If you call the number provided (a cell phone number) to reserve a table, a nameless man answers and first asks which restaurant you'd like to reserve. When you explain your request, he says, "Oh, hmm, they're actually only open in the evenings." He says he'll "clarify" it and then call back—which he will never do. It's all very dubious.

The Pizza Mix Special with anchovies is very tasty. It was very loud in the dining area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We celebrated our wedding at Kaufmann's Restaurant in Gelnhausen, and I can only say it was an unforgettable experience! Booking the large banquet hall was extremely straightforward. The entire team was friendly and professional, which helped us a lot with the planning. We felt well-advised and supported from the very beginning. The service during our celebration was simply fantastic. The staff was attentive and ensured our guests were completely satisfied. The buffet was an absolute delight! The variety of different dishes was impressive, and everything was freshly and deliciously prepared. Our guests loved the food and were thrilled with the selection. Another highlight was the DJ, who livened up the evening with great music. It was wonderful to see everyone having fun on the dance floor, and the good vibe continued throughout the evening. Overall, it was a perfect evening, and I am so grateful that we were able to celebrate our wedding at Kaufmann's. A huge thank you to the team for the excellent service and the great atmosphere – we will always remember this day fondly!

Well... I've been there quite a few times. Last time, the food arrived in just under 15 minutes... that's strange, how can they cook six meals "fresh" so quickly? One drink (a Spritz) was flat and had to be replaced. The current exorbitant prices are outrageous!

Personal, authentic, unique in Gelnhausen. Highly recommended!
