Brauereigasthof Jakob in Nittenau

Wir waren beruflich mit einer Gruppe von 23 Personen eingekehrt (reserviert). Das Personal komplettiert den urigen Charakter des Gasthof's. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles Speisen und Getränke waren sehr lecker und üppig. Vielen Dank

Toll gelegen mit wunderschönem Biergarten und flottem und sympathischem Service. Portionen waren etwas zu groß, dafür qualitativ vereinzelt "nur" durchschnittlich.

Nach kräftezehrenden 16 km mit dem Kajak auf dem Regen war die Einkehr im Gasthof Jakob wie eine Erlösung. Ausruhen, auftanken, in einem wunderbaren Ambiente. Ein super Tipp von einer Paddelbekanntschaft auf dem Fluss (er gebürtig aus Nittenau). Wir können nur Danke sagen. Danach ging es noch 10 km weiter.

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende dort und können nur Positives berichten. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Der Service immer freundlich. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Wir haben außerdem im Restaurant an zwei Abenden gegessen. Das was wir dort bekommen haben, ist für uns unter unseren besten Erlebnissen, das wir bisher an Küche in Deutschland genießen konnten. Ein großes Danke an die Küche und das gesamte Team. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder und können den Brauereigasthof Jakob uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. :)

Ich bin begeistert! Zimmer sind hochwertig, modern. TOP.Die Fotos im Internetauftritt geben dies nicht wider! Ich aß mich 3xtäglich durch die Speisekarte (Reh mit Spargel, Fisch, Kalbsleber etc.) :-). Alles sehr lecker! Die selbstgemachte Erdbeermarmelade ist ein Traum! Leider nicht verkäuflich. Der Service: sehr gut organisiert, Geschwindigkeit trotz Zugewandheit am einzelnen Gast flankiert mit guter Stimmung und Freundlichkeit. Ein toller Betrieb, der mich beeindruckt. Bierfreunde kommen auch auf ihre Kosten mit auch außergewöhnlichen eigenen Biersorten. Mal sehen, ob ich irgendwann wieder in dieser Gegend bin :-) Eine Anregung habe ich: z.B. via vorhandenem Schild auf dem Zimmer signalisieren können, dass man heute keine Zimmerreinigung möchte (spart vielerlei Ressoucen) .

Haben als "krönender Abschluss" nach einer Paddeltour auf dem Regen im Brauereigasthof Jakob zu Abend gegessen. Es gibt dort moderne gut-bürgerlich-bayrische Küche auf gehobenen Niveau. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und versuchte nett zu Vor- und Nachspeisen zu verführen (was ich sehr schätze). Das Essen selbst war hervorragend (butter-zarte Ochsenbäckchen auf Kartoffelbrei mit frischen Chips und Spargelstücken auf kräftiger Soße). Preislich vielleicht nicht ganz günstig, aber bei so einer Küche mehr als angemessen. Wir jedenfalls kommen auf der nächsten Tour sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr freundlich obwohl heute 1.Kommunion wahr und alles voll war bekamen wir zur Mittagszeit einen Wurstsalat der nicht auf der Speisekarte stand.

Sehr schöner Biergarten mit leckerem Essen. Hatte den Schweizer Wurstsalat, der war wirklich sehr lecker. Dazu gab's eine scheibe getoastetes Brot mit Knoblauchbutter. Freundliches personal, Preis/Leistung top. Gerne wieder.

Wir sind zufällig in ein gemütliches bayerisches Restaurant gestoßen – und waren absolut begeistert! 🍻 Es ist ein sehr stimmungsvolles Lokal: eine warme, intime Atmosphäre, alles durchdrungen von echtem bayerischem Flair. Die Liebe zum Detail ist spürbar, von der Einrichtung bis zum Service. Das Essen ist einfach hervorragend: alles ist sättigend, köstlich und durch und durch bayerisch. Und das Bier ist ein besonderer Genuss! Frisch und vollmundig, passt es perfekt zu den Gerichten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der die echte bayerische Atmosphäre erleben möchte!

Mittagstisch einfach super lecker. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Gasthofs Jakob für ein mehr als gelungenes langes Wochenende mit 13 Mann zum Wandern zu Burgen und Bergen zwischen Donau und bayrischem Wald. Der Service war überragend, egal ob online oder vor Ort persönlich. Das Essen und das Bier sind super und sehr vielfältig. Die Zimmer sind modern und bieten viel Platz. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!

Tolles Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, einer netten Dachterrasse, leckerem selbstgebrauten Bier in vielen Geschmacksrichtungen und einer 1a-Küche. Sehr freundliches Team.

Dieses Hotel war Liebe auf den ersten Blick. Wir haben ein Komfortzimmer gebucht und der gesamte Aufenthalt hat dem entsprochen. Das Zimmer und die Lage sind der absolute Hammer und das Personal außerordentlich aufmerksam und nett. Das Essen in der Gaststube war ein absoluter Traum, sodass wir tatsächlich zu drei Gängen verführt waren. So lecker haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut! Das schreit nach einer Wiederholung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Preislich zwar nicht billig aber dafür super Qualität und sehr lecker! Für mich das beste Lokal in Nittenau!

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war ein rundum angenehmes Erlebnis. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst komfortabel, sodass ich mich rundum wohlfühlen konnte. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und begrüßte mich stets mit einem Lächeln. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und köstlich mit einer großen Auswahl. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist ruhig und freundlich und bietet perfekte Entspannung. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. 😊🏨

Wir waren schon ein paar Mal mit unserem Motorradstammtisch im Gasthaus Jakob. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell, dass Essen ist exzellent. (Diesmal gab´s sogar Gramlmautaschen! Super, fast wie von meiner Oma) Schön, dass es so eine urige gute Wirtschaft noch gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben gerade ausgecheckt und möchten uns für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Wir waren im Zuge der Brauereitour zu Besuch und sind wirklich begeistert. Familie Jakob und alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und sympathisch. Das Essen im Restaurant ist nicht zu toppen und die Tour mit Sebastian war wirklich ein Highlight. Sehr informativ, lustig und man hat gemerkt, dass der komplette Familienbetrieb mit Herz geführt wird. "Ein Herz für Biere" ist hier wirklich nicht nur ein Spruch auf einem Shirt, sondern ernsthaft Programm. Die 400 Km Anreise haben sich wirklich gelohnt. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt 🍻❤️

Wahnsinnig gutes Wirtshaus. Absolut geiles Essen und auch eine große Auswahl an super Bieren. Absolute Empfehlung für deutsches Essen, dass auch etwas ausgefallen aber trotzdem klassisch ist.

Sehr guter Service das ganze personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent die für uns zuständige Andrea will ich extra erwähnen. Das essen ist auch sehr lecker und der Preis angemessen. Wir waren heute den 1.1.12026. zu sechst zum Mittagessen da und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Danke wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were there for lunch. One of the best places in the Upper Palatinate! A traditional inn, good beer, and even the non-alcoholic beer is good. Good home-style cooking, plus a few special dishes and even very good vegetarian options! A special recommendation: the Styrian beef and boiled beef salad!

We're on holiday in Nittenau and have already eaten there twice, and we've reserved a table for two more days. The food is fantastic, and the staff are very nice and friendly. They also welcome dogs. We're looking forward to our next visit tomorrow and more delicious food. The salad dressing is simply amazing!

We went there for dinner. The food was excellent and the service superb. I'm deducting one star for the noise level. The restaurant was packed, and you couldn't hear yourself think. I think room dividers or sound-absorbing panels could significantly improve things.

Always a delight. In addition to the classic dishes, the seasonal menu always offers a great seasonal variety with excellent specialties. Every visit so far has been worthwhile. The value for money is also good, and the service is fast, courteous, and very friendly. We're already looking forward to our next visit! The only drawback: It's often difficult to get a table at short notice.

Yesterday we managed to eat here. As you can see from the numerous guests, the inn is very popular. We were not disappointed. The food is excellent. We had four different dishes, and everyone loved it. The service is friendly and attentive. It was a very pleasant evening. I especially recommend the roast beef with onions and fried potatoes. Even the side salad was very good 👍

We visited the inn with friends, and I'm absolutely thrilled. First of all, thank you so much for letting me change the side dishes, because the Angus roast beef with truffle sauce and finger noodles was the best I've had in a long time. My wife had meatballs and venison sausages with mashed potatoes, which were also very good. Our friends praised all the dishes. The service was also very good. Always very friendly and always willing to explain everything in more detail. Ordering a beer at Jakob's isn't that easy, because the selection is so large and they also have barrel-aged specialty beers that are quite exceptional. This inn is perfect for those who appreciate something special. But I also think it's not a bad idea for those who want a schnitzel with fries. Thank you, Jakob family.

Great food! Great service! We love coming here and letting ourselves be pampered by the excellent cuisine and friendly service. The farmer's salad with its delicious dressing is a classic and a real treat. Be sure to make a reservation, just a quick tip :)

So you have to be happy that a restaurant is even open. In terms of taste, I'd say it's mediocre. It lacks seasoning, and the carp fillet tastes like nothing because of the breading. But you're served quickly and you get something to eat. If that's your expectation, then fine!

I went there and chose the lunch menu. It was excellent, in my opinion. The taste was great and the price/performance ratio was very good. Since the weather was nice, I was able to sit in the beer garden. I just managed to get a table. It was a lovely atmosphere and had that classic, relaxed Bavarian beer garden feel. I'd be happy to come back. I highly recommend it.

This is my fifth consecutive stay here, and I'm pleasantly surprised. The rooms, which were already large and spacious, have been renovated and are now even more comfortable. The rooms overlook a river. The breakfast is beautifully presented. The highlight is the rustic restaurant with a beer garden and decent food.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic accommodation. We stayed here on a bikepacking tour. Everything was perfect, and we were able to park our bikes safely. The food in the beer garden was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'd go back anytime.

We sat in the beautifully secluded beer garden, with very friendly and attentive service. The menu offered a wide selection, including typical Bavarian dishes as well as a good selection of organic and vegetarian options. The food was simply sensationally good, down-to-earth but still sophisticated in its preparation and presentation, so the higher price was absolutely justified. The drinks menu was also excellent; lovers of specialty beers in particular will find something to their liking here. We'd love to come back again; a definite recommendation!

We went back for dinner, and as usual, everyone was super friendly. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

So, I discovered the brewery restaurant at the Culinary Festival. I ate there for the first time and was very impressed. We've been here several times since then and tried everything. The schnitzel was very good, the roast was soft and buttered, and the dumplings and spaetzle were always perfect. For dessert, my favorite is the white tiramisu. Simply delicious. Service is fast and friendly. A welcome from the kitchen also works occasionally. All in all, a good place to go. I only know the rooms from a friend, and he described them to me as clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Clean, spacious rooms. Great, hearty food. Fantastic beers, especially the barrel-aged ones, are amazing. Parking is available behind the hotel, right on the water. The service was consistently excellent, from directions to taxi bookings to room cleaning. Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. If you need coffee earlier, there's a bakery with top-notch coffee 150 meters away.

I can't comment on the rooms; we were only there for dinner. Despite the beer garden and restaurant being full, the service was very friendly and quick, really nice! First-class roast pork and a great, feel-good atmosphere! You can go here anytime 😊

Highly recommended... Lovingly restored building, large, modern room with a beautiful bathroom and large shower. Beautiful beer garden with first-class home-brewed beers, each one tastes better than the last, very friendly service, and then the food!!!! Three kinds of venison, tender as butter with a phenomenal sauce, celery puree, and lightly toasted Buabespitzle (a kind of sausage). 15 out of 10 points! Breakfast buffet with everything, delicious white sausages. Everything to make a motorcyclist's heart beat faster. We'll definitely be back, that's not a threat 🍻😎🏍️

Four of us had a reservation and had lunch in the beer garden. It was a lovely spot and a romantic atmosphere. We were there the first time two years ago, and the food (value-wise) was much better. Unfortunately, they only served one round of drinks; they apparently didn't want to make a profit. The dishes came out fairly quickly, and everyone was full—but nothing more. Unfortunately, we had some criticism of the policy, which wasn't really taken seriously.

Great hotel with a great 😊👍🏽 location! The rooms are beautifully furnished and modern, with a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There's a rooftop terrace that you can use. With a great view of the stork couple. They even have their own beer, which is delicious! The hotel also has a pub with a lovely beer garden. There's also an ice cream parlor across the street with delicious ice cream! 🍧 The service was very good and everyone was friendly! And everything at breakfast was fresh and delicious! I highly recommend the hotel! And I'd love to come back!

A thoroughly successful visit – highly recommended! The two of us visited the Jacob restaurant in Nittenau and were delighted from the very first moment. The food was outstanding – we both ordered the farmer's salad, which was not only fresh, but also lovingly prepared and delicious. We were particularly pleased that we could request a portion of fried potatoes instead of bread – a request that was immediately fulfilled thanks to the extremely friendly and attentive service. A big compliment goes to the young manager, who immediately makes a positive impression with her warm manner and professionalism. You can tell that the work here is done with passion. The cuisine also deserves the highest praise – the quality, freshness, and flavor absolutely won us over. A place to relax, enjoy, and return. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

A very nice, well-maintained hotel, located directly on the Regen River, in a wonderful location. The restaurant serves exquisite, home-style Upper Palatinate cuisine with a modern twist.

The 4 of us didn't make a reservation and couldn't get a place inside, but then in the garden, which, by the way, is beautifully designed. The food took longer (approx. 25 minutes) but it was really good. Unfortunately there was no ketchup with the schnitzel, personally that doesn't bother me, but I think it should be there... The waitresses were very friendly. All in all a good restaurant 👍🏼
