Hardly any service, but expensive food. Taste ok, but not deep. Like a canteen, you have to get your own food and drinks are brought.

Digital concept meets culinary The Bona’me in Stuttgart presents itself as a modern self-service restaurant with an oriental flair. Online reservation is uncomplicated, which makes getting started pleasant. The interior is tastefully designed with oriental elements, but some pieces of furniture already show clear signs of wear. The digital ordering system via mobile phone is innovative and allows for individual selection, but may take some getting used to for first-time visitors.  The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes. The starters, especially the mixed mezze plate, impress with their variety and taste. The main courses, on the other hand, leave a mixed impression; Some dishes were only served lukewarm and tasted average. EC card payment is possible. Overall, Bona'me Stuttgart offers an interesting concept with potential, but there is room for improvement in terms of food quality and ambience.

The food is almost the same as 10 years ago - still great and tasty. Why deduct two stars? . It's not clean. Previously used tables and benches are dirty. Even after 4 visits. Toilets are horror. Someone really needs to check here more often, empty the trash can and refill the paper. . The service. The staff is super nice, but they're always chatting at the bar, eating or otherwise out and about. Sometimes you wait at the entrance for minutes until someone shows up. We'll be back and hopefully I can give 5 stars and delete the criticisms

Very tasty food that you can hardly get anywhere else. Ordering is done via mobile phone with QR code. You have to get food yourself when the piper vibrates. This works well, but someone has to get up every now and then because you aren't being served at the table. Since the food is particularly good, you can overlook the form of service, which allows the operators to serve more people with fewer staff.

The self-ordering went well. Our meals were prepared very quickly. I ordered a Köfte plate. Simply delicious. Very positive atmosphere. I only recommend. Well thought out and done.

The food itself was very good, the drinks are a bit expensive but also okay. The problem is that more than 50% of what was on the card online wasn't available. I think it's a shame because I went there especially for the Manti and there weren't any. I don't know if this is the standard, but if so, I think it should be pointed out online when there are so many dishes not available locally.

The ordering system takes some getting used to and wasn't explained. And three orders simply didn't arrive. When asked, the response was somewhat annoyed, but then the order was brought to the table. It's relatively loud, making it difficult to have a pleasant conversation. The food is okay, but the prices are too high, as are the drinks. What's absolutely unacceptable is the cleanliness of the restrooms, which has been criticized here several times. The reddish-brown stains and splashes on all the walls of the women's restroom are simply disgusting; if I'd seen them beforehand, I would have left. The entire restroom lobby was also filthy, with paper towels lying around everywhere, and the sink and mirror were completely covered in splashes and dirt. Many kebab shops can do better. The owner's response is always the same; nothing has changed so far.

Even though they call it a Turkish-Kurdish mixture, I think a very modern Anatolian cuisine would suit it better. It's the most delicious thing I've ever eaten and the ambiance is very nice. Alcoholic place. They have their own alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Prices are very affordable. It's crowded, so maybe a reservation is a must. The employees are very polite and friendly. We were here for breakfast. Unfortunately disappointing. Not really authentic. The prices are far too high for this quality. You can get Turkish breakfast in Stuttgart at Big Chefs or Mahren for cheaper and with much better quality. Here everything is extra, the selection on the breakfast board is limited and the menu does not provide any insight into the details. The decor is nicely designed but the music is too loud, the tables are too close together and too small, you have to constantly rearrange them. I wouldn't recommend it for an authentic gastronomic experience.

It was an experience getting to know this restaurant concept. I was very surprised by how well it was received. The food was very good, but I'm not a fan of self-service; we liked the atmosphere.

A restaurant couldn't be more unprofessional. Actually, everything that is possible went wrong. We had made a reservation for 6 people, when we arrived they wanted to sit us at a high table, which we refused because we were in a restaurant and not a bar. They said that they were trying to accommodate us, which would be difficult because they were completely booked (which was a lie, since at least 30 people were seated without a reservation, we noticed that because we were seated right next to the entrance door.) The food is very good. The ambiance is modern. One point deducted for the broken faucets in the bathroom. The food is quite expensive considering you have to get it yourself. The portions are filling.

Great location. Delicious breakfast. We always feel very comfortable. However, it would be great if the music were more varied. It's really great, but the same melancholic songs every time create a somewhat bad mood. I, or rather we, have to think twice about visiting the café/restaurant every time. Perhaps they could play Ahmet Aslan's music in the evenings... Apart from that, we can absolutely recommend the location.

They have some weird devices to order, and the waiters refuse to talk to you. We also waited for almost half an hour for 4 coffees, and the place wasn't even busy.

The concept with the pager and cards + cell phone is a bit complicated, but ok. The service is rather bad. There are a few employees standing there waiting at reception. Nobody comes to the table to explain the concept or ask if you need help. Drinks are brought that no one has ordered and you have to call to make them aware of everything. The table was full of empty glasses and plates, but even after a long time, no one came. Only after you pointed it out. The map is also difficult to understand on a cell phone. I don't know the dishes and there are no explanations about them. And ordering food based on images shown on a small screen on your phone is a lottery. And it's too loud too. Unfortunately not a second time.

Been there for the first time. You probably already know the concept of the restaurant from where. You can pick up your own food. Therefore there is no service. The food tastes very good. I had soup and three small taccos. One of the taccos was sweet, but I didn't think it was that great. The other two were savory. I find the price performance a little too expensive.

It's a very nice restaurant in Stuttgart West. There is great food here in a nice atmosphere and picking up the drinks and food works great.

It was a bit awkward that the dishes were served one after the other instead of being brought to our group at the same time. This meant we had to wait for everyone to receive their food, which resulted in some dishes getting cold. The food looked really appealing in the pictures and on social media, but unfortunately the actual taste was not what we expected. For the price we would have expected a much better taste experience, as the food was rather boring and not special. Some of the staff didn't seem very friendly. However, the cleanliness in the restaurant should be mentioned positively; the tables were regularly cleared, cleaned and disinfected. The toilets were also in a clean condition, although the trash cans were a bit full during our visit. In summary, it can be interesting to visit, but I'm not sure I'd want to come back.

I can only recommend that, despite self-service, my wishes were taken into account and I was served something extra because of my intolerances. The chefs are very accommodating and friendly! The ambience and music are also quite praiseworthy. I'd love to come back, keep it up 👍

We were in Stuttgart for 4 days, but went to this shop twice because it was just great. I think the whole system with independent ordering and collection is brilliant. The food was also very good. We'd love to come back.

We were there for the first time this afternoon and can only report good things. Very tasty food, cozy, relaxed atmosphere, nice and, above all, very child-friendly staff! Thanks again explicitly to the nice employee who treated our little daughter so kindly and warmly! ❤️ Absolute recommendation!

We ordered via our cell phone and unfortunately we didn't get any information about the dishes or drinks, which of course would have been very helpful. Unfortunately the table was dirty, so we had to quickly clean it ourselves. We had Meze, Babuko Chicken and Köfteli Ciftlik Sak, as well as Cola and a Miss Mint Spritz non-alcoholic. We really enjoy eating meze, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here. Likewise the babuko was not good. The Köfteli was ok, but nothing more. And the Miss Mint Spritz non-alcoholic was way too sweet. We had already gotten the food and then the drinks came. But perhaps there is no other way with a concept like this. Unfortunately I couldn't tolerate the food at all and had quite a stomach ache.

The staff was friendly, attentive and quick. You really felt welcome. The restaurant has a cozy and modern atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. The restaurant is really very nicely decorated. You can sit there comfortably for a long time. Unfortunately the food isn't particularly good. So I would go to Come drink tea. But don't spend any more money there on the food. As a group we had a mezze tray with various dips. The mini portions for €15 were really a joke. The Beyte was not worth it and I wouldn't order the bulgur with skewered meat again. I was there about 1.5 years ago and I remembered it better

The service is super unfriendly, prices are definitely too high for the food to be okay. We had to reorder 3 times because the machine doesn't tell you what is no longer available, a bit annoying, so my husband's food and his drink came quicker than mine, so if you want to eat together you shouldn't plan to do so here. The toilets were disgusting, as if someone hadn't cleaned them for days. We won't be coming back.

Was here for the first time today. The concept is the same as Vapiano. If you look at the Turkish cuisine. The map should be better explained. You can only order based on photos! My husband and I ordered two different dishes. But that didn't work, as it turned out when we picked up the dishes, we got what my husband had ordered twice. These were spiral pasta (too doughy) with a tomato sauce (ok), three strips of spinach (not enough) and a few strips of turkey schnitzel (dust dry). The dish didn't seem very Turkish to me either. The only thing that was really good was the tea. We also couldn't get much out of the ambience. It was just modern and could have been anywhere in the world. But it lacks any oriental flair. And it's very loud.

Breakfast to take away was requested over the phone. Unfortunately the conversation was stopped in the middle of a sentence and you should just come by and order + take away. When we arrived on site and ordered breakfast, the kitchen informed us that in some cases nothing could be taken away due to the lack of packaging. OK. According to the receptionist, the other order was for take away. Went to the kitchen again, whereupon they said that no breakfast could be taken away at all. No banners for customers, no clear line in the team when it comes to communication. Too bad. Went there for free, went home hungry.

I paid 20,5€ for the breakfast that you can see in the pictures. I found that amount a little high. Nevertheless the food was good and the service was also good. I liked the decoration and the music playing in the background.

I was a little disappointed. The food wasn't justified for the price. Average taste and small portions. This is despite the fact that most of the food is self-service. The toilet was not clean and the sink was broken. Could be nice if everything is taken care of and the quality of the food is raised.

Nice atmosphere but unfortunately not anymore. The dishes taste somehow reheated. We had starters, soup, bowls, beyti and pide. Except for the pide, everything didn't taste good, no real taste, spices were missing. I gave it all a second chance and it was like that again. Therefore no recommendation.

Great ambience, the service was nice, but the food – an absolute nightmare! I should have run away when I got the meze: stale bread that was so tough it almost made my teeth falter. Nevertheless, I still decided on the chicken, which was served surprisingly quickly - less than 2 minutes! Sure, frozen food is welcome. The chicken was so dry and tough that I had to down my emergency iced tea to even swallow it. A horror meal that I can't recommend to anyone!

The dishes are prepared completely incorrectly. I don't want to have a lamb skewer like that again. The dishes offered are all Turkish. However, I would not recommend this place for authentic Turkish dishes. The price level is far too high.

We were there for the first time today. You get a pager and an NFC card at the entrance. The drinks and food were then stored on this card. The concept of ordering your own food at the terminal and picking it up with a beeper is modern and uncomplicated. The restaurant impresses with a beautiful, authentic ambience that almost makes you believe you are in Turkey. Tasteful furnishings and enough seating ensure a relaxed atmosphere. As soon as you enter the restaurant you are warmly greeted - the staff are always friendly and helpful. The quality of the food is top and the prices are mostly reasonable. The only point of criticism: a cup of mint tea for 5 euros is a bit excessive, which is a shame because otherwise everything is really good. We particularly recommend the starters, which are a real highlight! However, you should allow at least 30 minutes between the starter and the main course as the portions are generous and very filling. All in all, an absolute top address for fans of Turkish-Kurdish food. I'd love to come back! 🌟

We have eaten here several times and have been extremely satisfied every time. Very friendly staff, extremely tasty food, reasonable prices.

It was really nice vibes in the place, the decorations really amazing with a pretty nice staff. I liked also the electronic ordering way which gives you flexibility with much easier and faster way. The food was really good and looks different compared to normal restaurants in Stuttgart. I will visit them again another time to taste the breakfast.

10/10 everything the conditions were super accommodating and friendly. The food was indescribably delicious and at great prices. The homemade iced tea is highly recommended! And what I liked most is that music by Mikail Aslan was playing :)

As always, I was out and about - and discovered this cozy café, ordered tea and carrot orange ginger juice, unfortunately I wasn't that enthusiastic because the drink was as if it had simply been dissolved powder. Didn't taste it, even though the price was quite high. The atmosphere is good, and contactless ordering is pretty awesome. :) I didn't try any food, except for a small dessert made of yogurt and jam. Wasn't bad. Maybe I'll come by again sometime.

The food was a disaster. Anyone who has ever eaten a real Beyti would not say that it tasted very good. These were simply minced meat biscuits rolled up in store-bought flatbread with tomato sauce. I think it's completely overrated.
