All in all: great! Food perfect (I had a lamb pan. Perfect to the point!) Service was very friendly, almost family-like. You immediately feel warmly welcome here. Price-performance is great. I would definitely be full ;) This is exactly how a restaurant should be. Wasn't my first visit and won't be my last. I got so excited every time. Top recommendation! We'll definitely be back.

Great Turkish restaurant right on the market square in Ratingen. Very nice and fast service. The food was very very tasty and well presented. It was a nice evening. We will be back.

Went there for the first time today with a larger group for a really delicious brunch: The “Turkish breakfast” was a successful experience for all of us. Especially the scrambled eggs with fresh peppers, the warm vegetables with eggplant and the spicy sucuk, the crispy sesame curls and the sweet sesame confectionery were absolute highlights! There was also sausage, cheese, honey, jam and fruit as well as small puff pastry rolls filled with cream cheese, all beautifully arranged on a large platter. A delicate treat at a very reasonable price! Not to mention the friendly and attentive service. We were completely happy and can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.

Four of us (with two children) had dinner there on Sunday. Super friendly service, nice little restaurant, the food was fresh and very, very tasty. The cold starter platter with warm bread was simply amazing. We had to have the leftovers of the main courses packed up, there were so many, we rolled out. Highly Recommended!!

Unexpectedly we ended up at Biko Restaurant in Ratingen for a quick bite and were pleasantly surprised! Delicious dishes with a beautiful presentation, very tasty and fresh. The friendly service completed the dinner.

Location, location, location... Situated in the the altstadt of Ratingen and also with serious competition around, it is different, especially because they make you feel like you are home. The traditional breakfast is a must. Definitely worth a visit, or two, or in my case: several :)

We were there for iftar (breaking the fast) and the service staff was extremely courteous and very friendly and paid attention to the time despite the restaurant being full... (mostly German guests so not a given) the atmosphere was cozy and familiar, the food was very tasty and the menu was pretty good balanced will definitely come more often 👍🏻

Very good food. In terms of price, it's also a little above average. Everyone should try it and then decide for themselves. We're going there again.

My wife and I went there for breakfast this Saturday. We both just loved it. In addition to the cozy atmosphere (you're in the middle of the market square but you still feel somehow "hidden") and incredibly friendly service, there was also a rich breakfast platter with authentic Turkish delicacies. Anyone who rents on the market place has to calculate carefully, especially in these times, which is why the prices for what is on offer are absolutely fine. We'll have dinner there next weekend ;)

I was there spontaneously with a friend on Valentine's Day. All tables were reserved, but the friendly service was kind enough to offer us a table where the guests weren't expected for another 1.5 hours. Because other guests left earlier, we were able to sit and relax all evening. We weren't that hungry, so the two of us ordered a mixed cold and a mixed warm starter plate (€14.90 and €13.90). There was also bread, which the friendly service refilled straight away. Everything was very tasty, the atmosphere is very cozy and all the food that was served around us looked very good. Although the dining room was full throughout the evening, it wasn't too loud and it was easy to have a conversation. We'd love to come back.

The food was very typically Turkish and tasted absolutely good. Also worth mentioning is the Turkish mocha that was served after the meal.

The food was very tasty even though we waited an hour and a half. It's not really quiet there, but the service is very friendly and it's worth it for the food. I can only recommend that I will go again. Prices are just ok but everything is fresh.

Eine Klasse für sich der Laden!! Mega empfehlenswert, sehr aufmerksam, nett und freundlich. Das Essen sehr aufwendig und lecker serviert. Mega toll! Obwohl auf der Karte kein "Helva" angeboten wurde, hatten wir innerhalb von einer Viertelstunde 8 Portionen warm auf den Tisch serviert bekommen. CHAPEAU!!! Leute ihr seid Klasse, der Fisch weiß jetzt, daß der tot ist! 😉

Ich habe für Freitagabend 18 Uhr einen Tisch reserviert und das war auch nötig. 18:30 Uhr war das Restaurant voll. Ohne Reservierung hätte man keine Chance gehabt. Nachdem das Essen recht zügig kam, wussten wir warum. Sehr appetitlich angerichtet, 1a Qualität, sehr passende Portionsgröße, äußerst aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Mein erster, aber ganz sicherlich nicht letzter Besuch. Ein schöne Ergänzung der Gastronomie in der City. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert 👍🏼

Das Frühstück am Samstag ist von hervorragender Qualität mit sehr guter Präsentation. Service zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Bisschen eng und wenn es voll ist, sehr laut. Aaaaber; super leckeres Essen. Ambiente ist schick und der Service war stimmig.

Ich kann nur empfehlen einen Tisch zu reservieren. Es hat sich wohl rum gesprochen, dass man dort sehr gut essen kann. Das Frühstück war echt lecker und reichlich.

Das Lokal ist zwar klein aber Oho 😉. Das Ambiente strahlt eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus und da es kein WLAN gibt muss man sich tatsächlich unterhalten anstatt die ganze Zeit auf das Handy zu gucken 😜. Das Essen hat großartig geschmeckt und es war reichlich. Der Preis ist zwar schon gehoben aber man geht ja auch nicht jeden Tag essen.

Durch Zufall haben wir dieses tolle Restaurant gefunden: Essen und Service sind ganz ausgezeichnet.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen. Drinnen gab es keine freie Sitzmöglichkeit mehr. Das war aber aufgrund des hervorragenden Services und eines live Bühnenauftritts nicht verwunderlich. Draußen wurde sofort Platz für 5 weitere Personen geschaffen. Das Essen kam sehr schnell. Davor haben wir einige Vorspeisen erhalten. Die Inhaber sowie Mitarbeiter*innen waren alle sehr kundenfreundlich. Das Ambiente des Restaurants hat mir ein Gefühl von Heimat gegeben. Das Biko Restaurant ist auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen und ein Wiedersehen Wert. Danke für den schönen Abend und weiterhin wünsche ich viele freundliche Besucher*innen. 🙏🏽

Essen war sehr lecker - sehr nett angerichtet - sehr aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich dort wohl.

Obwohl dieses Lokal mehr als 30km von mir entfernt ist, haben wir uns aufgrund voeler Empfehlungen doch mal dazu entschlossen, das Lokal aufzusuchen und wir wurden sehr positiv überrascht! Super Ambiente. Man fühlt sich sofort so wohl, als wäre man im eigenen Zuhause. Echt toller und sehr zuvorkommender Service, wirklich tadellos und auch sehr freundlich. Und das Essen selbst ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Selten so gut Auswärts gegessen. Auf alle Fälle sehr zu empfehlen und trotz der großen Entfernung von meinem Zuhause, wird es definitiv wieder besucht!

Wir hatten einen schlechten Platz, draußen vor dem Küchenfenster da man unsere Reservierung vergessen hatte. Salat kam vorab wie bestellt. Leider ohne Dressing und ohne Besteck. 10 Minuten später kam der Hauptgang. Gericht meiner Begleitung nicht wie bestellt. Würde angeblich nicht gehen. (Obwohl schon 2x so bekommen) Leider immer noch kein Dressing und Besteck. Ca. 10 Minuten später kam dann endlich das Dressing und das Besteck. Heiß wäre das Essen bestimmt lecker gewesen. Keine Entschuldigung der Bedienungen, sondern ständig faule Ausreden die einen Gast nicht interessieren. Leider sehr unprofessionell. Das wars erstmal mit diesem Restaurant.

Ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Sehr freundlicher Service ohne aufdringlichlich zu sein. Das Ambiente draußen und drinnen sehr angenehm. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig angemessen.
