Bistro am Haspel HC in Wuppertal

We went out to dinner today for our 39th wedding anniversary. Super nice, friendly staff, great service, and amazing food. We'd be happy to go again.

A disaster, unfriendly, and they take personal belongings when complaining. Fries and mayo are okay. Chicken is cold and tastes weird. The police, public order office, and health department are unresponsive. Foreign passersby stay away. Not recommended, right next to the Wiechlinghausen bus stop in the direction of Oberbarmen.

Delicious food and nice service

Delicious food, a bit expensive, but friendly staff.

Three of us went there for dinner. For starters, we had baked feta cheese, which was very tasty, and baked Camembert. This appears to be a ready-made product. The portion consisted of two Camembert cheeses, each about 80g, two slices of toast, and a tablespoon of cranberries, for a mere €14. I probably don't need to comment on the taste experience. Our main courses were all very tasty. Given the rather small portion size, an appetizer is recommended.
