The food was great – we really enjoyed “Beyti Avocado” and “Pide Bona’me”. Conclusion: Great food, nice ambience and great service. We'd love to come back

Very nice here, the concept is like Vapiano: you get a card and book everything you want on it and pay at the end. The location is very nice inside and the staff was also very friendly.

The first thing you notice in this restaurant is the beautiful ambience and the system of ordering food using this scanner. Really cool system. But unfortunately the food itself is nothing special and the employees are all very listless, our table was still not cleared or cleaned after repeated requests... so very bad service... and the prices are so high?! Because I have to pick up my own food and clear it away myself.... I was here for the first and last time. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I can't rate the service, unfortunately you have to serve yourself. And if there are four of you sitting there, everyone's food is ready at different times and someone always has to run in to get their food. There was a lot of staff to be seen outside.

Disappointing first impression – not recommended for special occasions! We had reserved a table at bona'me Frankfurt for a birthday and were looking forward to our first visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately we were disappointed immediately upon arrival. Although we told the receptionist that we had made a reservation and gave us our names, the cards were simply handed to us without a word. When we asked where our table was, all we said was: “Sit wherever you want.” At first it wasn't clear to us how the concept of the restaurant worked. When we asked, we learned that it is a self-service system similar to Vapiano - you order your food at a terminal and pick it up yourself later. For a restaurant that is presented very stylishly and invitingly online, this was a huge disappointment. The atmosphere felt more like a fast food restaurant to us and didn't fit the occasion we wanted to celebrate at all. Due to the impersonal service and disappointing overall impression, we decided to leave the restaurant and go somewhere else. Overall, the visit was unfortunately a failure. If you value service and a pleasant atmosphere, this is definitely the wrong place for you.

This restaurant used to be a real highlight! We regularly drove from Düsseldorf to Frankfurt just to eat here. But unfortunately the quality has changed significantly. On our last visit we were disappointed - the food was far from what we were used to. It now tastes much better in Düsseldorf than here in Frankfurt. It's a shame that the level has dropped so much.

The pide that I ordered was great but the pickels were not fresh. I come here now and then and I always orfer the same thing, and the pickles are only fresh early in the morning, if you come after 2pm they are not, since they are seasoned from the morning and served when it comes with the dish.

Waren sehr zufrieden. Tolles Amiente, sauber, keine aufdringliche Musik, guter gut gefüllter Cocktail (Miss Mint Spritz) und unsere Speisen (Pide Ziegenkäse und Beyti Avocado) waren auch sehr lecker, reichlich und auf einem schönen Holzbrett, ideal zum Teilen. Mal was anderes.

I have to admit, although the concept of self-collection is not completely new to me, I was a bit overwhelmed at first. How do you order (touchpad), where and when do you pick up etc. but luckily a friendly employee helped me. The food and drinks were good. Ambiance is also quite nice. The advantage is that you pay for everything directly at the checkout, so you don't have to wait for a waitress to come.

Neither the food nor the concept convinced me. It starts with the annoying self-collection. Instead of having to go to the serving station once after placing an order and receiving all the drinks and food, the small electronic beeper goes off countless times for each food and drink separately and at the beginning it's just a race back and forth. As far as the food is concerned, my Mantis were very dry and I've had much better food elsewhere. The homemade ice tea was also way too sweet. At least the atmosphere is quite nice.

I was in the restaurant yesterday and I really liked it. The food was fabulous, delicious and insanely good. The only thing that perhaps bothered me a little was the fact that we kept having to get up from the table to get the food because we ordered three different things, and as soon as my husband sat down he had to Ring the bell, go get the food and come back, as soon as we laughed again the bell rang. But in the end it was very good, the waitress who looked after us was very nice, apart from the second waitress who asked me as I was leaving the place if I had paid, she wasn't sure if I paid and I told him we couldn't eat without paying first🤷‍♀️. However, I don't think it's very professional if you have to deal with a lot of customers in one place, have to talk to customers you don't know, and have to speak in your native language. If you are human, start talking to them in German. I don't think it's necessary to talk about it just because you hear a couple speaking in their native language. As you said, I don't think it's very professional, even if I was a foreigner I would never have done it, only if someone asks then something is different. In the end the place was also very beautiful, perfect for us girls to take photos😂❤️

Delicious! Just like I can't imagine a "Kurdish breakfast" at home. Super friendly, went super quickly and everything was easy to understand. Great selection of food and drinks. Gladly again! Only recommended.

Food was really good and the atmosphere as well. The only thing in google they have mentioned that it open until 11 pm over they will not serve food after 10 pm. They should mention this in google that kitchen close at 10. We were there at 10 and they said kitchen is close.

Soooooo, if you (generation 50+) aren't really familiar with the new type of gastronomy, it's a bit difficult, but the food is absolutely worth it!

The main course was delicious. The bulgur was completely tasteless. The toilets were dirty. You have to take your card to a terminal and then order there, use a pager and then pick up your food. The concept is not explained at the beginning and you are just given the card, so at the beginning we were a bit confused about how to order. This could be explained better. The price is ok, but a bit too expensive for the quality of the food. Especially since it is purely self-service. With a drink and a main course you pay around €20 per person.

Middle Eastern cuisine. Tasty. The main attraction is the food ordering system. A mixture of fast food and employee canteens. I didn't like it.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed. I drove an extra 45 km to eat dry, unseasoned food. Behind the Beyti Manti food stalls there are very uninterested employees who don't take you seriously. Ambience is very nice, but the food is not.

My salad was good but more on the oily side (maybe that was intended with the truffle sauce). Atmosphere is great but walking back and forth for each ordering, getting drinks and the dishes is quite annoying when you sit outside/ further away from the bar. The ordering system is also not very intuitive and we all needed instructions. Classical serving would make this restaurant experience smoother.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch in diesem Restaurant. Der Service war langsam und unfreundlich, das Essen kam kalt an und war geschmacklos. Die Portionen waren klein und definitiv überteuert. Ich werde hier nicht noch einmal essen und kann es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Update 6/28/24: Much better than last time. The appetizer platter is still very tasty. The bowls are super delicious. Really nice location. I still don't like Manti, Adana etc. Very nice location, very nice staff. The pide tasted good. Unfortunately, the manti and starter were ok at best. The fact that it takes 1.5 to 2 hours for the food to arrive is an absolute no-go and ruins the first impression. Actually I would only give one star for the visit. The extra star is only given because the waiter was very correct and made an effort to ensure that our food was prepared. A pity...

Mouse Inside ————————— Great place however I am still shocked that I saw a mouse inside running around. Really a pity because the place is nice and well located.

I had the Sucuk Burger and the Homemade Pomegranate Drink and it was very good! Not cheap in price but really fair in relation to the portion. Ambiance also great.

Went there for first time with my colleagues. As a first impression… you will be excited because of the wonderful decoration, wide variety of places to sit snd the cool’s atmosphere.. Food was… Delicious Turkish dishes, super quality and as well as portions size were more than enough. Bon Ami in Frankfurt offers tasty food with generous portions. The dishes are tasty and well prepared, making for a pleasant dining experience. However, compared to the Bon Ami in Hannover, this location is a bit disappointing. The ambiance in Hannover is much nicer and the prices are also much more favorable there. It was a bit shocking to see that prices in Frankfurt are higher. Nevertheless, Bon Ami Frankfurt is a solid choice for a meal, but the comparisons with Hannover remain inevitable.

I'm a Bona'me fan in Cologne, but unfortunately I wasn't so convinced in Frankfurt. Nice location, but unfortunately noisy at lunchtime because the front door is open (?!) and the street is very loud due to the traffic. In Cologne you are served, in Frankfurt it is self-service. But for me this is not a negative point. Nevertheless, you get a bit of the ambience of an upscale canteen. The mixed plate consisting of bread, hummus and many other specialties was really delicious. Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed with the Beyti plate. Compared to the Cologne location, only three out of ten points. It was a nice visit, but not a highlight.

We went here for breakfast: the pide was tasty, but the simit with avocado and the unsalted ayran were disappointing. Surprisingly, the iced tea was carbonated. The meze platter was average. There is no service. All self-service. The interior is nice and the staff is friendly, but overall the breakfast for over 50 euros for two people was nothing special and not justified in terms of price. I wouldn't recommend it, it's okay for someone with low expectations.

I recently had dinner at Bona'me in Frankfurt and it was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere in the restaurant is simply great – modern, stylish and cozy at the same time. The food was absolutely delicious, from the starters to the main courses, everything was perfectly prepared and tasted a highlight.

Always a must in Frankfurt when it comes to eating. The system is easy to understand through the explanation. The selection is varied and the dishes are processed very quickly. If you are looking for a very tasty meal with a good price-performance ratio, you have come to the right place.

Watch out for the black angus pita. I didn't see the jam it contained and I had to eat bread with jam. I couldn't taste the meat at all.

Good food in medium portions at rather high prices. Anyone expecting classic Kurdish-Turkish home cooking may be disappointed, but it was nevertheless very tasty.

10/10. This was the most delicious Turkish/Kurdish food we've ever had in Germany, and the atmosphere was incredibly elegant. Special thanks to Zehra at the checkout and the attentive service staff (Delil & Mustafa) for ensuring we had a delightful experience. Highly recommend this place!

Mostly self-serviced restaurant with really tasty food. Menu offers a lot of options and goes beyond the typical dishes offered in many Turkish or Kurdish restaurants. Food was really tasty, drink-wise we just had water. Prices ok. Good option for lunch.

We liked the food and the service was good, but we were not happy with the lady at the checkout who treated us with a grumpy face.

Pasta dishes are not well seasoned and are far from “oriental”. “Service” can not be rated if you have to get everything yourself.

I really can't understand all the good reviews. This store is definitely not for families. The workers are very arrogant especially the cashier who looks at you from bottom to top. Well, after that we wanted to order because it's self-service and a service employee had to explain it to us. The lovely guy, with blue eyes and black hair, just seemed annoyed and made us feel this very well. In the end, the atmosphere in the store was very bad and so was our mood due to these events. I have to be honest, even if it were the last restaurant I would rather starve.

We were there at lunchtime, the surrounding banks made it so crowded and noisy that you couldn't relax or communicate well. We also weren't enthusiastic about the concept of ordering via screen selection and then picking up the food and drinks ourselves at each station. You have to get up at least twice and walk through the different stations. The prices are too high and the portions are too small (lunch with drink 20 euros). We basically had to go to the bakery around the corner 😀

The cashier is the rudest person ever, you can tell that a lot of people in this store are wrong. It feels like the only people who work there are people who can't even begin to speak German, especially the one with the blue eyes, who disgusts every girl. This store is just terrible

Very nice shop, the beyti with meat or the one with vegetables is an absolute recommendation! I don't like the fact that you even have to get the drinks yourself. Service is actually almost 0 - but the employee at the checkout is really friendly!

I really like their self-service idea. It brings such a modern touch to Germany, which is old fashioned country. So you come to the place and got a card, this card will be used to order the foods, and pay it later. I had a Manti with Hummus (9/10) as appetizer, i really liked the Hummus, it was really good! If you put garlic and chili oil on top, it will even give you more flavors. I had Chicken Beyti (8,8/10) was pretty delicious, full of meats, balanced with veggies and the tomato sauce tastes super nice. I will come back to try other foods!

VAPIANO the Turkish way, only more sterile: chip card at the entrance. Large cooking counter, divided into types of dishes. Food must be ordered here via a terminal. There are employees there who are less or more friendly to help with the initial entry. With a beeper you wait at the table until the food/drinks are ready to be picked up. Spatial pseudo-oriental, spacious. Suitable for a short lunchtime snack without any major culinary demands.

Made it very original. This is self-service, but in a slightly different way. You scan the QR code at the edge of the table, look for what you want to order on your cell phone (my Android cell phone had prices, but my daughter's iPhone had no prices, for whatever reason). Then you go to the counter to the display and order what was previously selected. In return you get an electronic device that vibrates when your order is completed, now you can pick up your order. Everything went very quickly, completion took about 10 minutes for three people, respect!!! It tasted good!!!

Price performance ratio is not right. The dishes are greasy. Menu confusing. Neither Kurdish nor Turkish cuisine. Very hard to get used to. 3 people, 1 bottle of wine, 2 starters 3 main courses, meat for € 111. 1x is not a time.

The place is very nice, but today the food was cold and hard. Ordered Beyti and tavuksis. Chicken breast pieces were difficult to eat! Seems like they just added the fresh sauce and jogurt on top of left over food. Not a good experience!

It was interesting to have been there. Delicious food, nice atmosphere. However, if you want to get help because everything is digitalized, you won't get any help at the drinks counter and you will be laughed at with disparaging looks. Some people who work there don't belong there because they don't understand what being friendly means.
