If it is delivered, they say - after 65 minutes they call "we only see your order now, pizza is no longer available" - poorly organized and a waste of time - that was the last order - still waiting for my money

The pizza was okay, to be honest, but it got cold and arrived after 2 hours!! And the colleague who took the order was Unfriendly 👎

I ordered three pizzas, and they were absolutely amazing. The prices are also great, and I also got a 20% discount. When I picked them up and paid, I was absolutely amazed. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a pizza at 7:56 p.m. and got it at 9:30 p.m.

Absolutely crap food: the pizza is frozen and the burgers are bottomless. On top of that, the fries taste like cardboard and have the same ingredients. We also had to wait three hours for ours. As an apology, they upgraded us to a large fries, which is more of a human rights violation than an apology. On top of that, the food that was delivered was simply wrong. Finally, I would like to point out that it was incredibly overpriced, and we spent €70 on a worse McDonald's. All in all, I'd rather eat the trash at a McDonald's than smell that abomination again. I wish you could give less than one star.

I ordered a pizza, but it only arrived after a call to find out where it was. The result: the pizza arrived almost cold, and the extra shepherd's cheese topping I ordered wasn't on the pizza either (I had to pay for it, of course).

Horrible! The food was delivered cold, tasted terrible, and according to Google, the store was even closed...but you could order through Lieferando. It was all very strange.

We tried it for the first time. My son wanted a kiddy box, which was supposed to contain a "surprise gift." The doorbell rang, and we received our pizzas and a small garbage bag with Capri-Sonne and a chocolate bar... They should take a leaf out of the book from many other delivery companies that lovingly create their own. It was truly embarrassing! Our pizzas were tasteless. We wanted to try it, but we definitely won't order from them again. I would be ashamed to hand a toddler a garbage bag with Capri-Sonne... because that changes the description, because there was no gift anywhere...

Why I give 3 stars I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 rices. The three pizzas arrived but the two ice creams were forgotten and I was told that they would bring the ice cream straight away. Instead of 2, only one arrived and the other was forgotten, which is annoying.

I had ordered a pizza spaghetti but it was a Hawaii, in general it was good but the delivery was not so good

I just ordered two pizzas: They were delivered in a reasonable time, which is why I gave them one star. I also ordered two curry dips, which I paid for. However, only one dip was delivered, for which the driver also charged an extra fee and couldn't even explain why. Both pizzas were a disaster, tasting and smelling strongly of cardboard. Furthermore, one pizza wasn't cooked through and was therefore inedible. Conclusion: Any frozen pizza is better!

I wasn't there, so I gave it 5 stars. The food there isn't bad in general... but it's not really good either. I used to love ordering the gyro plate there. But since they switched to chicken... I tried it once, and I don't think it tastes nearly as good... And since there have been delivery issues in the past, sorry, you're not giving me any reason to order from you. The gyro plate you had last time was really great. When it's back in stock, I might order again.

Bad restaurant. I asked for the pizza to be cut, but it came uncut. I don't recommend it.

The price/performance ratio is right, and the pizzas are absolutely delicious! The pasta dishes are also highly recommended.

Great local purchase, poor delivery, good food

Unfortunately not good at all anymore. Until recently I enjoyed ordering here. Nowadays you only get low quality convenience products. Reasonable chicken schnitzels have become pressed meat things with far too little unseasoned sauce. We will not order here again.

If there was an award for worst service, this team would have won it by a mile - and probably wouldn't even realize they were nominated. Friendliness here seems as rare as winning the lottery, and willingness to help? It was probably mixed up with the delivery and never arrived. The food was okay, but the service? An experience that I will not soon forget, unfortunately not in a positive sense. I prefer to order from my coffee machine, it's friendlier.

Well I have to say now, it's a disgrace. The last 4 orders were always late. And we're not talking about 10 minutes but over an hour each. When you call there they always say the driver left 5 minutes ago... It's a mess. In addition, the wrong thing is often delivered. We no longer order and advise everyone against it.

Super delicious, first of all the food was hot 👍👍👍👍 the taste... Very tasty and then fresh hot fried potatoes. All in all, like the restaurant, keep it up👍👍👍

The food is good. The driver didn't have any change with him and so he got 27 euros instead of 22.30 euros and he didn't pay the difference back.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I ordered a pizza today (on a Monday) at 9:45 p.m. and it didn't arrive until 11:00 p.m. Unfortunately, it turned out that it was a frozen pizza that had probably just been “reworked” a bit – probably with my own tomato sauce and my additional toppings. The taste left a lot to be desired, and the middle of the pizza was still cold. Absolutely disappointing for the long wait and the quality. Definitely not recommended.

The third time in a row money is wasted, if nothing is specified for the casserole and the first time I even write without potatoes/pasta then I want my casserole without! I can't eat it again, there are almost no vegetables in it and I kept ordering ONLY because of THE casserole, which was so perfect the first time and ruined everything every time after that, that was the last time I'll make the casserole myself!

We waited 2 hours for our food. When asked, the answer was that you had to plan for a delay. Food was already soggy and cold when it got here. In terms of taste, you can say that it wasn't worth more than half the price. Thanks for the very bad experience.

Unfortunately our food didn't arrive after 2 hours. When asked by phone, the only alternative was to wait at least 30 minutes for the order. A cancellation was a bit difficult to arrange. The money was then transferred back via PayPal without any problems. Unfortunately that was the second bad experience. A bit of a shame.

Habe dort mehrmals (teilweise mehrmals die Woche) essen bestellt. Letztes Mal wurde“half Baked“ mit „Haake Beck“ verwechselt und diesmal hatte der Fahrer kein Wechselgeld. War nun auch das letztes Mal das ich dort essen bestellt habe. Positiv: das nen & jerrys Eis schmeckt gut

Abgesehen von der wirklich schnellen Lieferung, und dem mega leckeren Essen möchte ich ganz besonders noch die Freundlichkeit des Fahrers loben. Wir haben das erste Mal dort bestellt, und waren von A-Z wirklich begeistert. Dort werden wir definitiv öfter bestellen

Die erste Bestellung ( Curry-Hähnchen & Thunfisch Rollo) waren super lecker... Der Fahrer hatte eine Autopanne...kam 20 Minuten später... Für die Verspätung gab es eine 1 Flasche Cola und eine Entschuldigung vom Fahrer. Sehr freundlicher und netter Telefon Kontakt. Mehr erwarte ich auch nicht... Für mich alles okay... 100% wieder...

Wir bestellen dort so gerne aber das man versucht eine Stunde anzurufen ist echt enttäuschend . Als wenn der Hörer daneben liegt ! Vom Essen her gar keine Beschwerden!

Wir bestellen regelmäßig bei Blue Chilli Food. Essen war bis heute immer gut. Aber die Heutige Bestellung kam erst nach 95 min. an. Kartoffelecken und Nuggets kalt. Meine Calzone lauwarm und die grüne Sauce hat auch gefehlt. Schade

Schade, dass es keine „0-Sterne-Bewertung“ bei Google gibt. Wir bestellten regelmäßig bei Blue Chilli Food. 1. Bestellung top, 2. Bestellung naja. Das Essen baute von der Qualität mit der Zeit ab. Heute kam dann die Krönung. Die heutige Bestellung kam erst nach 110 Min. an. Die Schnitzel waren inkl. der Paprikasoße kalt und nicht appetitlich und die dazu gelieferten Pommes eine Katastrophe. Wir haben alles in die Tonne geschmissen. Leider ☹ Ich hatte es jetzt noch mehrmals versucht, jedoch hat die Qualität des Essens nachgelassen und die Lieferzeit wurde immer länger. Heute hatten wir nach der „SCHLIEßUNG Ende November/Anfang Dezember“ nochmal Bock darauf und wurden bitter enttäuscht. Und ich finde es eine Frechheit, denn ich habe nach über 90 Min. angerufen (am Telefon hieß es 30-50 Min.), da hieß es der Fahrer sei los (wir wohnen 5 Min. Fahrzeit entfernt) und wir haben nochmals 20 min gewartet. Danke aber nicht nochmal bei Euch! Da kann ich mein Geld auch direkt in den Mülleimer werfen.

Rollos dort sind zu empfehlen. Baguette (sucuk) leider sehr lasch. Einfach nichts besonderes. Aber nicht irgendwie eklig oder ungenießbar. Brot vom Baguette war sehr gut. Hatte noch eine Currysauce die für mich nicht nach Curry geschmeckt hat, hab mit Curry nach gewürzt dann war es ok. Lieferzeit leider zu lang. Angegeben waren 30 - 50min. Kam letzten Endes dann nach 90min. Hätte man von Anfang an die Zeit angegeben wäre es ok gewesen. Der junge Mann am Telefon war sehr nett. Auch nach unserer Nachfrage ob unsere Bestellung schon unterwegs ist. Wir würden es trotzdem nochmal bei Blue Chilli Food versuchen.

Lieferung war im akzeptablen Bereich, Rollos waren super. Wir werden nochmal bestellen. Ich kann diesen Lieferanten sehr empfehlen.

Lieferung ging super schnell. Pizza, Nudelgericht, Nuggets und Pommes waren mega lecker. Lieferung war aufgrund eines technischen Problems unvollständig, wurde aber schnell nachgeliefert. Wir bestellen wieder.

Hier habe ich einen  Cheeseburger mit Pommes gegessen. Die feine Abstimmung und Dosierung der einzelnen Komponenten des Gerichtes und ihre vortreffliche Qualität, haben mich, beim erschmecken der kulinarischen Kunst, in einen Zustand der tiefen Ekstase versetzt, aus der ich nur durch den starken Willen, noch mehr essen zu wollen, entfliehen konnte. Die einzelnen Zutaten gehen eine perfekte Symbiose ein, die sich im Mund zu wahrer Magie verwandelt. Der Kontrast aus knusprigen Brot, mit saftigen, frischen Tomaten und mit heißem Käse überzogenem Fleisch ist formidabel. Ich bin begeistert!!! Aber am besten überzeugen man sich selbst.
