*Our Visit: A Disappointing Experience* Dear Sir/Madam, We would like to express our dissatisfaction with our visit to your restaurant today. There were four of us, and unfortunately, we were not greeted with the usual level of service. There was no hello, no smile, and no goodbye—just silence. We had to wait over 20 minutes before we could order our first drinks. The wait for our four burgers was over an hour, even though the kitchen prepared the food very well. However, what disappointed us most was the poor service. After we received and ate our food, we weren't even asked if everything was alright or if we needed anything else. It was as if we were invisible. We hope that you will take our criticism seriously and take steps to improve your service.

Today I spontaneously picked up food from BIG Burger House. The only thing I really regret is not having been there sooner. The service was super friendly and attentive – I was immediately offered a cappuccino for the perfectly acceptable 20-minute wait. We've rarely eaten such good burgers! You can taste the quality and the passion at the grill! We'll definitely be back!!

Big Burger House in Olpe is my absolute favorite when it comes to really good burgers. The smash burgers are beautifully crispy on the outside, super juicy on the inside, and incredibly flavorful. The portions are generous, everything is freshly prepared, and they're served quickly. The team is friendly, the place is clean and cozy – you can tell they cook with passion. If you're in Olpe and craving honest, really good burgers, you should definitely stop by!

Really cool place! 🍔 The service was super friendly, no one was stressed, everything was very relaxed. The burgers – simply delicious, juicy meat, fresh ingredients, and the bun was nice and soft but not soggy. 🍟 The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, just as they should be. The price-performance ratio is definitely good – you can tell they put a lot of love into their work. I'll definitely be back! 😋

Today I went to Big Burger House for the first time and ordered a smash burger called "The Big Smash" with two smash patties for myself and two other friends. I have to say, it's the best smash burger my friends and I have ever eaten. You bite into it, and the combination of the pickles, the sauce, the onions, and the meat is perfect. I'll definitely eat there more often in the future. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures because the burger was eaten too quickly.

Fresh ingredients, a perfectly cooked patty, and a bun that holds everything together without getting soggy. The homemade sauces are a dream! The sides were also crispy and delicious. The service was super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy. I'll definitely be back – you can't get much better than that for burgers!

We ate here in 2021, and it was excellent. Great service, large portions, and very good value for money 😃. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to repeat the experience yet, but we'd love to come back sometime. Edit July 12, 2025 | Four of us were here this evening, and it was truly delicious 😋👍. My friends were very impressed, and the service was once again really good. The table was wiped, proper cutlery was provided, the waitresses were prompt, and the burgers were an absolute delight for all of us. We'll be coming back more often now :)

Today, four of us went to BIG Burgerhouse. The food was delicious and we were able to sit outside in peace and quiet. The service was also very good, with reasonable prices for the food and drinks. We also ordered 2L bottles of Coke for the group and saved on drinks. I recommend it for groups. Overall, it's a very nice place to eat.

Ate there with my girlfriend today. The burgers were fantastic, the fries were really hot, and the coleslaw was amazing for me, a salad hater! I'll definitely be back, although I'll definitely skip breakfast beforehand because the burgers are so big 😅

We usually go there with about four people, but yesterday we were there with a large group. Our order was taken very quickly, and the food arrived promptly. We even received a welcome from the chef himself. We were always full – the value for money is simply fantastic! The service is always very friendly and customer-oriented. We would definitely like to come back again!

Unfortunately, our visit to Big Burger House was a disappointment. The bun and the meat tasted like frozen food – completely lacking in freshness. The fries were also simply inedible. The burger was practically drowned in sauce, so you could barely taste the rest of the ingredients. The portion size was okay, but that doesn't help much when the food is of such poor quality. Even though we were really hungry, we left most of it. Our stomachs weren't feeling well afterward either. How this place gets so many good reviews is honestly beyond me. Maybe we were just having a bad day, but for us, it definitely wasn't worth it. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend it.

The food was incredibly delicious, but we waited an unreasonable two hours for our food. Of course, I have to say it was a holiday and it was pretty busy, but two hours is pretty crazy. The staff were still very friendly and gave us drinks on the house while we waited. All in all, great food. I'd go back. :)
