Bistro Royal in Stuttgart

The food quality is excellent. I follow a low-salt diet, so the meat dishes aren't perfect for me. But everyone else with me was thrilled with the taste. The service was absolutely friendly and competent.

We recently visited the Alte Wache on Hölderlinstraße and had a truly lovely evening. The ambiance is cozy and stylish, and you immediately feel at home. The menu offers a good selection of regional and seasonal dishes. The Swabian Zwiebelrostbraten (onion roast beef) was particularly well-prepared—tender meat and a rich sauce. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The restaurant's prices are in the upper mid-range, but the quality absolutely justifies this. We'd be happy to return!

We've been going there for many years, and it's always a wonderful and friendly atmosphere. My personal highlight is always the skewer with saffron rice; I don't know of anything more delicious :-)
