There is a large selection of Indian dishes here, with meat, fish and vegetarian. We ate Malai Kofta and Bombay Tinda Masala and both tasted very good. The service was very friendly and attentive, so we felt very comfortable in the restaurant. The price-performance ratio was also very fair.

We were there with a voucher book. We were warmly welcomed. There is Indian and Thai cuisine. Indian tastes better. Duck was very fatty in the Thai dish, which was relatively tasteless. You can, but you don't have to have been here. We give a second chance, but without duck and only Indian dishes.

The delivery service does not keep the specified time of one hour. We have now ordered several times and each time we waited longer with different excuses. Today we found out after 1 hour 20 minutes that there were supposedly problems with the order, even though we received a confirmation by email. That was definitely the last attempt today. It's a shame because the food was really good.

Friendly service. The prices are relatively cheap. But I found it strange that non-alcoholic beer and even mineral water are more expensive than alcoholic beer. I found the food disappointing. Both dishes I tried were below average in my opinion.

Chicken mango very tasty. No. 139. Not spicy. Served on a “warmer” with rice. The ambience is also nice, of course the Taj Mahal is shown large on the side wall.

It tastes good and fills you up well. The owners are very friendly. It's not overpriced and not overcrowded. You can go there relaxed and spontaneously, definitely as a couple. Could also work well with a group, depending on the day and time. Takeaway is also possible.

This is the third time we have been to this restaurant, and almost every time we were the only guests. This can probably be attributed to the fact that the Indian dishes just taste ok and are not a particularly taste explosion. Furthermore, the restaurant owner is a very moody hostess, so you don't feel particularly welcome. In addition, it should be mentioned that the majority of guests who visit the restaurant probably come because of an existing voucher. With such a payment you can only pay in cash so that the owners can offset this and do not have to pay taxes. In our case, we didn't have any cash with us and were only informed of this after receiving the bill. Due to the fact that there are no working ATMs in the area (the Sparkasse machine around the corner is always broken), we had to make a half-hour hike to the Werkviertel to get money... I advise everyone to find another Indian restaurant!

I really enjoy coming to this restaurant. Wonderful soups, starters, main courses and desserts. The homemade drinks and desserts are also very tasty. Great atmosphere and warm hosts. Also a really nice restaurant... A must, especially in autumn and winter.

This Restaurant is located in Eastern Munich. I had a Dal makhni with Roti and rice. The taste was very indian and the staff was very polite and generous.

It is a pleasant nice place to try tasty Indian Cuisine. The Dishes are very well served, they taste so good, the prices are really nice, and the service is quite great. i'll definitely go again.

Otherwise I was always satisfied. Was a regular there. Only today I am very disappointed. I ordered a large mango lassi. Unfortunately today the drink was undrinkable, it had carbon dioxide that is not normally in it. I wanted to exchange the lassi and got the unfriendly answer that everything was okay and they wouldn't take the drink back. So now I throw the spoiled drink away myself. Very annoying. I probably won't get food there anymore.

A great RESTAURANT - and I say that as a person who does NOT like Indian food! We came here with the gourmet block. It was great that there was also Chinese food, because I like that. I had the Chicken Peking Style. Super cool! Slightly spicy, slightly sweet. My friend had lamb with a spicy sauce that even I liked. I just never understand why Indians NEVER have vegetables in the sauce, but that's completely normal. The man (owner?) was super nice. The woman was okay too, but she didn't radiate the same warmth. They both spoke German very well and were able to chat a bit. The prices are really great, especially for the water. I don't like Indian and will definitely come back - that says it all! Really recommended!

Very, very tasty mango curry. It was practical that everyone could take their own amount of rice from our group. It was a perfect fit and no one ate more or less than they wanted. The service was very nice. Indian music isn't necessarily my thing, but you can listen to it while you're there.

Today we were at Bombay Palace for the first time. I don't know how long it has been since we received such friendly and courteous service. The food was great and the prices, especially the drinks, were unbeatable. The place wasn't too busy, the business is primarily pickup/delivery, which is a shame since the owner is so friendly.

We had come here to celebrate a friend's birthday and the guy was so disrespectful and kept talking about how Indians don't have good values and how Germans are somehow better. Gave a full family history (ofc without even asking just to state his family has the blood of London and Canada and are not from India). All this racism when we were Indians. It was heights when he starting questioning my ability to figure out if someone is a German or Turkish. I don't understand this behavior, he surely knew nothing about Indian culture and people. An overall terrible experience!!!!!

Always nice to be here. The food was very tasty, the price was also very good, the service was good and unobtrusive. Quiet atmosphere, you don't feel like you have to leave quickly. The chai is also recommended. The sauces for the papadum are a good mix.

The food was very tasty and the dish with spinach and chickpeas is vegan. The owner of the restaurant assured me on the phone that all the dishes I ordered, including the bread, the starter and the papadum, were vegan. The delivery took over two hours and the restaurant didn't contact me on its own. I called after 1.5 hours and was told the driver was on the way. After another 40 minutes the driver finally came and apologized for the delay "there were problems with the system". In such a case, the restaurant should at least get in touch. In addition, I was only given one dip, even though the starter included three.

Food is okay. But a shady place with a scary looking lady. A bit traumatized by the experience. Never again!

Ich hatte mich heute Mittag für dieses Lokal spontan umentschieden und war ungelogen von 11.30-12.40 Uhr der einzige Gast im Raum, von einer Take Away Bestellung einmal abgesehen. Ist es die Lage oder der Umstand, das sich halb München in der Innenstadt befand? An den Preisen und an der Qualität der Speisen gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Jeder Koch arbeitet anders und so war auch das von mir bestellte Chicken Korma geschmacklich etwas neues für mich Die Suppe entsprach auch meiner Vorstellung von einer Linsen Curry Suppe. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam und ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Extrem nette und offene Mitarbeiterin!! Essen war sehr gut& gemütliches Ambiente!

Wir haben einen netten Ort zum Abendessen gesucht,während die Kinder auf einem Konzert waren...indisch essen? Warum nicht? Also los zum Bombay Palace. Leider war das Ambiente nicht ganz so nett,wie es auf dem Foto ausgesehen hat. Die roten Lederstühle haben es wohl rausgerissen, die waren in der Realität allerdings nicht vorhanden. Ich habe mir ein großes Spezi bestellt und zu meiner Überraschung war ein großer Lippenstiftabdruck auf dem Glas. Die Bedienung hat mir ohne Diskussion ein neues Glas gebracht...ob sie das Spezi nur umgefüllt hat, weiß ich nicht, aber jetzt wäre ich am liebsten schon wieder aufgestanden und gegangen... Wir sind aber geblieben und haben uns Hühnchen mit scharfer Currysosse genehmigt,was auch echt lecker war. Die Bedienung ist gegen Ende auch noch etwas aufgetaut und hat uns einen Reisnachschlag angeboten... Alles in allem keine Offenbarung, aber ein nettes und günstiges Restaurant,um einmal in die indische Küche rein zu schnuppern. Allerdings hatte ich die ganze Zeit über immer etwas Bedenken,wegen dem schmuddeligen Glas...:-)

I have not been to your hotel and hence I cannot give a good or otherwise feedback. That is the reason my rating is three star. Why I am writing is because I’m surprised by the response the owner has given to some of the customers who have given relatively not so good feedback. Any adverse feedback should be taken at of face value for introspection and that is the culture of India. Whereas you are so much demeaning the people who have been giving you such feedback. Especially if the customer is Indian it seems you really want to insult. This is really surprising especially when you call yourself “Bombay Palace”

Wir haben uns abends Essen ins Hotel liefern lassen. Anstatt nach von Lieferando gemeldeten 60 min. wurde das Essen bereits nach einer halben Stunde geliefert, perfekt verpackt und warm. Darüber haben wir uns riesig gefreut. Nach einem netten kurzen Gespräch ging es mit dem Essen zurück auf das Zimmer und es war einfach super: genau richtig gewürzt und wir haben uns die Reste noch am nächsten Mittag aufgewärmt schmecken lassen. Vielen Dank und beim nächsten München-Trip gerne wieder, dann vielleicht mal vor Ort 👍🏻

Wir haben hier bestellt. Kamen zu früh, das Essen war trotzdem schon fertig. Wurden sehr nett von dem Besitzer emfangen, der uns einen Mango Lassi geschenkt hat und uns Mango Saft angeboten. Zuhause angekommen wurden leider zwei Gerichte vertauscht und waren nicht wie bestellt… es war trotzdem sehr lecker.

Das Essen war lecker und Personal ist sehr nett und höflich, uns wurde das leckere Brot und noch Mangosaft geschenkt.

I was on Business trip to Munich and I found Bombay Palace restaurant where I thoroughly enjoyed my food. I stayed for 10 Days all day I had my food in this restaurant. Specially Dal makhani in this restaurant is superb. Almost all the day I tried all Vegetarian food here I liked most of the Indian dishes.
