We come here often. Insanely good food at fair prices

Have now been here for the umpteenth time. We really liked it every time. The food is very tasty and the staff is very friendly. In addition, everything is very clean and tidy.

We often eat here. The food is always delicious, the service is top. The location is very beautiful. In summer there is the option to sit outside when the weather is good. The only point of criticism: There is no barrier-free toilet, which is a shame since the restaurant describes itself as barrier-free on its own website. The entrance is at ground level. The women's toilet (I don't know what the men's toilet looks like) is clean, there are free tampons in the two cubicles and a changing table. All in all, a great restaurant that we enjoy visiting. It's just not barrier-free, as described on the website and in some reviews. However, you also have to keep in mind that it is an old building.

Rustic brewery with vintage charm. Unfortunately, you don't sit well on the chairs. Nice atmosphere. Home-style menu, supplemented by a seasonal menu. Delicious. In summer you can also sit outside. Very friendly staff always trying to fulfill special requests. Price/performance ratio is okay. Extensive drinks menu, just brewery. Always very well attended, the guests know why. It is recommended to reserve in advance. We'll be back.

We were there on a Thursday evening at around 6 p.m. When we left the hut was full. We had a delicious meal and were absolutely full. The service was very attentive and not intrusive, they responded immediately to signs in a friendly manner. The brewery is barrier-free.

A reservation is required for outside. And because we were fully booked we were inside, it's rustic there. But a lovely evening and delicious food: grill pan a la Dröge. Meat was on point and so were fried potatoes. Crispy instead of dripping in fat like it should be (for me). Gladly again.

Dröge is a really nice and good address in Georgsmarienhütte, Oesede. The food, in the photo, was fried to perfection and really tasty. Price/performance is absolutely right. The service was really very good and extremely friendly and attentive. A good team works here. I could observe that the employees also have a lot of fun with each other. I thought that was really good. Once you've finished eating in the beautiful beer garden, you can move inside when the temperatures get colder. Chatting is really fun here, also because the landlord always comes to the table for a little chat. Happy all around, we had a lovely evening at Dröge's. We always enjoy coming back and I can recommend the brewery without hesitation. Many greetings to the team.

Delicious dinner tonight. Service was friendly and attentive. Not too much and not too little. Absolutely great. Didn't have to wait long even though it was quite busy. 5* without thinking. Absolutely fantastic and we will definitely come back here. Ample parking and cozy atmosphere.

There were nine of us with our family. We sat in the left room, more of a bar atmosphere, quite loud. Service was good, food was finished pretty much together. There was also something for vegans on the menu, which is great. The portions are large, the food is good.

Went to dinner yesterday with 13 people, it was very tasty, the food and the plates were hot, people regularly checked and asked if there was anything missing from the drinks, so completely satisfied. It certainly wasn't the last time.

2023: Unfortunately the kitchen was already closed when I wanted to eat something. However, the smell was very seductive. It smelled very good and high quality. It's a shame I didn't get anything more. 2024: Unfortunately I have to completely revise my first impression from last year. The service is good, the young lady wasn't pushy, asked questions and was attentive. She answered my questions honestly. The ambience is a bit old, just plain home-style. Although I usually prefer strong beers, I liked the light beer better here. That was really tasty. For dinner I ordered the basic schnitzel with extra vegetables. Unfortunately, once TK Asia vegetables were soft, cooked and therefore the bacon tasteless, once beans, at least al dente. However, I don't go to a restaurant to eat frozen vegetables. The schnitzel seemed convenient to me, but when asked, I made it myself. I believe the service too, but it could be thinner. So far I would give it a total of 3 stars. The idea with the regionally informative beer mat is a good one. After paying, I had a strange feeling in the car and looked at the bill. There the extra vegetables were charged at €3.50 instead of €1.50 as on the menu and online. That's cheating. The card didn't really look new, so I assume that some other customers have paid too much. This is a case for consumer protection and trade supervision. Then I went back and the service refunded me the two euros after consultation. But nothing more..... 🤣 I would have arranged it differently. Not recommended due to mismanagement, sorry...

Very cozy restaurant with home-style cuisine. A car is recommended for visiting. We each had a rump steak. The meat melted in your mouth. The fried potatoes and beans with bacon were delicious. The portions were generous. We were served very quickly and very friendly. Although there are many tables there, you should reserve in advance as the restaurant was very busy when we visited. You can pay there with ApplePay, among other things. We spent a very nice evening there.

Dined last night in a somewhat old-fashioned setting. Nice service, which was slightly overwhelmed. Extensive menu, prices not too high - but reasonable??? My men's plate: pork fillet ok. pepper cream sauce?? Maybe a gravy with a few sprinkled green peppercorns. Green beans apparently only blanched, not cooked. I imagine fried potatoes to be crispy, not mushy like here, and probably prepared with “fried potato seasoning”.

As always, very good. Have never been disappointed here. Food good, drinks good, service good. What more do you want.

Super leckeres Essen wie immer! Der Service ist immer nett und zuvorkommend. Durch den rustikalen Look und doch moderne Elemente super gemütlich. Besonders die Bratkartoffeln und natürlich das Brauhaus Helles sind super!! Immer wieder:))

Super leckers Schnitzel des Monats mit Pfifferlinge. Ein paar mehr Pfifferlinge und noch ein bisschen Salat oder mehr Beilage dazu wäre noch besser gewesen. Die Qualität vom Schnitzel und der Bratkartoffeln aber war super.

Die Bratkartoffeln mit Schnitzel waren geschmacklich sehr gut. Durch die Darreichung in einer Eisenpfanne waren selbst die letzten Kartoffeln noch warm. Leider ist die Akustik im mit fast 40 Personen besetzten Raum so gut, dass man seine gegenüber sitzende Begleitung nur schlecht verstehen kann.

Sehr gutes Essen. Auch der Service und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis waren gut, obwohl die Gaststätte voll war. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da und kommen gerne wieder. Wer auf deutsche Küche steht ist hier genau richtig.

If you like authentic German food you better check out this restaurant. It's a bit of a drive from the OS city centre, but worth the trip. The Bratkartoffeln were just the way my grandmother used to make them! Loved it!

Gute deutsche Küche und die Speisen waren alle lecker. Allerdings waren von vier Getränken ein Glas oben kaputt und bei einem war noch Lippenstift am Glas.

Gutbürgerliche Küche, schmackhafte Speisen, gepflegte Getränke, freundliche Bedienung, insgesamt ein Ort, an den man immer wieder gern zurückkehrt.

Gemütlich und lecker essen in entspannter Atmosphere. Die Küche ist wirklich gut und erfüllt auch mal ausgefallene Extrawünsche wenn es machbar ist. Auch der Service klappt in der Regel gut, selbst wenn es voll ist. Weiter so!
