Center of town. Nevertheless, Quiet with an out side sitting. Show kitchen and nice atmosphere. Food was very good. Service was outstanding. Restaurant is opened only four days a week.

Our visit was a delight from start to finish. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere throughout the evening. The food was a dream – freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. Every bite showed the love and skill that goes into the cooking. For the quality and portion size, the prices are truly fair and absolutely reasonable these days. We were there with our baby and asked for a high chair – it was brought to us immediately, but it had to be cleaned briefly before we could use it. While this was a minor drawback, the otherwise excellent service quickly made up for it. A particularly positive aspect: The food was served promptly and very attractively, making us feel immediately welcome and well looked after. All in all: A restaurant you absolutely must visit – we'll definitely be back!

I think the bistro is great. I like that people with disabilities serve the customers; my girlfriend has a disability herself. There should be more bistros like this. The beer garden is a great place to linger. The menu is well-written.

We had a very good lunch here. My daughter says it was the best schnitzel she's ever had! The service was friendly and the prices are reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

A very nice, upscale restaurant. Excellent produce, much of it freshly sourced from the region. Very friendly and attentive service. Excellent value for money, and reservations are recommended, as this establishment is very busy. They also offer events such as Sunday brunch.

I was there today and ordered a kale plate with fried potatoes. The amount was perfectly fine with Pinkel, smoked pork (2 pieces), cooked sausage, and fried potatoes. The fried potatoes were super tasty with onions. The kale wasn't very greasy. I don't know if there was any spinach in it, but that would be okay too. Lots of people make it. They also included a bowl of mustard; if you like it, have it. That was the second time. I would order it a third time when I'm there. 3 months ago: I was there for lunch on a Saturday. For lunch, I ordered venison goulash with noodles and red cabbage with a Fritz Cola. The plate of goulash was so full, I was completely stuffed. The service is friendly and prompt. You can look into the kitchen from the dining room. It's a kind of show kitchen. They only offer Fritz Cola. Parking is available in the courtyard, through a small entrance from the street. Restrooms are clean. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, I didn't see a disabled toilet. You can also order a piece of cake or ice cream there afterward. We will visit the restaurant again. We really liked it, including the interior. It's worth a visit. In the summer, you can also sit outside.

Bistro 37 serves lovingly prepared dishes that taste delicious. The regional produce is of very high quality, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. There's a dish to suit every budget. I enjoy being a guest here.

Really delicious! Really absolutely perfect! The burger was very generous with the meat, so unfortunately I couldn't finish it all. Service is great, they even ask you how you would like your meat. Unfortunately it was very full today and therefore loud.

It's been recommended to me many times and I've now found it to be really great! We had kale, Wiener schnitzel and a children's portion of spaetzle. Fair prices for this and also an appealing drinks menu with, for example, a good selection of beer (Störtebeker). Great service, loving integration of children ;) even if at first glance it's not entirely suitable for children (no changing table, children's chairs available but have to be fetched from next door).

I recently spontaneously went to dinner with a colleague at Bistro • Restaurant 37 and even though we didn't have a reservation, we got a table. The ambience as well as the service was really good, attentive and friendly. I found the interior really nice and cozy, especially the open kitchen. The menu is bound in leather and is not too overwhelming. So that everyone can find something The food and drinks I had were very tasty the 🫑paprika foam soup🫑 with Serrano Chip and the veal schnitzel. 😋 On the wall there is a picture collage with famous music and acting artists. My colleague and I tried to guess each one. The employee also noticed this and gave us a piece of paper with the individual names of the artists on it. I found that very nice and attentive, on the whole I can only recommend everyone to eat there. I will definitely do it again.

Sehr gutes Essen. Der Service gibt sich große Mühe. Die Speisekarte in Leder gebunden, ist nicht so praktisch, grad für ältere Menschen schwierig auf zu halten. Das Lokal ist sehr laut, das man Probleme hat sein gegenüber zu verstehen. Fazit: es hat Spaß gemacht, war sehr lecker, wir kommen wieder!

Wir wollten nur eine Kleinigkeit und bekamen das volle Programm. Danke für diesen tollen Service und das leckere Essen! 😋

Absolut empfehlenswert, gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen, super freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein familiäres Weihnachtsessen im Seminarraum im 1.OG. Der Raum war weihnachtlich geschmückt und es fehlte an nichts. Vielen Dank an das Team vom Bistro 37.

Eine wundervolle entspannte, ruhige Atmosphäre und ein sehr gelungenes Ambiente. Das Essen hat auch sehr lecker geschmeckt. Die Speisekarte ist recht übersichtlich, bietet aber aus meiner Sicht für jeden Gaumen etwas. Der Service ist ebenfalls sehr lobenwert, nicht aufdringlich und doch präsent. Hier kann man nichts falsch machen!

Abwechslungsreiche vielfältige Karte, sehr aufmerksamer freundlicher Service, hier stimmt einfach alles.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Hier bekommt man mal ander2 Gerichte, als die Standarts. Das Ambiente ist top und der Service sehr gut. Ein Besuch lohnt sich allemal.

Wir waren gestern das erste Mal dort und sind begeistert. Das Essen war hervorragend, wenn auch etwas höherpreisiger als in anderen Restaurants. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Bonus: Das Restaurant wird vom Heidewerk betrieben, damit auch Personen, die sonst keine Chance auf dem ersten Arbeitsmarkt hätten, einen Arbeitsplatz mit Verantwortung bekommen. Wir kommen wieder!

Sind heute spontan dort Essen gegangen und waren bzw. sind begeistert. Sehr freundliches Personal, kurz gesprochen und schon hatten wir auch für unserer 6 jährige ein Essen abseits der eigentlichen Mittagskarte gebastelt. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist einfach genial. Sehr modern und mit offener Showküche hat man auch was zum Schauen. Falls wir mal wieder in Walsrode sind kommen wir wieder !

Man sitzt entspannt im inneren modern gestalteten Bereich, oder auf der Sonnenterrasse wie im Urlaub in sehr schönem Ambiente. Spezielle Events runden das perfekte Angebot ab. Wir sind überzeugte Stammgäste!

Sehr gute (wenn nicht gar gehobene) Küche mit einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Und stets unheimlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Selbst wenn mal etwas beanstandet wird (bei vielen Besuchen nur 1x vorgekommen), wird dies sofort korrigiert und nicht persönlich genommen. Wow! In einem sehr vornehmen Restaurant sind wir sehr freundlich bedient worden, auch wenn wir erst Apfelschorle, statt dem gewünschten Apfelsaft bekamen. Das Essen war mega gut, man wusste gar nicht womit man anfangen sollte. Dazu ist das Ambiente wirklich super, besonders die Showküche ist natürlich ein Highlight! Hier kommen wir bestimmt auch mal zum Abendessen wieder.

Ein absoluter muss für wer in Walsrode fantastisch gut gemütlich und für einen erswinglichen Preis Essen möchte. Auch zur Mittagszeit sehr gut besucht, deshalb um sicher einen Platz zu bekommen, evtl. Reservierung!
