I order food from the beer barrel almost every day and I have to say that I am very enthusiastic about it and always look forward to delicious food. The quality of the food is simply overwhelming and I am happy that the beer barrel is in Pirmasens

Ordered from work with colleagues. I was told on the phone that there shouldn't be bacon on salad or fried potatoes. After waiting for over an hour, the fried potatoes came with bacon and no salad. Unfortunately, the potatoes were fried so dark that I couldn't see the bacon straight away and ate it. But no one was really interested when I called again. The salad was delivered much later than I had already ordered somewhere else and was full. My colleagues were of the opinion that the beer keg would have been much better in the past. Their schnitzel sauces were sour and a lot of it was left behind. Unfortunately never again. That was really a failure.

Generous portions, tasty food at a fair to cheapest price (e.g. Monday xxl schnitzel day) Little insider tip. The only negative thing is if you want to rate it, if you pick it up depending on the time of day, you may have parking problems.

Incredibly delicious schnitzel! Bad atmosphere, dingy, difficult to reach by phone, only to be picked up, but a really delicious Viennese style schnitzel. For €8. The best thing to do is go there, order, wait and take it with you. If the ambience doesn't scare you, you'll have fun.

Manager not reachable, there are 3 numbers on the landline, no one answers, 1 cell phone number switched off, 2. nothing wrong

Answering machine says no one can answer the phone due to high workload. So either they will soon be millionaires and have an acute shortage of staff or what I think is more likely, they just don't feel like it.

Sehr schade, dass sie telefonisch nicht erreichbar sind. Haben mehrfach und über einen längeren Zeitraum versucht jm. zu erreichen ohne Erfolg.War leider schon öfter so.Schade, dass man scheinbar nichts verkaufen möchte. Das Essen war bisher immer sehr lecker und die Portionen sind sehr groß. Werden uns nun Alternativen suchen...

Große Portionen zum Superpreis und geschmacklich wirklich Klasse.

Essen ist geschmacklich ok und auch noch sehr günstig.

Schlechte Erreichbarkeit. Und wenn man endlich mal jemanden am Apparat hat und sich freut auf lecker Bierfässl Essen, dann sowas. Alles.. Nur nicht lecker. 😞 Die Soße Jäger-Rahm-Soße war sauer und es war nicht mal jemand erreichbar, um dies mitzuteilen. Kein Beilagensalat mehr dabei... Obwohl der immer das beste am Essen war. Ich war immer ein großer Fan von euch.. Sehr schade

Angerufen 2 Stunden warten und immer noch keine essen, mehr mals versucht anzurufen um nachzufragen geht aber keiner ans Telefon.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker & wir bestellen sehr gerne. ABER es waren auch schon manche Dinge nicht in Ordnung. - 3 Stunden auf das Essen warten - Essen teilweise vergessen/falsch - Telefonisch nicht erreichbar

Wahnsinnig gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, überaus freundliche Fahrer, und das zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. 5 Sterne sind zu wenig

Eigentlich haben wir gerne dort bestellt, aber seit Oktober nicht mehr. Wir haben lange warten müssen und als es ankam, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Ich hatte das Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Pommes und mein Sohn Spaghetti Bolognese. Die Pommes waren total weich und vom Geschmack her als würde da noch vieles andere in der Fritteuse landen. Man hat es wirklich raus geschmeckt. Die Bolognese war eher ein schlechter Auflauf. Auf dem Bild sieht man einen Käseklumpen sowie Spaghetti die zusammen kleben. Sowas hatte ich zuvor nie bei der Bolognese vom Bierfässl. Da hatte es jemand echt gut mit dem Käse gemeint. Das man es mit Käse überbackt, sollte man erwähnen, gerade weil das vorher nie der Fall war. Soviel Essen musste ich noch nie wegschmeißen. Sehr schade war es auch, dass meine Kritik in der Gruppe gelöscht wurde. Man wollte meine Kritik mit dem Team besprechen und sich noch einmal melden, leider geschah dies nie
