I was there for the first time and I was thrilled. The food tasted very good, not overly seasoned (had to add more seasoning) but I like to add salt. Very nice service, very nice boss who even checks on his guests and greets everyone. Prices are also reasonable and fair.

We visit the bistro often and celebrated our son's starting school here with a large group. Delicious and, above all, fresh food, plus cold drinks. Kudos to Filippo and his team. We've been fans since day 1. Keep it up 😃

A wonderful place. The food was delicious. Today you could listen to a concert nearby while you ate. Both breakfast and dessert were really exceptionally tasty. I recommend it wholeheartedly. The service was at the highest level. Everything was perfect ❤️

We were there for the first time. The carpaccio with truffles 🤤 I have never eaten anything like it. The madness! Melts in your mouth! I had gluten free pasta with porcini mushrooms. The sauce was a bit salty. Nothing special. Hence the star deduction for the food. Next time I'll try the gluten free pizza and gluten free burger. I'm very excited. Mint-lemon lemonade tastes like Listerine cool mint 😅 a bit too much mint syrup in it. Nevertheless we will come back 😍

Once again a very tasty meal. It's nice that the menu is constantly being changed. Today there were various dishes with scallops on the menu and, what can I say, they were simply delicious.

As Munich residents, we are very consciously connected to Italy and its cuisine simply through proximity. What we were able to experience and enjoy in Worms, in the “Borgnolo” restaurant right next to the cathedral, exceeded all of our expectations. A “caressing” of the senses of taste would probably be the correct term. The variety, freshness and creativity of Italian cuisine is hard to beat. Our experience was rounded off by friendly and professional service. From Munich, Grazie mille.

We were there for breakfast back then. Food was really tasty. Really great and stylish atmosphere. Service friendly and helpful. The only thing that really bothered me was waiting at the counter to order or re-order something. This may have been changed now, it was a while ago.

Incredibly delicious food, the location has a top location with a view of the cathedral. Very modern and progressive by relying on digital ordering. Courteous and very polite staff. Only recommended!

Outstanding: The whole hard-working team is extremely hospitable and incredibly accommodating in every respect!! Extremely pretty inside. With an excavated baptismal pool in front of the entrance to the toilets. It's also good to sit under parasols on the cathedral terrace. Even though I only arrived at 10:30 a.m., my question about Pinsa was answered with “we would be happy to do that for you”. The one with gorgonzola, pear and walnuts tasted heavenly. Everything around the breakfast tables looked like it was of high quality. The large iced tea with raspberries was beautifully decorated and not so sweet, the cappu was perfect. In Worms the cathedral and the Borgnolo are simply mandatory!! So nice that we stayed here for a long time and then tried the QR code order to enjoy another Hefeweizen and Riesling.

Underground. Nice location, good food, no service. The customer experience at Mac Donalds is more satisfying. It's a shame - but I expect more for the price!

The pinsa was tasty and freshly prepared. 😋Digital reservation and menu via app, with absolutely no reception and logging in via public WiFi, we didn't think it was that great.😕 At an Italian restaurant, I expect more human contact than digital anonymity. We didn't find the ambience and design of the concrete construction inside very comfortable, despite lots of pictures and accessories. A huge TV at the bar, which I didn't find very decorative for so-called public viewing. ☹️

Super delicious food here. There are a few vegan options too! The portions are a good size and you can also eat with your eyes. Definitely prepared with attention to detail. The staff is warm and accommodating! In addition, the atmosphere is really nice and you have a great view of the cathedral. Highly Recommended!

Outstanding food in a beautiful ambience. We celebrated our wedding here with our families and were more than thrilled with the food and the location. You have a beautiful view of the cathedral and the interior is very nice. Our guests were still raving about the food the next morning and described the Borgnolo as a valuable asset to Worms. Anyone who has eaten here once will come back again. The food is prepared with so much love and you can really taste the Italian quality here. We are more than happy that Filippo and his team made the day so perfect for us. We never lacked anything. Great location, very pleasant and friendly and pleasant service. The big drawback, however, is the way of ordering; online via a QR code. On the one hand, beer from a certain local small brewery is advertised, but suddenly there was a Bitburger on the table, which is not apparent on the menu. Furthermore, the online menu stated during the ordering process that sweet potato fries would be brought with the dish, but normal fries came. You don't even have the opportunity to consult when ordering or add a comment to the order. Nevertheless, a nice restaurant with a great atmosphere at the cathedral.

Delicious food and very digitalized. You can place your order by scanning the QR code at the table, looking at the dishes and drinks and making your selection. It's a shame that you have to go in to pay and can't pay via the ordering program, but that's a great idea!

Oasis of enjoyment at the cathedral! Nowhere else is the service so professional and courteous, the pinsa so tasty and crispy and the ambience so stylish and relaxed at the same time. In short: pure enjoyment and again at any time!

Cozy restaurant with friendly service that offers excellent food with original Italian ingredients. The boss himself always prepares the pasta and tortellini fresh. Here you can live and enjoy. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

I celebrated my birthday here, we had the whole restaurant at our disposal. We agreed very little in advance - but what came out of it was a dream: champagne reception with such delicious little things, a variety of starters, main courses and desserts in small glasses. The competent staff always provided us with drinks. The location is also an advantage if there are small to medium-sized children: they have plenty of visible space to run on Cathedral Square. All in all, a very delicious and very successful evening thanks to Mr Borgnolo and his team! We'd love to come back.

Italian restaurant with breakfast in Worms opposite the cathedral. The breakfasts bear titles of Catholic dignitaries. We had breakfast Deacon, Probst and Anglus. The breakfasts are rich and taste good. Order at the counter or via smartphone. Pay at the counter too.

Starters (salads with tuna, among others) with delicious crusty bread, main courses (Gorgonzola Pinsa and Cannelloni) were tasty and unusual, for example with hazelnuts where you would have expected olive. The wine you want should be a semi-dry white wine. The Riesling Kabinett served was too mild, almost sweet, but OK. The service was unusual, a kind of self-service. Order and pay at the counter. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and will come back.

Really cozy restaurant, great view of the cathedral square. Very good service, not intrusive but very attentive, just right. Delicious wine and great food. I had the pasta with asparagus and shrimp. Really tasty and a great portion. Great: we were allowed to bring our dog with us. Thank you for the lovely evening. I will definitely come back!

The Italian pearl of the town of Worms. The town of Worms has a small selection of restaurants and cafes. Plus today is a wine festival and rain. We decided to visit the Italian restaurant “Borgnolo” near the Dom St. Peter temple. I had a pleasant time: intelligent audience, pleasant atmosphere and music. We ordered pinsa with gorgonzola, pear and nuts and ginger tea. Delicious😊 The guys are trying, you can feel it •Calculation and ordering at the bar counter. Food and drinks are brought by a pleasant waiter •Interesting breakfast menu, I really wanted to come back Breakfast from 10 to 13 There are servings from 2 to 4 people Tray of Italian goodies 😋

We had the lunch of the day, very interesting and tasty. This also included a drink (homemade lemonade) and an espresso. Everything for 12.00 EUR, very good value for money. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very nice. Totally recommended.

This was another one of our coincidences. "Oh, that looks nice, let's see if we can get a table there." And that worked. Small map; always great. And then carpaccio starter. Wow, that was delicious. Plus an Aperol Spritz. Main course Argentinian beef fillet and a pinsa. Plus a bottle of White Burgundy from the cathedral. My goodness, the cooking here is good. I haven't had such a good piece of meat in a long time. The pinsa was also super tasty. Nice espresso and a dark grappa to finish. It didn't bother us at all to go to the bar to order and pay. Here we had a very lively conversation with the owner and chef. It's great to see such committed entrepreneurs who also have a huge social heart, even in difficult times. Check it out. Excellent food! The pasta dishes are all homemade and the pasta is made in-house. Only high quality ingredients. We happened to be there for lunch, then again the next day for dinner because it was sooo good. The staff is also friendly and helpful - what more could you want? Absolute recommendation!

Super cozy restaurant in the heart of Worms. The Caneloni were amazing. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was super nice. Prices are good compared to other pasta places in Worms where the food is meeh and have higher prices.

Delicious food and drinks for a great price

Meine Frau hat ihren 40. Geburtstag mit einem Frühstück gefeiert für 17 Personen. Es hat alles gut geklappt, Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt und die großen Frühstücksbretter (Papst für alle plus Antipasti) waren schön und vor allem üppig angerichtet. Alle sind mehr als satt geworden, die Reste haben wir mitgenommen und am nächsten Tag nochmal mit 6 Personen gefrühstückt. Preis-Leistung also top. Es war voll und trotzdem gemütlich, von den Gästen gab es nur positive Rückmeldungen.

Wir waren das erste Mal da und fanden es richtig gut. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Der Service top. Vielen vielen Dank dafür. Küchenstudio Braun lässt grüßen 😂😂

Ich hatte sehr schöne Zeit mit meinen Freundinnen hier. Habe auch eine wunderschöne Überraschung vom Restaurant zu meinem Geburtstag bekommen. Das Essen war total lecker, das hat jede von uns gesagt. Ich war in Borgnolo schon ein paar mal und alles war richtig toll. Ich würde immer wieder dorthin gehen und sehr gern empfehlen.

Das Essen war unglaublich lecker.Ich habe bisher bei keinem Italiener in Worms so gut gegessen! Der Maracuja Aperol war auch super. Das Ambiente war total gemütlich und der Service ist sehr aufmerksam :) Kann ich jedem weiterempfehlen!!

Ein super schönes Cafe und Restaurant direkt an der Südseite des Doms. Die Lage ist toll, die Bedienung freundlich und der Kaffee und die Süßspeisen sind köstlich und lecker. Gerne immer wieder!

Ganz netter Laden. Direkt am Dom und echt schön gelegen. Wir hatten die Pinsa, die ganz hervorragend geschmeckt hat, der Teig war der Knaller. Ich hätte mir bei einem Italiener dazu etwas Peperonchini oder scharfes Olivenöl gewünscht, aber es gab leider nur Tabasco. Der Preis von fast 15 Euro für die Pinsa finde ich allerdings etwas zu hoch. Die Getränkepreise sind angemessen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Schönes Restaurant direkt am Dom, große Außenterrasse. Hier kocht der Chef selbst: herrlich italienische Küche. Die Karte ist klein gehalten, es gibt aber auch Tagesempfehlungen. Gute Getränke und ein netter Service sind auch vorhanden. Wir waren Anfang September hier. Da wurde gerade ein neues Konzept ausprobiert wegen Personalmangel: Essen und Getränke wählen, drinnen an der Theke bestellen und bezahlen, Getränke selbst mitnehmen und das Essen bringt dann später der Kellner. Hat alles super geklappt.

Das Essen im Borgnolo war sehr lecker, reichhaltig und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Platz draußen mit Blick auf den Dom ist natürlich auch sehr schön!
