I haven't eaten pizza for years because I can't tolerate it because of the fat. A few days ago I ordered the vegan “Las Vegan” (without cheese) locally with additional tuna. I have never eaten a vegan pizza before. I am absolutely thrilled. The pizza and the dough are super delicious and it doesn't matter at all that there is no cheese on it. I tolerated them very well and think it's really great that I found such an alternative and that the snack bar also has something in its repertoire for vegans. The guys were super friendly too and I will definitely order there again.

Absolutely fantastic! The best pizza I've eaten in a long time. The dough was crispy and perfectly baked, the ingredients were fresh and high quality. I especially liked the Scarface pizza. The service was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back!

The pizza was slightly burnt and not cut properly. In addition, the supplier did not have enough change, which is why I received €4 short and the rest in several coins. I think it's an impertinence; I won't order here again.

Of course I recommend Big Family Pizza. We ordered the following menu: Pizza with shrimps, small mixed salad, 3 pizza rolls with aioli cream, Sprite We set the delivery time at 7:30 p.m. and the courier arrived on time. The pizza was hot and tasty, everything was fresh. I think this is the best pizza in Siegburg. Even with previous orders, the pizza has always been delicious. Thank you for the great service and excellent food!

We were at the indoor dive center with a group of 40 people and it was clear that we wouldn't be ready in time to go eat somewhere. The large order of pizza was our salvation! The telephone contact the day before was super friendly, the delivery was on time, the pizza and pizza rolls were very tasty and still warm. Thank you for the reliable delivery - so there was enough energy for the night dive! By the way - one pizza tray fit 4 people perfectly!

Not again? I ordered here for the first time. A vegetarian burger with fries, two pizzas, two small salads and pizza rolls. Delivery time, 2 hours and 15 minutes. Okay, there was a lot going on that evening because of the European Championship game. The salads and pizza rolls were missing upon delivery. The pizza wasn't cut as requested (at least not completely). The pizza was too dry for me, the burger, well. But I have to say that the employees on the phone and the driver were super friendly and helpful. The salads also came very quickly, after 20 minutes. But not the pizza rolls. I could have saved myself the salad. It actually didn't taste like anything. I didn't eat it either. I think I would order here a second time to give you a second chance.

We were in a bit of a hurry and so we had to do it quickly. Our order was delivered after just under 20 minutes. Both pizza and pasta were very decent for a delivery service.

Ambience is non-existent, as the shop is only intended for take-away or ordering (I think) However, the ambience gets 5 stars because the 5 stars for food and service are not enough ;) Great shop, inexpensive, extremely nice people and the food tastes very good too! I can only recommend

Unfortunately, the fries are always wobbly, and the croquettes also arrived soggy. We've been waiting for the pizza for 1/12 of an hour, the app says a waiting time of up to an hour. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time, and the driver didn't even apologize.

Incredibly bad service. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed...! Still no food after two hours. You are put off on the phone and how sorry you are...blah blah blah.....no compensation, no compensation....nothing!!!! My wife's birthday dinner was messed up!!!!!! Permanently bad service in the last few months. Vegetarian orders are delivered with meat. Food is burnt....unreasonably long delivery times WITHOUT informing the customer...

We have ordered there many times and are always very satisfied. We collect ourselves, so I can't say anything about delivery, but the food is always ready on time. I usually order the vegetarian pizza and it is simply DELICIOUS. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy, the base is crispy.

Wir kennen einige Pizza Lieferdienste in unserer Umgebung und dieser hier gefällt uns im Moment am besten. Kurze Lieferzeiten 30-40 min, die Pizza ist immer frisch und warm, die Fahrer sind freundlich.

Essen wurde um 12:45 Uhr bestellt, geliefert wurde erst um 14:15 Uhr trotz sofortiger Lieferung. Der Lieferant hat zudem etwas außerhalb noch eine geraucht bevor er geliefert hat. Dementsprechend "warm" waren die Speisen.

Die Erwartungen waren nach der Beschreibung hoch, aber die Enttäuschung ist noch größer. Pommes wie aus dem Ofen und bei dem Crispyburger war das Brötchen größer als der Inhalt. Leider für den Preis, nicht wert es.

Grandios. Ich bin ein mal im Monat in Siegburg, aber den Umweg zu Bug Family Pizza nehme ich immer in Kauf. So was gutes gibt es bei uns nicht.

Sehr leckere Pizza! Man kann auch per PayPal Bezahlen und entspannt über die App bestellen. Hatte bisher 5 verschiedene Pizzen probiert und war mit allen sehr zufrieden.

Ich habe einige Pizza Lieferdienste in der Region ausprobiert und dieser hier gefällt der ganzen Familie am besten. Wir mögen gern - Die Burger - Die Wedges - Vegetarische Pizzen - Schinken Pizza Ein Tipp zum Geld sparen. 2 große Pizzen kosten bei Lieferando 22€. Selbst abholen nur 17€. Die Zubereitung dauert nur 10 bis 15 Minuten. Beim selbst abholen Bargeld nicht vergessen.

Qualität sowie der Umgang mit den Kunden ist Weltklasse 🫶

Am Anfang richtig lecker gewesen. Leider hat die Qualität in den letzten Jahren gelitten.

Lieferung des Cheeseburger ging Recht flott und dieser im Anschluss für einen Imbiss sehr gut geschmeckt. Daher nichts zu bemängeln. War allerdings nicht vor Ort. Also kann lediglich den Cheeseburger bewerten, der hat die 5 Sterne allerdings vollumfänglich verdient. Exzellent!

Ich habe heute bestellt und ich hatte noch nie eine so vor Fett triefende Pizza! Das beworbene Panini war nur ein Baguette , welches bei eintreffen komplett durchweicht war und eigentlich schon ungenießbar. 2 Sterne gibts nur, da die Pizzabrötchen gut waren.
