Zuerst erhalten Sie eine Karte, mit der Sie später bezahlen. Getränke bestellen Sie an der Getränketheke, Speisen an der Essensausgabe und belasten die Karte. Die Bestellung erfolgt über die Displays. Anschließend erhalten Sie einen kleinen Vibrationspager. Sobald Ihre Bestellung fertig ist, können Sie sie an der jeweiligen Theke abholen. Die Küche ist offen, sodass Sie die Zubereitung der Speisen beobachten können, ähnlich wie bei Vapiano. Fast alles war lecker und reichhaltig. Mein Pide war jedoch viel zu salzig. Auch mein Getränk war zu wässrig und geschmacklos. Was mich gestört hat, war die Menüdarstellung beim Scannen des QR-Codes. Wir hätten beinahe Gerichte unter „Mittagessen“ oder „Frühstück“ ausgewählt, da wir diese beim ersten Mal nicht erhalten hatten. Die Menüdarstellung auf dem Display ist übersichtlicher. Ich würde dieses Restaurant gerne wieder besuchen. Das Ambiente ist mit dem gedämpften Licht, den Blumen an der Decke und dem orientalischen Flair sehr elegant.

Wir waren im Lokal am Sonntag gegen Mittag, es gab wenig Besucher und genug Platz. Gutes: * Leckeres Essen * Gute Auswahl an Getränken * Innenausstattung ist angenehm und nett * Überschaubares Bestellsystem mit Tischservice Schlechtes: * Im Speisesaal und auf der Terrasse standen über längere Zeit, während unserer ganzen Anwesenheit, unaufgeräumte Tische mit schmutzigem Geschirr und Essensresten. Spatzen flogen aus dem Gebüsch an und bedienten sich an den Tischen auf der Terrasse. Es war lustig zu beobachten, aber aus hygienischen Gründen ist es äusserst schlecht. * Trotz wenigen Besuchern war die Toilette unsauber. * Küchenmitarbeiter schoben durch den Speisesaal eine größere Transportkarre mit befüllten blauen Müllsäcken. Common, Leute! Dafür gibt es Hintereingang!

Nach Jahren wieder ausprobiert. Mir gefällt das Konzept und Ambiente. Ich habe keine Unverträglichkeiten und gehe gerne türkisch aus. Leider diesmal nach dem Essen mit Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall, unmittelbar danach. Keine Ahnung woran es lag, aber bitte Kühlketten wie beim Joghurt oder Fleisch beachten im Sommer. Ich würde es gern aber irgendwann nochmal für ein Familienabend oder Freunde Abend versuchen. P/L könnte etwas besser sein!

Sauberes Lokal, gutes Essen. Schöner Ort für Sonntagsbrunch. Der Tee ist leider immer kalt, die Getränkeauswahl könnte verbessert werden.

Sehr leckeres Essen und schönes Ambiente (Sofas, angenehmes Licht, Kamineffekt). Haben dort nach dem Essen noch eine Stunde Switch gespielt.

Ich bin von dem Laden sehr begeistert. Mir hat es sehr gefallen. Der ganzer Laden ist super eingerichtet und sehr groß mit verschiedenen sitzbereichen. Ich habe nur Kaffee getrunken. Was anders war als bei den üblichen Läden, die Bestellung! Man kann ohne Hilfe schlecht klarkommen, war bei uns der Fall. Man braucht für jede einzelne Bestellung eine Karte und einen Scanner 🤭 viel Spaß dort. Essen konnte ich nicht bewerten da ich eingeladen wurde spontan und wollte daher nur Kaffee getrunken das auch geschmeckt hat.

Leider würden wir nicht bedient , ob wohl keine Gäste da waren 🫩

Das Bestellsystem ist furchtbar. Zweimal haben sie unser Essen jemand anderem gegeben. Das Essen ist köstlich und das Restaurant ist gut erreichbar. Direkt daneben befindet sich außerdem ein Parkhaus.

Herzliche Atmosphäre, modernes und gemütliches Dekor. Ausgezeichnetes Essen.

Ihr Verhalten war einfach nur entsetzlich; niemand kümmerte sich um andere, die Angestellten waren arrogant, es war wirklich beschämend. Ich bin eine Stunde gefahren, um dorthin zu gelangen, und musste umkehren, ohne etwas zu essen bekommen zu haben. Es war eine furchtbare Situation.

Ich fand die Idee der Selbstbedienung super, das ist ein richtiges Erlebnis, das Essen war fantastisch und die Portionen waren sehr großzügig.

Das Essen war köstlich und die Toilette blitzblank! Es roch nicht unangenehm und es gab Toilettenpapier. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

An sich super lecker wie in Hamburg. Nur das das essen etwas schnell kalt wurde und dann nicht mehr so schmeckt als wie es warm serviert wird. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Köche waren super freundlich – dafür gibt es ein klares Lob. Was allerdings gar nicht ging, war ein halbstarker Mann am Servicepoint, der gefühlt die ganze Zeit nur hin und her läuft und nichts macht. Fürs Rauchen scheint genug Zeit zu sein – zweimal hintereinander war offenbar kein Problem. Noch fragwürdiger war sein Verhalten zusammen mit dem Barkeeper. Statt sich um die Arbeit zu kümmern, wurde eine Mitarbeiterin (erwachsene Frau),die einfach nur ihren Job macht, mit unnötigen Ansagen und Arbeitsanweisungen „belehrt“. Hinter ihrem Rücken wurde dann gelacht. Redest du so auch mit deiner Mutter? Das wirkte nicht nur respektlos, sondern fast schon wie Schikane. Ein bisschen weniger Machogehabe und ein bisschen mehr Arbeitsmoral würden dem Servicepoint gut tun. Schade, denn das leckere Essen und die super freundlichen Köche hätten eigentlich eine deutlich bessere Bewertung verdient.

Echte Lebensmittel, echte Zutaten und echte Menschen. So hat Gott es für uns vorgesehen – erfüllt von seiner Liebe, um unseren Körper zu stärken. Gut gemacht! 👏

Das Restaurant und das Essen sehen super aus, leider ist der Inhalt enttäuschend. Das System ohne Speisekarte und mit den Karten/Geräten gefällt mir leider überhaupt nicht und erinnert an billige fast good Restaurants - was nicht zu dem eigentlich schicken Ambiente des Restaurants passt. Die Getränke, die ich bisher hatte, waren schwach und wässrig, gleiches gilt leider auch für den Hummus... Ein paar Gerichte auf der Karte sollen wohl ziemlich gut sein, die habe ich aber wohl leider nicht erwischt. Im Großen und Ganzen, nichts für mich.

Echt tolle Location und Ambiente, Essen war auch sehr lecker, sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöner Laden aber das Essen war nicht sehr Geschmackvoll

Essen war lecker Ambiente war auch schön, aber das Personal und die Geschäftsführung sind sehr unprofessionell.

Ambiente sehr schön, Musik entspannt, nicht aufdringlich! Am Anfang gibt’s ne Karte, man geht an ein Terminal, sucht sich was aus, hält die Karte und einen Pieper dran und geht zurück zum Tisch. Sehr interessant is, das man auf dem Pieper stehen hat wo man was holen soll. Essen sehr lecker, allerdings - vielleicht haben wir es auch nicht geschnallt wo man das am Terminal hätte angeben können- man kann auf Unverträglichkeiten nicht aufmerksam machen. Beim rausgehen gibt man die Karte wieder ab, zahlt und hat sehr lecker gegessen.

Sehr lecker und frisch. Alle Speisen waren noch heiß. Das Babunka hat mich positiv überrascht. Dachte für 9,90 eine kleine Portion, war aber mit dem roten Reis mehr als ausreichend. Das wird mit Champignons und Käse gebacken und dann heißes Brot oben drauf. Unfassbar geil!🙂 ich hatte noch den Cay. Das ist eine ganze Kanne gewesen. 5 x Gläser. Passt gut an kalten Temperaturen. Die Atmosphäre ist einladend, sauber. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Ist Selbstbedienung, also bestellen über den Automat. Finde ich geil. Die Preise sind total fair. Achso, das war ein kleiner Beilagensalat..entsprach aber einem mittelgroßen Salat. Staff ist superfreundlich.

Einige Gerichte sind sehr lecker und andere wiederum sind unterirdisch. Gerichtsgrößen sind eher klein bis mittelgroß. Auch hier kommt es wieder auf die jeweilige Speise an. Die Fotogrößen auf dem Bildschirm suggerieren sehr häufig eine größere Speise, als tatsächlich ankommt. Die Getränke sind sehr lecker und es gibt eine vielseitige Auswahl von Softdrinks, Homemade Getränken bis hin zu Weinsorten Cocktails, sowie Bieren. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter insgesamt auch nett. Dadurch, dass es keinen Kellner Service gibt sondern Terminal Stationen zum bestellen und selbstabholen, kriegt der Bereich Service keine Bewertung, weils insofern ja auch keinen gibt. Die Preise sind insgesamt Frankfurt Stadtmitte typisch.

Alles war in Ordnung; das Essen, das Ambiente und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant waren angenehm. Falls Sie Angst vor Hunden haben: Hunde dürfen zusammen mit ihren Besitzern ins Restaurant mitgebracht werden (was mir persönlich überhaupt nicht behagte).

Waren mit der Gruppe da. Kommen wieder.

Ich hatte leider das Pech das mein Gericht obwohl es nicht als scharf deklariert war ungenießbar war, ich musste es leider zurück gehen lassen, dafür kam.der Chef persönlich und hat mir eine Flasche Wasser gebracht und es gab ein Nachtisch aufs Haus, da ich durch die Schärfe nichts Deftiges mehr essen konnte. Das andere Gericht "Pide" war lecker. Aber ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, es ist zwar super schön dort, alles sauber und schön offen gestaltet. Aber uns gefällt es tatsächlich das Essen an der Theke abholen und keinen Kontakt zum Servicepersonal zu haben nicht. Die Authentizität vom Restaurant geht für uns etwas verloren und dafür finde ich es zu hochpreisig.

An sich gutes und leckeres Essen. Ich war mit älteren Kollegen dort, die das Bestellsystem nicht ganz verstanden haben. Eine Kollegin verglich dieses mit McDonald's und meinte, dass sie das nächste Mal nicht hierher kommen würde. Ein Mitarbeiter erklärte uns dann geduldig das System. Vielleicht könnte man bei Ankunft kurz erklären, was einen erwartet, damit man nicht überrascht wird, dass man nicht bedient wird. Vom Ambiente schön, auch die Lautstärke sehr verträglich: Man konnte sich gut unterhalten.

Essen viel zu wenig für den Preis 50€

Am Eingang erhalten Sie eine Karte, auf der Sie Ihre Einkäufe eingeben und am Ausgang bezahlen. Speisen und Getränke werden an Automaten bestellt. Sie nehmen den Automaten, der piept, sobald Ihr Essen fertig ist, und können es abholen. Die Gerichte sind bereits teilweise vorbereitet, sodass der Service schnell ist und Sie nicht warten müssen. Alle Gerichte sind mindestens leicht scharf, bitte beachten Sie dies. Obwohl manche Portionen nicht riesig erscheinen, machen sie sehr satt. Das Restaurant ist schön, modern und sauber.

Wer in Frankfurt authentische türkische Küche sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Alles schmeckt frisch und traditionell, und die Auswahl ist riesig. Das Restaurant ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet viele große Tische für Gruppen sowie einen gemütlichen Cafébereich für einen kurzen Tee oder einen kleinen Imbiss. Ein toller Ort für alles, vom kurzen Besuch bis zum Abendessen mit einer größeren Gruppe. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Erwartungen übertroffen Ich bin Deutsche und gewohnt, dass Restaurants nach einer gewissen Uhrzeit bestimmte Gerichte nicht mehr anbieten. Am 19. März besuchten mich Freunde aus Madrid und Istanbul in Frankfurt. Wir wollten unbedingt im Bona’me ein türkisches Frühstück genießen, aber es war schon weit nach der Frühstückszeit. Zum Glück war Frau SaFae an der Rezeption und konnte mit dem Küchenchef eine Ausnahme für uns machen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig, und die Bedienung war überaus freundlich. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend in Ihrem Restaurant!

Ich war schonmal Frühstücken im Bona me in Hannover & fande es eigentlich ganz gut, sodass wir uns spontan dazu entschieden zu Abend im Bona me Frankfurt zu essen. Leider waren wir am Ende des Abends sehr enttäuscht. Wir hatten einmal das Gericht Şiş Kebap, Köfteli çiftlik sac & Lahmacun. Zum einen war das Fleisch nicht richtig durch & zum anderen bestand der Lahmacun hauptsächlich aus Tomate, Paprika - obwohl es nicht die vegetarische Variante war. Auch Geschmacklich hat es uns leider nicht überzeugt, da wir selber viel aus der türkischen/kurdischen Küche kennen & essen. İnsgesamt war das Essen geschmacklich leider eher wie eine Massenanfertigung & hat uns für den Preis nicht überzeugt..

Mein Lieblings orientalisches Restaurant in Frankfurt! Schöne Location, top Personal und das Essen ist einfach der absolute Wahnsinn – jedes Mal eine echte Geschmacksexplosion. Besonders cool finde ich, dass die Karte regelmäßig wechselt. So gibt es immer Abwechslung und man wird jedes Mal aufs Neue überrascht. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal im Bona’me Frankfurt in der Innenstadt. Die Location ist modern und schön eingerichtet, zudem gibt es eine große Auswahl an Sitzplätzen. Das Bestellkonzept ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig Man bekommt eine Karte und bestellt selbst über ein Display. Zum Personal kann man daher wenig sagen, da man sein Essen auch selbst abholen muss. Leider gab es bei unserem Besuch einige Kritikpunkte. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass das Essen bei vier Personen nicht gleichzeitig serviert wurde. Meine Frau bekam ihr Gericht zuerst, während wir anderen noch etwa 20 Minuten warten mussten. So war es nicht möglich, gemeinsam zu essen und das, obwohl das Restaurant nicht stark ausgelastet war. Insgesamt sind die Portionen für die aufgerufenen Preise eher klein. Die Pide sowie das Lachmaun waren trocken und recht hart. Auch das Orient Cheese konnte geschmacklich nicht überzeugen und fiel zudem sehr klein aus. Das Çiftlik Sac, das als erstes kam, war zwar lecker, aber ebenfalls eher knapp portioniert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Babuko à la Bona’me das war wirklich sehr schmackhaft und ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Fazit Für einen einmaligen Besuch kann man das Bona‘me durchaus ausprobieren, vor allem, wenn man gerade in der Innenstadt unterwegs ist. Um wirklich satt zu werden, sollte man jedoch mehr bestellen und preislich ist das Ganze dafür eher im oberen Bereich angesiedelt.

Wir bestellten zwei Frühstücksteller und ein Pitabrot. Die Frühstücksteller kamen anderthalb Stunden später. Das Pitabrot ist nach über zwei Stunden immer noch nicht da. Es war zudem altbacken. Ich werde hier nicht wieder essen gehen. Es gab keinerlei Erklärung.

Volle fünf Sternen kann ich nur empfehlen.

Die Köche schauen nicht ob die Bestellung zu einem Gehört, das heißt man könnte sich einfach daneben stellen und Sachen nehmen. Zudem sind die Preise viel zu hoch, zum einen für den mittelmäßigen Geschmack und zum anderen für die große, die für Kinder unter 4 ausgelegt sind. Die Musik ist unpassend und viel zu Laut. Alles in allem würde ich sagen, dass man nichts verpasst.

Essen war lecker. Beyti kenne ich zwar anders, war aber gut. Aber die Preise sind extrem saftig teuer und am Ende hat man nicht Mal eine Bedienung. Preis Leistung passt absolut nicht. Das Konzept ist für mich ehrlich gesagt nicht schön, ich will doch nicht wie in einem Imbiss aufstehen und mein Essen abholen. Ich trinke viel Wasser zum Essen und musste dreimal bestellen gehen. Nicht mein Ding leider.

Leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal, gemütliche Atmosphäre! Ich komme wieder!

Essen war leider alles kalt und man musste lange warten bis es fertig war. Insgesamt leider überteuert für die Qualität. Ambiente ist aber schön.

Heute waren meine Frau und ich zum Iftar bei bona’me in Frankfurt. Trotz Reservierung mussten wir zunächst etwa 15 Minuten mitten im Laden warten. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang konnte uns nicht erklären, warum wir warten müssen oder wann wir endlich zu unserem Platz gehen können. Anstatt uns von Anfang an ehrlich zu sagen, dass es Probleme bzw. einen Systemausfall gibt, wurden wir einfach hingehalten. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir uns rechtzeitig etwas anderes suchen können, um unser Fasten zu brechen. Nachdem wir schließlich saßen, stellte sich heraus, dass tatsächlich ein kompletter Systemausfall vorlag. Da dort alles digital läuft und man seine Bestellung selbst aufgeben muss, konnte niemand etwas bestellen oder Essen bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten völlig überfordert und konnten keine klaren Informationen geben. Für uns – und viele andere Gäste – bedeutete das, dass wir unser Fasten nicht brechen konnten. Nach etwa 40 Minuten sind wir sehr enttäuscht gegangen, ohne etwas gegessen zu haben. So eine Erfahrung habe ich wirklich noch nie gemacht. Absolut keine Empfehlung. ❌

The staff was friendly, but they get stressed when too many people unfamiliar with the terminal have questions. The food was tasty and ready for pickup quickly. A significant point deduction because the dish selected via the QR code at the table was then unavailable at the terminal. The same thing happened with the Espresso Martini. Of course, this can happen when ordering at the table too, that something is out of stock. BUT if I'm already using QR codes and a digital process, I think it's reasonable that the selection is synchronized and I don't have to scroll around the terminal like an idiot. My personal opinion, yes, a recommendation for lunch. But for me, a relaxed dinner with friends is still something else entirely.

I have to say, Bona'me in Frankfurt was my favorite place for a long time. However, last time I was there, they made me deep-fried manti even though I wanted boiled ones. They did replace them afterward, but this time the manti were unfortunately stale. That's probably why they deep-fried them, so I wouldn't notice :)) I think that's a shame – they could have just said they were out of manti. When I was leaving, they asked for my opinion. When I honestly said it was just "okay," they even gave me a hard time about it. As a Turkish person, I really loved Bona'me :))

Summary: The staff was extremely rushed and very curt when asked questions. There was no explanation or instruction on how the self-service worked. The food was mediocre, and having to get up five times to get drinks, food, and cutlery made a pleasant, relaxed evening impossible. Main courses weren't ready until 15 minutes apart. This was our first time at the restaurant, and upon arrival, a flustered-looking man showed us to a table without any further explanation. We eventually figured out that it was a self-service restaurant and no waiter came to the table. Ordering was frustrating because the system didn't work technically the first time, and when we asked, the employee simply said we needed a pager and then left immediately. We also had to get our own cutlery, and since there were no forks or knives, I had to inform a staff member and wait five minutes for my cutlery! ... The food didn't arrive at the same time, but 15 minutes apart, and by then I'd already finished eating, so my mother ate after me. Generally, all the running around—1. placing the order, 2. getting cutlery, 3. getting drinks, 4. getting the first main course, and 5. getting the second—was really annoying and made sitting together and having a conversation impossible. The food was okay, but not worth all the hassle. When I go out to eat, I don't want to feel like a waitress and have to do every single step myself. It's a system like Vapiano, only much more hectic. I won't be back.

Disastrous. You first have to go to some woman at reception to get a card. You also walk right past reception because, cleverly, it's not at the entrance. Then you try to order at the terminal and it doesn't work because you don't have a card. Then you go to reception and nobody's there. Then you have to pick up your food yourself at exorbitant prices, with no service. Then your pager beeps three different times because you ordered three different dishes, and each time you have to get up and go to the counter. Nobody there has the slightest clue what they're doing; I suspect they're just untrained, part-time workers. Do yourself a favor and don't go there. You really don't need to go there.

Excellent food with many choices, including vegetarian. The staff was completely unavailable. The menu was mainly in Turkish and German, no English. The ingredients weren't listed in detail, making it difficult to choose the right dish. AMEX was refused, which is a shame for such an establishment.

Dear bona'me Team, after what feels like my 100th visit, I'm unfortunately forced to vent my frustration, hoping that you'll hear from me and other frustrated customers. I've already mentioned this to a member of staff. I would still like to commend the friendliness of the staff at the serving stations and the cash register. Furthermore, the location is simply fantastic. You can linger there for a long time without feeling pressured to leave once you've finished eating. Regarding the food: To begin with, the food unfortunately no longer has the quality it did when you first opened. I experienced this firsthand during my last three visits. Most recently, I ate at bona'me with friends on February 12th and 26th, 2026. On February 12th, 2026, I already noticed the reduced number of dishes on the menu. I ordered manti, which disappeared faster than you could blink. It was practically a child's size, not even enough to fill a child up. The price for the manti was equally absurd. The accompanying bread tasted like it was from the day before. On my next visit, February 26, 2026, I ordered a pide, which I had ordered several times before. I don't know what they've done to the pide dough lately, but it bore little resemblance to a traditional pide, the kind I remember from bona'me. What I received on my last visit was more like a firm, crispy crepe with a topping. The beyti (phyllo dough) with meat that my sister ordered barely resembled meat. It felt like the meat was replaced by mushrooms. What little meat there was was also sinewy and barely edible, and all for a hefty €17.50! Dear bona'me team, that's it for me/us for now. You've lost several customers due to "deceptive packaging" that doesn't live up to the price. If the food were absolutely amazing, one might overlook it. I hope your new concept doesn't backfire. Greed at the expense of quality is never a good strategy.

The food is good, but the portions are far too small and not commensurate with the price. You simply don't get enough for what you pay. In this case, they could lower the prices accordingly if the portion sizes are so small. The main course looked more like a small appetizer.

Since I'm there often for work, after about 20 visits I can say that while the food tastes good, I disproportionately often experience stomach aches and diarrhea immediately after eating at Boname. It doesn't matter which dish I order; something's just not right. The chicken is also always extremely dry; they could just leave it out. It tastes good in itself, but I'd rather avoid the stomach upset.

This was quite possibly the most disappointing restaurant experience I have ever had. Was being taken for dinner by a supplier, told we are going to a Turkish restaurant. Well, I suppose it’s Turk-ish. Kind of. You enter the place, and they give you a RFID card with no explanation for it. You then have to find a table. But they are all reserved. But we had been told on the phone that there was no need to reserve as there is plenty of space. The place is big but for some reason I can’t fathom, it’s absolutely packed. I can only guess that this is the only restaurant open in Frankfurt at 7pm on a Wednesday and that’s why everyone goes here, because they must have no other option. That’s the only way you’d get me back there. And I might actually choose to go hungry. So we find a table after moving 3 times, and we have to go to a counter. Where there’s a touch screen to order, like you get in McDonalds. Only the entire menu is in Turkish. No translations, just photos of things that do not look like the name. The Turkish colleague who was with us (who did not choose the restaurant) was baffled. Once you place your order, the RFID card comes into play. It’s some kind of payment card. Instead of just using your bank contactless card. And then it tells you to take one of those devices that buzzes when your food is ready. Only there are no devices on the bank next to this kiosk. What then followed was even more of a disaster. Food so oily that it might get invaded. And yet somehow, they managed to make the chicken on every dish as dry as the Sahara. One dish was so salty I couldn’t eat it. And then we tried a dessert. None of the options looked appealing. We went for some Toblerone thing. Which turned out to be a Toblerone wrapped in dough and then put in an oven. I’d have rather had a plain Toblerone. I genuinely do not understand how this place was so popular. It was awful. The only redemption I can give it, is that the experience was so bad it was comical. I will be telling stories about this place for years!

Delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. In summer, you can also sit outside. A wide variety of options, everything is top-notch.

The best place to eat and enjoy.

As long-time regulars at Bona’Me Stuttgart, we were very excited about our visit to Bona’Me Frankfurt – and we weren't disappointed. We've always loved the concept: the open kitchen, the vibrant atmosphere, and the option to customize our dishes. While you can tell the system has changed a bit since before, thankfully the core of what makes Bona’Me special has remained. We were particularly impressed by the consistently high quality of the food and, above all, the passion of the restaurateurs and chefs. You can feel the dedication and joy they put into their work, and it's evident in every bite. Our entire visit was a complete success – so much so that we returned the very next evening. That speaks for itself. We were truly delighted with our visit and the entire experience. We highly recommend the Beyti Köfte – incredibly aromatic and perfectly prepared. The Lahmacun was also excellent, beautifully thin and flavorful, and the Kisir salad was fresh, well-balanced, and very authentic. Many thanks to the entire team in Frankfurt for this wonderful culinary experience – we will definitely be back!

A very big place with Pretty ambience. The food is delicious and huge menu to choose from. The staff is very quick and friendly. There you have to order via monitor and then pickup the order from the counters. We enjoyed our dinner a lot and definitely coming back again soon.

One point deducted because we were simply handed three cards at reception without any information. (This was our first time here, and we didn't realize we could choose any table and that we had to order and pick everything up ourselves at the terminal.)

Anyone looking for a culinary combination of traditional Kurdish specialties and modern touches will find exactly what they're looking for here. The restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes that are sure to impress. The ambiance also contributes to the positive overall impression: The tasteful decor with subtle oriental elements and warm, earthy tones creates a pleasant atmosphere. Combined with the attentive service, the spacious layout, and the cleanliness of the restaurant, this results in a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The only drawback is the slightly loud music, which can be a bit distracting at times.

Our go-to restaurant during our visits to Frankfurt apparently changed its recipes and the composition of its dishes about a month ago. The Turkish soup Mercimek now tastes very watery and has lost a lot of flavor. The Sucuk Beyti are now filled with carrots, which we found completely unappealing. The golden Manti were also served with a cocktail sauce made of ketchup and mayo, accompanied by a "Köfte" sausage that was neither visually appealing nor delicious. It's a real shame, but that was probably our last visit yesterday…

The best Yemeni restaurant in Germany

This wasn't my first time here, and the Turkish food is always delicious – fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is very cozy and authentic. It can get a bit noisy on weekends due to the large number of guests, which just shows how popular the place is. Overall, a great experience – I'll definitely be back!

It's a very nice place. The staff is very friendly. The pide wasn't cooked properly, and if you order a drink and it's no longer available, you can't get a different one; you have to order a new one and then cancel it at the checkout. At least, that's what the man behind the counter told me. How am I supposed to prove at the checkout that I didn't drink it?

We visited three times and were delighted by the beautiful atmosphere. We celebrated a 21st birthday there with 16 people. From the initial information and reservation with the young lady (Safae), everything was friendly and professional. On our subsequent visits, Murad always greeted us warmly and answered our questions promptly and helpfully. As far as I could tell, customers before and after us were treated just as kindly and patiently, even though the place was full. A big thank you to them!

Delicious! Type of Complaint / Product Name Premise (General): A mouse infestation was discovered. The food products manufactured, processed, and distributed at the premises were at risk of contamination. Due to significant hygiene deficiencies, including the mouse infestation, an immediate deep cleaning of all premises and equipment, as well as immediate pest control by a qualified person, was ordered. The production, processing, and distribution of food products was prohibited with immediate effect. Counter/Service Counter: The floor was contaminated, particularly in the edges and corners, as well as under and behind the equipment, including with mouse droppings. The cream whipper was also contaminated. Due to contamination of the machine's interior, the ice cubes were no longer safe and not suitable for human consumption. The handwashing sink lacked a splash guard separating it from the adjacent work area, and the liquid soap dispenser was empty. Furthermore, the maximum permissible storage temperature in the refrigerated display case was found to have been exceeded (e.g., crème brûlée +15.5 °C). Beverage storage: Several shoes were stored on top of the beverages and kegs, thus exposing the food to adverse effects. Dishwashing area: The dishwasher basket, spray head, drainpipe (siphon), ceiling fan, and the interior and exterior of the hood-type dishwasher were contaminated. The floor was heavily contaminated, particularly in the edges and corners, as well as under and behind the equipment, including with mouse droppings. Kitchen: The floor drain, grill drain, waste bin, grill controls, chopping board, and handwashing sink faucet were contaminated. Several gastronorm containers used for food storage were contaminated or encrusted. The floor was particularly dirty in the edges and corners, as well as under and behind the equipment. The floor around the pizza oven was contaminated with mouse droppings and urine. Several base cabinets were also contaminated with mouse droppings and urine, and the base of the pizza oven was heavily soiled with mouse droppings. Furthermore, unwrapped fresh eggs were stored directly in the preparation area. I ate there with my family and we were all thrilled and satisfied. Ana from Brazil deserves special mention 💕 She took such good care of us and even had some toys for the kids.

A rare gem of a shop. Too expensive for the quality. Mass-market approach, yet a long queue at the only checkout. Never again!

The food arrived after a one-hour wait, while my colleague had already finished eating. Even after complaining, nothing happened. My colleague received his meatballs and potatoes cold to lukewarm for the second time. Given the prices (and the small portions), I would expect at least a hot meal. On top of that, there was a long queue at the checkout afterward, stretching all the way to the drinks counter, which caused further delays. All in all, the price/performance ratio is simply unacceptable, despite the self-service concept.

Our reservation was cancelled shortly before without explanation. Poor communication. Thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit to Bonamé. The food was delicious, well-seasoned, and served extremely quickly – the wait time was truly excellent. The selection is large and varied, so there's something for everyone. The kitchen also works noticeably efficiently. The restrooms deserve special mention: very clean, modern, and beautifully designed – the ambiance is consistently maintained throughout. The restaurant's atmosphere is generally very well done. Despite the high occupancy and noise level, it was easy to have a conversation at the table, which we found very pleasant. However, the reception and organization at the counter/bar were somewhat lacking. The reception seemed a bit hectic, and although many tables were free, there was unnecessary waiting. There was some chaos at the counter: many drinks were left lying around unclaimed, our drinks were missing at one point, and it seemed as if the staff weren't always sure who was responsible for what. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ ... All in all, a very successful visit with great food, a fantastic atmosphere, and only a few minor organizational issues. We'd love to come back. 👍

I'm not a fan of self-service, which wasn't a problem for me in itself. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold, even though we had ordered three hot dishes, and we smelled so awful after eating there that we had to completely change our clothes – that's a definite no-go for me personally. If I smell like that after eating at a restaurant, I'll never go there again. The interior looks beautiful, and the chefs and staff were incredibly friendly.

Great dishes, excellent selection. What we didn't like so much was the self-service concept. As much as we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food, we won't be coming back. We're not used to this in Münster, where drinks and food are served.

Unfortunately, I had to delete my first review and write a new one. In January 2026, I'm completely disappointed by the many changes. Prices have risen significantly, while portions have become noticeably smaller. You can tell they're cutting corners everywhere – and unfortunately, the quality has also declined (value for money). The pide had hardly any cheese and was, overall, truly disappointing. The meat skewers are also tiny compared to the pictures on the menu. That's it for me and Boname for now. It's a shame – I used to come almost every week, but that's over now. Everything has just become more expensive, smaller, and worse.

Nice concept on the oriental side of vappiano. The service does not exist, as this is the concept. Food is quite good and the environment quite fair. Not the cosy place to be, but this is not the concept. Good and fair place to have a quick and easy oriental dinner
