Bistro am Haspel HC in Wuppertal

Yesterday, five of us were here. The restaurant has a 70s charm, with dark wood throughout. My meal was good and expensive. Not everyone in my group was satisfied.

The pizza is delicious. The service is very good. The restaurant was packed, so I ordered takeout. The wait was a bit long, but they gave me a complimentary cup of tea. Recommended.

Disastrous, unfriendly, goes after personal things when complaining. Fries and mayo ok. Chicken cold and tastes strange. The police, public order office and health department do not react. Foreign passers-by stay out. Not recommended, directly to the Wiechlinghausen bus stop in the direction of Oberbarmen.

The ambiance was very nice and spacious. The service was good and attentive despite the restaurant being full. The menu has gotten smaller than before, and unfortunately, so have the portions! Unfortunately, the prices have gone up. The value for money is not good. We waited an hour for our food yesterday with eight people. We were disappointed 😞
