June 2nd: 6 tenders cost €9.50, up from €7.90 the week before. A whopping 20% ​​price increase. For what? Is the food better, is the service more professional? None of the above. I'll spend my money elsewhere now.

Something like that doesn't deserve any stars. You order via Lieferando. I've been waiting for 90 minutes. The app says it's been delivered. I didn't get anything. What kind of incompetence do you have from your employees? And then I was charged €38.49. The only thing that helps is a report. Nothing more.

I was in a nearly empty store with my daughters, waited there for at least 15 minutes, and wasn't served. When I went to the counter, I was able to place my order and was served friendly by the lady behind it. Unfortunately, our order still hadn't arrived, and the plates with our orders were still on the counter. I then asked the waiter if I could take the pretzel and croissant for my children, and he said yes. As I took the plates, a screaming middle-aged woman came towards me (perhaps the boss? She certainly wasn't a likeable person) and yelled at me that she was going to explain to me how things work in there, and that I should sit down and wait. She was so excited that she ignored my reminder that I had arranged it with her waiter and even started insulting the waiter. No wonder the store was empty! We then left and were dismissed with the words, "It's for the best."

Convenient, 8.90€ for a Dönerbox (see picture), Or 7.90€ for a Kebab+ 3.90€ for a small box of fries. About 2 minutes away you have the Wera restaurant/Kebab that offers a fuller/longer Kebab for 8€ + 2€ for about the same or more fries (and closes at 11 pm). Though I couldn't tell which one is better quality. I think the DonerTreff establishment looks a bit cleaner.
