Bistro AUBERGIN in Heidelberg

We arrived half an hour early, but instead of having to wait, the owner personally introduced us to the team and the restaurant. We immediately felt warmly welcomed. The meal was a sensory journey, the wines perfectly matched the individual courses, and the owner attended to his guests individually from the first to the last second, explaining the dishes with passion between courses. An all-around successful and wonderful evening. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality and for the visually and tastefully presented dishes 😊

The seating is very comfortable, and I find the spacing between tables to be extremely reasonable. You certainly don't get the feeling you're dining like you're eating pickles in a can. The absolute bestseller during my visit wasn't just the attentive staff, but also the great ambiance. I was absolutely pleasantly surprised. We will all definitely be back. Everything here tastes delicious. The portions are a reasonable and filling size.
