napkins. But he was not hospitable at all.

The fried fish comes cold as standard, without lettuce or onions. Overall we were pretty disappointed.

We were there today around 5:30 p.m. because of the many good reviews. Unfortunately we were very disappointed We ordered 3 x fish and chips The fish was dry and more breading than fish Unfortunately the portion size is very small with 5 small pieces of fish and then for 11€! Fries were okay but a purchased finished product

I ate fish and chips for €13. The fish was tasty but for €13 you get 5 small pieces of fish and a few frozen fries that aren't really that good.

Brücke 10 feels like a famous burger queuing restaurant that both tourists and Hamburg locals will join the fray. It is located at the largest pier in the Port of Hamburg, "St. Pauli Landungsbrücken" (St. Pauli Landungsbrücken). There are many bridges on the pier. As its name suggests, Brücke 10 is located on the 10th Brücke means bridge, Brücke 10 means bridge number 10, and the signboard is written here. The most famous one is the fish castle. They're supposed to have the best fish sandwiches here, no, I don't think so. Had a lot of crabs on it, the bun was very dry. Had a salmon roll outside today, with a very good roll. They never touch the rolls, they are dry. Of course I was there on October 11, 2024, otherwise I can't rate it.

Update October 2024: It was not possible to get the fried fish warm. The roll was very dry and went well with the dry stream fish with thick breading that was already coming off. Unfortunately a failure. 😩🤨

You can't have Hamburg without fish sandwiches from Brücke 10. Our first stop when we are in Hamburg. Simply the best fish rolls and above all: the crab rolls - soooo delicious. Absolute recommendation!

The food was very good! Very friendly staff and the ambience is great! The restaurant is incredibly cozy and beautiful inside and the view of the Elbe is brilliant! We passed by here by chance and are happy about this nice visit!

So Bridge 10 is advertised quite well, but I can't understand the hype surrounding the herring roll. You can get them everywhere at the jetties. In comparison to the many others I ate in Hamburg, this wasn't the top roll. However, it could also have been because I was there on October 3rd. Maybe I should have eaten something else.

Nice place and delicious fish, but the prices have risen there too. Previously paid 8.60 for our 2 fish rolls, now 10.

The fish sandwiches are just really good. It was my first time there and I'd love to come back whenever I'm in Hamburg again. Had Bismarck and the fried herring in a crispy roll, both super tasty. Unfortunately a tourist trap - taste wise. Backfish sandwich was very cold and oily, bread was not very fresh. North Sea crabs looked really dry so didn’t want to risk 15 euros. Atmosphere is very nice. I wanted to have a second round of drink after the food. They informed that I have to wait in the same queue where people order&receive their food.

When I eat fish sandwiches, it's only at Bridge 10. Today I'm super disappointed for the first time. I got an ice-cold fried fish sandwich. Has the crew and therefore the quality changed?

Excellent fish sandwiches at the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken. Located at the very end, great views of the harbor, only the service left something to be desired, they preferred to talk to each other. Prices are OK for the location, but a bit expensive. But the quality is right!

On my first visit to Brücke 10, I was extremely enthusiastic about the great fish sandwiches, very appealing and well prepared. Now I was there again on my last visit 2 months ago and brought friends with me - it was shameful. The rolls had the simplest goods, carelessly filled and didn't taste good. Plus a mouse circus in the restaurant under the tables - I've lost my appetite, I won't be coming back!

In pretty wet and windy weather we went looking for “Bridge 10” and found it. The selection of rolls is very good and appealing: I had difficulty making a choice. Every time (we were at “Brücke 10” several times), I ordered two different fish sandwiches and ate them with appetite in an original ambience! All the fish sandwiches were delicious, the service staff were friendly (it was always very busy) and the atmosphere was stylish! Many many thanks:) I'm already looking forward to my next vacation in Hamburg with the delicious fish rolls at “Brücke 10”!

The crab roll has definitely become too expensive. That's why we only had one and a fish sandwich. And there is no more repetition. At some point it's too much of a good thing

Traditional sandwiches. Fresh, tasty and at a good price. I ate two different types, one tastier than the other, the guy who served me spoke English and was able to recommend which was the most traditional and the different types and I accompanied them with a beer and lemonade, on the shore of the pier, incredible.

Best stand for fish rolls in Hamburg, simply GREAT

Tried the famous fish bun (Fisch Brötchen) in Hamburg. Authentic n reasonable pricing. Most impressive to me is the freshness and crunchiness of the Brötchen. I will return for it though I have overheard some guests hold an opposite opinion to the Brötchen.

This is a review of 'Die lütte Brücke 10'. They mainly sell 'fish and chips', which isn't quite right because it should be called 'much chips and less fish'. The portion consists of a very large amount of French fries with a few fish nuggets that are not freshly fried, but just warmed up. They were fried at some point during the day. In my opinion, the nuggets are frozen goods, pre-breaded. Needless to say, some nuggets consist of more breading than fish. The fries were rather soggy. It's probably not surprising that everything ranks so low in terms of taste. For €11 this is a disgrace! Tourist rip-off at its finest. In the country of origin of fish and chips you would be tarred and feathered for something like that!

Bit disappointed as it comes with high reviews both on here and TripAdvisor. Their website it says to call a number for a reservation. We called and the guy said to do it on the website. We told him the website tells us to call this number, he mumbled something and told us he can't do it right now. We chanced it and got there tonight. Plenty of seats. We ordered the famous north sea crabs sandwiches (15 euros each) - the bun is supermarket bought, dry and a bit hard. It had a bit of sauce and butter and it's served cold. I might be a bit biased because I like seafood, so my review might not be as harsh, but I wouldn't order it again.

Typically Hamburg feeling and cool location. You can see from the photos that the rolls are very dry. My herring roll didn't taste good at all and I was really afraid of breaking my teeth. How do these good reviews come about? As can be seen, criticism is countered extremely negatively and I can imagine that many bad reviews will be removed. What can you drink there but fish sandwiches are a no-go.

Guys, believe me, this was a failure. The fish sandwich was very dry and actually only consisted of breading. Unfortunately, the roll is also discounter quality. No trace of fish in terms of taste. Shame about the money and the calories. There are definitely better alternatives in Hamburg! Better keep your hands off it. But it's your own fault if you go out to eat at a tourist spot.

Basically the tastiest fish rolls in Hamburg, unfortunately disappointing last Wednesday. Rolls hard and dry, fish (1x herring and 1x fried fish) unfortunately too. Still wasn't the last time with you, again in 2 weeks. Always friendly staff, otherwise it tastes great. Looking at the water and slowing down with matjes and a tuber, what more could you want?

It is not without reason that it is mentioned in travel guides etc. as the best fish sandwich sale on the Landungsbrücken! Good selection, fair prices and simply delicious. Keep it up. :)

Best fish sandwiches on the Landungsbrücken (I recommend the fried herring!)! Extra requests (with/without tartar sauce, etc.) are promptly fulfilled without batting an eyelid. The drink prices are absurd, but unfortunately that's the case everywhere these days.

Fried fish rolls with a plate and remoulade were put into the oven. Result of fart-dry fish. Offering a tourist as compensation "spend one next time" is also a calculation... Don't bake fish if you can't do it. Never again... 😖

Nice relaxing place for fish sandwiches and beer/wine on the "1st floor" of the Landungsbrücken. Big advantage there: the harbor tour ships don't block the view of the Elbe and there are no crowds of visitors in front of the free drinking areas ;-)

I ordered rolls with crabs. I think the price of €15 is overpriced. Rolls, crabs and some sauce (mayo) - that's it. I would like to add lettuce leaves or something similar. A hook is missing in the toilet.

The herring roll on Bridge 10 has now become a tradition when visiting Hamburg. Nowhere have I had a better herring roll 👌 The queue is worth it and goes quicker than you think. You can also go to the upper floor and always find seating. Top!

Cold fried fish in a cheap roll. I've never experienced that when you order a fried fish roll you don't get fresh/hot fried fish, but one from the fridge.

Top price performance and great atmosphere!

Shortly before our journey home we quickly shelled out €31 for a salmon roll, a crab roll and two Alsterwasser (Kiezmische). Fish 🐟 is handmade and expensive

Got their sour herring fish. Liked it because it was very sour and acidic. Wouldn’t recommend to people who can’t take sour. Astra beer is light and amazing. There are 2 floors. Outdoor on top and indoor below.

Baked fish roll was a lot of "back" and little fish. Of course it's great to sit, especially at the top.
