Today we were in the Bonneria with a total of 8 people, family. The ambience is very nice: furnishings, outdoor area, warm cozy light, nice tables and chairs. The service was friendly, reliable and quick. It is particularly suitable for large groups. We ordered a lot of tapas and most of them were very, very tasty (approx. 40 pieces, we only didn't like one, they all looked really delicious! Considering the delicious food, I'm almost sorry to now focus on very unpleasant things to have to put: There was a shrimp tail in the sweet potatoes, we hadn't ordered any shrimp at all - and it would have been unpleasant for vegetarians or a catastrophe for allergy sufferers. There is clear room for improvement when it comes to drinks. The scariest one was a “kitchen accident” in which a tack with a piece of cardboard got into my homemade iced tea. Luckily I discovered this before I had a drink. Of course I got a new drink in return and the following drink was on the house. A friend's glass was cracked and his drink spilled slowly out the side. The water glass, which was probably originally beautiful, lost half of its color and looked unappetizing. The long drinks were delicious, but the ice was skimpy, so the drinks quickly became useless when the outside temperature was 32 degrees. The drinks were also prepared differently, for example one Aperol Spritz had orange in it, the other had Kiele currants, which was very irritating. The mixtures were also so different that the same drink had different colors. Conclusion: I don't come here anymore, a thumbtack in glass spoils my "appetite". The food was very, very tasty and I recommend the restaurant for that. Be careful with the drinks, complain if necessary.

I'll keep it short: with what you get on a Sunday with really not many people, you would have expected more. However, the service was overwhelmed, but very, very friendly! The quality of the meat was good but apparently the meat wasn't treated well. I think that the price-performance ratio is not appropriate.

We were allowed to come with 35 people for an international martial arts seminar. All participants really enjoyed it and we were warmly welcomed. Good food and nice and quick service. Thank you very much Bonneria team 🙏❤️

The food is delicious and can only be recommended. Unfortunately, the service falls well short of expectations. So it takes a lot of effort to get drinks even after the food has already been delivered. The bread we ordered was only delivered after we asked again. An absolute no-go, however, is that you cannot pay by card. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned on the internet and the menu also states that card payments are possible from 50 euros. The “no card payment” sign at the entrance is outdated these days.

The tapas platter is always solid and delicious. Unfortunately, card payment was not possible.

Der Service ist nicht gut: wir haben einige von unseren tapas gar nicht erhalten. Das Essen wird von Mal zu Mal schlechter, deshalb war das unser letzter Besuch. Die Süsskartoffeln waren teilweise roh. Alles ist zu fettig und hat nichts mit guter spanischer Küche zu tun. Leider dazu auch noch teuer.

We got a great table with our dog and reserved it at short notice. The food and the homemade lemonade were very tasty and a large selection of tapas and many dishes. The food is okay, but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I was really disappointed with the size of my portion. Paella, salads, tapas plates (not the individual ones) are okay. Individual tapas are also far too expensive.

The Bonneria in Bonn is a wonderfully atmospheric tapas and grill restaurant that spoils its guests with Spanish cuisine of a very high standard. The chefs in the house focus primarily on cold and warm tapas, steaks from, among other things, high-quality Argentine beef as well as grilled fish, prawns or a whole sea bream. The dishes impress not only with their freshness and good taste, but also with their appetizing, loving appearance. For culinary magic from Andalusia, the Bonneria in Bonn is a really hot tip.

If you value very good food but can live with poor service, this is the place for you.

On Sunday with 3 adults and 2 children we all ate tapas. Big compliments to the kitchen!!!! Dishes on point! Especially with prawns, baby octopus, mussels in a great tomato, onion...and so on. The service was quick, courteous and excellent! A little away from the terrace we had a table with splashing water, which we can only recommend as it was ideal with the boys. We always go to the Bonneria with friends or family. Thank you 🌞 it was a successful evening.

Das Essen war lecker. Meine negative Rezession bezieht sich alleine auf den Service und die Haltung des Service. Um 21:15 Uhr wurden wir gebeten zu zahlen. Auf meine Nachfrage wann denn geschlossen wird wurde mir dies mit 22 Uhr beantwortet. Zugegeben,wir waren mit 1-2 anderen Tischen die letzten Gäste. Um halb zehn wurde die Musik ausgemacht und alles war in Aufbruchstimmung und es wurde sehr deutlich ,dass man um diese Zeit nicht mehr als Gast gewünscht ist. Ich gewann den Eindruck, dass man auch früher schliessen könnte wenn die Gäste endlich gehen und dafür tat man auch alles um deutlich zu machen ,dass man gerne Feierabend machen möchte. Wenn ich in die Gastro gehe und diese bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat dann erwarte ich auch,dass ich diese Zeit auch in gemütlicher Runde verbringen kann. Sonst gehe ich in eine Imbiss Bude! Wer um 21.30 Uhr die Musik ausmacht und um 21:15 Uhr abkassiert der muss es sehr eilig haben!!! Danke, aber ich möchte in so einem Ambiente dann nicht essen und auch keine gemütlichen Abende verbringen.

I've only been to the Bonnerie once so far, but it will stay that way. The restaurant is not bad, it is well attended and well rated, but it is too touristy for me, a bit tastelessly decorated, quite uncomfortable, the service is overwhelmed in places and the prices are pretty decent. I think €9 for 4 slices of Serrano and €13 for an approx. 15 cm long skewer of US beef is VERY salty. The plated meals are ok, but also priced at the higher end. Bonn insiders know better shops with better food for better prices and better service.

If you want to eat here you better think twice. The prices are unreasonably high. The quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is very greasy and tasteless. Do not order crab claws, you will receive processed, breaded fish leftovers. Because of the water I drank, my kidney stones started moving. I don't know where they get it from but the staff claimed that the water didn't come from the tap. The omelet wasn't bad if made unsupervised by a five year old girl. The spinach was so rubbery that it was very difficult to swallow. The most delicious thing was bread and some kind of sour curd with garlic, which for some reason they call aioli. I only give 2 stars for the friendly staff. The owner is not Spanish, says everything about the tapas bar.

The biggest problem was the service. Without words... Every 10 orders go to the kitchen. 9 are served and one meal was canceled because it was "out". It's a mystery to me that the staff would think of something like that and everyone would have their food brought to them. Despite repeated references, an insert was not brought until the end. Ordered drinks only came after repeated requests. Out of 3 steaks, one should be well done and 2 should be medium. All three steaks were well done and two people didn't find that funny. The rather expensive store is definitely not worth another visit.

I really don't understand how people give this place a 4.6 rate!! Very basic low quality food, very expensive for no reason, 22 euros for a chicken shish kebab with frozen fries..., slow service, nothing really Spanish here... not worth the parking serch! not recommended at all

I visited the Spanish restaurant Bonneria in Bonn-Beul and I have to say I was impressed. The restaurant offers an extensive selection of delicious tapas as well as a variety of à la carte dishes that can satisfy every taste. The tapas are excellently prepared and rich, served in the small earthenware bowls. Since I love the taste of garlic, I found the aioli a bit too mild. It tasted more like a garlic mayonnaise, which was a bit too little for my personal taste. Another advantage of the restaurant is the quick preparation of the dishes. The food came quickly, which was particularly pleasant as I didn't have to wait long to enjoy the delicious dishes. However, the service could be improved. It took a while to get a waiter's attention. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that the restaurant is overall recommended. Despite minor deficiencies in the service area, the quality of the food and the cozy atmosphere are convincing. A little note for visitors: The winter garden, which serves as an extension of the restaurant, can be a bit cool and drafty. I also found the air in the restaurant itself to be a bit stuffy. However, this shouldn't stop you from enjoying the excellent food and welcoming atmosphere of the Bonneria Spanish Restaurant.

It was a nice evening with friends, attentive service and really delicious food until the last round was announced in a more or less friendly manner at 8:59 p.m. (!!!)...... The evening was actually marred by the fact that we were basically "swept out". The abrupt end actually devalued the lovely evening somewhat.

After a tip from friends, I recently went to the Bonneria in Beuel. I was shocked by this recommendation from my friends! The first thing I noticed was the poor reception and subsequent poor service. We stood on the sidelines and waited forever for someone who might ask us what we wanted. Only after asking three times did someone come - it felt very reluctant. Drinks came to the table after about 15 minutes (!) We then waited almost an hour for the food - it was just a few small things. The tapas were at most lukewarm and bland. When we asked the waiter about it, he reacted snippy and insulted and left us standing without saying anything and left. I also had to ask 3 times to pay. So for the fuss that is being made about this restaurant, we found it more than disappointing. We cannot recommend this restaurant. Next time we'd rather walk a few meters further towards the train station. We only had good experiences there. To the operator of the Bonneria: Please pay more attention to the deficiencies mentioned and work on them!

Un restaurant, spécialisé dans la bonne viande. Nous avons été ravis, tant par la nourriture que par le service. Seul bémol , la sauce était froide.

Sehr gut besucht. Unbedingt reservieren. Da beim Tapasessen oft mehrfach nachbestellt wird, bedeutet das auch einen größeren Serviceaufwand. Längere Wartezeiten sind bei hoher Tischbelegung dann nicht zu vermeiden. In Spanien würde das nicht auffallen weil die Leute über einen längeren Zeitraum essen. Etwas Zeit und Sinn für den Genuss der Speisen sollte der Gast schon mitbringen. Die Auswahl ist auch wirklich groß. Umfangreiche Weinauswahl.

Leider wartet man sehr lange auf eine Bedienung. Essen war ok, aber wiederkommen muss ich nicht. Preislich schon recht hoch für das, was man bekommt. Kartenzahlung erst ab 50€ ist dann doch nicht mehr so zeitgemäß. Woanders gehe ich dann lieber hin, wo man mehr Preis-Leistung erfährt und wo der Service nicht ewig dauert. Wir wollten eigentlich noch mehr Essen bestellen, aber das hat zu lange gedauert, wollten dann nur noch zahlen.

Waren spontan hier essen. War wieder schön und gemütlich. Haben diesmal draußen gesessen. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Ich kann es echt gut empfehlen. Qualität ist wie beim letzten Mal die selbe und das spricht für das Restaurant. Auch wenn er nicht die einzige Tapas Bar in Beuel ist, aber die Qualität und auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals was immer noch das selbe ist wie beim letzten Mal. Das spricht für die Bonneria und für das Team Waren heute nach langer Zeit wieder hier. Viel schöner und besser nach dem Umbau. Sehr super freundliches Personal und die Qualität war sehr gut....... immer gerne wieder

Mit Persönlich hat es nicht so gut geschmeckt und ich fand es auch nicht preiswert.

Wir waren als Gruppe schon öfter mit 6 bis 8 Personen in der Bonneria essen. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Speisen, vor allen Dingen die Hauptspeisen, sehr teuer geworden sind ! Zudem mussten wir feststellen, dass in der Rechnung Positionen abgerechnet wurden,die wir gar nicht bestellt und bekommen haben! Schade! War dann wohl das letzte Mal!

Wir hatten an einem Samstagabend für 19:30 einen Tisch für drei Personen reserviert und trafen etwa 10 Minuten vorher in der Bonneria ein. Das Restaurant war offenbar sehr voll, vor uns warteten bereits andere Gäste, die ebenfalls reserviert hatten. In den kommenden Minuten stießen weitere drei Gruppen hinzu, allesamt mit Reservierung. Geschlagene 15 Minuten ließ man uns dicht gedrängt im Eingangsbereich stehen, ohne dass irgendjemand Notiz von uns genommen hätte. Erst dann kam ein Herr mit Zopf, der die Gruppe vor uns ansprach und ohne ein Wort des Bedauerns erst einmal anherrschte, dass diese ja zu spät seien. Der Einwand, dass man sich ja bereits seit 15 Minuten die Beine in den Bauch stehe, wurde nicht weiter kommentiert, es dauere noch etwas. Weitere 10 Minuten später kam der Herr zurück, teilte – wie bei Schülern auf dem Schulhof – drei Gruppen ein. Ein weiterer Herr mit dunklen Haaren kam hinzu und sagte ohne ein Wort der Zuwendung oder der Begrüßung: „Sollen mitkommen.“. Man führte uns in eine Art Wintergarten, wo man uns einen Tisch zuwies und ohne weitere Kontaktaufnahme weitere 10 Minuten sitzen ließ. Der Raum war sehr eng bestuhlt, Kellner kamen nicht zu den Tischen oder versuchten orientierungslos, die Gerichte an den falschen Tischen zu servieren. Erst dann kam ein Kellner mit den Speisekarten an unseren Tisch und ging sofort wieder. Weitere 10 Minuten später kam er zurück und nahm die Getränkebestellung auf. Ich fragte, ob das jetzt so weiterginge. Der Kellner sagte nein, es käme sofort eine Kollegin, die die Bestellung aufnehmen werde. Weitere 15 Minuten später sind wir aufgestanden und gegangen, da noch nicht einmal die Getränke gebracht wurden, von einer Kollegin, die „sofort“ kommen wolle, war keine Spur zu sehen. Das einzige, was dem Kellner zu unserer Verabschiedung einfiel, war: „Aber ich habe die Getränke doch schon eingegeben!“ Das war seine einzige Sorge. Die Bonneria war an diesem Abend ein ganz offenbar vollkommen überforderter Laden, der für die große Anzahl der Gäste zu wenig Kellner hatte und denen sicher noch nie jemand erklärt hat, wie zugewandte Gastronomie geht. Glücklicherweise haben wir dann einen Tisch im nahen Tivoli bekommen, wo auch andere Ex-Gäste der Bonneria saßen und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient wurden. Erste Chance, leider vertan. Wir werden nie wieder in der Bonneria essen gehen.

Hatten Brot war wie Stein,ohne Salz und Pfeffer geht garnichts die bedinung musst man suchen und wenn man was bestellt dauert es immer noch wo ich gerade hier schreiben zum kotzen

Hmmm, komisch!! 10 Verschiedene Tapas haben wir bestellt. Das Baguette war gut alles andere nicht. -Überhaupt nicht.- Ich gehe sehr viel essen... Warum die Bewertung so gut sind kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. ( Speisen vormals war es auch so )

Wir haben eine Paella für 2 Personen bestellt und für die Wartezeit Tapas...die Tapas waren super schnell auf dem Tisch und unglaublich lecker...trotz, dass es so voll war (2. Weihnachtstag) war auch die Paella schnell auf dem Tisch und der Service Klasse. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung!!!!

Wir waren schon öfters hier essen. Dieses Mal war es leider nicht so lecker. Aufgrund des Weihnachtsbetriebes waren die Tische auch sehr eng gestellt, so dass sich die Nachbartische gegenseitig behindert haben, wenn man z.B. aufstehen musste.

Ein sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit sehr aufmerksamer Bedienung. Tolle Auswahl an Tappas und anderen Gerichten. Reservieren kann auch in der Woche nicht schaden.

Good Place, food was very tasty and did not wait too long. there is plenty of tables. we had company dinner with reservation so we had nice tables area bit tight but ok. service was nice just a bit complicated to take orders from such big group could be handled with more empathy. when food was brought they called numbers of from the Menu which I think was complicated as many did not remember their choice number anymore. otherwise all was good. as I was a guest I can't confirm but paying by card is possible from 50eur up which is pretty unusual and not to standard in year 2023. still would recommend

Las tapas parecen como las españolas aunque se nota que el toque de especias y los guisos no son como en España. Localización: bien situado en BN-Beuel. Puedes venir con el tranvía o en bici. Precios: medios/elevados Servicio: simpático, rápido, olvidadizo y quizás poco organizado.

Der Laden war sehr voll eigentlich ein gutes Zeichen leider waren einige von den Tapas nicht ganz warm das war aber auch der einzigste Mangel ansonsten alles sehr lecker

Haben Geburtstag gefeiert. Essen war gut. Platz auch genug. Preise gut. Nur hat nicht gefallen das wir große Gruppe müssen jeder einzelne warten auf Getränk. Parkplatz hinter Haus,haben leider später entdeckt. Sonst zufrieden mit allem. Also kommen wieder.

Wir waren bereit des Öfteren in der Bonneria. Der Service war jedes Mal sehr gut. Die Bedienung ist aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Die Speisen sind außerordentlich gut und auf den Punkt zubereitet (insb. das Rindfleisch). Die Preise sind absolut angemessen.

Ein sehr schön modernes rustikales spanisches Restaurant und definitiv einen Besuch Wert! Wir waren mit einer 5 Gruppe an einem Freitag dort und wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Essen & Trinken war wunderbar. Die Wochenkarte war sehr ausgefallen und bietet außer den klassischen Tapas auch viele neue Gerichte zum ausprobieren. Trotz einiger „Sonderwünsche“ hat sich das Personal genug Zeit genommen uns diese zu erfüllen und war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden definitiv satt! Auch die Lautstärke der Musik war sehr angenehm, sodass wir uns nach einem langen Wiedersehen sehr gut unterhalten konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, um auch die schöne große Terasse im Sommer auszuprobieren.

Ich bin gelegentlich in der Bonneria in Bonn, da ich die Atmosphäre dort sehr schön finde, oft auch recht spontan unkompliziert reserviert werden kann und der Service immer fantastisch ist (Herzchen für Ahmed, einfach toller Typ). Auch, wenn es einige spanische Restaurants in Bonn, und auch in der Umgebung gibt, finde ich das Essen absolut gut, und so manches Tapas auch besser, als bei anderen – und die Auswahl ist grandios. Danke für die zahlreichen schönen Abende bei euch :-)

Zu Abendzeiten ist es meistens gut besucht, vor allem am Wochenende ist es voll. Es ist empfehlenswert vorher zu reservieren. Falls das mal nicht möglich sein sollte findet man manchmal trotzdem noch einen Platz, da es wirklich sehr viele Tische im Restaurant gibt. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und das Restaurant hat seinen eigenen Flair und verschiedene Bereiche (mehrere Räume, u. a. auch einen Wintergarten und Außenbereich). Die Kellner sind alle freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker. Geringe Qualitätsschwankungen sind vorhanden, wenn das Restaurant voll ist, was ich aber als völlig normal empfinde. Wir waren bisher trotzdem immer sehr zufrieden und sind gerne dort.
