Service 1 star because here, like at Vapiano, you are not served. Food was very good. The waiting time was normal & reasonable. A little too expensive in terms of price.

Went there for breakfast at the weekend. Half the staff was cleaning etc. while we wanted to eat. It's not particularly pleasant. My wife had half her breakfast wrong. In principle, you pick up the food yourself and there is no service at the table. At these prices I expected much more. Unfortunately, more appearance than reality. There was no water for washing hands in the men's toilet. The staff was very friendly throughout. All in all rather disappointing unfortunately.

Today we ate at bona'me Dortmund for the first time. The first impression was that the system saved jobs (no service staff to serve). I also wanted to order a dish that was marked CHICKEN CURRY on the menu, but was unsuccessful because it was already sold out. The question that arises here is how can a dish that is marked on the menu and is supposed to be freshly prepared be sold out on a Saturday afternoon?! So far so good, then I decided on Chrispy Beyti & Sucuk, which in turn made his seahorse fat in a tub full :). My conclusion is that I don't need to eat there again. Price performance does not match.

We had lunch at Bona'Me with a couple who were friends of ours. We quickly remembered the concept of a “pasta franchising chain”. The orders are placed at the respective stations and can then be picked up. The preparation was quite quick. The food was good but nothing exceptional. The dishes have been greatly modified and adapted to the local palate. We would have been more happy about authentic Turkish dishes. We were missing the sophistication and the variety of spices. We were full because the portions were generous. We would have preferred small but more authentic portions.

The food is very tasty and high quality. There is hardly any service because you have to get everything yourself. I sometimes find it a bit inconvenient because there isn't enough space at the counters for all the waiting guests. This leads to unnecessary crowding. The atmosphere is nice, it's informal and you enjoy spending time there.

The food is generally quite good. But there are much better options in the northern part of the city. And the concept just isn't particularly appealing. Service is non-existent and the prices are too high. This may work to some extent with Vapiano, but unfortunately it doesn't work here. Can neither particularly recommend nor advise against it.

Yeah, it was okay. Quite tasty but nothing special either. I didn't think it was great value for money because there's virtually no service there and you have to get everything yourself. The atmosphere seemed quite sterile. If you are starving this shop could save your life, if not I would rather eat somewhere else.

The ambience looks very nice. It's almost like Vapiano except the food tastes really delicious. It was the tastiest beyti I've eaten so far have.

Starter plate was good, main course nothing special. The cards without prices are annoying. Some of the staff speak German poorly and the exhaust air was broken that day. After the visit you had to shower because you smelled like grease.

You can drink really great coffee there 😀.

The prices are way too expensive and my noodles weren't cooked properly, soup tastes very watery and for the price you could have eaten better.

We ate here today and we are all very disappointed and will definitely not eat there again. The ambience is just loud and uncomfortable, no matter where you sit. The guys who prepare the food are rude. No hello, no smile. It's not a service for us! You lose the desire to order. The olive oil at the place was old and rancid. The salad was quite ok. The pide (we had 2 different ones) was completely tasteless. Drinks were OK!

Unfortunately I was very disappointed I definitely ordered the dough (the bread) around the meat was very dry and hard .. but edible due to the sauce and the meat inside tasted artificial .. the dessert (cake) fell apart and was very cold and it was already too dry as if it were several days old! I was hoping for more from the restaurant! I hadn't even finished eating and someone came and asked if they could clean up, which surprised me because I still had food on my plate. My visit to Bona'me in Dortmund was a complete success! This oriental restaurant not only offers a fantastic selection of delicious dishes, but also an atmosphere that takes you straight to the Orient. The decor is stylish and inviting, with a mix of traditional and modern elements. It immediately feels cozy and authentic. The menu is varied and offers something for every taste.

The food was very delicious. The staff working in the kitchen and service were both friendly and helpful. I recommend you to go and enjoy the warm welcome and taste.

The food tasted better than other shops around Reinoldikirche and the employees were so nice that they asked more often if everything was OK and if the food tasted good than once. It took a while for the food to be ready because the restaurant was full. Many people discovered the restaurant who had never been there before. I can only recommend visiting. the wait is 100 percent worth it.

I was there with a friend last week and we ordered something to eat. When the food arrived we found 2 hairs in it and told the owner. He was incredibly unfriendly and accused us of orchestrating the whole thing ourselves. Unbelievable, I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life. I would never eat there again, not because there was hair in the food, but rather because of the terribly unfriendly manner of the owner. I would never put money in someone like that again. Terrible.

There are not many options on the menu, the ones that are not very successful, I bought chicken farm hair and my friend bought the couplet. The taste of the food was terrible. They did not take any care while making the food. They need to improve themselves a little more in terms of service, after all, the customers who come there come for service.

No care was taken in cooking the food. It was like it was made just for cooking. My advice to future guests is: If you have good taste, I wouldn't recommend us.

We got a table for 2 people without a reservation because it wasn't very full. The self-service concept applies to food and drinks. We decided on Pide. The gentleman preparing the pide was very unfriendly. The Pide Black Angus was very sparsely topped with meat and also very sweet due to the extremely large amount of peach chutney. I think the price-performance ratio is overpriced, at least for the Pide.

I have no idea what the concept is trying to say. It's like fast food Turkish but without the Turkish flair. Been there once and that's enough.

I was at bona'me with my family today. The food was very tasty - there is also plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. We had lentil soup, a large starter plate and beyti (vegetarian). As far as the ambience goes, I was a bit disappointed. The wall decorations and lighting are in Kurdish-Turkish style, but the tables and chairs are more in a hip bar style. Plus bar music with bass. That doesn't really fit.

Might be the worst restaurant we've ever been to. My wife bought pita with Angus meat, and I bought chicken chicken. God forbid it was really awful. The employees are friendly, but since we were not full, there was nothing to do, I had to leave my meal unfinished:( They have their own ice tea and pomegranate sherbet. As you know, they added a sweetener or two to the soda, but I do not recommend it. And prices are above average!

The restaurant is a self-service restaurant. At the entrance you get a card with 50€. You have to hold this over a scanner at the serving areas for every order, whether drinks or food, in order to get what you want. In addition, everyone needs a scanning app on their cell phone to download the menu, there is no menu that can be handed to you. For your food order you get an electronic piper that is about the size of a beer mug. He beeps when the food is ready and you can pick up your food. However, if you have a disability, the service will of course bring you whatever you would like to table.

The restaurant is located in the old Vapiano. The concept is also the same. Everything seemed very familiar. The reception was very nice. You got your cards and went to the table. When we got there there were no cards but a code to scan. I personally don't like it at all. The dishes are also missing numbers or something similar. Of course you can't really pronounce the names and then you always have to show your cell phone. I think this can be solved differently. As a starter we had the mixed platter. It was super tasty. I was disappointed with the Manti. I know this as a small dough product with yogurt and sauce. Here it was a shape similar to Maultaschen. Way too big. The taste is also rather conservative. Unfortunately, it wasn't that great But we will come back because There are still many things to try.

They have tried to add a modern touch to traditional Turkish food. Personally it is not bad but not what I was expecting. To illustrate they have avocado or shrimp pide's or meat pide with apricot jam. The personal is nice so as the atmosphere. The place is very clean with an open kitchen. If you want traditional food this is not your place but if you want an interpretation of traditional food than it is a different experience. I give 3 starts because of my expectations but I can see people really liking here. I might come again with a different state of mind and I think I would enjoy it more.

A great find in Dortmund! The food and service at bona`me were really excellent. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant is nicely designed and well organized, similar to Vapiano. The price-performance ratio is great! Unfortunately the toilets have lost some of their cleanliness, not necessarily dirty, but better maintenance would be desirable. Otherwise it would definitely be worth a full score. Still a great place for a good meal!"

We were there with 10 people. Talked about it twice on the phone. There was no children's corner for children, the high chair was too low for the tables. The older children were also bored. Since we weren't all there at the same time, we wanted to get food for the children and that overlapped with the rest of us who were just coming in. So we went back and ordered for the others. We were asked why we don't do everything together and divide it up... I told him that the first order was for the kids and the others were for the rest of us. I actually had to justify myself. Then we decided at short notice to surprise someone for their birthday and brought in cake. The manager arrived halfway from the side, speaking and mumbling. I was confused whether he was talking to me or himself. He reiterated that birthdays have to be registered and that costs EXTRAAAAA! I thought we would bring the cake ourselves for 10 people... what do I have to pay for and if that's the case, just book it instead of talking to me about it. These euros don't matter either. I mentioned it twice on the phone that it might be that way and nothing was said. Then he comes and gives me the information and then he says it's ok. If it's ok, then don't talk to anyone... The service was so bad. 3 girls are standing at the drinks counter, the tables are full of plates. You have to speak several times for anything to happen. I've already eaten in Cologne, but in Dortmund we should get together and change a few things.

I enjoyed coming to Bona'me for years and was mostly satisfied. This time I came here with my family and was absolutely disappointed and shocked at what happened to Bona'me. Just unfriendly staff, no smile on the face, overpriced. Charging €16 for a small breakfast is a lot. When I asked for bread in the kitchen, I was told in a very unfriendly tone that I had to pay extra for 2 loaves of bread. I'm not above it, but charging so much money and being so rude just showed me why my family and I will never visit Bona'me again.

Four of us were there for a nice dinner. The meze plate came incomplete and had a huge lack of taste. In the first round we ordered 2x Fanta + 2x Cola for the drinks, although the Cola were very warm. In addition to the meze plate, there were 2x Turkish Mercimek soup, very strongly spiced and very cold when I picked it up from the counter. Otherwise the main course: Ciftlik Köfte was A1. Sis Kebab also very tasty, especially the meat! We definitely missed the shrimp in the salad with shrimp; unfortunately there were only about 5 pieces on the plate. The fourth dish was Trüf Mantarli noodles, there could be more sauce on the plate, otherwise very tasty! Overall completely fine. Ask for an upgrade like in the restaurant in Düsseldorf when ordering. Order machines.

I've always really enjoyed staying at Bona'me, but a lot has gone downhill here... The new ladies behind the counter aren't really friendly, the food no longer looks or tastes appetizing. A pity!

I wouldn't give a star at all but I have to give one. We were there as a group of over 10 people, and the system was a bit annoying at first. But then the first person had 1 hair in their food. The second one had a broken tea glass that could have really hurt you...we were still accommodating and gave it a chance. BUT THEN THE WORST CAME... I had a SNAIL in my food!! 🤮 I'll upload a photo as proof. SORRY, but then we discussed that only my food didn't have to be paid for, but the others should pay, etc... there wasn't even a real apology. One of the people was a regular customer but this time you did everything to stop people from coming to this shop. Customer understanding is apparently not a top priority at this store... We also paid parking tickets for free... I feel really bad. In the end everyone had to pay for their drink and we left the store.

Don't you want to open a shop in Mülheim, Essen or Bochum 😉

I called on Valentine's Day to reserve a table. The lady on the phone told me that I didn't need to reserve a table for two people and that I would have no problem getting a seat. When we got there it took 5-10 minutes until we got a table. Then I wanted to order the food. I queued up to order hummus chicken curry Icelandic. After it was my turn, my husband said we don't have any bread 🍞 for hummus and I can't order the main courses there but instead order them in the next queue. Of course I was pissed and didn't want to let Valentine's Day be ruined. There is hardly any service or staff that can help you, so we went to the Italian restaurant and ate delicious fish and steak. Boname the first and last time never again.

The Vapiano system wasn't for me. Price-performance wasn't right. The store is too overpriced for the fact that you save on exposure, you have to serve yourself and the employees don't have fun or interest in their work. The women's toilets smelled of something indefinable. If you're looking for an overpriced restaurant where the employees also put your mood down, you've come to the right place at Bona'me. One star for the friendly receptionist.

concept very poor, Food is ordered with consumption cards limited to €50; Different stations for pita dishes, appetizers/salads, meat dishes… wanted something less carb-heavy, so I ate kofta ; but then a bad surprise: No kofta in the evening, only available for lunch. then I ordered Pita mite Meat&Cheese; the meat was already burnt to the point of being inedible and extremely dry; the “chees” was analogue cheddar ☹️. Girlfriend had chicken Beyti, very dough-heavy, little meat, drowned in sauce, very mushy. Friends had other pita, but left half of the pita, which wasn't that big anyway! Service very rude, flippant answer to our questions; use the first names as if you were related or related by marriage? Ambiance is actually nice, but too loud! We regret the experience and will definitely not eat there again!

The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and the staff is friendly. I don't think the self-service concept is that great because people at the table get their food at different speeds. Unfortunately I didn't find the food very good. My dish was oily and I have had a similar dish at other Turkish restaurants in the city with much better taste.

The food was not as expected, we were very disappointed, Bulgur pilavi was simply cold, dry and without any taste, the Izmir Köftesi were disastrous. This is definitely not what oriental cuisine tastes like.

The bistro tables are too narrow for me but they are nice... unfortunately the bistro stools become very uncomfortable after a while... you have to order food and drink yourself at the various counters... you need a cell phone to see the menu...eating was quick and tasty 😋

The service was super nice, very attentive waiters. Eat: Ok, I'll say you can argue about taste, it depends on what you want and what expectations you have when you go to this restaurant. - I think the portion is good, it's really very little for the price (my opinion), but you'll get full. Maybe it was because we also ordered appetizers. My friend ordered #Beyti, the meat wasn't even warm (that's not possible, she didn't dare mention it). When I compare other restaurants, there is more on the plate for the same price + side dishes like fries or rice and a salad. Dad doesn't mean that it's better if there are more portions on the plate, because then a lot of it gets thrown away or you just eat way too much than you can handle. So the combination was very good, somehow it tasted good, but there was still that certain something missing. -the starter tasted quite good, we shared the starter between the two of us and I thought that there could be a bit more bread, or that you were offered the option of getting additional bread if you wanted it (I could have asked, or order more bread, but we were already full). -A starter is a starter, it should be served before the main course, well unfortunately we didn't think of ordering the starter first and then the main course, but the chef could have informed us that if we ordered everything at the same time, then everything at the same time is served, right?!. That's about service. -Service In the bona'me restaurant there is no real service, only at the reception, when clearing up and when paying, ok also at the counter when ordering. You must pick up your own food and drinks. We were aware of this, but I still can't give 5 stars when other restaurants offer 100% service. No 100% service, no 100% stars.

Were there this afternoon. There were hardly any customers in the store and the lady on site was so extremely unfriendly to us that we were really about to leave. The food itself was good but it arrived relatively cold. It was probably just warmed up beforehand. But such a staff is not at all clear. It was our first and last time here.

It was okay. Inviting & cozy at first glance. Everyone got their food differently. Then we got the wrong dishes. Too many chilli peppers and powder to eat so that the actual taste didn't come out. Okay to sit and eat, it stays at one time.

Das bona'me kenne ich bereits auch Hamburg und Köln und habe es bewusst aufgesucht, weil mir das Konzept gut gefällt und das Essen immer sehr lecker ist. Da ich mit den wenigsten Bezeichnungen der Speisen etwas anfangen kann, finde ich es besonders hilfreich, dass jedes Gericht und sogar Getränk auf der digitalen Karte mit einem Foto dargestellt ist. Das erleichtert die Bestellung bzw. Auswahl sehr. Kommt man mit dem Kartensystem nicht zurecht, ist das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Ambiente ziehe ich heute einen Stern ab, weil ich die Musik als störend laut empfand. Dennoch komme ich sehr gerne wieder.

Leider war unser Besuch im bona`me in Dortmund enttäuschend. Wir hatten Nudeln mit Hackfleischfrikadellen bestellt, doch das ursprünglich ausgewählte Gericht war nicht verfügbar. Die Nudeln, die wir erhielten, waren pampig und etwas hart, und das Essen insgesamt wirkte nicht liebevoll zubereitet. Die zwei Frikadellen wurden ohne besondere Präsentation einfach auf die Nudeln gelegt. Eine ansprechendere Anrichtung, vielleicht auf einem Servierteller mit einer Beilage wie Salat oder einem Joghurt/Quark-Dip, hätte das trockene Gericht aufwerten können. Zusätzlich war die Wartezeit sehr lang. Insgesamt waren wir von unserem Besuch enttäuscht und können das Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hier findet jeder etwas leckeres zu Essen und Trinken. Jedes Gericht für sich auch immer schön angerichtet. Ambiente super schön. Preise sind in Ordnung.

Schön eingerichtet, leckeres Essen und auf jeden Fall mal was anderes. Aufgrund des Konzeptes muss man sich das Essen selbst bestellen und abholen (wie bei Vapiano), daher hat man nicht wirklich 'Service', leider wurde unser Tisch zwischendurch auch nicht freigeräumt, was etwas unschön war. Aber alles in allem wirklich gutes und leckeres Essen!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen dort. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und es wurde uns das System erklärt, weil wir zum ersten Mal dort waren. Das Ambiente ist hübsch, aber die Tische waren nicht sonderlich sauber. Generell gibt es dort so einige Stellen, wo man nicht genau hinschauen mag. Besonders die WC's waren sehr unsauber. Mein Mann hat zuerst für uns alle Getränke geholt. Bei 9 Personen hat man den Höchstbetrag von 50 € schnell erreicht und man muss erst zur Kasse bezahlen und erhält dann eine neue Karte. Das ist etwas lästig. Danach haben wir die Vorspeisenplatte bestellt. Das ging recht fix und es war auch alles sehr lecker, wenn auch teilweise sehr fettig. Generell scheint man mit Fett nicht gerade zu sparen. Danach wurde es etwas holpriger, sowieso sind die Speisen unterschiedlich fertig. Dann gab es verschiedene Speisen nicht. Was ich an einem Sonntag am frühen Abend ungewöhnlich finde. Nun ja dann geht man wieder zurück, sucht sich etwas anderes aus. Geht wieder hin und mit etwas Glück gibt es das dann auch. Jedenfalls waren alle Speisen, auch wenn es die Gleichen waren sehr unterschiedlich gewürzt , mal pikant und mal laff, als ob man die Gewürze vergessen hätte. Nur an Öl wurde wieder nicht gespart. Zum Service kann man nicht viel sagen, der war nämlich gar nicht vorhanden. Unsere leeren Teller und Gläser haben wir einfach auf den freien Nebentisch gestellt. Nun, ich werde das bona' me in Dortmund eher nicht mehr besuchen.

Ich und meine Familie kennen die Franchise bonàme aus Hannover. Wir waren für kurze Zeit in Dortmund und haben uns entschieden, bei boname in Dortmund zu essen. Leider hat diese Filiale keinem von uns gefallen, es war eine grausame Erfahrung. Bereits von draußen merkt man, dass die Lage nicht besonders gut zum Konzept der Franchise passt: wenn wir nicht extra mit Karten angereist wären, würde einem dieser Laden nicht mal auffallen. Dazu noch keinen barrierefreien Eingang. Ist man einmal drin, steht man erstmal ein paar Minuten alleine am Empfang und wird von Mitarbeitern nicht gesehen, obwohl wir zu viert waren. Dann heißt es, jeder soll eine Bestellkarte haben, es ist nicht möglich, alles auf eine zu buchen oder zumindest auf eine Karte für zwei Personen. D.h. jede Person soll sich selbst alles bestellen, aber es wird nicht berücksichtigt, dass nicht jeder Gast Deutsch spricht. In dem Fall sollte ich für ein paar Personen auf verschiedene Bestellkarten bestellen, was nicht so einfach ist, da ich mir extra merken soll, auf welche Karte ich für wen, was bestelle. Sucht man einen Platz, stellt sich heraus, dass es keine gemütliche Plätze gibt, wo man sich wohl fühlen kann: viele Tische zu groß, viele zu hoch, an den meisten steht reserviert, einziger Tisch wo man niedrig sitzt (Sofa) ist besetzt , ansonsten der Laden fast leer. Hat man sich dann ein Platz aufgesucht, kommt sofort eine Mitarbeiterin und man wird auch gebrochenem Deutsch laut gefragt, ob man hier lange sitzen möchte, denn auch dieser Tisch, ohne „Reserviert“-Schild ist reserviert. Sehr unfreundlich! Dazu ist es drin irgendwie dunkel und kalt. Weitere Schwierigkeit, es gibt keine Speisekarte, sondern alles ist im Internet, d.h. jeder Gast soll zumindest ein Handy haben, dazu noch mit Internet und ein QR Code einlesen können. Das hat auch eine Weile gedauert, bis jeder auf die Speisekarte im Internet gekommen ist. Hat man das geschafft, steht eine weitere Herausforderung vor einem: die extrem lange Speisekarte zu verstehen. Leider ist alles stark verteilt, sodass man keine schnelle Übersicht hat, wo was ist. Nur unendlich scrollen, und dann sich noch mit Screenshots merken, was jeder bestellen möchte. Bereits bei der Bestellung merkt man, wie der Laden heruntergekommen ist: viele Sachen wie der Pager, sind zu stark benutzt und wären gut für sofortigen Austausch, viele haben Löcher und man sieht die mainboard. Die Köche sind gestresst, sehen wie alle andere Mitarbeiter traurig und überfordert aus: es sind nur wenige da. Der Laden zu 10-20% voll war, gab es keine Warteschlange für die Bestellung, aber man soll dennoch einige Minuten warten, bis man vom Koch angeschaut und die Bestellung angenommen wird. Hat man bestellt, so dauert es schon lange, bis das Essen fertig wird. Dazu noch keine Atmosphäre, wo man entspannt warten kann: keine Musik, nur die Hektik von ständig herumlaufenden Mitarbeitern im leeren, kalten und dunklen Raum. Die sehen so aus, als ob sie Beschäftigung simulieren müssen, man wird auch ständig angeschaut, aber diese Blicke waren nie mit einem Lächeln. Während dann endlich drei von uns bereits etwas kalte Speisen bekommen haben, sollte die vierte Person noch 10-15 Minuten warten (auf Nudeln mit Fleisch). Noch erwähnenswert, das Angebot in der Speisekarte ist begrenzt, viel kleiner und weniger interessant, als in Hannover, außerdem ist nicht mal alles da: sogar etwas vom sehr begrenzten Angebot an Bier war nicht da. Vieles ist nur an Arbeitstagen oder sogar in bestimmten Zeiten also vormittags oder mittags da, wir waren allerdings abends am Wochenende da. Nach 1,5 Stunde im Restaurant hatten wir alle das Essen, es war nicht warm genug, insbesondere die Suppe, aber es hat geschmeckt (nur dafür ein Stern!). Aber nicht mal jetzt hat man Ruhe: die ständig rumlaufende Mitarbeiter fragen einen gleich, ob sie etwas vom Tisch nehmen können. Unglaublich! Man wird gleich unter Druck gesetzt, schneller zu essen, auch wenn die meisten Tische leer sind. Jedes Mal, wenn bei uns ein Teller leer oder fast leer war, kam ein Mitarbeiter, um diesen abzuholen…

Das Essen war wie immer top. Schade, dass die Wartezeit sehr lange dauerte. Es gab zudem kein Köfte mehr, weshalb die Auswahl kleiner war als sonst. Allerdings war meine Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant ganz gut.

Eher wir zum Tisch geführt wurden und uns das Personal aufgeklärt hat, hat es ziemlich lang gedauert. Nachdem wir dann endlich unser Essen bestellen wollten, sagt man uns, dass wir nur noch Salat bestellen können, obwohl der Laden noch über zwei Stunden auf hatte. - Nie wieder

Leider schmeckte die mercimek nach verbrannt, ich meine ja das kann mal passieren, jedoch ist der Service echt grottig und wurden die Karten aus der Hand gerissen, das Gericht wurde gelöscht und das war’s. Keine Entschuldigung oder sonst was. Das Personal wies uns garnicht ein, wir waren hier noch nie und hatten keine Ahnung von dem Konzept, dass man es sich bestellt und selber abholt. Leider ziemlich enttäuscht.

Leider war meine Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant enttäuschend. Das Essen wurde falsch zubereitet, vermutlich aufgrund mangelnder Aufmerksamkeit der Köche. Die Zubereitungszeit war unangemessen lang, und das Besteck wurde während des Besuchs nicht nachgefüllt. Zusätzlich erschwerte die Unklarheit der Bestellorte die gesamte Erfahrung. Hoffentlich verbessert das Restaurant diese Mängel, um zukünftigen Gästen eine angenehmere Zeit zu ermöglichen.

Könnte man beim Service 0 Ounkte geben, würde ich das machen. Wir wurden extrem unfreundlich behandelt, weil unsere Gruppe sich im Vergleich zur Reservierung verkleinert hatte, das hatten wir aber 1 Woche im Voraus mitgeteilt. Man saß an unbequemen barhockern, musste ewig an der getränketheke warten und es war unglaublich laut. Das essen war tatsächlich lecker, wobei 2 aus unserer Gruppe im Anschluss starke magenprobleme bekomnen haben. Würde ich niemandem empfehlen.

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, hatte eine hervorragende Linsensuppe als Vorspeise und eine Pfanne mit sehr zartem Hänchenfleisch und Gemüse dazu gab es auch Fladenbrot und einen leckeren Dip. Man bestellt das gewünschte Essen an der Theke zur Küche legt die Karte dort auf die man am Eingang erhält und über die wird es dann später alles abgerechnet. Man erhält dann ein elektronischen Signalgeber der dann aufblinkt wenn das Essen fertig ist und kann es dann abholen und dann am Tisch verzehren, ging auch sehr schnell man musste nicht lange warten .Das Ambiente ist auch ganz schön dort, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Preise fair. Ein Besuch dort lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Daumen hoch.

Noch nie soviel bezahlt für so wenig Leistung. Schmeckt nicht.

Der Service ist leider so schlecht geworden,hab 20 Minuten auf mein Getränk gewartet zu meinem Geburtstag und dann kam eine Angestellte von der Theke und war einfach nur mega unfreundlich und meinte sie haben kein Aperol Spritz und sie wüsste auch nicht was da rein kommt, sowas unfreundliches hab ich lange nicht gesehen, vor 2 Jahren noch mein Lieblingsladen gewesen.
