Absolutely great. It was our first time having breakfast here and it was really tasty. Quick food preparation. Staff very nice. We can only warmly recommend it, now just test it in the evening and then see.

A very tasty starter plate, great pide and great rice pudding. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. The ordering and pickup system works smoothly. The service is extremely friendly. We would love to come back 👍🏼

The restaurant is really very nicely decorated. You can sit there comfortably for a long time. Unfortunately the food isn't particularly good. So I would go to Come drink tea. But don't spend any more money there on the food. As a group we had a mezze tray with various dips. The mini portions for €15 were really a joke. The Beyte was not worth it and I wouldn't order the bulgur with skewered meat again. I was there about 1.5 years ago and I remembered it better

The service is super unfriendly, prices are definitely too high for the food to be okay. We had to reorder 3 times because the machine doesn't tell you what is no longer available, a bit annoying, so my husband's food and his drink came quicker than mine, so if you want to eat together you shouldn't plan to do so here. The toilets were disgusting, as if someone hadn't cleaned them for days. We won't be coming back.

Was here for the first time today. The concept is the same as Vapiano. If you look at the Turkish cuisine. The map should be better explained. The managing director comes to almost everyone and speaks a few sentences to you. Lots of space outside, there will be hot radiators in November. Very crowded at lunchtime and a bit loud for my taste.

Unfortunately we weren't satisfied at all. It started with the complicated access to the menu via a QR code. That didn't work at first. The restaurant employee (there are no waiters as it is a self-service shop) didn't make it either. He then kindly gave us his own cell phone so we could choose and order. But that all went away when I took a longer break from ordering. So back to my phone. Thank God a guest helped me. She managed to do it straight away with the QR code (interesting that her own staff couldn't do it). Then we wanted to choose and missed descriptions of the dishes. You can only order based on photos! My husband and I ordered two different dishes. But that didn't work, as it turned out when we picked up the dishes, we got what my husband had ordered twice. These were spiral pasta (too doughy) with a tomato sauce (ok), three strips of spinach (not enough) and a few strips of turkey schnitzel (dust dry). The dish didn't seem very Turkish to me either. The only thing that was really good was the tea. We also couldn't get much out of the ambience. It was just modern and could have been anywhere in the world. But it lacks any oriental flair. And it's very loud.

Breakfast to take away was requested over the phone. Unfortunately the conversation was stopped in the middle of a sentence and you should just come by and order + take away. When we arrived on site and ordered breakfast, the kitchen informed us that in some cases nothing could be taken away due to the lack of packaging. OK. According to the receptionist, the other order was for take away. Went to the kitchen again, whereupon they said that no breakfast could be taken away at all. No banners for customers, no clear line in the team when it comes to communication. Too bad. Went there for free, went home hungry.

I paid 20,5€ for the breakfast that you can see in the pictures. I found that amount a little high. Nevertheless the food was good and the service was also good. I liked the decoration and the music playing in the background.

I was a little disappointed. The food wasn't justified for the price. Average taste and small portions. This is despite the fact that most of the food is self-service. The toilet was not clean and the sink was broken. Could be nice if everything is taken care of and the quality of the food is raised.

Nice atmosphere but unfortunately not anymore. The dishes taste somehow reheated. We had starters, soup, bowls, beyti and pide. Except for the pide, everything didn't taste good, no real taste, spices were missing. I gave it all a second chance and it was like that again. Therefore no recommendation.

Great ambience, the service was nice, but the food – an absolute nightmare! I should have run away when I got the meze: stale bread that was so tough it almost made my teeth falter. Nevertheless, I still decided on the chicken, which was served surprisingly quickly - less than 2 minutes! Sure, frozen food is welcome. The chicken was so dry and tough that I had to down my emergency iced tea to even swallow it. A horror meal that I can't recommend to anyone!

The dishes are prepared completely incorrectly. I don't want to have a lamb skewer like that again. The dishes offered are all Turkish. However, I would not recommend this place for authentic Turkish dishes. The price level is far too high.

I've eaten here several times. Always leave satisfied and with a smile. A beautiful location with delicious food and friendly staff. And you can also find a place without a reservation, which is a welcome change in stressful Stuttgart. I can recommend :)

I liked it very much. Unfortunately it's a bit far from my hometown, so I can't go there often. If I have the chance I'll be there.

The large selection of mezze, main courses and desserts leaves nothing to be desired. Each dish is a taste experience in itself and reminds me of my travels through the Orient. I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the authentic preparation. The self-service concept makes it possible to feast in a relaxed manner and discover the different flavors.

We were there for the first time today. You get a pager and an NFC card at the entrance. The drinks and food were then stored on this card. Drinks were brought by the service staff, food had to be picked up yourself as soon as the pager vibrated. The food and drinks were very tasty. Unfortunately, our starter (manti) was only prepared after the main course and as a reminder, so we could pick it up afterwards.

Anyone who loves Kurdish and Turkish specialties will get their money’s worth at bona’me Stuttgart! The concept of ordering your own food at the terminal and picking it up with a beeper is modern and uncomplicated. Particularly positive: The food is incredibly tasty and is prepared in a reasonable time. The restaurant impresses with a beautiful, authentic ambience that almost makes you believe you are in Turkey. Tasteful furnishings and enough seating ensure a relaxed atmosphere. As soon as you enter the restaurant you are warmly greeted - the staff are always friendly and helpful. The quality of the food is top and the prices are mostly reasonable. The only point of criticism: a cup of mint tea for 5 euros is a bit excessive, which is a shame because otherwise everything is really good. We particularly recommend the starters, which are a real highlight! However, you should allow at least 30 minutes between the starter and the main course as the portions are generous and very filling. All in all, an absolute top address for fans of Turkish-Kurdish food. I'd love to come back! 🌟

We have eaten here several times and have been extremely satisfied every time. Very friendly staff, extremely tasty food, reasonable prices.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the employees were all nice. There is no service at the table, you have to pick up the food yourself, which I think is perfectly fine. The portions are large, but I find the prices to be too high. The food is okay but I've eaten the same/similar dishes much better. The pide was very crispy but also a bit too fatty, as was the beyti. In addition, the descriptions of the dishes could be more detailed!

It was really nice vibes in the place, the decorations really amazing with a pretty nice staff. I liked also the electronic ordering way which gives you flexibility with much easier and faster way. The food was really good and looks different compared to normal restaurants in Stuttgart. I will visit them again another time to taste the breakfast.

10/10 everything the conditions were super accommodating and friendly. The food was indescribably delicious and at great prices. The homemade iced tea is highly recommended! And what I liked most is that music by Mikail Aslan was playing :)

As always, I was out and about - and discovered this cozy café, ordered tea and carrot orange ginger juice, unfortunately I wasn't that enthusiastic because the drink was as if it had simply been dissolved powder. Didn't taste it, even though the price was quite high. The atmosphere is good, and contactless ordering is pretty awesome. :) I didn't try any food, except for a small dessert made of yogurt and jam. Wasn't bad. Maybe I'll come by again sometime.

The system is interesting. Kind of like McDonalds and you get your food from the station it is prepared at. The food was really delicious.

The food was a disaster. Anyone who has ever eaten a real Beyti would not say that it tasted very good. These were simply minced meat biscuits rolled up in store-bought flatbread with tomato sauce. I think it's completely overrated.

First things first: The food tastes great and the prices are reasonable. So far I'm giving it 5 stars. Now to the two reasons why I had to deduct a star: 1. The bona'me is digitalized. You get a QR code and a pager and you use it to look at the menu, order and receive notifications about when the food or drinks can be picked up. That wouldn't be a problem in principle, but the ordering system still has a long way to go to be pleasant to use. Sorting is difficult and the categories are in Turkish (?) without translation, there is no search or filter and the dishes are not described. You only get a picture and a name, no details, which is difficult with a salad, for example. I would also like to have a text field for special requests. 2. We were there as a group of 7 and tried to all order at the same time. The pager rang regularly and always pulled one person from the group to get something to drink or eat. This was of no use for the group feeling. In addition, other restaurants try to ensure that all dishes on a table are served at the same time so that people can eat together. This didn't work well for us and the salad eaters were almost finished before the pager for the pide rang.

It's always a good selection no matter what city. Great oriental dishes.

We had a very positive experience at bona'me Stuttgart. From the reception to the farewell, the service staff was always attentive and friendly. We also had the feeling that everything was running very professionally and that every employee enjoyed their work. The food and drinks were really incredibly good. Much better than expected. The portions are quite large and the drinks are presented in a really modern way. I didn't know the concept in that form before. After a short explanation it is very easy to understand. Many thanks to Berdan by the way. We felt totally at home and will definitely visit the restaurant in every city where there is a bona'me.

We saw this place on YouTube and thought we could go there for a special occasion. It is definitely worth recommending. The host is very personable. The food is really very tasty. The only thing we noticed was that the drinks didn't say whether they contained alcohol or not. Some said alcohol-free and some said no alcohol at all. That would really be the only thing that could be done better. Still highly recommended!

Visited Bona'me for the first time today and were more than satisfied. We received a very friendly welcome and were informed about the ordering system. The ambience is unique in Stuttgart. The eye really takes part here. Before eating I was a bit skeptical as I feared it would be another fancy restaurant with bad food. Fortunately, I was taught otherwise: the pide tasted as good as anywhere else back home. But I have to particularly emphasize the staff. We received very friendly advice and at some point had the feeling that we were visiting friends. An absolute recommendation in the ailing Stuttgart restaurant landscape.

We had breakfast at Bona'me today. The concept of the restaurant immediately appealed to us - the mixture of warm hospitality and cultural connection. We were particularly impressed by the wall decorations with pictures of the ancestors of the operating family. We were very warmly explained who can be seen in the photos and how they contribute to the concept. This connection between tradition and modernity, between origins and everyday German life, makes the location a special place. The service was great, we would love to come back!

The food surprised me positively. Greasy but really tasty. Self-service isn't that practical and makes it quite impersonal, I think. This gives it more of a canteen feeling, which is a shame because the ambience is otherwise quite good. A little more explanation of what the dishes are about would be good.

The reception was super nice, we got the cards and the pager. A short introduction to the handle and off to a free place. The map can be accessed online. It's a shame that there isn't a sufficient description of the dishes. So you don't know exactly what you're ordering and you tend to order based on pictures. After a while the pager answers and shows you which counter you should go to. The food is ok, the size of the plates too. But the price is certainly not justified when you consider the ingredients etc. The tables will be cleared, this will be done very promptly. But otherwise there is no service.

As soon as we stepped into the place, we felt like we came to a good place. The interior design and the music playing were very good. We did not know beforehand that the business was a flood service. We scanned the QR code and placed the order on the phone. We had to pick it up ourselves when it was ready, but since we had a baby, they brought our order to our table, thank you. The employees are very polite and friendly. The food turned out to be original and delicious than we expected. The rice dishes in the meatball and meat plate were different and wonderful. Crispy chilli ravioli was served with cheddar cheese, pickled purple onions and hot peppers. I loved this combination. Of course, the meatballs and meat were also delicious. But I usually find the rice sloppy in these types of dishes, and I really liked that it wasn't like that here.

I've been to this restaurant a few times now and have been more satisfied each time. Starters and desserts are great, the food is of top quality and the portions are large. The ingredients are fresh and the food is perfectly prepared. Ordering, service and waiting time – everything is going great. I'll definitely be back.

Zugegeben wir waren etwas euphorisiert nach diesem Nachmittag und vielleicht grosszügiger im Übersehen von Mängeln. Aber alle Speisen die wir hatten waren wirklich gut. Nicht alles mein Geschmack aber auf alle Fälle spannend. Essen wie man es nicht immer und überall bekommt. Ja, die Getränkepreise sind nicht günstig, aber ich bin Schlimmeres gewöhnt. :-D Dieses Konzept mit Foodrunnern macht bei der Personallage in der Gastro schon Sinn. In Kombination mit den grossen Tischen ist es halt nicht sehr gemütlich/persönlich.

Nice atmosphere, friendly reception and food service but there is no service as it is self-service. This made it uncomfortable as you had to get up for every dish or drink. (The drinks were ready last) The prices are high because they save on staff. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Tasty but not exceptional.

The food was incredibly tasty and ready quickly. The only thing that bothered me was the way we ordered via pager. Somehow that doesn't do justice to the high quality of the food and I think it's a bit of a shame when everyone sits at the table with their cell phones at the start. Purely in terms of taste and the selection, I highly recommend it.
