A very good, imaginative Italian restaurant with typical German home cooking (rouladen with dumplings) – very charming and delicious. The location, with a direct view of part of the cathedral, is even more appealing in warm weather. Very friendly and patient staff – thank you for a wonderful Sunday afternoon. And another positive point: the kitchen is open all day, without a lunch break. Highly recommended.

We'd heard a lot of positive things and definitely wanted to try it out. We were lucky and managed to get a table that evening. The parking situation is a bit tricky, but we were lucky enough to find a parking space nearby. The restaurant, with its dim lighting, exudes a very warm and cozy atmosphere. We were allowed to choose a table and made ourselves comfortable in a small alcove. This restaurant has space for about ten tables. Small but perfectly formed. The restaurant resembles a small vaulted cellar. It's located very close to the cathedral. The menu is small and very concise, but the dishes are very well selected. Various appetizers, soups, salads, burgers, pinsa, main courses, and desserts. I had to chuckle at some of the names on the menu. Some insider names for Italians are also available 😉 A select list of drinks and wines is also available. We had the Hokkaido pumpkin soup, a side salad, a plate of pasta, and a fantastic roast beef. All the dishes were a feast for the eyes. Everything tasted perfectly balanced and incredibly delicious. It definitely won't be the last time we visit this restaurant. The team is very accommodating and extremely friendly. Always a smile on their faces. And you don't get the feeling it's fake. A very successful concept.

We had breakfast there for the second time on Saturday. The waiters were very friendly and accommodating, and the food was absolutely delicious (although the fennel salami wasn't our cup of tea). At the end, we had the food packed up because there was so much food and even got three free rolls. Thank you so much, it was a wonderful time.

We found the food very authentic and, overall, extremely delicious. You can definitely tell that this food is prepared with a lot of love. A few comments/minor points of criticism from me were also taken into account. I found the online ordering system a bit difficult to get used to, as the service was really very friendly, and I feel that a personal order simply fits the overall experience better.

Anyone who loves authentic Italian food is in the best hands here. Filippo cooks with such passion, which you can taste in his freshly prepared dishes. Homemade pasta, especially pasta carbonara, is the best ever... But the meat dishes, pinsa pasta, and the daily special are also highly recommended. Always happy to return.

We were in Worms at short notice and discovered this restaurant behind the cathedral. You're supposed to reserve a table here, but we were lucky and got a table in the entrance area for three people and our dog. The tables are lovingly set. You receive a friendly welcome. You can order vegetarian, vegan, and regular dishes. We opted for the burger and tiramisu. Absolutely amazing. Absolutely delicious. We were still full the next morning. You didn't really need the fries with it. It was also very tasty, and the tiramisu was good too. All in all, a lovely restaurant, friendly service, and a nice chef. By the way, our old dog even got a gift of water and a toy. Thank you. We'll be back, Cologne folks.

We had reserved a table for dinner, and it was an absolutely perfect evening... The food (pasta) was delicious and beautifully presented. The crowning glory was a tiramisu. The staff was very friendly. We look forward to next time... for "breakfast."

I've only been there for a very good breakfast so far, but today was my first time for dinner, and what can I say? I regret not having been there more often. We were a group of five, received a very friendly welcome, and were able to try our way through the menu. All in all, good value for money, a great atmosphere, and above all, excellent food (especially the homemade pasta). From a culinary perspective, in my opinion, the best Italian restaurant in Worms.

We had a perfect breakfast at this Italian inspired restaurant and café. Situated in the shadow of the "Dom", the cathedral of the city of Worms. The service by Ali was very professional and friendly. Lots of delicious food to choose from. Clean and modern ambiance. I will highly recommend it to family and friends. An absolute highlight in Worms! The Borgnolo restaurant impresses not only with its cozy atmosphere and attentive service, but above all with its outstanding cuisine. I would especially recommend the lamb ragout – tenderly braised, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly aromatic. You immediately taste the passion and the finest ingredients used here. The lamb ragout is a dish you won't soon forget: buttery-tender meat, a rich, full-flavored sauce, and a harmony of flavors that lingers on your tongue. For me, it's definitely the highlight of the menu! If you're in Worms or the surrounding area, you shouldn't miss a visit to Borgnolo – a place where enjoyment and warmth go hand in hand.

We had a good meal with a larger group and enjoyed a very pleasant seating arrangement. The service staff was courteous, although the pre-event coordination was a bit choppy. They even found a meal for the children, although the fries on the menu were too spicy for children's mouths. The separate children's table was a good idea. Thank you for the effort you made regarding our celiac disease. All in all, a successful evening.

The food was good. The service was poor. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks. We ordered via smartphone. However, our order was sent to the wrong table several times. Everyone at the table is supposed to order on the same phone. We only received this information upon request. Questions about the food could only be answered at the indoor counter, and even then, they weren't very precise.

We stopped by here on a Sunday looking for breakfast and received a very friendly welcome. The menu says it takes a little longer than usual because everything is prepared fresh – and the wait was definitely worth it! We shared the avocado bread Lady Di followed by blueberry pancakes, both of which were truly delicious, super fresh, and plentiful. The selection of hot and cold drinks also leaves nothing to be desired (decaffeine-free cappuccino!), great value for money – and the outdoor seating is lovely with a view of the cathedral. We'll be back next time we're in Worms!

We come here once a year with a group and have a set lunch menu at a set time. It's worked out brilliantly every year; the service is excellent, and all participants were completely satisfied. Special dietary requirements were also taken into account.

The concept of ordering via app or walking to the counter to order, thus replacing the option to order at the counter, still feels strange to me. That might work well for smaller tables or groups paying separately, but for larger tables where everything is paid on one bill, it's cumbersome.

A restaurant with a partially self-service concept. You order by phone, which didn't work for us, or at the counter. The food is then brought, and payment is again made at the counter. The side salad was a bit bland because it only had a little dressing. The pasta with chanterelles also had only a few mushrooms, but otherwise tasted good. Both were relatively large portions. The service wasn't great, but it was friendly. The prices are a bit high, which is probably due to the location right next to the cathedral.

The food is exceptionally delicious, and you can feel the love that went into its preparation. The service is excellent, and you feel completely at home in the pleasant ambiance, both inside and outside.

We were a little disappointed. The service didn't match the quality of the cuisine. You order for the whole table via an app online. The internet reception in the restaurant is poor, and the free Wi-Fi is slow. Because there were eight of us, I had to go around the table and collect everyone's order requests. I was already annoyed by the noise when I placed my order. It took ages for the food to arrive. The wine with the meal was already warm in the glass. You couldn't ask any questions about the food either. The online ordering system is one reason for me not to go here again. Oh yes: the food. The tuna carpaccio was fresh and tasty. The pasta with truffles was homemade, but lacked flair.

It is not a given that intolerances are addressed so individually, and that deserves great praise. The remaining dishes at the table were also excellent – ​​freshly prepared, lovingly prepared and tasted to the point. Full marks! Classic Italian and creative dishes with very sophisticated preparation. The convenience products that are common in other kitchens in Worms cannot be found here. Tasteful, modern furnishings and a top location right next to the cathedral I have never seen the practical option to order via the app anywhere in Germany. You can conveniently order directly from the table and don't have to wait for service.

I'm afraid there's really nothing in this place that isn't tasty. And my life is certainly too short to try all the delicious appetizers, homemade pasta, pinsas, burgers, breakfasts, avocado breads and whatever else there is. The map is clear, but there is something for everyone. Great cuisine at reasonable prices and an attentive service team - what more could you want. Reservations could be worthwhile.

Very surprised about the food! By far the best restaurant in Worms. Every dish we ordered was above average. We had Pinsa Mafioso, Fussili don Eric and Conchiglie Broccoli. The menu is also very diverse and has something for every taste. Highly recommended.

We celebrated our civil wedding there in a small circle, and what was intended as a casual, informal toast, Filippo and his team turned into a magical evening. There was a surprise menu of the very best in a wonderful family atmosphere, like friends in the living room. We were totally amazed by the great food, there was something for everyone and every course and every variation was delicious. As a matter of course, allergies and preferences were taken into account and even the children were given an extra variant.

If you go to Borgnolo to eat, you should definitely try the burgers there. They were really delicious and inexpensive. The Primitivo on the menu is also recommended. It was really good. Card small and very special. A little too long from starter to main course. Starter and main course were very good. Fries are homemade, not out of a bag. Hamburg is awesome. One of the best we have ever eaten. Service very quick. Staff very friendly and competent. But the menu doesn't work at all. Printed so small that you can barely read it. This can be better and more loving. Ordering via barcode is not possible at all. A restaurant in this upscale class is not good. I'm not at McDonald's. Still, I give it 5 stars. Therefore 5 stars

I'm always happy when places offer several vegan options but the vegan schnitzel was very salty and the dish was only with fries and a boring salad while other dishes were great of my group. Invest in making it more diverse and add veggies Our group loved being here and the kind staff:)

As a tour guide, I often come to this restaurant with groups (by prior arrangement). The quality of the food and drinks is exceptionally good. The service from all employees is also characterized by perfect politeness and attentiveness. The tables are always tastefully set and the ambience with its successful color composition rounds off my extremely positive overall impression. I always enjoy being a guest here!
