I've been coming to Bad Tölz for several years now and always make a point of visiting the Binderbräu brewery restaurant. The beer, especially the Märzen, is truly exceptional! The food is also delicious and never disappoints. The atmosphere at Binderbräu is, of course, a special highlight. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Unfortunately, I couldn't eat there as I have full board at the hotel. But all the dishes looked absolutely delicious.

The Saxon waiter was very attentive and funny. Vincent also did a fantastic job. The food was incredibly delicious 😋 and perfectly adequate. The older waiter was truly unbearable. The behavior is unacceptable for such a great restaurant. He sometimes made insulting comments and unacceptable remarks. Luckily, he was off duty. Otherwise, we would have asked the manager to come to our table.

Goulash and schnitzel in a crust

Last Friday the two of us wanted to eat outside in the early evening when the weather was great. There were still free tables that were not reserved (the entire left side was free!) We got the answer that there was only space inside.

Very good seasonal beers (tried the Bock and Braunbier). Good service by an older lady, it's a nice traditional pub. It was no problem to pay 14 EUR by card. Would come back to try more seasonal beers.

Service very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty, but the portions - even at the neighboring tables - were very manageable. I would have liked to come again, but unfortunately it wasn't enough for me. It's also a shame that the schnitzel doesn't even come with salad

I visited the brewery based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, there is a big difference here whether locals visit the place or tourists. Locals can reserve a table in the beer garden here, tourists cannot. Too bad! The service was overall very unfriendly and grumpy. I can therefore not recommend this brewery.

Highly recommended! We stopped by spontaneously at the recommendation of our hotel and were not disappointed. Despite not having a reservation, we got a table straight away. We were at Binderbräu on Easter Monday around 6 p.m. with a small dog and, even though there were only a few guests in the restaurant, we were sent to the back and cool dining room. The Saxon service was friendly, but didn't appear often, so we decided not to order a digestif. The atmosphere in the Brauhaus Tegernsee and this restaurant are worlds apart. Beer is also cheaper at Tegernsee.

After 6 years we arrived back in Bad Tölz and went to the Bräu again. Everything was fine so far, but unfortunately a lot has changed. 6 years ago the restaurant was full, today there were 8 people. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the hosts that the restaurant gets back to its former glory. If we come here again after a few years, we will definitely come to Binderbräu. Good luck!

I went to Binderbräu with my friends for a beer for the first time in a long time. It was clear again why I hadn't been there in so long. Awful reheated convenience food, not to mention the rude waiter. 9:30 p.m. Friday night, the bar closed without a word. Mr. Binder, this was definitely my last visit to your pub.

I stayed at the hotel opposite. I came alone without a reservation and got a table without any problems. The atmosphere is Bavarian brewery with the typical tavern tables and chairs, the decoration is just as appropriate. The service was friendly, nice and attentive. I had to ask to get my first drink, but things went better after that. As a starter I chose a side salad. The main course is the Braumeister schnitzel, which is essentially a cordon bleu, with fried potatoes. Both were served hot and quickly, the portions were generous and everything was very tasty. Overall it is a good Bavarian pub with the drinks, food and people you would expect there My conclusion: recommended. If I'm in the area again, I'll take a look again.

A brewery with its own pub? Or a tavern with its own brewery? No matter how you twist it, for me the Binderbräu is a really good, typically Bavarian restaurant. I can highly recommend the (or the) Bierkutscher goulash and the roast pork, and of course you should also take time to look at the museum exhibits and the brewing kettles. The prices have remained at the lowest level, and if you don't like beer, you can get real Paulaner specialties here. Cheers!

It was my son's first time in the Bräu, pleasant atmosphere, fast staff, drinks and dishes tasty, also visually. Beer wasn't really my thing, price/performance was completely ok. Definitely recommended!

Very nice location with friendly, friendly staff. The food (Jägerschnitzel with spaetzle) was very tasty, but could have been a little more. The apple strudel with cream also tasted good, but was slightly burnt. All in all, the price-performance ratio is right here. The Binder beer liqueur is highly recommended.

I booked the Binderbräu restaurant for lunch on my club outing on September 21, 2024. We were warmly welcomed and served. The food and beer was very good. We felt really comfortable. Gladly again

I was here twice. The beer is highly recommended. Once the waitress has finally completed her wrangling of competence, the service also works (although it really seems incomprehensible to the guest why the older one behaves like a trainee, tries to provoke his colleague and completely fails to serve the guests - this was the case with both of them Visit each case).. The atmosphere is in the beer garden and. The guest room is typically Bavarian and rustic, in the back area you feel pushed away. I can't recommend the goulash, the sauce had already gelled when the plate was brought, 5 stringy pieces of meat and the dish was completely seasoned. The schnitzel is way too dry. In case anyone is wondering why I went there twice despite the criticism: At the first visit, food intake was liquid in nature.

I've been there 4 times now and the food was very good, but apparently they don't want to sell drinks. At the beginning you get something to drink straight away, only then you sit in front of an empty glass for two hours and the waiters don't care. That's already weak

A very rustic, typically Bavarian beer garden

The Braumeisterschnitzel is the most delicious schnitzel (style cordon bleu) that I have ever eaten. The brewing malt crust is the highlight of the spicy, juicy masterpiece - thank you for this taste experience 🤤 But above all, I would like to thank the host of the evening: putting the glass on the “correct” side for a guest with a handicap shows a level of attention that I was able to experience for the first time today! A very big thank you! Cheers to the iPhone 15pro and next time we won't leave without dessert 😉

Traveling on the Isar cycle path, we stopped here on a sunny morning. The brewery and 🌳 beer garden are located a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, so we were able to enjoy a wonderfully quiet and cozy 🍺 morning pint. My fellow cyclists enjoyed the light white wine, while I preferred a fresh lager from the chilled stein. Everyone loved the taste of their beer. In addition, the efficient waiter came along with humorous comments. Since the sanitary facilities were also in excellent condition, full marks were justified. Keep it up! 👍

A really great brewery restaurant, as you would imagine! There are various rustic rooms, including the brewing kettle room. The staff is friendly, attentive and accommodating and also very fond of children. The meals are big enough, fill you up and taste fantastic!

We were there on a Sunday. It was full, which is why it was unpleasant how close the tables were. When other guests walked past, they had to push through so much that the chair was bumped and you were afraid that something would be swept off the table. You probably want to “get” as much out of it as possible. The young waiters were very friendly, in contrast to the "head waiter?". Within earshot, he ordered his colleague to put a reserved sign on a table for four so that no couple would sit there: "We can't use that here." He also very rudely told two older women that that wasn't possible here, 2 at a large table. The ladies then left. The taste of the food (Braumeisterschnitzel) was okay, but the fried potatoes were not. Portion rather small for the price.

The Leonharditrunk was beautifully amber-colored, with a hint of hops and a nice, fine-pored head of foam. The wheat beer was light, very good to drink, the wine crown was creamy, fine-pored, a feast for the eyes. The food was good, but could have been a little warmer. We had a prime spot, right next to the brewhouse. The room temperature was a bit low.

10/2023 Tisch war leider nicht sauber. Kellnerin flott und freundlich. Auswahl Getränke und Hauptspeisen ausreichend. Was fehlt sind Vorspeisen. Zusammengetackerte Blätter als Speisekarte nicht sonderlich schön. Etwas schade war, dass meine Suppe vor den Getränken kam und nur lauwarm war. Vom Essen insgesamt waren wir ehrlich gesagt etwas enttäuscht. Für eine Pilzpfanne mit nur zwei verschiedenen Pilzen und Standard Gemüse knapp 20€ zu verlangen finden wir nicht okay. Auch das Schnitzel war nur okay und die Menge sehr klein. 0.5l Wasser zum Wein bestellt, aber es wurde in einem großen Bierglas gebracht. Hier wäre eine Karaffe wünschenswert gewesen. WCs waren sauber, allerdings funktionierte der Händetrockner fast nicht. Vielleicht wären hier Papierhandtücher besser? Ambiente innen schöner als draußen, da im Außenbereich die weißen Schirme einfach nicht zu einem Brauhaus passen.

Sehr gute bayrische Küche! Sehr gutes Bier - hatte ein Saison-Bier. Der Service war sehr gut, freundlich, professionell. Sehr gerne wieder.

So WUNDERBAR freundlicher Service! Auch bei voller Wirtschaft wird immer freundlich ein Platz gesucht! Das Dunkle Hausgebraute schmeckt herrlich malzig, nicht zu süß; das Saison-Märzen ebenfalls top!! Hirschbraten von der Tageskarte ein absoluter Genuss! Hingehen und genießen, es lohnt sich!!

Wir haben einen tollen Abend zu viert bei sehr gutem Essen, super Service und angenehmen Ambiente verbracht! Das selbst gebraute Bier schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns auch gleich einen 2 l Syphon mitgenommen, damit wir es zu Hause auch genießen können. Volle Punktzahl und eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der in Bad Tölz etwas Zeit verbringt.

Wir sind dort kurzentschlossen zum Essen eingekehrt. Obwohl es sehr voll war, hat man uns freundlich begrüßt und noch einen freien Tisch zugewiesen. Das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und das Servicepersonal war top! Die Brauereigaststätte ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Danke für die tolle Bewirtung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dieses Lokal können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Das Essen war sehr lecker (hatten die Spinatknödel und das Braumeisterschnitzel) und der Service sehr freundlich und lustig

Waren etwas enttäuscht, Essen war sehr unterdurchschnittlich und der Service zwar bemüht aber ratscht lieber mit anderen Gästen. Grundsätzlich ein schöner Platz zum Essen aber am heutigen Tag keine Glanzleistung.

45 min auf das Essen gewartet, hatte das Braumeisterschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln. Den Käse im Schnitzel musste man suchen, die Bratkartoffeln waren nicht durch gebraten daraufhin hatten sie ein eigenartigen Geschmack. Beim abkassieren wurde es gesagt, daraufhin sind wir unfreundlich verabschiedet wurden.

Wie an vielen Orten: Zuwenig Personal und dennoch extrem bemüht! Tolles Essen und ein sehr gutes Bier! Danke für die nette Zeit bei euch! Gerne immer wieder!

Hier haben wir ganz fantastisch zum Mittag gegessen! Abseits der "Hauptstraße", in angenehmer Ruhe. Das wohl beste Schnitzel mit Käse und Schinken gefüllt was man findet - klare Empfehlung! Wir waren gestern um 16:00 im Biergarten. Nach der Anreise nach Bad Tölz waren wir hungrig. Wir hatten ein dunkles Bier und einen Radler. Putensteak, Gemüse und Pommes. Wienerschnitzel, Salat und Pommes. Alles frisch und lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr nett, wir kommen wieder.

Habe sehr gut bayerisch gegessen, das gute Bier getrunken !

Wir waren alle Gruppe mit 13 Personen da und haben ausnahmslos gut gegessen. Meine Spinatknödel waren sehr fein gewürzt und wurden in nicht zuviel Butter serviert. Das Brauerschnitzel war auch toll. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Interessante kleine Führung durch die eigene Hausbrauerei. Danach gutes Essen. Es kann recht schnell etwas laut werden im Gastraum, was die Bestellung etwas störte. Ansonsten nett und angenehm.

Der Brauereigasthof lebt vom sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Wirt und seinem Bier. Das ist Braukunst auf höchstem Niveau, die jeder Bierkenner einmal genießen sollte. Kulinarisch ist das Braumeisterschnitzel sehr zu empfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist bayrisch-modern, aber nicht sonderlich gemütlich. An Wochenenden und bei Veranstaltungen ist eine Reservierung dringend zu empfehlen! Man spürt in der gesamten Gaststätte die große Leidenschaft und Kompetenz des Wirtes und Brauers. Die Bedienung wirkt etwas reserviert, aber professionell.

Wir sind gestern spontan da gewesen, und haben ohne Reservierung sofort einen Platz bekommen. (Wir waren vor 17 Uhr da). Wir hatten dunkles Radler und Weizen zu trinken, und Spinatknödel mit Parmesan in zerlassener Butter, so wie Bierkutscher Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln , dazu jeweils ein Beilagensalat. Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht zufrieden. Es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt, es war nett angerichtet mit frischen Zutaten. Der Bergkäse in der Schnitzelfüllung war mir persönlich zu kräftig, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Beim Eintreffen wurde kurz die Impfung kontrolliert. Unser Hund hat auch netterweise eine Schüssel Wasser bekommen. Die Atmosphäre würde ich als eine Mischung von urigen bayerischen Brauhaus-Stil mit einem Touch Moderne. Auf keinen Fall altbacken. Jederzeit gerne Mal wieder.

Wir können uns nicht erklären woher die super Bewertungen kommen, auf Grund derer wir die Gasthaus Brauerei aufgesucht haben. Der vordere Teil des Biergartens war voll, woraufhin wir uns im bestuhlten und mit Tischdecken versehenen Bereich um die Ecke plaziert haben. Zuerst ignorierte uns eine junge Bedienung komplett, nicht ein mal ein Nicken oder ein Hallo kam von ihr. Dann kam ewig niemand und wir sahen mehrere Bedienungen drinnen selber am Tresen trinken. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten kam ein sehr missmutiger älterer Herr, der auch offensichtlich, hoffentlich nur an diesem Tag, sehr wenig Freude an seinem Beruf hatte. Er murmelte etwas, wie unmöglich an einen Tisch ohne Karte zu sitzen!?! Wir haben festgestellt, dass damit wir gemeint waren. Er brachte dann widerwillig Karten und verschwand. Die junge Bedienung erschien wieder und deckte die anderen Tische mit diesen Tischsetspeisekarten ein, kam aber auch nicht zu uns. Insgesamt möchten wir sagen, dass wir so schlecht noch nirgends behandelt wurden. Als nach 25 Minuten noch immer keine Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, haben wir den Ort des Grauens ohne Wiederkehr verlassen. Es mangelte speziell bei diesen beiden Servicekräften an Kommunikation, wenn man nicht an einen Tisch ohne Tischsetspeisekarte sitzen soll, kann man das ja sagen. Ein einfaches Hallo hätte genügt, ich hoffe, dass andere Menschen bessere Erfahrungen machen.

Das Essen ( Gulasch und Schnitzel) war gut, die Bedienung hätte freundlicher sein können, schade....
