Food is always good in Bona’me 😍

This place really surprised me. I have now been a few times and every dish has been delicious. Perfect for brunch, lunch or even dinner.

We went and tried it upon recommendation during my trip to Frankfurt. First of all, the atmosphere is great. As for the concept, I personally liked it as it was a concept I had not seen before. While you can relieve the stress of the week with cocktails, you can also enjoy the interpretation of local dishes. I really liked the portions and variety of products. As a criticism: I couldn't find the taste of bulgur pilaf quite right. We are the same culture and yes, bulgur/rice is very important, but rice reminded me of the bulgur pilaf I used to make when I was learning how to cook. Apart from that, I didn't like the fig pita at first, but it was a great match for dessert after the meal. I don't have anything to say about the tea, I loved its presentation. I will stop by again when I go to Frankfurt.

The atmosphere is perfect. The system is set up very well. The taste is very good. As a Kurd, I am very happy that there is such a place.

It was a 10/10 really. Great price and even though you order yourself, the employees are super helpful and always pay attention to the table. Bring everything and clear away straight away. Also help with problems with the ordering process. The food is incredibly delicious. Great price-performance ratio.

The ambience is super nice, but I didn't like the food. I ordered Beyti with chicken and received Beyti with vegetables. There were only 1-2 pieces of chicken in there.

Cohesive atmosphere, the portions are tasty and quantitatively large. There are no waitresses anymore so let's say there are service staff. They are very nice and will help if anything is unclear. As for the menu, it was a bit inaccurate as it was written in Turkish. Otherwise I can recommend this locally.

I'm very undecided here, the restaurant is a huge hall like e.g. at Vapiano with the difference that you choose a dish on a screen, book it on a memory card, read it using a scanner and then look for a table. After not that long you pick up your food at the counter, the food (for me a meze starter plate, rich and very tasty) is good and looks nice and fresh. The atmosphere for a quick lunch is OK, cozy and different, service is non-existent in the sense that you have to do everything yourself. Would I do it again? I do not know!

Absolutely top location. Very attractive interior design, really good concept. Very nice selection of various oriental-Turkish specialties, very well prepared.

A completely new concept. A bit awkward when you're there for the first time. You get help from service staff. Just the right thing for Bankfurt. Everyone was excited.

Unfortunately vegetarian falafel beyti was disastrous. For a Turkish restaurant to offer such a bad falafel is really sad. Very dry and tasteless :( Unfortunately only 1 star for the Beyti vegetarian. And that's €14.90!!!!! Very little vegan selection. Very meaty. Ambience was nice.

Additionally, the spacious interior means you can usually find a seat without a reservation, making it an excellent choice for evenings when you haven’t planned ahead.

I haven't been this excited in a long time. I know a lot of restaurants, but this one stands out. From the food to the service to the ambience, a top address! Gladly again at any time!

A slightly different concept: loud music, nice atmosphere and delicious food, but you have to order and pick it up yourself on screens. Overall, we found the food delicious and the service friendly!

I have often eaten at Bona Me in Frankfurt and every time it was a pleasure! I tried both breakfast and various main courses, and everything was beyond delicious. The dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and lovingly prepared - simply a culinary highlight. Particularly noteworthy is the service: super friendly, attentive and always helpful. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. Whether for a leisurely breakfast or a delicious dinner – Bona Me is always a good choice. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Disappointing, I ordered Menti Tavuksis – cold, not fresh, uninteresting and probably been prepared for a long time. Quality has deteriorated greatly! Not recommended!

We were there with a couple who were friends of ours and I personally have NEVER eaten Turkish food and I'm still blown away, so I know that it wasn't and won't be the first and last time to eat there!! It's like an oriental McDonald's. Food tastes bland, no seasoning, and too expensive considering the portion size. And you have to order on a screen like at McDonald's, but with a very nice menu navigation, so you hardly know what you're ordering. Bad concepts taken from somewhere else and implemented even worse here. Never again.

Very tasty food, especially the manti! The ambience is also well thought out and tasteful and contemporary. The prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, one star less for the food and service because you can only order via screen terminal. Unfortunately, special requests regarding food intolerances, diabetes and allergies cannot be taken into account. Waiting staff would be desirable. So I can't come to Bona'me to eat with my partner. By the way, in the 80s and 90s I often went dancing to Techno + House at Junghofstraße 14 -> at OMEN!

Nov 24 Breakfast 2 of us at 11.15am Thursday You will be amazed how beautiful was the decor. Tastefully decorated and detailed. Even the bathroom also nicely designed. The ordering system was also quite high tech but very easy. Service was great 10/10. They explained from the ordering system, the menu and very kind. Foods also very tastefully presented with a delicious taste 10/10 from appetizer till the dessert. Drinks: the warm Turkish tea was very addictive hhahahaha… but the ice lemon tea also feel refreshing Ambience very very nice 10/10. Location wise very near the high end boutiques street. For sure will comeback here whenever we cqme to Frankfurt again.

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. A comfortable environment. I liked it. It's a self-service restaurant, you order your food and get your drinks separately. This is the point I don't like very much. Besides, it is not a very cheap place, so it is possible to find this strange. As for the food, I will evaluate what we have tasted so far: I don't like the breakfast very much, it's a taster. The tea is warm. Kısır is a taste other than the Kısir we know. As for the pasta with shrimps and meatballs: the portions are quite good, but the pasta is unsalted, so it is not delicious. Meatballs are successful. Chicken Beyti is visually successful, but unfortunately it is very bland and tasteless. Pitas: In general, the visuals are very successful, but there is still a salt problem. It's unsalted, so something needs to be added. Lemonade is very successful. We tried chocolate pita for dessert, I thought it was good.

Really great food with only a short waiting time. I ate an incredibly tasty salad and drank homemade iced tea. The ambiente was comfortable but elegant and not noisy at all. We had a relaxing evening with waiters also asking if everything is fine every once in a while. I highly recommend this restaurant and will 100% come back to taste other meals. The hummus was also incredible by the way!

My first visit to Boname. The beautiful young lady Cornelia gave me a warm welcome and showed me the shop, also gave me advice on what to eat and asked attentively whether everything was OK during the meal. I would love to come back with such great employees. The food was very tasty.

The ambience of the location was really beautiful and stylishly designed - a place where you can feel comfortable at first glance. The food was okay, not outstanding, but not disappointing either. When it came to the drinks, however, I was very disappointed: the cocktails were neither visually appealing nor tasty. An excessive amount of syrup was used, so that the cocktail unfortunately had nothing to do with a real cocktail. I politely complained and asked to just get a soft drink instead. Unfortunately, my concern was not taken seriously - instead I received a very negative and unfriendly reaction. Apparently constructive criticism is not welcome here and is met with arrogance instead of accommodation. It's a shame for the Boname Group as I wouldn't go there again based on this experience.

Very tasty food! Pide highly recommended and large portions. Service is almost non-existent. Order on the screen like at McDonalds. Food and drinks are then handed out for collection at the counter (beeper available for the table). You pay when you leave. All orders are booked onto the issued card, which you receive upon entry. More of a canteen in a nice atmosphere. I think the concept fits well into the environment. Excellent for quick, uncomplicated meals, for example during breaks. For me it takes some getting used to. When it comes to food, I prefer personal service and staff service. The location and toilets were neat and clean at the time of the visit. 4 stars from me.

The first time I went there the food was much better. Manti, for example, are “mini tortellini” filled with minced meat served with yogurt. What I got was... dry 5 corners of dough filled with a touch of minced meat and a dollop of yogurt. Absolute disappointment!!! Likewise the Beyti... it was simply a meatball wrapped in a strip of lavash. At least the salads and cocktails impressed my colleagues. It is also a very nice restaurant where you can go out in style, but unfortunately you will be disappointed in terms of food.

The first thing you notice in this restaurant is the beautiful ambience and the system of ordering food using this scanner. Really cool system. But unfortunately the food itself is nothing special and the employees are all very listless, our table was still not cleared or cleaned after repeated requests... so very bad service... and the prices are so high?! Because I have to pick up my own food and clear it away myself.... I was here for the first and last time. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Disappointing first impression – not recommended for special occasions! We had reserved a table at bona'me Frankfurt for a birthday and were looking forward to our first visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately we were disappointed immediately upon arrival. Although we told the receptionist that we had made a reservation and gave us our names, the cards were simply handed to us without a word. When we asked where our table was, all we said was: “Sit wherever you want.” At first it wasn't clear to us how the concept of the restaurant worked. When we asked, we learned that it is a self-service system similar to Vapiano - you order your food at a terminal and pick it up yourself later. For a restaurant that is presented very stylishly and invitingly online, this was a huge disappointment. The atmosphere felt more like a fast food restaurant to us and didn't fit the occasion we wanted to celebrate at all. Due to the impersonal service and disappointing overall impression, we decided to leave the restaurant and go somewhere else. Overall, the visit was unfortunately a failure. If you value service and a pleasant atmosphere, this is definitely the wrong place for you.
