I went there on the recommendation of friends who raved highly about the place. I was also really impressed and have now recommended it several times.

We had loin twice with homemade spaetzle and mixed salad. Delicious as always

Located in the Vaihingen pedestrian zone. I've only eaten there once before and unfortunately the chef must have fallen in love because the noodles were very salty. I was very hungry, but I couldn't finish the huge portion, so you can safely eat it as a main course. The pasta was otherwise tasty, al dente and actually the sauce was good too, apart from the salt content. When I paid, I mentioned that I found the noodles borderline salty - without any ulterior motive, just as feedback. I was then given a waiver of the pasta, which I find very accommodating and customer-friendly! Service was great: quick, polite and very friendly. Location: Some smaller tables in the back area for 2-4 people each, unfortunately I don't know if there are more. In summer there is also seating outside. The decor is a bit too kitschy for my taste, but I still felt comfortable. Conclusion: will come back!

Very good restaurant. With a nice buffet. Very friendly staff. I think it's good that the restaurant is right near the schools because the students can also get something to eat. There should perhaps be a few more types of food, but what is available now is enough. The service is very friendly and also quick. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and you immediately feel at home when you enter.
