Bierstube in Pirmasens

A very good hotel, extremely nice staff, very accommodating and friendly. Many rooms have carpeted floors and, for my taste, are more classic, rather rustic and not modern. But overall clean and tidy, workable. Great food and very tasty menu selection. The sauna area is smaller than we had imagined, but the smaller swimming pool is not very busy and is already open in the morning. Physical well-being is taken care of by offering drinks and nuts in the wellness area. Overall, a great price-performance ratio! Recommended!

Food was delivered cold, when I complained about it the lady on the phone became rude. Not recommended!

Had dinner here again today with my wife and was disappointed again. This was definitely the last time. For a price of €15 I expect a full plate and not a half empty one. Fried potatoes were well not fried potatoes, almost cold and swimming in oil. Our food was ready within 5 minutes, it couldn't have been freshly prepared. I imagine service to be different!
