Small restaurant with an unbeatable price-performance ratio, super tasty, great service, nice atmosphere, a real insider tip. Gladly again!

It was really good. Card small and very special. A little too long from starter to main course. Starter and main course were very good. Fries are homemade, not out of a bag. Hamburg is awesome. One of the best we have ever eaten. Service very quick. Staff very friendly and competent. But the menu doesn't work at all. Printed so small that you can barely read it. This can be better and more loving. Ordering via barcode is not possible at all. A restaurant in this upscale class is not good. I'm not at McDonald's. Still, I give it 5 stars. Therefore 5 stars

Went there for breakfast for the first time today with my best friend. The breakfast was delicious, the service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was super cozy. Big plus point: My beagle was also allowed to come along (so it's dog-friendly). We'll be back! 😊

I highly recommend it! The pinsa was simply delicious – the dough was perfectly crispy and the toppings were fresh and tasty. The spare ribs were also a highlight! They were tender and juicy, with a great marinade that gave each bite a special kick. The ambience of the restaurant is also first class, with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Last but not least, the service was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to come back!

All dishes were super tasty and plentiful. You can get a place for two people even at short notice. The staff is very attentive 👍👍👍

I'm always happy when places offer several vegan options but the vegan schnitzel was very salty and the dish was only with fries and a boring salad while other dishes were great of my group. Invest in making it more diverse and add veggies Our group loved being here and the kind staff:)

The best restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of eating in. From the food to the service and ambience simply unique. Anyone who doesn't see Borgnolo as an asset to Worms is wrong!

It was very tasty, service was great and there was limoncello at the end.

There were 5 of us and we got a table without a reservation. The food was served super quickly. We come from Lower Saxony and have not experienced such a dream breakfast offer for a long time. A must for every visit to Worms!!! Kind regards to the service staff and the chef :-)

As a tour guide, I often come to this restaurant with groups (by prior arrangement). The quality of the food and drinks is exceptionally good. The service from all employees is also characterized by perfect politeness and attentiveness. The tables are always tastefully set and the ambience with its successful color composition rounds off my extremely positive overall impression. I always enjoy being a guest here!

Food and service fantastic as always, but the goose leg with red cabbage and dumplings is AMAZING. Go there quickly and try it before it's off the menu again.

Cozy restaurant with friendly service that offers excellent food with original Italian ingredients. The boss himself always prepares the pasta and tortellini fresh. Here you can live and enjoy. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

Very good breakfast, staff very friendly, unfortunately the tables for 4 people who order breakfast are very small and there is not enough space for what they have ordered. Hence the one star deduction! The menu that can be seen on the web should be overhauled because the price does not match the menu on site.

We ate outside in front of a pretty cathedral. The pizza~~~is really good. The dough~~is really delicious. The risotto and lasagna with sea bass fillet are also really delicious. It was an excellent meal to end the trip. The service of the staff was also very good. Everything is very good!!!! ♡♡♡

Food was very tasty. I have a suggestion. There isn't enough dessert, for example I was missing teramisu and maybe cake or apple strudel.

We went to Borgnolo spontaneously - without a reservation. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. Ordering via the app was easy and our wine and food were served without a long wait. Not only was it appetizingly prepared, but it was also super tasty! Our highlight: the truffle mayo! We'd love to come back!

I had a wonderful birthday breakfast. Everything was very tasty, the service was super nice and accommodating and I was impressed by the new ordering system. All orders arrive at the table super quickly.

Yesterday we enjoyed a large selection of different dishes. We tried: tuna carpaccio, artichoke carpccio, the pumpkin and coconut soup, risotto, pinsa with vegetables and pinsa with gorgonzola, pear and walnuts. All dishes were super delicious. It's always a matter of taste, but you can taste the good, fresh ingredients straight away. The boss still cooks himself and you can taste it. The modern ambience with a view of the cathedral is not only very inviting for tourists.

I had the original Wienerschnitzel with pepper sauce and fries. Unkind to the eye, the breading was soggy and the french fries had partially burnt tips. Staff just as loveless. I won't come here anymore.

I was there for the first time and I was thrilled. The food tasted very good, not overly seasoned (had to add more seasoning) but I like to add salt. Very nice service, very nice boss who even checks on his guests and greets everyone. Prices are also reasonable and fair.

A wonderful place. The food was delicious. Today you could listen to a concert nearby while you ate. Both breakfast and dessert were really exceptionally tasty. I recommend it wholeheartedly. The service was at the highest level. Everything was perfect ❤️

We were there for the first time. The carpaccio with truffles 🤤 I have never eaten anything like it. The madness! Melts in your mouth! I had gluten free pasta with porcini mushrooms. The sauce was a bit salty. Nothing special. Hence the star deduction for the food. Next time I'll try the gluten free pizza and gluten free burger. I'm very excited. Mint-lemon lemonade tastes like Listerine cool mint 😅 a bit too much mint syrup in it. Nevertheless we will come back 😍

Once again a very tasty meal. It's nice that the menu is constantly being changed. Today there were various dishes with scallops on the menu and, what can I say, they were simply delicious.

As Munich residents, we are very consciously connected to Italy and its cuisine simply through proximity. What we were able to experience and enjoy in Worms, in the “Borgnolo” restaurant right next to the cathedral, exceeded all of our expectations. A “caressing” of the senses of taste would probably be the correct term. The variety, freshness and creativity of Italian cuisine is hard to beat. Our experience was rounded off by friendly and professional service. From Munich, Grazie mille.

Absolutely amazing food, a dream

We were there for breakfast back then. Food was really tasty. Really great and stylish atmosphere. Service friendly and helpful. The only thing that really bothered me was waiting at the counter to order or re-order something. This may have been changed now, it was a while ago.

Incredibly delicious food, the location has a top location with a view of the cathedral. Very modern and progressive by relying on digital ordering. Courteous and very polite staff. Only recommended!

Outstanding: The whole hard-working team is extremely hospitable and incredibly accommodating in every respect!! Extremely pretty inside. With an excavated baptismal pool in front of the entrance to the toilets. It's also good to sit under parasols on the cathedral terrace. Even though I only arrived at 10:30 a.m., my question about Pinsa was answered with “we would be happy to do that for you”. The one with gorgonzola, pear and walnuts tasted heavenly. Everything around the breakfast tables looked like it was of high quality. The large iced tea with raspberries was beautifully decorated and not so sweet, the cappu was perfect. In Worms the cathedral and the Borgnolo are simply mandatory!! So nice that we stayed here for a long time and then tried the QR code order to enjoy another Hefeweizen and Riesling.

Underground. Nice location, good food, no service. The customer experience at Mac Donalds is more satisfying. It's a shame - but I expect more for the price!

The pinsa was tasty and freshly prepared. 😋Digital reservation and menu via app, with absolutely no reception and logging in via public WiFi, we didn't think it was that great.😕 At an Italian restaurant, I expect more human contact than digital anonymity. We didn't find the ambience and design of the concrete construction inside very comfortable, despite lots of pictures and accessories. A huge TV at the bar, which I didn't find very decorative for so-called public viewing. ☹️

Outstanding food in a beautiful ambience. We celebrated our wedding here with our families and were more than thrilled with the food and the location. You have a beautiful view of the cathedral and the interior is very nice. Our guests were still raving about the food the next morning and described the Borgnolo as a valuable asset to Worms. Anyone who has eaten here once will come back again. The food is prepared with so much love and you can really taste the Italian quality here. We are more than happy that Filippo and his team made the day so perfect for us. We never lacked anything. Great location, very pleasant and friendly and pleasant service. The big drawback, however, is the way of ordering; online via a QR code. On the one hand, beer from a certain local small brewery is advertised, but suddenly there was a Bitburger on the table, which is not apparent on the menu. Furthermore, the online menu stated during the ordering process that sweet potato fries would be brought with the dish, but normal fries came. You don't even have the opportunity to consult when ordering or add a comment to the order. Nevertheless, a nice restaurant with a great atmosphere at the cathedral.

Delicious food and very digitalized. You can place your order by scanning the QR code at the table, looking at the dishes and drinks and making your selection. It's a shame that you have to go in to pay and can't pay via the ordering program, but that's a great idea!

Oasis of enjoyment at the cathedral! Nowhere else is the service so professional and courteous, the pinsa so tasty and crispy and the ambience so stylish and relaxed at the same time. In short: pure enjoyment and again at any time!

I celebrated my birthday here, we had the whole restaurant at our disposal. We agreed very little in advance - but what came out of it was a dream: champagne reception with such delicious little things, a variety of starters, main courses and desserts in small glasses. The competent staff always provided us with drinks. The location is also an advantage if there are small to medium-sized children: they have plenty of visible space to run on Cathedral Square. All in all, a very delicious and very successful evening thanks to Mr Borgnolo and his team! We'd love to come back.

Italian restaurant with breakfast in Worms opposite the cathedral. The breakfasts bear titles of Catholic dignitaries. We had breakfast Deacon, Probst and Anglus. The breakfasts are rich and taste good. Order at the counter or via smartphone. Pay at the counter too.

Very very nice restaurant. Great ambience and super delicious breakfast! Top hosts and dedicated staff! The store was rightly recommended to us by people from Worms. We can now understand it and would love to come back on our next city trip!

Starters (salads with tuna, among others) with delicious crusty bread, main courses (Gorgonzola Pinsa and Cannelloni) were tasty and unusual, for example with hazelnuts where you would have expected olive. The wine you want should be a semi-dry white wine. The Riesling Kabinett served was too mild, almost sweet, but OK. The service was unusual, a kind of self-service. Order and pay at the counter. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and will come back.

Really cozy restaurant, great view of the cathedral square. Very good service, not intrusive but very attentive, just right. Delicious wine and great food. I had the pasta with asparagus and shrimp. Really tasty and a great portion. Great: we were allowed to bring our dog with us. Thank you for the lovely evening. I will definitely come back!

The Italian pearl of the town of Worms. The town of Worms has a small selection of restaurants and cafes. Plus today is a wine festival and rain. We decided to visit the Italian restaurant “Borgnolo” near the Dom St. Peter temple. I had a pleasant time: intelligent audience, pleasant atmosphere and music. We ordered pinsa with gorgonzola, pear and nuts and ginger tea. Delicious😊 The guys are trying, you can feel it •Calculation and ordering at the bar counter. Food and drinks are brought by a pleasant waiter •Interesting breakfast menu, I really wanted to come back Breakfast from 10 to 13 There are servings from 2 to 4 people Tray of Italian goodies 😋
