Delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere at moderate prices. Very good!

All in all, it's okay! The food itself is tasty, but the portions are very, very small for the price. Food and drinks are ordered from a tablet and have to be picked up yourself. It's more of a place for a quick bite.

The ambiance was lovely, but unfortunately the food was not good. The beyti bread was too hard and inedible. We waited a very long time for the rice pudding, about 35 minutes.

Unfortunately, our visit was not entirely satisfactory. It was very loud, and the food arrived at different times. Furthermore, we had to get up and collect each plate ourselves, which became rather annoying after a while. The pasta in tomato sauce was significantly overcooked and fell apart while eating. The food itself was also disappointing (there were five of us). The pitas on the mezze platter arrived very cold, and the minced meat skewers and the meatloaf from the beyti were burnt and therefore very dry. While the restaurant's atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, it unfortunately couldn't compensate for these issues. We will not be returning.

It was our first time at your place – we entered the store – a rude guy at the entrance said hello and gave us two cards – my girlfriend and I were completely overwhelmed. She then asked what we did with the cards. He said – go to the back! And pointed us in the direction with his finger, indicating that we should go to the back! We then tried to find our way around on our own… The ambiance was very cute and the food was also delicious.

Turkish food, a bit of everything except doner kebab. Delicious. Something different. Healthy and/or vegetarian options are also available. The food arrives quite quickly. However, it takes some getting used to that all the dishes are displayed on a cluttered screen with their Turkish names and no further explanation. Self-service is sometimes only possible if someone is willing to help with the service and selection. It's a good place for larger groups to eat because of the long tables. It's not very cozy, and I wouldn't recommend it for just the two of you.

The atmosphere is really nice. There's practically no service, as everything is done via tablets. You have to go to the counter/bar to order and pick everything up yourself. You also have to get your own drinks. You're constantly on the move, since you have to collect everything individually. This makes it feel like there are 100 waiters constantly milling about. There were only a few actual "waiters," and they were hard to find. The system wasn't explained to us either. You scan a QR code for the menu. However, you can't order most of the items on the menu because they don't actually exist. This caused us major problems, as we had to look for alternatives for food and drinks several times. It all looked very nice, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing.

The menu is limited, and the terminal is extremely inconvenient. The pide, meze, and bread were tasty. The salads and main courses were not. The meat (beef) was dry and unchewable. For a self-service establishment, it's way too expensive. The cashier was very unpleasant. This was my first time here, and instead of any explanation, they just stiffly shoved my card at me. I wouldn't come back again.

Delicious food and great cocktails. The concept: Select your dish using a QR code on your phone or at one of the terminals. The menu is well-designed with pictures and descriptions. Then, select your food and drinks on the terminal, hold the payment card you received at the entrance to the terminal, and link it to a buzzer. Return to your seat, and the buzzer will indicate which item is ready for pickup at which station.

Something a little different, practically self-service at a high level with delicious food.

Tho place can be a solid 5 stars but there is always a small catch and usually it’s in the kitchen side. The staff are usually friendly and helpful and somehow I end up coming back every once and while. This time I tried a new dish called Borak, to my surprise I didn’t recognize the dish when I was at the counter so the cook understood it and added walnuts to the salad (he forgot to add them so the salad was only tomatoes and Concumbre) and then handed back the dish. So I let you compare the two pictures. There was two pieces, one with minced meat and no spinach and another one with only spinach and no minced meat so I thought I didn’t understand the description. Hope this will be fixed as I like the atmosphere here and would be happy to go back.

Delicious food and super fast service! It’s a great place to eat alone or with friends, and splitting the bill is very convenient.

A nice restaurant chain with delicious food. Generally, it's better suited for a quick bite, as the tables aren't particularly comfortable and it's quite loud and bustling. It's a shame that everyone receives their food at different times, but that's probably unavoidable with this ordering system. Special requests couldn't be accommodated (dressing for the salad on the side). However, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and tasty.

Delicious food and a lovely atmosphere

Truly delicious and mostly authentic Turkish cuisine. There are many customization options when ordering. I find the decor very well done and atmospheric!

Social media hype. The food was extremely bland. We felt sick after eating it. We had: 4 different types of pide and manti.

I usually order beyti with chicken and vegetables. Unfortunately, the amount of meat has been very small the last two times. If you complain, they tell you that there are always three pieces of chicken in it, which are supposedly weighed. Okay, fine, but the pieces are barely 4x3cm at most, if that. For that, the price of almost €16 is really steep. Furthermore, lately the tables are always full of old trays that you have to clear yourself if you want to sit there. The waiters walk right past them, even when it's not busy. The cook was kind enough to give me some extra meat the time before last, but I didn't want to ask again next time. The cooks are always very friendly and seem to at least understand the complaint.

A very nice place and the service was excellent. We were a group of over 20 people and Mr. Khaled gave us excellent advice and took great care of us. We would gladly return.

Otherwise, we were constantly on our feet and rarely at the table... everything has to be ordered at the terminal, like at McDonald's... first order drinks and take a pager that vibrates when something's ready... barely sat down, got up again to get drinks... then the same with the appetizer and main course, as well as my second non-alcoholic beer... unfortunately, the music was very loud... luckily, I understand my daughter's sign language... 3 people - 100 euros... that was perfectly fine... The only thing that's absolutely unacceptable are the displays for ordering food... in one second, you have all the bacteria and viruses of every guest on your finger... it would be better if guests could order via Bluetooth or iPad... the concept is trendy, but only sustainable if the owner takes my suggestions seriously... We love it here! The food is absolutely delicious! Not to mention the waiters! Everyone is such a wonderful person, so helpful and attentive! Thanks to Murad for always being there for us!!

We met up with friends here after many years; two of them are vegetarians. Everyone found something suitable. We chatted for hours without anyone bothering us or asking if we wanted anything else – and most importantly, no one gave us disapproving looks about when we were finally going to get up and make room for the next customer. There's definitely plenty of space. I'll definitely visit again.

We loved the East-West concept. The place is quite spacious, and the interior design is beautiful. There are various seating options. For dessert, we ordered the Toblerone chocolate-filled pita, which was delicious. The portion might be a bit too large for one person, so it's ideal for sharing. The tea served in a copper teapot is both authentic and unique. We were very pleased with the prompt and attentive service. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience and therefore not recommended: - Some of the vegetables in the beyti were raw - The beyti was swimming in sauce - The manti were sold out - The feta dip was sold out - The meze was finished after the main course.

Imagine it like this: Vapiano 2010, but Kurdish/Turkish. All in all, truly excellent! I'd come back anytime! Please keep up this level!

Unfortunately, the food wasn't anything special. We ordered a meze platter, and we had no complaints about that. However, some of the main courses were already cold. We ordered pide with chicken, crispy chicken beyti, and one each of babuka chicken and babuka meat. Instead of chicken, we received two babuka meat dishes. Unfortunately, there was much more vegetables (mushrooms) than meat in the dishes. We thought we had ordered vegetarian. The taste wasn't great either. We found all the dishes extremely greasy and heavy, especially the crispy chicken beyti, which was so greasy it was practically dripping with oil. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the food. If we were to come back, I would only order the meze platter.

Many dishes were sold out by 9 pm on Saturday evening.

Very tasty and fresh. All the dishes were still hot. The babunka pleasantly surprised me. I thought it would be a small portion for 9.90, but with the red rice it was more than enough. It's baked with mushrooms and cheese and then served with hot bread. Unbelievably delicious! :) I also had the cay. It was a whole pot. 5 glasses. Perfect for cold temperatures. The atmosphere is inviting and clean. You just feel at home. It's self-service, so you order from the machine. I think that's great. The prices are totally fair. Oh, that was a small side salad...but it was equivalent to a medium-sized salad. The staff are super friendly.

A very nice restaurant with a modern design and Kurdish elements. The food was excellent, especially the lunch specials are recommended. Although there is no traditional waitress service, the staff were attentive and helpful, as we were new to the concept. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and well-suited for small and large groups. There is a parking garage nearby, and the neighborhood is also very attractive.

Let's rename it to shabby! At first, we were happy because the juice and coffee were really good. Unfortunately, the food took forever, and then half of the items we ordered were cold. People who had ordered the same dishes long after us got their food much sooner. Extremely disorganized. Unfortunately, disappointing overall.

The lack of table service is a bit of a letdown, but it's one of the best breakfast and lunch options in Frankfurt. Everything is delicious.

I really like the ambiance of the restaurant; it's very clean inside, but the terrace was a bit unkempt (there was trash on the floor) and seemed to have been forgotten to clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. However, I was very disappointed with the appetizer plate, especially the simit left over from breakfast. The sucuk wasn't really part of the menu either. The other appetizers tasted okay, but not outstanding.

Cozy, small restaurant with a few interesting dishes. The restaurant's ambiance is also very chic. One thing you should know: Food is ordered at a self-service kiosk and charged to a card, which you pay for at the end. The food isn't delivered to your table; instead, you'll be notified via a pager when it's ready. If you need help with something (in our case, for example, an extra plate for the kids), you'll be helped without any complications.

I found the food at bona me incredibly delicious, especially the appetizer platter with several different dips and other items. It's best to go with a group of people so you can share the food, as there's so much delicious food that you don't know what to choose. The food is great for sharing, with large portions and a fair price.

What a shame! Such a beautiful restaurant with completely unfriendly staff. They offer no service. The staff pays no attention whatsoever. I ordered a €16 breakfast, including an extra €2 mini simit. Everything was served in tiny portions. Not worth the money.

The receptionist was very friendly. We had to wait longer than usual for some dishes. Some dishes also didn't taste as good as expected and usual. However, criticism was accepted.

The atmosphere was calm, and the waitress, who spoke Portuguese, served us very well! My family loved the experience.

Decent food in a nice restaurant. Unfortunately the user experience with ordering and collecting is very messy, what made the lunch quite painful and asynchron to eat in a group with fellows.

I was surprised and cannot understand the 4.1 rating. The food was really delicious, the decor was ultra modern, everything was excellent and the service was very friendly, but the upscale atmosphere is a bit different than typical. I would love to come back, it definitely has something special, even the service staff's uniforms I found nice and unusual. PS: praise to the owners, great vision.

We spent our lunch break there as part of a larger group. Since you can't make reservations at lunchtime, it's advisable to arrive early if you have a large group. Eternal waiting times, bad food

Self-service, and yet we still waited forever for our cocktails, even though there was nothing going on...

I was there for the first time yesterday and would eat there again today! I thought the food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and intense. The drinks we had were also good. I was very impressed with the selection of different dishes (especially vegetarian). You order with a menu or a pager. The system is easy to understand and works perfectly. However, I didn't find the staff particularly friendly when picking up the food. As I said, it was my first time there and I was a little unsure which dish was for me. Since the food is absolutely my top priority, I can recommend everyone to try their food here!

We've always enjoyed eating here, but at some point the portion sizes got smaller, but the prices stayed the same. They also tend to "forget" something when ordering small dishes, so we sometimes realized too late that we'd paid for everything even though we didn't get everything. A few times I also noticed that the soap dispensers in the restroom had been diluted with water. We won't be eating here again, which is a shame.

Turkish restaurant. The staff are respectful and serve you if you need anything. You order using a device and you receive the order. The food menu is simple and beautiful.

The ambiance is really nice, and the service is very friendly. The food was very good to okay, depending on the dish, although the meat skewer was still half raw. What really annoyed me, however, was that they claimed that all of Frankfurt had a system error, and therefore no debit or credit cards were accepted, only EC cards or cash. This wasn't communicated until the end when paying. This not only made the checkout line crowded for some, but also led to arguments and alternatives that could have been avoided with simple communication at the beginning. Additionally, I didn't experience a "system error" at any other restaurant or location that day, so the claim that this was the case throughout Frankfurt was incorrect.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance after a long walk in Frankfurt's city center – and what a stroke of luck! The restaurant is centrally located, yet quietly on a side street. Despite its size, the tasteful interior, pleasant lighting, and clever room layout make it feel very inviting and cozy. We were particularly impressed by a young man who approached us outside the restaurant – with such passion and authenticity that we spontaneously went in. He explained the concept to us: Turkish-Kurdish cuisine with modern, light interpretations and a great love of its heritage – even the grandparents of the owner's family overlook the dining room from a bookshelf. The food was excellent, the atmosphere relaxed (including pleasant background music), and the personal attention of this young man made us feel almost like we were being invited into a private setting. A fine example of how even large restaurants can offer genuine hospitality. Absolutely recommended – we'll be back!
