I had booked a table for four people for Easter Sunday long in advance, including two elderly ladies aged 87 and 91 who live in a nursing home. I called the Romantika bistro-restaurant on Maundy Thursday and asked if everything would be okay for Easter Sunday. A member of staff told me the restaurant was closed for renovations. I was furious and asked why I hadn't been informed, but the staff member replied that they hadn't known anything. The waitress, who had written down the appointment, no longer works there. Conclusion: My husband and I are standing there on Easter Sunday, along with two wheelchair users who had been looking forward to this day for a long time, without a meal. Now, two days before Easter, it's even difficult to get a table. I will never set foot in this restaurant again because I was treated unacceptably. They can't keep their word. Great restaurant with fantastic food and friendly service! The atmosphere was very cozy, and the dishes were perfectly prepared. I will definitely come back!

Today's Christmas dinner was a complete disaster. We were rudely informed that we had to order the Christmas set menu. We all would have preferred to order à la carte. After some serious discussion, this was graciously permitted. Then came an extremely long wait for a meal that was both poor in quality and quantity! A total disappointment for all the guests. I sincerely hope that this was truly the "last Christmas" for this "restaurant." United and unanimous, none of our Christmas party will ever visit this "restaurant" again under the current management.

We went to this restaurant with a group of 12 people on Christmas Day and were absolutely disappointed. The food was of poor quality – tasteless and in some cases inedible. The service was attentive but completely overwhelmed. There were many complaints. We will not be visiting this restaurant again.

I ate there for the first time on Sunday with a friend and have ordered several times. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised when I was there for the first time! I ordered the chicken curry and my friend ordered a Wiener-style schnitzel. The food was very tasty . Despite it being open on Sunday, it wasn't a long wait. The service was very nice and I assume the owner of the restaurant was very pleasant and asked very politely and nicely whether everything was OK. I'll definitely go there more often. The inside of the location wasn't quite to my taste in terms of furnishings 🫣but the main thing was good

Tried delivery service for the first time today. Very friendly phone call and taking the order. The stated delivery time was adhered to. Price/performance ratio is great! Dishes ordered were freshly prepared, delicious and simply delicious. We'd love to come by soon. Absolute recommendation!

I have to admit that the pizza wasn't to my taste. The atmosphere is nice and the service is also very friendly. Prices are very fair.

The food was cold, but the service was really, really fast. There was an outside but we were inside the place wasn't bad itself!

We were at the Bistrorante with 7 people for a birthday. The food was very tasty, well seasoned and freshly prepared. The service was so friendly and patient, even though we probably came across as a bit chaotic :) The owner also tried very hard to ensure that we had everything and were satisfied. He was very attentive and unobtrusive, we had a very nice evening and would like to come back soon!

Service could be better. But the service made an effort and fixed everything with a smile. Food was very fine.

I ordered Rigatoni Francescana and found that the dish was cold, burnt, no sauce and cold. How is that possible! The distance to the target point was approx. 500m and no pickup was possible due to injury. I won't be ordering anything there again because it has often happened that the goods were not delivered properly. Quality has deteriorated very, very much. Not recommended!!!!!! So, after thinking about it for a long time, we decided that we would try ordering there again. Ordered pizza/pizza bread without everything and a garlic bomb arrived. We don't eat garlic because of intolerance. Sauce for the salad was forgotten and the lasagne sheets weren't cooked properly. Finally no more orders there!!!!

Top Personal mit einem netten neuen Besitzer. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der schnelle zuverlässige Lieferservice. Pizzen und Küchengerichte werden frisch und sehr lecker zubereitet!

Essen sehr gut. Preis Leistung ist top. Hatten beide Male bestellt, Lieferung immer etwas früher als angegeben.

Das Essen war sehr reichlich und auch sehr lecker. Hatten beim Bezahlen mit Karte Probleme, weil das Lesegerät wohl neu war und nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Bedienung bot uns an, den Betrag zu überweisen aber da ein Geldautomat in der Nähe war, ließ sich das so schnell regeln. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert und werden gerne wieder mal vorbeischauen.

Nach dem Wechsel der Besitzer, sehr gutes Essen. Ob Pizza, Schnitzel oder Fleischgerichte, alles perfekt. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Super leckere Pizza! Sehr nette Bedienung! Preis Leistungsverhältnis top. Je nachdem was man bestellt etwas Wartezeit.Aber das lohnt. FLeisch, Nudeln, alles Top, sehr zu empfehlen diese Restaurant. Leckere Weine, selbst der original italienische Espresso war super. Die sehr nette Bedienung gleicht das etwas ältere Inventar wieder aus 😀

Essen war wirklich lecker, vielleicht die Portionen Pommes bei den Schnitzeln ein wenig zu klein, aber das ist Ansichtssache. Der Service war sehr freundlich auch wenn nicht alles perfekt war, (hier was vergessen da was gefehlt..) waren sie doch sehr bemüht dem Kunden es zur absoluten Zufriedenheit wieder gut zu machen. Was auch gelungen ist. Alles in allem fand ich hat es sich gelohnt, und ich werde auch gern wieder hin gehen.

Essen war sehr gut. Soßen frisch zubereitet. Bruschetta auch, super! Es gab noch eine kleine Vorspeise gratis.Preis Leistung stimmen. Bedienung freundlich aber etwas zäh. Einrichtung gar nicht mein Geschmack. Müsste auch mal renoviert werden. Mit Biergarten. Insgesamt aber gutes Lokal.

Das Essen hat geschmeckt und man ist auf Wünsche eingegangen. Man sitzt gemütlich und leicht abgeschottet von der Außenwelt im Biergarten.

Am 10.10.2022 waren wir im Bistro. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Das Personal,Bedienung war freundlich hat auch immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist, man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Werde euch auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmals.

Dort fuehlt man sich einfach wohl👍. Wir wohnen zwar in Zweibruecken, aber der Weg dorthin lohnt sich immer wieder!! Ich esse immer den New York Salat, was soll ich sagen.. Sowas von lecker 😋😋😋. Man wird super freundlich bedient und keine lange Wartezeit.. Einfach TOP 👍👍👍👍

Wir nutzen öfter den Heimservice, ob Pizza oder Pasta alles frisch und lecker. Wenn es mal etwas länger dauert, wird man telef.informiert. Das nenne ich Kundenservice. Alles top, immer wieder gerne 👍
