I've been here several times while visiting my hometown. The food was delicious (the green spelt burger was fantastic) and the prices were absolutely fair, especially considering the really generous portions. The children loved it too. The service was very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

I've been working on a construction site in Osterburken for a few days now and I've discovered Das Bistro! 🤩 I only have a half-hour lunch break, but one call at eleven and I can come at twelve, and presto, my food's ready at three past twelve!!! Amazing! 👌 As for the food, I can only say AMAZING! Today I had stuffed peppers ❤️💯 Just like Mom used to make ❤️ And that was the daily special! I've only tried two other dishes so far, but they were also incredibly good!! The atmosphere is really relaxed. A mix of a bar and an old-school disco. Great music (at least for me. Born in '63 🤓). The pictures speak for themselves 😉 For the first time, I hope the construction lasts a long time! You'll be seeing me again soon! 👌👍

I'm torn between four and five stars, but I'm leaning more towards four. Pros: - Friendly, courteous, fast, and attentive service. They ask you exactly what you need and whether you're satisfied. - Good portion sizes for reasonable prices. A 400g schnitzel with a side dish for under €20, a salad with chicken for €12. Not bad. - Nice location with different levels, very chill and relaxed. - The food was good. Sure, it's not gourmet, but good for the price. Cons: - It smells of stale, cold smoke. I don't know if they occasionally dive here or if it was recently a smoking establishment. But unfortunately, the smell clings to my clothes. - The fried potatoes were overcooked/oily. The bacon and onions on the fried potatoes were inedible. - Unfortunately, they only accept cash. I don't think that's right.

We always go here in a small group. The food is always delicious, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the prices are fair. We always enjoy coming here!

Hey guys, I highly recommend this bistro. I've been here at least 15 times, and the price/performance ratio is still perfect. The food is generous and delicious. The chef is very accommodating; once, something went wrong with a dish. What I experienced then was, chapou, the chef immediately prepared a new meal. It's truly amazing. That's how it should be. So come here and enjoy the great atmosphere.

We've been there several times, either for dinner or just for a cocktail. I really enjoy going there; the service and waitresses are always very friendly. I would recommend it and I really enjoy going there.

It's a shame the sauce for the schnitzel was forgotten, and the schnitzel itself was unseasoned and raw. When we asked if the price could be adjusted, we were refused. The waitress seemed to be new and a bit overwhelmed, which isn't a problem; everyone has their own way. We had to ask for our table, which was still dirty from the previous guests, to be wiped down. We were then told to sit at another table. Unfortunately, nothing was right...a real shame.

I'm appalled. I've never seen anything so dirty and unhygienic. Restrooms are easy to find, always following the smell and the blowflies. There's stickiness everywhere, the air conditioning is completely dirty. You have to be careful not to get your shoes stuck to the floor. It was over 30 degrees outside, and they had no drinking water. That was out, unacceptable in a restaurant. The food was cold, the meat wasn't seasoned, and the sausage salad was peppery. Why isn't there a WKD (Wicked Food Safety Authority) to protect people from so much dirt and poor quality?

The prices have been raised and aligned with other restaurants. That's fine as far as I'm concerned. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is no longer up to scratch. The meat in the return salad was very tough, and the salad itself was rather bland. The burger was topped with a cheap soft bun and a purchased patty. At least, it tasted good. It's a shame, really, because we used to really enjoy going to the bistro. Hopefully, the chef was just having a bad day.

Perfect for a quick stop. Decent food at a reasonable price. You can sit outside, even though it's right on the street.

Food is good but service is terrible, we had to wait almost half an hour just to order drinks. The service is slow and I find it completely outrageous that you have to wait so long just to place an order.

Tried to order food to be picked up several times. It wasn't possible every time because there were probably guests on site. Too bad!

Food is solid, good value for money. Card payment possible. Anyone who can handle Eastern European charm will feel at home here. Polite staff, not too long waiting times. There is also a nice terrace. The biggest negative point, however, is the music that plays in the restaurant. These club/house mix cover songs are simply unbearable. Absolutely terrible.

Delicious tarte flambée and tasty cocktails with nice conditions gave us a nice evening at Return and our dog Einstein was also very welcome there :-).

Have been there twice so far, both times the service and food was very tasty. This time I tried the Cheesy Burger, it has a lot of potential, but was a little too "dry" for me? The juiciness that you would get from a beef patty was just missing here 👀

SCRAP The vedges were just black on the inside and way too dry and no taste. If it were possible I would give them 0 stars

I'm pretty disappointed with my last visit. We had dinner here with several people. Since we were one more person, we called more than half an hour in advance to let them know. We were assured that it would not be a problem to come with one more person. When we arrived we were seated at a table with not enough chairs. We were only assigned another table upon request on site. Drinks were ordered, including Cola Zero and still water. I'm sorry, but if you don't have Coke Zero, please let your customers know and don't just put out Diet Coke. It makes a difference. The service employee simply ignored us when we said that we had ordered another cola. Instead of still water, sparkling water was brought and simply placed on the table. After repeatedly saying that we had ordered still water, the other water was reluctantly brought to us. Well, we ordered food and had to wait a whopping 1 hour and 20 minutes. (We had to wait around 25 minutes for the drinks) We had several schnitzels, all of which were different in taste (the meat tasted different for everyone, even though some of the same dishes were ordered). Unfortunately, some of the food only arrived lukewarm and the only warm/hot dish was the cheese spaetzle. Of course, side dishes such as spaetzle were also ordered with the schnitzel. For the price you could expect that the spaetzle or schnitzel would be good. However, they were just dry and had no taste. Sauces that were ordered (mayonnaise) were billed; but not served with meals. We ordered churros, which tasted very strongly of fat and fries. On our last visit we were asked how we would like our rump steak (bloody, medium rare or well done) but this time the steak was simply handed over bloody. The last time we ate here. You definitely get better services for the money, which is a shame.

The food was excellent and the service was friendly and professional. It wasn't busy at all, but it still was a fairly long wait for our food. Totally worth the wait, though! The burgers are nice and thick, not dry, and the toppings are fresh. The garlic bread is actually plentiful, which is unexpected these days. We ordered way too much. 2 orders are enough for 4-6 people. If you're not in a hurry and like the American style chain restaurant vibe, this is the perfect place 😎

American style restaurant. The portions are plentiful and the food tastes very good too. The service staff is always always friendly. If you can't manage the portions, you can take the rest home with you.

Were there last night. Service above all else. You sit at the table for over 30 minutes before any service comes Then you have to point out to them that the table is completely dirty and whether they can please clean it. After about 30 minutes the drinks finally arrive. By now we had been sitting there for an hour. After about 40 minutes the food arrived, which wasn't particularly a hit... sauce... completely over-seasoned fries... schnitzel with salad herbs on top. And finally the waitress gives us the wrong bill. I absolutely cannot recommend the return

We were passing through by motorbike, a great place in itself. However, the service wasn't that great. The lady didn't even ask if you wanted a small or a large one and of course she brought a large one. The meat from the burger was dry and the schnitzel was too crispy. As well as the fact that there were salad herbs on top of the schnitzel, the taste wasn't my thing at all, and the side dish was also rather poor...

You can enjoy eating and drinking here.

I go there 2 to 3 times a month, the atmosphere is very appealing and I would recommend eating there at any time.

Tolle Auswahl an Essen und Getränken (auch Cocktails) und sehr lecker. Vor allem die Auswahl an Schnitzeln finde ich super (z.B. mit Camembert überbacken/mit Meerrettich und Preiselbeersauce/...). Toll aber auch, dass man sich die Beilagen zur Ofenkartoffel oder für den Flammkuchen aus einer riesigen Liste selbst zusammenstellen kann. Zugleich sehr schönes Bistro um abends nur mal was Trinken zu gehen.

Big portion, mega schnitzel day on Thursday. Clear recommendation to go in with a few colleagues after the office. 2 nice, attentive, quick waitresses.

Der Besuch des Bistros ist immer wieder eine Art Flashback, da es sich über die Jahre kaum verändert. Allerdings muss man wirklich froh sein in den ländlichen Gebieten noch eine Location zu haben. Essen und Service waren wunderbar. Ich komme auch gerne wieder vorbei 😄

Echt gut! Klare Empfehlung! Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben diesen coolen Laden gefunden. Das war auf jeden Fall nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Ich habe dort vor 30 Jahren regelmäßig in der Mittagspause gegessen. Vor 2 Jahren haben wir es nach einer 25 km/h - Mofa Tour wieder entdeckt. Seitdem ist es der Abschluss jeder Tour. Die Auswahl ist riesig, für alle von jung bis alt ist etwas dabei. Mit der Familie ist man gut untergebracht und kommt auch recht barrierefrei in den hinteren Biergarten. Meiner 91 jährigen Schwiegermutter schmeckt es dort und das will was heißen: sie war in jungen Jahren Haushälterin für sehr anspruchsvolle Geschäftsführer und hat bis vor einigen Jahren noch genial gut gekocht.

Es hat super geschmeckt kann ich nur jeden empfehlen

Teilweise wird nicht richtig abgerechnet und unter der Woche wurde immer wieder mal ohne Vorankündigung die Küche geschlossen. Essen durchschnittlich und preislich im mittleren Bereich

Das Essen war echt top. Hatten Burger und Cocktails gehabt - die Burger sahen sehr frisch aus und waren auch echt heiß 🔥 ( ist nicht überall so,dass das Essen heiß serviert wird). Die Cocktails waren auch sehr gut. Preislich hat es auch gepasst. Kommen gerne wieder.

Reichhaltige Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen. Ambiente sehr gut und gemütlich. Bedienungen im hinteren Biergarten kommen leider nicht so oft vorbei. Ansonsten alles gut.

Tolles Bistro mit reichhaltiger Speisekarte. Service mit Luft nach oben. Wir hatten teilweise Wartezeiten und das Essen wurde nicht gleichzeitig serviert. Wurstsalat war top im Geschmack und Super angerichtet. Hier wären 5 Sterne angebracht. Allerdings waren die Pommes eine Frechheit! Oben in der Schale lagen die normalen langen Pommes, die auch sehr gut schmeckten, darunter allerdings war nur der kurz gebrochene Rest aus dem Gefrierbeutell. Gebrösel mit maximal 1 cm Länge. Sowas darf keine Küche verlassen und ne Bedienung sollte von sich aus das dann auch nicht servieren. Extra-Kosten für Majo und Ketchup sind auch happig. Somit reicht's leider nicht für 5 Sterne.

Wir waren mit den Motorrädern unterwegs und auf der Suche nach einem Cafe/Bistro haben wir das RETURN gefunden. Super leckere Flammkuchen mit einem dünnen und knusprigen Boden. Sehr freundliche Bedienungen. Wir besuchen Euche gerne wieder.

Beim Essen passt das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis. Getränke recht günstig. Gut, um einen Abend mit Freunden zu verbringen.

Essen war gut Hans-Bernds zulange gewartet gute spilo hab schon mal 140 auf Leiter hoch gedrückt Cola Weizen war auch gut also im Großen und Ganzen ist der Laden 50/50 prozentual

Wir waren seit langer Zeit mal wieder im „Bistro“ essen. Was soll ich sagen: wir waren positiv überrascht! Sehr große Portionen, schneller und freundlicher Service. Preislich günstig, aber vor allen Dingen: sehr lecker! Gerne wieder! Vor allem die Flammkuchen kann ich empfehlen.

Wir waren mit der Familie dort schon öfters essen. Sowohl Schnitzel, als auch Burger. Die Schnitzel sind riesig und lecker paniert und die Burger waren auch lecker. Preis Leistung super

Jedenfalls ein Stück Fleisch, das 20x durch den Steaker gelassen wurde. Zäh und trocken. Garniert mit einer braunen Sauce mit Haut und sage und schreibe 3 Stückchen Pilzen. Dafür versalzen und lauwarm. Daneben ein Burger trocken und ohne Sauce aber mit Herzoginkartoffeln. Das Panierte hat dem Kollegen auch nicht geschmeckt. Also essen muss man da nicht. Der Service dauerte mehr als eine halbe Stunde und die Freundlichkeit noch viel Luft nach oben.
