Small bowling alley with a very tasty menu. I was pleasantly surprised! Generous portions, we enjoyed it very much!

Unfortunately, our visit was a bit of a disappointment. Things didn't go well when we made the reservation: bowling and food were swapped. Instead of apologizing, we were blamed in an inappropriate tone. The junior manager hardly spoke to us and basic politeness like 'please', 'thank you' or 'do you have anything else to wish?' was missing. The constant first-name address also seemed unprofessional to us and made us feel more like dead weight than guests. Inappropriate, flippant comments further worsened the atmosphere. The food was good, but the behavior of the junior manager really dampened the mood. It's a shame we didn't feel welcome here. Tip for the future: A 'Hello' or 'Good day' when greeting you and a 'Goodbye' when saying goodbye would be the least you can expect.

We met several people there for lunch. The food (main course and dessert) was very tasty. Apparently a lot of homemade stuff. The side dishes for my schnitzel were a bit small for me personally. The portion of the dessert was completely ok. We didn't bowl. And even though we were above the bowling alley and there were no closed doors in between, the bowlers didn't bother us. Ambience was quite ok. Service staff acted well when it came to service and clarification needs.

Very friendly and fast service, good food and a diverse selection, with bowling it was a successful evening.

I will not visit this place again where the staff absolutely doesn't care about their customers. Be prepared to be disappointed. The second time you book a bowling alley and are there, it turns out that the staff mixed up the time or didn't enter it in the list at all. Only one young man made an effort and apologized for the mistake. Everyone else just threw their hands in their laps. They also react to a bad review with sarcasm. That's a shame.

Disgusting service, if you reserve by phone you will be prepared that they will simply forget about you or write something down incorrectly, this is par for the course for this place 👎

Children's birthday, offer completely fine. The staff was absolutely great and very accommodating when it came to food and drink! Unfortunately the train we had booked was defective and it took a while before we were allowed to change to another one. And unfortunately that all started over time. The burgers for your birthday... Well, you can eat them.

We were in a large group for bowling brunch. A mega offer for the price. A great meal, whether breakfast or lunch. Simply mega. Also great service.

Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with the price-performance ratio. The chanterelles looked a little different on each plate and for almost €20 I expect a freshly breaded schnitzel. We sat on the roof terrace when the weather was nice, which was quite pleasant. Service was friendly, nice and always there.

Bowling here was great fun. Afterwards we enjoyed our meal on the terrace. Super delicious food and the staff is also very nice! We found the service and commitment of the staff to be excellent from start to finish. We'd love to come back!

Went there spontaneously for dinner yesterday. Super friendly, great service, great selection and the preparation is a poem, and also beautifully prepared. We were thrilled and can only recommend it.

This was our second time here for bowling and dining in a larger group. That was the last time we were guests here. Very unfortunate. The food is actually very good. The service and commitment of the staff were unfortunately terrible from reception to farewell.

Consists of a bowling alley with 3 lanes and a restaurant on the upper floor with a terrace. Very nice decor in the restaurant. Large menu with various Mediterranean dishes and drinks. Very friendly staff.

The men don't bat an eye, you think their work is just a grind, not a bit of niceness. When we paid there was a smile, otherwise nothing. A pity. Food, ambience, bowling 👍🏻

Actually always a recommendation to enjoy great Spanish cuisine on the terrace when the weather is nice. The tapas platter is to die for. Tip for the kitchen: sea salt should be used on pimientos de padron (or at least a salt shaker on the table)

Rather inconspicuous from the outside. BUT! 3 bowling alleys. Great food, very pleasant dining room in the converted roof with a great roof terrace for sociable summer evenings. Owner-managed. Very friendly staff. The Portuguese food was great. Gladly again at any time.

Nice little restaurant with three small bowling alleys. You could do so much more with this! I can't say anything about the food as we only consumed drinks. But the service was really subpar. When we entered the restaurant, there were apparently internal disagreements that took place in front of us and resulted in us being left standing before we were spoken to. Even then, there was little communication. Instead of asking about shoe size, you stand in front of the closet and just look at the customer. At the bowling itself there were delays the whole time before we could order. Glasses were also cleared away late. We somehow had the feeling all the time that we were intruding. Too bad! It could be really nice there, but the atmosphere is a disaster.

Really nice place, I found out about this place through a friend (Sven), the service was excellent and friendly, I expected the playground to be a bit bigger but all in all it's ok, the place also offers lots Seating options if you want to eat. Excellent team. 👍🏻

We were here for a children's birthday. So far the kiddies had a lot of fun. The basic concept of a 'children's birthday party' is well rounded. However, it seems we had a bad day. There were several disagreements or bad moods in the team: - The children were unnecessarily warned several times not to do anything wrong, even though we had supervisors with us. - Orders for drinks during bowling were not accepted at first, like 'it'll be with you later when you eat'. - The accompanying adults should please stand when eating - after all, there were only 10 children registered (the restaurant was almost empty) Unfortunately, the birthday child was not congratulated either. Too bad. We felt more like a nuisance. We will therefore no longer use the offer.

You call around 4:30 p.m. to order something to eat and you're told they're closing at 6 p.m. that day. Apparently you can't give out food in the 1:30 hour in between?? Closed again due to wealth. The third unsuccessful attempt to get something to eat here. You get brushed off on the phone. Service is underground. Absolutely NOT recommended.

Attention, bad reviews will be deleted by a lawyer! Unfortunately the staff wasn't as friendly as I remembered. The food was tasty and at a good price/performance ratio.

We recently went to the restaurant for a funeral/funeral. We are thoroughly thrilled. A very great and tasty offer was made available to us in buffet form. The staff and waiters always responded to our wishes and treated us very nicely. Price-performance ratio is more than fair. We will go to this restaurant more often in the future. The food was fantastic, as was the ambience. There was fish, poultry, beef, pork, rabbit and also vegetarian. So a great selection. Just go there. You can't describe it, it's that great.

This was the second time we had made reservations for a class reunion of 17 people. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The organization was excellent, the food was very tasty and plentiful and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. An absolutely successful evening.

Last Saturday we visited this restaurant for a larger birthday party. The ambience was lively and it seemed like the entire place was fully booked. The waitresses were extremely friendly and attentive - the empty glass barely touched the table before the waitress was there! 😄 Now to the culinary part: The food was simply fantastic! Everything we tried tasted great. Here are some highlights: Cheese platter: A delicious selection of cheeses, various salads, seafood, braised rabbit. Salami fried in rum: an interesting combination that pleasantly surprised us. Homemade dip: The green dip particularly stood out – a real insider tip! Drink selection: In addition to various beers, there were also various bottled beers that were not on the menu. We can fully recommend this restaurant - not just for the food, but also for the attentive service. Unfortunately we can't share any personal experience of the bowling alley, but if it's as good as the restaurant, it's certainly worth a visit!

Well, a bit cramped, but no brake for returning balls, the inrun track is worn out, but still ok for €12 per hour per lane We found the food (Canarian buffet) delicious But now the big drawback, namely the friendliness/quality of the staff and that is the most important thing in the restaurant. Anyone who rolls their eyes in front of guests, who asks at 8 p.m. whether anyone would like something to drink and thus indirectly asks them to leave, whether they can go bowling for another hour at 9 p.m. and gets two different answers, then that has a very different effect clumsy, overwhelmed and a lot still needs to improve. There were 16 of us who would certainly have consumed a lot if the service had been better. At the end there was a mushy answer when you wanted to take a piece of candy out of the bowl, which is only reserved for guests who tip. Unfortunately not again

Nice restaurant with small bowling alleys. It's great that small children can bowl there because they provide a frame. Food is very tasty. The toilets seem a little careless and are also quite cold in winter.

Food good, service poor Now that the initial anger has subsided, I would now like to describe my experiences with the bowling summit. In January 24, I booked an evening there with a buffet and bowling on the occasion of my 50th birthday. Since the opening times until 11 p.m. are not exactly customer-oriented, I agreed with the boss in advance that we would eat first, then bowl (the other way around was apparently not possible) and then sit together for a short time so that the evening didn't end so abruptly after bowling. They agreed with this. The evening came, the food was good, but it didn't really blow your mind. The (very young) service was sometimes quite overwhelmed. The wrong thing was brought several times, one waitress didn't understand or speak a word of German and one waitress gave stupid answers, otherwise they made an effort. Afterwards we went bowling, where I bruised my finger at one of the outdated bowling alleys. The facility is more than dangerous! Because the bowling balls come back completely unchecked due to the lack of braking and hit the balls in front of them, you can be happy if your hand is still on it when you want to take out a ball. You can be as careful as you want if you can't predict when the balls will come back, because the neighboring lane also runs over it and you don't have to keep an eye on it all the time. This poses a very high risk of injury, especially for children. Thankfully, for me it was only one finger that immediately swelled up and turned blue. At least they kindly gave me an ice pack to cool down, but of course the bowling was over for me. Some of my other guests had the same experience, they were just luckier because they were faster. More money should definitely be invested here for the safety of the guests!! Last but not least, despite prior agreement with the boss (who of course wasn't there that evening), we were sent out promptly at 11 p.m., which was of course very embarrassing for me in front of my guests, since it had been arranged differently and since it was also in the There were no other alternatives nearby. Das Personal wirkte überfordert. Der Juniorchef war sehr unfreundlich. Höflichkeit war ihm nicht gegeben. Null Lächeln. Das weibliche Personal hat sich bemüht. Das Essen war teilweise nicht mehr richtig warm. Nett war, dass man das restliche Essen vom Buffet mitnehmen konnte und dafür auch Verpackungen bekam.

Diese Bowlingbahn kann man nur herzlichst empfehlen. Der Service ist, bis auf eine Person, sehr freundlich. Die oben genannte Person, war sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. (Die Mitarbeiter wissen Bescheid)

There were 5 of us playing bowling. During the game we were given the menu so that it wouldn't take too long to eat afterwards. The dishes were all consistently delicious. Fish platter for 3 which would easily feed 3 people. Conclusion: a successful evening. Friendly, attentive staff and great food. The price-performance ratio is still right here. We'll definitely come back again and are happy to travel from Grimma to do so.

Wir hatten recht kurzfristig das kanarische Buffet für eine Geburtstagsfeier angefragt und wurden mehr als gut versorgt. Änderungswünsche wurden unkompliziert umgesetzt. Alle Gästen waren sehr zufrieden und lobten das leckere Essen und die hübschen Arrangements der kalten Speisen. Dankeschön nochmal an das gesamte Team. Wir empfehlen Sie gern weiter.

Erstmal Bowlen, dann Essen. Alle Angestellten sind freundlich und der Service und das Essen waren sehr gut. Alles in allem, sehr Empfehlenswert.

Wir waren schon öfter hier essen, zum Abendessen und neulich zum Sonntagsbrunch und können es wirklich nur empfehlen! Wir wurden rundum umsorgt, die Bedienung war genau zur richtigen Zeit wieder am Platz. Der Brunch war reichlich und lecker und von allem etwas dabei. Die Sitze oben sind außerdem sehr gemütlich. Danke für das schöne Geburtstagsessen - wir waren wieder mal sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Restaurant ist ein Ort um immer wieder einzukehren, das Personal ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Speisekarte lässt keine Wünsche offen und Tagesaktuell gibt es immer ein Angebot, was nicht auf der Speisekarte steht, was auch immer sehr lecker ist. Die Preise sind nicht überzogen, wie in manch anderen Lokalen in der Umgebung. Nach dem Essen eine Runde Bowling ist ein Muss und lässt den Abend schön ausklingen. Es ist unser Stammlokal geworden, weil wir uns dort rundum wohlfühlen. PS: macht weiter so und wir bleiben euch treu 👍🏻🤗

Wir waren recht spontan (mit Reservierung gerade mal einen Abend vorher) zu 10. da. Unser Essen haben wir frecherweise statt nach dem Bowling wie abgesprochen - spontan zur Rush Hour 2 Std davor bestellt. Das Essen ging angemessen fix, frisch und war wirklich gut, die Portionen super! Der Service absolut freundlich, zuvorkommenden und aufmerksam. Ja auch ich bin mal die 3 Schritte an die Bar zum bestellen von Getränken gegangen - aber das sollte nun wirklich bei nem angenehmen Bowling Abend kein Thema sein. Absolute 5 Sterne - hab nicht mit so einem tollen Abend gerechnet. Also vielen Dank und wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wir haben unseren Schulanfang mit 19 Gästen im Bowling Gipfel gefeiert und wir sind einfach absolut begeistert und dankbar in Bezug auf das leckere Essen, die tolle Bewirtung und den reibungslosen Ablauf. Unsere Gäste waren ebenfalls hin und weg und wir haben von allen Seiten nur Lob für die tolle Feier bekommen. Daher noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team vom Bowling-Gipfel!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall immer wieder - für unsere nächste Feier haben wir am selben Abend noch reserviert ;-)

Bis auf die Dame, welche uns bediente, welche Freundlichkeit und den Service-Gedanken, welcher in der schwierigen Zeit für Gastronomen besonders wichtig ist, war gerade die Bedienung durch den Junior-Chef in Sachen Übergriffigkeit gegenüber den Gästen, schlechter Bestell-Merkfähigkeit und Unfreundlichkeit nur schwer zu überbieten! Eventuell sollte so mancher Spruch besonders "cool" wirken, jedoch in Sachen Contenance völlig deplaziert. Der Termin war eine Woche vorbestellt, mit dem expliziten Wunsch à la càrte essen zu wollen. Trotzdem wurden wir vom Junior-Chef förmlich dazu gedrängt die Tapas-Platten zu bestellen. Dem ausdrücklichen Wunsch diese ohne Meeresfrüchte und mit viel Knoblauch dafür zu versehen wurde nicht entsprochen. Weiterhin war der georderte überbackene Schafskäse wie eine Suppe so dünn und alles andere als gebacken. Der Junior-Chef tat diesen Zustand wieder mit einer flapsigen Bemerkung ab. Service-Orientiertheit sieht anders aus. Dem guten Ambiente entsprechend, sowie der angestellten Kellnerin, welche sich wirklich richtig Mühe gab, wurde das Verhalten der Chefetage in keinster Weise gerecht. So etwas spricht sich sensibel schnell herum und die Mitbewerber werden sich freuen. Wir haben es vor Jahren im Bowling-Gipfel deutlich besser erlebt.

Wir waren gestern im Bowling-Gipfel und es war ein sehr schöner Abend, die Bowlingbahn ist zwar klein, aber super und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, dabei ein besonders großes Lob an unsere Bedienung, die bis zum Ende noch sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Bowling Gipfel ist eine gemütliche Lokalität mit einem sehr fairen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss die Bar und drei Bowlingbahnen und im Obergeschoss das Restaurant mit einem tollen Freisitz. Das Essen hat uns sehr beeindruckt und überrascht. Wir hatten ein Kanadisches Buffet mit Fisch, Fleisch und allerlei kleinen Köstlichkeiten. Es war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Absolut zu empfehlen. Leider muss ich ein paar Punkte abziehen, da der Service später beim Bowling stark abgenommen hat und wir trotz 3maliger(!) Nachfrage weit über 30 min auf Getränke warten mussten, trotz nur mäßiger Auslastung. Das hat an diesem Abend leider einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Generell kommen wir aber gern her.

Essen ist für den Preis super. Leider wartet man lange auf die Getränke, wenn man bowlt. Auch nach mehrfachen Nachfragen, wird nicht reagiert.

War seit Jahren mal wieder hier. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Katastrophaler Service. Nach 35 Minuten auf der Bowlingbahn, mussten wir zur Bar gehen und fragen wann wir bestellen können. Weitere 10 Minuten später kam dann jemand. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten kamen die Getränke. Beim Essen das Gleiche. 3 Kellner liefen am Tisch vorbei ohne 1x zu fragen was wir möchten. Nach 25 Minuten kam dann endlich mal jemand um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Die Damen und Herren vom Nebentisch hatten es inzwischen satt und sind gegangen. Nach weiteren 30 Minuten kam endlich unser Essen. Die Gläser waren lange leer aber das interessierte keinen. 2 von 4 bestellten Getränken haben es leider gar nicht an unseren Tisch geschafft. Als wir Bescheid gegeben haben, dass wir zahlen möchten und nach 15 Minuten immer noch keiner da war, dem wir unser Geld geben konnten, sind wir direkt zur Bar gegangen und auch dort dauerte es wieder sehr lange weil es wohl technische Probleme gab. Also auf so einen Service können wir gern verzichten und werden auch nicht wiederkommen. Schade, dass es nicht mehr wie früher ist.

Nach mehrfachen Besuchen kann ich nichts negatives äußern. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und nicht verlegen Empfehlungen auszusprechen. In unserem Fall wurde eine Tapasplatte für 4 Personen empfohlen. Diese war sehr dekorativ serviert. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Sehr gern wieder.

Tolles Essen, großartige Portionen für einen fairen Preis.

Wir haben die Jugendweihe von meinem Sohn mit 25 Gästen dort gefeiert und waren rund um zufrieden. Kaffee und Kuchen gab es selbstverständlich von Café Krüger und zum Abendessen hatten wir das kanarische Buffet. Alle Gäste waren begeistert, eben weil es mal was anderes ist. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Auch das Preis-Leidungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier noch. Top und vielen Dank an Familie Krüger und das gesamte Team 👍🏼
