Yesterday I ordered a “fresh” ginger tea from bona’me. When I looked at my tea later that evening, I saw that the ginger in the tea was completely moldy. At that point I had already drunk half of the tea. I informed the waiter straight away that the ginger was moldy. Instead of an apology, they claimed it was mint... There wasn't a single mint leaf in the tea... After the discussion, I kindly didn't have to pay for the tea anymore. I've been feeling sick since yesterday.

Unfortunately, the food in this restaurant didn't convince me. The noodles were unseasoned and a bit cold, which spoiled the enjoyment. The beyti was overstuffed, causing it to fall apart and be difficult to eat. Overall, the quality of the food was not satisfactory. I would therefore not come here again.

Too bad, opportunity wasted. The decor is cozy/stylish and the food is delicious. Unfortunately, the oriental-tinged electro is quite inappropriate with the food, especially in terms of volume. The payment system with the pagers is complicated and obviously doesn't work properly - mine beeped for someone else and the clerk at the counter couldn't help me at first. Considering that there is no service - and the pager system is not the most well thought out - the food is ultimately simply far too expensive/the portions too small. There isn't even bread or a small starter.

Great food. Thanks to the self-service concept, you can easily control the pace yourself. So we feasted for a comfortable 3 hours. From the delicious starters to the main menu to the great desserts and of course always the obligatory tea.

80 percent of the staff is Afghan! I'm not being racist! But the cashier is not a pro-Afghan friend! We wanted tap water for our car! We barely got the water with a fight!!! If the cashier had been a Turk or a Kurd, we would definitely not have encountered such an attitude! It has nothing to do with Kurdish or Turkish businesses! They sold the place!!!

Choose staff that will be friendly towards your customers! Choose carefully the people you choose, especially those who are responsible.

Amazing and delicious fresh food

On February 2nd at 7:00 p.m., indicate whether the Afghan friend at the checkout is the owner of the store! Let's not go again! His attitude towards the customer was disgusting!!! He fought for free tap water! Shame on you.

The food and service are terrible.. . 1. The names of the dishes are wrong and the tastes are very different. Types of pasta are written as manti in the manti department. 2. Italian pasta is spelled like Turkish manti. 3. I bought Beyti chicken, there is no chicken in it, they put 2 small pieces of chicken and stuffed the rest with peppers. 4. on this topic: I told the person in charge, he told me that's how it is with us, they weren't even interested in a meal that I wasn't happy with, they even told me and left.. . I have never seen a restaurant like this...

The food really tasted excellent. The service was friendly. Personally, I find the restaurant a bit uncomfortable (due to its size) and the music was definitely too loud.

bona’me Frankfurt is one of our absolute favorite restaurants and we come here regularly, especially for breakfast. Every time we are amazed by the quality of the food, the friendly service and the pleasant atmosphere. The selection of breakfast dishes is diverse, fresh and incredibly tasty - it's always a pleasure to try your way through the oriental delicacies. The mix of traditional and modern elements in the dishes is what makes bona’me so special. The service is also first class. The staff is always friendly, attentive and helpful. What is particularly noteworthy is how welcome dogs are here: our four-legged friend is brought water straight away every time, which we find very thoughtful. These small gestures make the stay all the more pleasant and show that the satisfaction of all guests is really important here. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The price level is completely appropriate for the quality and taste of the food. The ambience also contributes to making you feel completely at home here - modern, cozy and with a touch of oriental flair. We can only warmly recommend bona’me, be it for a relaxed breakfast, a meeting with friends or a special occasion. Everything is perfect here and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Very uncomplicated and lots of space in the store. Food is good, a little bit of meat at the Izmir Köfte.

I just find the concept unsuitable for groups. Someone is always getting up and getting something.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our breakfast at Boname in Frankfurt. Although the location is nice and well located, and the self-service was okay, the portions were far too small, so we were still hungry after the meal. For the high price we paid, we would have expected much more. The quality was not convincing and the overall experience was anything but satisfactory. Definitely not a recommendation from us.

This place really surprised me. I have now been a few times and every dish has been delicious. Perfect for brunch, lunch or even dinner.

The atmosphere is perfect. The system is set up very well. The taste is very good. As a Kurd, I am very happy that there is such a place.

We went and tried it upon recommendation during my trip to Frankfurt. First of all, the atmosphere is great. As for the concept, I personally liked it as it was a concept I had not seen before. While you can relieve the stress of the week with cocktails, you can also enjoy the interpretation of local dishes. I really liked the portions and variety of products. As a criticism: I couldn't find the taste of bulgur pilaf quite right. We are the same culture and yes, bulgur/rice is very important, but rice reminded me of the bulgur pilaf I used to make when I was learning how to cook. Apart from that, I didn't like the fig pita at first, but it was a great match for dessert after the meal. I don't have anything to say about the tea, I loved its presentation. I will stop by again when I go to Frankfurt.

It was a 10/10 really. Great price and even though you order yourself, the employees are super helpful and always pay attention to the table. Bring everything and clear away straight away. Also help with problems with the ordering process. The food is incredibly delicious. Great price-performance ratio.

The ambience is super nice, but I didn't like the food. I ordered Beyti with chicken and received Beyti with vegetables. There were only 1-2 pieces of chicken in there.

Cohesive atmosphere, the portions are tasty and quantitatively large. There are no waitresses anymore so let's say there are service staff. They are very nice and will help if anything is unclear. As for the menu, it was a bit inaccurate as it was written in Turkish. Otherwise I can recommend this locally.

I'm very undecided here, the restaurant is a huge hall like e.g. at Vapiano with the difference that you choose a dish on a screen, book it on a memory card, read it using a scanner and then look for a table. After not that long you pick up your food at the counter, the food (for me a meze starter plate, rich and very tasty) is good and looks nice and fresh. The atmosphere for a quick lunch is OK, cozy and different, service is non-existent in the sense that you have to do everything yourself. Would I do it again? I do not know!

Unfortunately vegetarian falafel beyti was disastrous. For a Turkish restaurant to offer such a bad falafel is really sad. Very dry and tasteless :( Unfortunately only 1 star for the Beyti vegetarian. And that's €14.90!!!!! Very little vegan selection. Very meaty. Ambience was nice.

I have often eaten at Bona Me in Frankfurt and every time it was a pleasure! I tried both breakfast and various main courses, and everything was beyond delicious. The dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and lovingly prepared - simply a culinary highlight. Particularly noteworthy is the service: super friendly, attentive and always helpful. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. Whether for a leisurely breakfast or a delicious dinner – Bona Me is always a good choice. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We were there with a couple who were friends of ours and I personally have NEVER eaten Turkish food and I'm still blown away, so I know that it wasn't and won't be the first and last time to eat there!! It's like an oriental McDonald's. Food tastes bland, no seasoning, and too expensive considering the portion size. And you have to order on a screen like at McDonald's, but with a very nice menu navigation, so you hardly know what you're ordering. Bad concepts taken from somewhere else and implemented even worse here. Never again.

Very tasty food, especially the manti! The ambience is also well thought out and tasteful and contemporary. The prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, one star less for the food and service because you can only order via screen terminal. Unfortunately, special requests regarding food intolerances, diabetes and allergies cannot be taken into account. Waiting staff would be desirable. So I can't come to Bona'me to eat with my partner. By the way, in the 80s and 90s I often went dancing to Techno + House at Junghofstraße 14 -> at OMEN!

Nov 24 Breakfast 2 of us at 11.15am Thursday You will be amazed how beautiful was the decor. Tastefully decorated and detailed. Even the bathroom also nicely designed. The ordering system was also quite high tech but very easy. Service was great 10/10. They explained from the ordering system, the menu and very kind. Foods also very tastefully presented with a delicious taste 10/10 from appetizer till the dessert. Drinks: the warm Turkish tea was very addictive hhahahaha… but the ice lemon tea also feel refreshing Ambience very very nice 10/10. Location wise very near the high end boutiques street. For sure will comeback here whenever we cqme to Frankfurt again.

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. A comfortable environment. I liked it. It's a self-service restaurant, you order your food and get your drinks separately. This is the point I don't like very much. Besides, it is not a very cheap place, so it is possible to find this strange. As for the food, I will evaluate what we have tasted so far: I don't like the breakfast very much, it's a taster. The tea is warm. Kısır is a taste other than the Kısir we know. As for the pasta with shrimps and meatballs: the portions are quite good, but the pasta is unsalted, so it is not delicious. Meatballs are successful. Chicken Beyti is visually successful, but unfortunately it is very bland and tasteless. Pitas: In general, the visuals are very successful, but there is still a salt problem. It's unsalted, so something needs to be added. Lemonade is very successful. We tried chocolate pita for dessert, I thought it was good.

Really great food with only a short waiting time. I ate an incredibly tasty salad and drank homemade iced tea. The ambiente was comfortable but elegant and not noisy at all. We had a relaxing evening with waiters also asking if everything is fine every once in a while. I highly recommend this restaurant and will 100% come back to taste other meals. The hummus was also incredible by the way!

My first visit to Boname. The beautiful young lady Cornelia gave me a warm welcome and showed me the shop, also gave me advice on what to eat and asked attentively whether everything was OK during the meal. I would love to come back with such great employees. The food was very tasty.

The ambience of the location was really beautiful and stylishly designed - a place where you can feel comfortable at first glance. The food was okay, not outstanding, but not disappointing either. When it came to the drinks, however, I was very disappointed: the cocktails were neither visually appealing nor tasty. An excessive amount of syrup was used, so that the cocktail unfortunately had nothing to do with a real cocktail. I politely complained and asked to just get a soft drink instead. Unfortunately, my concern was not taken seriously - instead I received a very negative and unfriendly reaction. Apparently constructive criticism is not welcome here and is met with arrogance instead of accommodation. It's a shame for the Boname Group as I wouldn't go there again based on this experience.

Very tasty food! Pide highly recommended and large portions. Service is almost non-existent. Order on the screen like at McDonalds. Food and drinks are then handed out for collection at the counter (beeper available for the table). You pay when you leave. All orders are booked onto the issued card, which you receive upon entry. More of a canteen in a nice atmosphere. I think the concept fits well into the environment. Excellent for quick, uncomplicated meals, for example during breaks. For me it takes some getting used to. When it comes to food, I prefer personal service and staff service. The location and toilets were neat and clean at the time of the visit. 4 stars from me.
