Unfortunately we didn't like it. Schnitzel & fried potatoes were dripping with fat. The vegan burger didn't taste good either. It's a shame because the atmosphere was cozy and the service was very friendly.

Heute, Samstag 01.12.2024 thanks for opening your shop in 59759 Arnsberg-Hüsten. I bought 2 portions of "Winterschokolade" for 5,40€ But in my Rechnung is only total summa, I can't see price for 100 g z.B. Anout taste: dry..too dry cake as for me. Good place to have something to eat and drink beer. Nice spatious interior, many typem of beer. You can have typical German meal or just go for burger. Price-wise it is Ok.

Great restaurant. Schnitzel and fries were just okay, as well as the coleslaw. Price is fine but not cheap. Atmosphere is good, nice decor and nice lighting in a beautiful building. Friendly staff. The only area for improvement is the waiting time between ordering and serving!

I ate there yesterday and absolutely loved it! The food was excellent, everything was fresh, tasty and prepared with great attention to detail. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly and attentive service, which made the visit a completely pleasant experience. The atmosphere was also harmonious and inviting. I really like the menu, not much choice, which I personally see as positive. Don't be spoiled for choice! Staff very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately my favorite burger is no longer on the menu (Pulled Burger). Therefore one star less for the food, otherwise great! 👍

The beer was poorly tapped. A sad sight. No foam. Not a pretty sight. Not a showcase pub/restaurant for Veltins.. The food is a horror. Where is the Veltins charm of the local area? Many dishes that have no connection to Sauerland. That no one in Sauerland knows. Just hamburgers etc. This is so sad... You should take a look at a traditional locality in the area. The Veltins Logo used to be a high-quality dining restaurant. Just a french fries shop here... Or rather... Hamburger Shed.

Instead of the usual exotic, Italian, Spanish etc. Today we opted for traditional cuisine in Arnsberg. A good choice, the spare ribs and medallions are of very good quality and super tasty. And not only the food, but also the service and atmosphere are excellent. A nice detail is the ceiling... completely made up of doors. We will definitely visit this more often!!!!

Having eaten in the restaurant many times (>2000) I have to say: best fries ever (incredibly crispy), one of the best burgers, very delicious ice cream, good Grevensteiner Brau. I'm very satisfied!

Totally cozy, rustic and yet stylish restaurant. I was surprised at how delicious and rich the dishes are. Everything freshly prepared. Through a pane of glass you can look into the tidy and clean kitchen and watch the chef preparing the food. However, you are mainly busy looking at the many interesting details in the guest room. The service:1. Class! Attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Really nice there. A real recommendation.

Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was excellent, good schnitzels and side dishes that tasted delicious. The portions were generous and even though we were a large group, the service was very fast. There is wheelchair access at the back. Highly recommended for a successful evening.

We've been going to the brewing brothers' house every now and then since it opened. And it got worse step by step. The low point and thus the end for us was the last breakfast, an unbelievable disappointment. The buffet was empty about an hour before breakfast ended. One person in service, no one in the kitchen. The orange juicer that wasn't emptied regularly last year is now gone. Absolutely embarrassing for 16 euros per nose. Almost exactly a year ago, the visit was worth three stars to us, but now there is only one. The store won't see us again.

Food (Twersbraten) was inedible. The sauce tasted musty and was not edible. The service responded poorly to criticism. Too bad.

Highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and quick. The food was very tasty and we didn't have to wait long. If you want, you can watch the preparation through a glass pane. Clear recommendation.

Once again excellent food and service. I meet up with old friends here once a year and they are always more than satisfied. The food is great, the atmosphere is cozy but still modern and the service leaves nothing to be desired. The only thing I and my friends would be very happy about is an expanded selection of vegetarian dishes. Currently, apart from salads, there is only one burger available as a vegetarian main course.

Beer gardens are rare in this area and so we cyclists were happy that we found this one. On Thursdays there is always a schnitzel menu with a drink for €21.50. Gladly again!

Very tasty food, attractively presented. The staff was very courteous and the dishes were at the table quite quickly. The only thing that was annoying was the relatively high number of wasps in the restaurant. Wasp cases might be of good use there.

A trip to Arnsberg led us to the restaurant. And of course hunger. Very nice ambience in the interior of the restaurant. Everything is nicely organized outside too. Staff super nice and helpful. Good food in a stylish atmosphere. As soon as you enter the restaurant, the restaurant's unusual style stands out. The furnishings are cozy and rustic yet modern. The food was also a delicious surprise. We ordered the Rostbratwurst and twice the “Gutsherrin” steak with various side dishes. Everything was super fried, the fries were crispy and the iced tea was a good refreshment.

We were there for breakfast. Half-raw croissants, dry scrambled eggs, apparently waffle dough from the day before (dry and hard to remove from the bowl, it was so solid). The waffle iron has seen better days. Unfortunately the boiled eggs smelled strongly. Unfortunately, the table was only cleared once, which quickly became messy. The worst thing, however, was the sanitary facilities. It was really dirty for both men and women. The women had toilet paper spread out in the cubicle, the flush was constantly running, and there was no toilet paper in the other cubicle. The hand dryer looked like someone had vomited in it. It's a shame - even before breakfast I said that we had to go here for dinner, but unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Hardly any vegetarian selection, but unreasonably expensive for what you get. The attempt to put something together from the supplements wasn't really successful. Very friendly service and a really nice atmosphere.

The range of food on offer has decreased significantly and so has the quality. Burger with chicken breast rock hard, tomatoes and rocket were missing. The service simply said that it would be passed on to the kitchen. Not very service oriented. Clearly on the decline!

The schnitzel with mushroom sauce was good, but the Kaiserschmarrn... So either this is a completely regional version, or simply the worst Kaiserschmarrn I've ever eaten. If necessary, think about using TK-ware. It's bitter to say, but it would definitely improve things

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. It was my first time there but on the one hand we only asked for drinks after a long wait. Even after the food came it took a while to be asked for drinks. There is a need for improvement here. The fact that you can see the kitchen is such a good idea, but the smells of the kitchen are spread throughout the entire room and unfortunately it smells of grease. You can certainly get more out of this. The food isn't great either. You can get better food in many chip shops. Sorry

Everyone in service except Alex was rude. Lipstick on the beer glass The Turk just sucks on chewing gum and cashes in. Unfortunately, we had to explain to him three times what we had for dinner. Bad service. You also have to say woodruff €16.90 for just the schnitzel, well €4.20 for fries 🍟 (extra). Last time in the store. And to have a good rest, when someone is gossiping, please do so so that guests don't notice

The food was good, unfortunately it was too crowded and it wasn't possible to have a good conversation because of the many people. I found the prices a little overpriced.

Sitting in the winter garden and enjoying the sunshine at this time of year is simply great. Delicious burger (both meatless and with a classic beef patty), nice service.

Burger meat was almost raw on the first visit. On the second visit, kale without Mettwurst, which was probably sold out, which we were only told when it was served. There is no discount even if you ask! Breakfast good!

The Sauerlandmeister Schnitzel is highly recommended!

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine tolle Auswahl! Es ist für Jedermann etwas dabei. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Location ist auch ein Hingucker! Schlicht und heimelig.

Wir sind heute zufrieden und satt nach Hause gefahren. Den Tisch haben wir am selben Tag online reserviert, hat gut funktioniert. Das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt und der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Beste Grüße Lars Lutter

Außer den Pommes kann ich leider nichts positives an unserm Besuch dort verbuchen.

Fertigprodukte zu überzogenen Preisen und dann auch noch schlecht zubereitet! Und das ganze hat dann auch noch über eine Stunde gedauert und dann hat sogar noch was gefehlt! Einzig positive ist der Service. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Waren zum Frühstück hier und es war einfach nur richtig gut. Alles frisch. Ambiente sehr schön. Service sehr aufmerksam. Alles top. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Sonntag 18:45Uhr Bestellung der Getränke und schnelle Servierung 19Uhr Bestellannahme der Speisen Um 19:30Uhr teilte man uns mit das keine Schnitzel mehr da sind. Traurig das sowas erst nach 30 Minuten mitgeteilt wird. Um 19:45Uhr wurden dann halt Burger mit Pommes bestellt,nachdem das Personal wieder Notiz von uns nahm. Um 20:15Uhr bekamen wir mit, das am Nachbartisch gesagt wurde,das keine Pommes mehr da sind. Zu uns kein Wort über dieses Problem... Wenig später wurden die Burger serviert, allerdings mit Süßkartoffelpommes... Schade das nicht nachgefragt wird,ob man die überhaupt mag. Abgerechnet wurden nur die normalen Pommes ohne Aufpreis. Der Service war mit 2Leuten deutlich überfordert. Wir werden in Zukunft wahrscheinlich nicht wieder dort essen, Basics wie Schnitzel und Pommes sollten in jedem Restaurant auch an einem Sonntag vorhanden sein. Das kann jede einfache Pommesbude besser. Auch die Kommunikation sowie die lange Dauer bis endlich Essen am Tisch ist, schrecken in Kombi mit den überhöhten Preisen einfach ab. Als Topping gab es noch laut schreiende und wild durch den Laden rennende Kinder. Keine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Früher deutlich besser. Schade. Wir waren mit 12 Leuten dort und hatten reserviert. Leider konnte auch der freundliche Service nicht über das kalte (!) und unspektakuläre Essen hinwegtäuschen. An Bieren gibt es außerdem leider auch nur sauerländer Mainstream, ob wohl der Name "Braubrüder" eigentlich etwas anderes vermuten lässt. Location ansonsten super. Übriges Konzept schreit aber nach Überarbeitung.

Seit längerem mal wieder Abends zum Essen hier gewesen. Netter unkomplizierter Service. Große Speisenkarte, auffällig das viele Speisen damit gekennzeichent, das Konservierungsstoffe enthalten sind (Fertigprodukte?), zudem gab es keine Fisch auf der Karte. Gewundert haben wir uns auch darüber das Steakfleisch aus Südamerika verwendet wird. Dachte mittlerweile ist man soweit, dass man Produkte und Fleisch aus der Region verwendet und nicht welches, was von der anderen Seite des Atlantiks kommt (CO2 Fussabdruck), wobei lt. dem Metzger meines Vertrauens preislich und qualitativ keinen Unterschied mehr gibt. Das Essen war OK, mehr nicht. Zudem für das Gebotene eigentlich zu teuer. Ein Rumpsteak mit zwei Beilagen knapp Eur 40, oder ein paar gekaufte Spätzle mit Zwiebeln und (verklumpten) Käse + Blattsalat für Eur 19, da erwarte ich schon was besonderes. So war es leider nicht.

Wir waren am vergangenen Wochenende mit sechs Personen dort essen. Insgesamt war es ein wirklich schöner Abend. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Der Service hat ab und zu etwas durcheinander gebracht oder vergessen. So auch ein komplettes Gericht - es wurde aber auch direkt mit einem Freigetränk entschädigt. Das Eis dort ist der Hammer - wenn es nicht so weit weg wäre - gerne wieder.
