As a true pizza lover, I have tried many pizzerias, but this one stands out because of its unique taste.

Old recession was deleted by me 😕 I recently ordered what we always eat 🙃 and it was absolutely incomparable!!! If you've been ordering there for years and then something like that comes along, it's not possible!!! Change of ownership should have been announced!!! If you take over a business, including the name and menu, you should also take over the type of cuisine and quality. Everything else is outrageous including your reaction to some reviews!!! Won't be ordering anything there again 😞

There must have been a change of ownership! I have been a regular customer for years and am very satisfied. Today I ordered a Jägerschnitzel and noted that it should be thin. Has always been implemented in the past. When I picked it up I noticed that the staff was completely different. The shock came when I opened the packaging at home. A pitiful piece of meat swimming in a sauce with 11 thin mushrooms. The salad was much smaller and worse than before. Iceberg, 1 slice of cucumber, 1/4 tomato and canned corn. All in all, the worst schnitzel in years and a salad that is not worthy of its name. This was my last order there!

We had been loyal customers of Big Pizza for several years and ordered regularly. Most recently on July 19th, everything was fine. Today we were in the mood for pizza bread and the large Italian salad again, both of which were always great. The salad was otherwise always very crunchy and rich with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. The pizza bread with fresh herbs and garlic. Today it was a difference like night and day! Salad was an absolute disgrace. It only consisted of iceberg lettuce and mozzarella balls (previously there was fresh cheese and ham). The pizza bread tasted more like flatbread. We called them and complained about the poor quality. We didn't have the feeling that our feedback was taken seriously. We paid €33 for 2 salads and 2 pizza breads, so unfortunately the price and performance are completely out of proportion. That's it for now with Big Pizza. Very unfortunate.

I have been ordering from here for about 8 years and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, this time I had a very special experience. I almost always order the same dishes, and most of the time I didn't even have to say the whole dish, just meat or pizza and whether I was picking it up or having it delivered. Today there was a young man on the phone where I placed my order. Creamy schnitzel, fries and side salad. Since I knew the store had moved, I asked about the price for delivery. Answer: I have to calculate it. Pause. -Yes, please, that would be nice. -Should I? -Yes, please. The guy sighs in annoyance, chats with someone in the background and then tells me the delivery price. -OK, thank you. The food arrives and I get a hunter's sauce instead of the cream sauce. To be honest, I don't particularly like it. So I call and say that unfortunately I got the wrong food. The guy on the phone: -No, that can't be the case, it's with cream sauce -the food is in front of me. This is not cream sauce. No cream whatsoever. Just gravy with mushrooms. -that can't be -I would be happy to send you a photo -We've always made the cream sauce like this I was speechless for a moment. -No, in the last almost ten years there has been a difference between cream and hunter sauce. -I can't do anything about that now. We always do it like that I then said that I would like to speak to the boss please. I've known him for quite a long time. (Not because of the sauce, but because of this guy who was really extremely cheeky) - doesn't work, the owner has changed. And just hangs up. Too bad. Maybe someone has an idea where I can order delicious food in the future. I'm now without a favorite delivery service.

Great food, top staff on the phone, pizzas and pasta delivered quickly within 35 minutes. Recommended!

It's been a long time since I ordered from Big Pizza And I was amazed that the pizzas still tasted world class and I would definitely recommend it.

We used the delivery service. The delivery came quickly and the delivery man was friendly. Unfortunately the pizzas don't convince us! It tastes like ready-made dough and the topping is mediocre at best. I expect more for the name “Big Pizza”. Please make the dough yourself and we'll be happy to try it again

I'm a regular at Big Pizza, very friendly, fast and tasty.

I ordered a lasagna from Big Pizza and it was totally over salted and soggy. The pizzas were boring, dry and not even cut. After all, the pizza isn't the only thing you burn there, but also your money. NEVER AGAIN

Sehr leckere Pizza, Pasta und Schnitzel. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und das schmeckt man entsprechend. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Meistens leckere Pizza, nur manchmal durchgematscht und lange Lieferzeiten von bis zu zwei Stunden, manchmal aber auch schon nach 30 Minuten. Leider etwas unberechenbar, wie lange sie bei der erneuten Bestellung benötigen.

Sauberer Laden, sehr freundliche Leute und die Pizza ist einfach nur genial. War zum ersten Mal selbst dort, da wir da normal immer bestellen. Also Big Pizza kann ich mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen!

Pizza ist lecker, preiswert und kommt pünktlich. Habe schon des Öfteren bestellt und bin immer zu Frieden. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. PS.: Der Lieferdienst ist auch sehr nett.

Wir hatten 30 Kinder, die sich so sehr auf ihre Vier Familienpizzen gefreut hatten. Diese waren leider allesamt total versalzen, ungenießbar. Schade, ich hatte zuvor eine gute Empfehlung bekommen.

Habe mir schnitzel hawaii bestellt, leider nicht heiß, noch nicht mal lau warm. Sehr schade

Nudeln Sind gut Pizza wurde eine magherita geliefert und nicht wie bestellt! Dann war sie auch noch kalt und der Teig hat Zuviel Salz

Preis/Leistung top! Geschmack super und typisch italienisch! Wenn wir wieder vor Ort sind, wissen wir, wohin wir gehen ;)

Nichts zu bemängeln, Alles zu loben! Ob Pizza, Schnitzel oder Nudelgericht- Wir haben von allem schon bestellt und waren von allem begeistert! Das Essen kam immer pünktlich, heiss und genau wie gewünscht bei uns an. Die Portionen waren immer reichlich, frisch und suuperlecker!! Auch wir kühren Big Pizza zur Nr 1!!

Schon mehrfach bei Big Pizza bestellt. Für uns der beste Lieferservice mit den besten Pizzas in Viernheim. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Tiptop! Weiter so!

Essen (Pizza und Schnitzel) wirklich gut. Allerdings lief bei der Bestellung vieles schief. Online Bestellung (vorab bezahlt) wurde erst gar nicht bearbeitet. Nach telefonischer Rückfrage wurde die Bestellung dann bearbeitet. Dauerte aber weitere 45 Minuten 😐

Liefert schnellm und es schmeckt - war auch noch sehr heiß bei Lieferung!

Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal. Mit 9,50 Eur ist eine Pizza nicht ganz billig, aber dafür gibts den Montag, wo jede mittlere Pizza nur 6 Euro kostet.

Sehr gute pizza ,und wirklich groß

Habe heute das zweite mal bei Big Pizza bestellt, beim ersten mal ganz traditionell verschiedene Pizzen und die haben alle sehr gut geschmeckt. Heute hatte ich Lust auf Putenschnitzel mit Jägersoße und hatte ein wenig bedenken, das diese vielleicht nicht so gut schmeckt wie die Pizzen. Aber ich wurde zum Glück eines besseren belehrt 😋 Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern: - Freundliche Telefonannahme - Gutes Essen - kompetenter und freundlicher Fahrer Wir werden hier auf alle Fälle noch öfter bestellen !
