Completely satisfied. The smashed burgers are definitely recommended.

The staff was very friendly and the food was ready quickly. The burger was totally juicy - both the bread and the meat - and was very convincing. The sweet potato fries and potato wedges including sauces were also very tasty.

I wanted to give 4 stars because their toilet was out of order but it was so good that I just had to give 5 stars.

It was simply very tasty and prepared very well. Even though it was very busy, our food came very quickly. I can highly recommend it and would love to visit again and again.

If it wasn't for the nice service, I would have given even fewer points. For a simple hamburger with some cucumber, cheese, mustard and ketchup, without any decoration or side dishes, 12.50 euros is a disgrace. It was tasty, but that's not how it works

A lovely spot! I didn't know how to read German so "rolled the dice";and the bowl I ordered ended up coming with sweet potato fries; they were delicious in it! It was nice to have something fresh and healthy but in the direction of poutine.

We spontaneously went to this restaurant to eat something because of the good reviews. When we arrived about an hour before closing time, the waitress pointed out to us somewhat rudely that the toilets were broken and that they would close in about 40-45 minutes, but that we could still order something. So we decided to only order something small. The hot chilli burger was soggy, extremely greasy and simply not good in terms of craftsmanship - not to mention the “Caesar salad”. Soft lettuce leaves and a dressing that tastes like a ready-made yogurt dressing! And at the price of €14, it really just feels like a rip-off. Maybe we just had a bad time/day - I hope so, as the shop itself is very modern and beautifully located.

I'm not that impressed with the taste, bowls are better eaten elsewhere. The salad we ordered was very fresh and tasty. I ordered another topping with an additional charge for the salad and received a single microscopic slice of goat cheese. This can be done better. Service OK.

I ordered the meat skewers salad, but when I ate the vegetables, I couldn’t chew them, and then they tasted like plastic. When I spit them out, they turned out to be rubber bands... It’s a bit exaggerated...

Unfortunately I wasn't quite as satisfied this time. The chicken on my punch bowl was definitely over-seasoned if not over-salted. This was much better in the past. The service was very friendly, but the cook (boss?) attacked me so much that it made me uncomfortable. The toilet situation is also unpleasant. You have to go through a dingy stairwell to the toilet on the first floor. The men's toilet was apparently completely broken, and the handle in the women's toilet was missing. I would just about forgive that if the food was very good. But unfortunately that wasn't the case compared to last year. What a shame!

We had made a reservation at the restaurant by phone and had already inquired about gluten-free burger bread over the phone. When we were there in the evening, we were warmly welcomed and asked again before ordering. I was there on a Saturday. The restaurant was two-thirds full. It took forever to get a card and I had to wait half an hour for a burger and fries. The food was absolutely average. I was also called by the waitress. It could be company philosophy, but I found it strange. Nevertheless, the ladies tried to make the customers happy. The toilets are hidden inside, but the men's toilet was broken. All in all, I was dazzled by the very good recessions. It was my last visit for me. There are by far better burger places.

After that they asks us 3 times to give us free drinks for that and after we refuse 2 times, the 3rd time we ask for a coffee and water and a coke. The waiter came back with a coffee and said the manager didn’t approve the other drink, because we asked too much. The toilets were not working. I definitely not recomand this place

I just visited the Bono restaurant in Bonn. Since I was very hungry, I ordered a bowl, which unfortunately arrived with cold rice and cold mushrooms when I asked for the plate to be warmed up so I didn't have any I was told that I had to eat cold rice, okay, and again I was given a portion with completely cold rice, which tasted pretty disgusting. Thanks, never again.

When you turn left from Beethoven's street, there is a place with excellent burgers just ahead. We ate 3 different burgers, all 3 burgers were very good. The fries and their own sauce were also very good. I definitely recommend it.

We tried the burger types, it was very delicious with its juicy meat and ideal sauce ratio. The sauces we wanted to accompany the potatoes were delicious. A must-visit place. There are vegan and vegetarian options in the establishment, but for those who pay attention, there are no pork products.

If you’re not vegan don’t mind this review because the food is very tasty and the stuff friendly. The only thing is that they sell themselves as a fancy place with vegan options but then they cook this vegan options in the same surface where they cook meat. So yes, there are vegan options but it’s not really vegan as covered in meat’s fat. Recommend for omnivore but to all my vegans out there… don’t go. Also their answer was they do not have the capacity to have another surface just for vegan patty, but a 20 cm x 20 cm doesn’t really take that much space.

Had dinner here with my family today and it was quite busy so we had to wait a bit, which was perfectly fine. The service was very accommodating The food more than impressed us. The burgers with side dishes were great! There is more than enough choice. The prices are completely legitimate. Looking forward to the next time!

We were craving burgers and the menu appealed to us. We had the impression that we wouldn't be disappointed here. Unfortunately we had to have a different experience. On the menu, the burger was advertised as a burger with cheese. After the first bite, however, it became clear that these were the cheapest ingredients! You not only saw but also tasted that the cheese was the cheap sliced ​​cheese from any normal supermarket. The sauces and pickles also tasted super cheap. If you made your own burger you would probably get the same result. Of course, for the price, that was absolutely outrageous. The fries, however, were plentiful and very tasty. The service was friendly, but we weren't asked every now and then whether we liked it or whether we needed anything else, as is usually the case. Nevertheless, we were totally disappointed with the burger, especially when they charge such prices. But since the fries were tasty, we asked if we could take them with us. This was answered in the affirmative. We were amazed when the fries were simply dumped into a standard paper bag. Of course it was completely soaked in fat and was anything but suitable for transporting food that had not been packaged again. It was too much for us, we paid and the bag ended up in the trash. I can't recommend anyone to eat here. Unless you just feel like fries and want something to drink. But then you have to ask yourself whether these prices are justified.

We were in Bonn today and became aware of this lovely little restaurant through the good reviews. The bowls tasted good, the service was quick and attentive. There are many vegetarian options.

We went based on the comments and did not regret it. Instead of the low standard hamburgers you would eat in a chain restaurant, we tasted the gourmet burgers and wonderful coffees of a wonderful Turkish entrepreneur with gastronomy knowledge and goals. We were surprised too, but the truth was with a difference of 1 few euros, it was great, thank you..

We were looking for a good restaurant and found this very well rated restaurant. The photos also looked very good. But for us it was a big disappointment. We ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a Sinbad bowl at this restaurant. I initially liked the concept and the staff was nice. Unfortunately, the food wasn't at all special and not tasty. It was not seasoned at all and lacked salt and olive oil. The food was very dry and the sauce didn't taste like anything. There was supposed to be hummus on the plate, but the hummus could only be seen with a microscope. Hummus was just a blob on the plate. Overall it wasn't special at all. I also talked to the waitress about this. She apologized to me, but there was nothing she could do about it. I think the prices are very high for a plate like this. The Caesar salad didn't taste particularly good either, like a ready-made salad from Netto. The products were very cheap. Like the fully fried chicken, the chicken tasted like it was from Netto. Everything tasted very cheap and unfortunately tasteless, even though everything was very expensive. With these prices you can eat well and with quality somewhere else. The 4.7 rating is just a deception. I give one star for the nice staff. I'm not writing this review to justify the place, but because I wish you could get decent food for these prices. Best regards

We reserved with expectations based on the positive customer reviews. When we arrived the store was empty and even though I was the first to say hello, the employees just seemed to look, which surprised me. Still, I gave our reservation name. The female employee was extremely RUDE from start to finish without even saying hello. After I paid and some of my friends went to the bathroom, I waited with other friends. She cleaned our table and threw the leftover drinks in a corner even though other tables were empty. As someone who lives in Germany, I have never experienced such poor service. If the food was really good I could understand it BUT Natural Beauty's sauce tasted like the chili sauce you get in a Vietnamese restaurant! The meat was also overcooked and felt like bubble gum. This is the first time I've spent so much money on a tasteless burger. It is disappointing that a restaurant with 4.7 stars exists as there are probably no good hand-made burgers in Bonn. It was terrible. It's not even worth one star.

A normal salad costs €12 and there was nothing special about it. Also the service was much slow having to wait over 20 minutes. There wasn't much going on.

A great location, quiet, relaxed location. Diverse selection of burger dishes with different sauces. For vegetarians, a delicious selection of punch and super tasty, juicy falafel with the tastiest mayonnaise I have ever eaten. The portions are super fair and the price performance can't be beat!! If you're hungry and want to eat delicious food and be full at the end, this is the place for you. An insider local in the middle of the city of Bonn. It's worth reserving in advance if it's a small shop or you'll have to wait for a spot.

The burgers here are very tasty with interesting combinations of toppings. Nice atmosphere at the tables outside. The street though in the very center, but more quiet than others nearby. There is no menu in English, but very nice and attentive staff helps with the choice, and online translation apps help well. The menu is also available on the website

Beware of fraud! Five of us were here today and had to wait 45 minutes for the food. They apologized to us for the wait and gave us a few free drinks. That's a very nice gesture and actually everything was good for us. But when we paid and left, we realized we had been ripped off. Burgers, fries and dips were all charged extra. However, we were told this is all included in the menu. That's what it suggests on the map. The waitress said that everything was included. That really pissed us off that there was only one star. A burger with fries and mayo costs €22. With drink €26. That's too much. It wasn't that incredibly tasty. All very average. The store is extremely overrated. Price performance is by no means appropriate.

Over rated. The burgers are okey but the bowls are not worth it at all because they are too basic with a little bit of sauce. We‘ve been 5 persons and no one was satisfied! The staff have been completely lost and we had to wait 55 mins for the burgers, 10 mins lates we received the fries of the burgers with the dips, and then we had to wait more to receive the bowls!! Just ordered two bowls via UberEats. Since the bag with the food was completely soaked, it tore when it was handed over in front of my hotel and the bowls were scattered on the sidewalk. The driver said, among other things, whether you could still eat it. Otherwise no help. Food was ok, but very soggy because everything was thrown together and not separated from each other using packaging. This restaurant is not suitable for ordering. It may be better locally. In addition, UberEats does not seem to be a viable delivery company.

It's the perfect place for lunch or dinner with bowls featuring fresh vegetables, a blend of carbs and protein, and nuts for energy🥙. On my last night in Bonn, I couldn't resist trying their burger and sweet potato fries – those fries were, hands down, the best I've ever had. If you're traveling there, make sure to give it a try.

Here we have the classic case of a good idea with poor implementation. Bonn is not particularly well positioned when it comes to cuisine and a restaurant with fresh food that puts thought into its creations really stands out. However, some serious mistakes are made. First the positive: The composition of the dishes is well thought out. Plus, unlike many other restaurants in Bonn, here you don't have to worry about getting food poisoning the next day. But unfortunately it already fails on the second most important point after food safety, taste. For all deliveries, the burgers were packaged in thermal paper. On the one hand, this is incredibly harmful to the environment and should be banned in principle, and on the other hand, the coating keeps liquid inside. Since the meat is not completely cooked through, it retains a very high level of moisture and the thermal paper means the burger bun is completely soaked before it reaches the customer. There is hardly anything more unappetizing in a burger than a wet bun. In addition, the meat is not, or hardly, seasoned. It tastes like half-raw, unseasoned minced meat, which is a shame because it's certainly of good quality and could have so much more potential. This means the entire creation becomes inedible and ends up in the trash. I would like to see more sustainability from this restaurant. The potential of the ingredients should be used and the packaging should be designed to be more environmentally friendly and maintain quality (simple paper packaging would be completely sufficient). The chef needs instruction on a few basics (cooking point and seasoning). So Bono fresh and tasty could become a really good restaurant.

Nothing to linger for long, if it gets full you block places. Unfortunately it was a bit uncomfortable as it was very cold in the shop. But my first choice in Bonn for burgers!

Bono is a great option for vegetarians and celiacs! There are lots of options as more than half menu is for veggies 🍀🌈💯. The service was great, welcoming and they are always attentive if you need anything. The flavor of my bowls was auper tasty! I recommend 100% Bono!

I really enjoyed the lunch that I ate here. The staff were friendly - they spoke English well but also were very patience and friendly in letting me try to speak in German with the few words that I know. The food is great - a good range of options including salad bowls with rice or couscous, as well as burgers.

We were here for dinner. Unfortunately we sat right at the door. That's why there is a deduction for the ambience. I had the Natural Beauties burger with Ceispy Chicken. I didn't think it was a shame that there wasn't a vegan alternative and that there weren't more patties to choose from. Drinks are offered only Fritz, water and coffee as well as iced tea. My husband thought the bowl was very tasty and the burger sauce was great too! Maybe you could also offer more rolls and a side salad.

I just didn't find the price-performance ratio that appealing, the portions were quite small for the price or the price was a bit high, depending on how you look at it. But I can still recommend it because everything else is right and the staff is also very friendly. Children's chair available. To use the toilet you have to go up one floor via stairs. Accordingly, it is not accessible with a wheelchair, although you could have problems with the two steps at the entrance. There is no parking available at the restaurant, but there are parking garages nearby.

The selection of drinks fits the overall concept, but when it comes to a simple juice for our children, you won't find what you're looking for. Even when we asked, we couldn't be offered anything off the menu. There are very few seats, reservations are recommended!

Small but nice burger shop in downtown Bonn. Large selection and variation of burgers & bowls, both for meat lovers and vegetarians. The “double moppelt” was ordered. The preparation and taste were very good, and the fries we ordered were crispy and hot. Service was friendly and attentive. All in all very recommendable!

I was looking for a restaurant near the Beethoven House thanks to Google maps and ended up here. Found your new favorite burger joint! Price-performance ratio is perfect (€62 for three people), service was super nice. The deduction for the ambience was only due to the temperature in the room (when the door opened it was immediately icy, but it is certainly rarely that cold). It definitely wasn't the last time!

Stopped here for lunch on a Thursday because of the reviews I’d read on FindMeGlutenFree. The menu is not marked with GF items but the server was knowledgeable about which items are GF (any of the bowls with the rice or salad base). I ordered the sweet ceasar bowl with rice as a base and the mango vinaigrette for the flavor. The bowl was very filling; it had one chicken skewer, goat cheese, figs, walnuts, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and rocket salad (arugula). I also ordered the fresh mint tea which was enjoyable as the weather was cold and wet outside. This is a cozy cafe with minimal tables inside and more tables outside. Not recommended for a large group.

Kleiner Laden, nettes Personal. Mein Burger war allerdings echt mies. Das Fleisch war matschig und fiel einfach auseinander. Die Zutaten waren frisch, aber nur Basic. Ich wollte keine Flamingosauce und bat um Ketchup. Der Burger war leider komplett ertränkt in Ketchup. Die Bowl schmeckte den anderen Familienangehörigen gut.

Ich war schon 3 mal hier und war immer sehr zufrieden. Ich habe mir jeweils die Sindbad Bowl mit Änderungen bestellt (statt Falafel und Hummus, Hähnchen+2 Saucen statt eine). Die ersten beiden Male war das auch kein Problem und wurde nett aufgenommen. Beim dritten Besuch allerdings wurde der Kellner leider sehr pampig. Die Änderungen wurde angenommen (ich zahle auch gerne mehr), aber der Ton macht hier die Musik. Da es bisher nur einmal war, hoffe ich darauf, dass es beim nächsten Mal wieder wie gewohnt ist. Das Essen selbst schmeckt sehr gut!

Kleines feines Lokal mit richtig frischem Essen und Zutaten. Preislich völlig o.k. Vielleicht ist es nur subjektiv, aber wir hätten uns das Essen etwas wärmer gewünscht. Es war trotzdem sehr lecker.

The place itself is cute and intimate as there is not a lot of tables inside, so it's not so crowded and loud which makes the experience better. The staff was super friendly and the prices were totally reasonable. Would definitely come back if I visit Bonn again!

Awesome salads and burgers - Freshly made, tasty, colorful and very healthy. Place is cozy too. During our two-days stay in Bonn, we came here twice for lunch since we really like the food and its concept. Will definitely come when in Bonn again!
