In this case perfect location close to the consulate

We spent one night at the Best Western Premier IB Hotel Friedberger Warte in Frankfurt while passing through and were absolutely thrilled. The room was perfectly equipped: wonderfully comfortable, large beds, a minibar, safe, coffee maker, and all the amenities you could wish for – perfect comfort for a restful night. The reception was warm, professional, and attentive. A particularly positive aspect: when we had a small problem, we were helped immediately and without complications – exemplary service that inspires trust. We would especially like to emphasize the child-friendliness: There are play areas for little ones in the breakfast room and restaurant, and art supplies are available in the hotel. This way, children can be entertained while the adults relax and enjoy their stay. In the evening, we went to the apple wine bar in the historic Warte, which is co-operated by the hotel. A real insider tip: a special, atmospheric ambiance, pleasant clientele, delicious food, and delightfully fair prices. Highly recommended! The hotel's breakfast buffet was fantastic and truly left nothing to be desired – a huge selection, everything fresh and of the highest quality. Summary: An excellently run hotel with first-class service, comfortable rooms, child-friendly amenities, and excellent cuisine. Highly recommended – we would love to return.

We had breakfast at the Friedberger Warte restaurant today and were very pleased with the selection, which was continually replenished as needed. I would also like to particularly emphasize the very friendly and courteous staff. Everything was top-notch.

In August 2025, we stayed in an executive room. The extra room was nice as we had a baby bed for our newborn twins. The staff were friendly, especially the father-son team in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of selection. The only negative aspect is parking, which was 19€ and the garage is relatively small. There was no outside parking free when we arrived. We chose this hotel as it was close to the US Consulate and would definitely stay here again.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I just found the parking situation on-site a shame. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel, but it's expensive. That should be included in the overnight price.

Very friendly and polite staff. The food was delicious, truly tasty. The sauna area is also very appealing; the entire hotel is very clean and inviting, creating a relaxed atmosphere. We would be happy to come back. However, it would be nice if there were soap dispensers for shower gel and shampoo. This would help avoid plastic waste and promote environmental awareness.

I stayed in the hotel for a few days, the room was great and the hotel itself was very clean, the only thing that was annoying was the internet, it seemed to be relatively fast but despite having a full connection it kept dropping out.

Great service. Very warm check-in. We stayed at the hotel for one night. Good room size, coffee capsule machine in the room, free water—what more could you want? For stays of more than one night, intermediate cleaning is only available upon request—this is becoming more and more common. You don't need new towels every day at home either. Chapeau! Working together for the environment. Very extensive breakfast buffet, very attentive service, and even gluten-free rolls at no extra charge if you pre-order—thank you very much for that. Well-positioned digitally—with the option to check in online, receive the invoice by email, and even view the guest folder on your phone. A parking garage and a relatively large parking lot are also available (for a fee, but that's common in big cities). Highly recommended.

Clean room and good service, walking distance to the US embassy

We were completely satisfied with our stay. The room was excellent—modern, very clean, and really comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast: fresh, delicious, and with a good selection. I was there for a short trip. The hotel is very close to a tram stop. The ride to the center took 10 minutes. The hotel has paid parking and an underground garage. Finding a parking space outside is difficult. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's close to the BGU accident clinic, where I was scheduled to arrive the next morning at 6:30 a.m. I was able to get optimal rest and arrive on time for surgery. The room was large enough, but the bathroom could be bigger; if you're using crutches, you need a large shower with a shower aid. The price/performance ratio is good.

The standard room I booked was adequately sized and very clean. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff was very friendly. €30 for an early check-in, when there are available rooms, is a bit excessive.

I stayed at this hotel for a hospital visit and can recommend it overall. The location is convenient, as the hospital is only a short walk away. I particularly like the location opposite a quaint restaurant, perfect for dinner. The hotel itself is nice and very clean. The windows are well-insulated, so you hardly hear any traffic noise, which ensures a restful sleep. The mattresses are a bit too soft. The bathroom is spacious and very well-maintained. One small drawback is the parking situation: It's a bit difficult to find a parking space unless you're willing to pay more for a spot on the hotel grounds. Overall, the hotel is a good choice, especially if you value a convenient location and a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Frankfurt! The breakfast was varied and of high quality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the showers and rooms were spotlessly clean. The location was excellent, just a few steps from the bus and tram stops, making travel into the city centre easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

The beds are very high-quality, super comfortable, and the pillows are a great choice. Breakfast is excellent. We didn't use the wellness area. Parking is available, but apparently not free. Bus number 30 goes directly to the city center. We are very satisfied overall. Thank you very much!

Good 4 star hotel in the classic BestWestern style. There are different room categories. If you want lots of space and a balcony, you have to book the executive rooms. The hotel works together with the IB, so the employees should be valued separately for their services. The hotel is located directly on a busy street, which causes a corresponding level of noise. The rooms facing the inner courtyard are quieter. You don't get too much here. Free parking in the area is very difficult. Only with a lot of luck can you get one of the few public parking spaces. The remaining street parking is private. The hotel car park is operated by a parking space manager. The cost is 1 euro per 30 minutes, with a daily flat rate of 15 euros. Alternatively, the hotel's underground car park (19 euros). An Aldi is within walking distance.

My family and I stayed here for 3 days including breakfast, 2 rooms with a connecting door. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really very good, if you don't find anything here it's your own fault. We started the day full and satisfied every morning. The negative was the condition of the rooms. Unfortunately, they didn't meet our (admittedly quite high) standards. In the corners, behind the curtain and under the beds which in my opinion wasn't really cleaned. There was still hair stuck in the bathtub and the general condition of the furniture wasn't really great. However, the biggest drawback for us was the mattresses, which were too soft for our standards and therefore didn't offer a good night's sleep. But everyone likes it differently. Otherwise we had a nice stay. The location of the hotel is absolutely great, with both the connection to the motorway and the fast public connection to the city center. In the evening my wife and I had a cocktail at the in-house bar and we can highly recommend this too. What everyone who is in a bay there should definitely know: Parking spaces are chargeable both directly in front of the hotel and in the underground car park and are quite steep at €15 or €19 per day. Thank God we found a free parking space in front of the door, which was a huge stroke of luck as we discovered over the last few days.

The room was clean and well-kept, so we felt really comfortable there; Since we chose a room facing the “inner courtyard”, it was pleasantly quiet there at night even with the window open. A nice hotel and well located. You're on the highway in no time. From Südbahnhof with tram 18 it takes 24 minutes, then cross the street and you're there. I had an overnight seminar here. The service staff was super accommodating and attentive. I would definitely recommend it. Oh, in addition to parking spaces at the hotel, there are also underground parking spaces.

I booked a room for one person and was surprised at how spacious it was. The bathroom was very clean and equipped with barrier-free facilities, making it very suitable for wheelchair users. The room temperature was comfortable and there were free amenities. There was a fridge in the room and there was a supermarket and drugstore nearby - so very practical. For this price I am very satisfied with my stay.

Great hotel with a beautiful, very spacious room (we had the Executive room), excellent breakfast and parking under the hotel (€19 for 1 night) The room is fully equipped, but a number of adjustments could ensure that the room is completely up to date again. For example, a walk-in shower, more modern design/color scheme and the TV on a bracket on the wall. I was lucky to stay here two times. Each time we received a very kind welcome and were able to stay in comfortable, well-equipped rooms. The hotel restaurant is a little treasure. Great and substantial meals, with a show kitchen with excellent draft beers. It was a special surprise that the old, traditional German restaurant opposite also belongs to the hotel, where we can enjoy fantastic meals. And the breakfast is perfect. The selection is varied and plentiful. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for excellent and affordable accommodation in Frankfurt.

Eternal waiting time and on top of that you have to pay Euro 15.00 for the parking lot (which belongs to the hotel). With these room prices I expect something different.

I was in this great hotel with my grandchild Saturday to Sunday, we were completely thrilled and satisfied, the breakfast buffet was absolutely great, nothing more is possible. We will definitely come back.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. I can't say anything about the service as we were only there one night. The view is poor, there is nothing far and wide. We were there due to an early appointment at the embassy and that was very good. The embassy is directly opposite, only the entrance is a ten-minute walk away. The breakfast is varied, but too expensive at over twenty euros. The hotel is located outside the city, a train station is two minutes away and you can be in the center in ten to fifteen minutes. Parking at the hotel costs fifteen euros a day and is easily paid via a terminal.

Clean and well maintained. Easy to reach by tram. Unfortunately it's right on the main street and my room faced the street. Even with the window closed, it was very loud and the street noise could be clearly heard! I almost can't get an eye out here.

In this case, the perfect solution for me: a visit to the US consulate around the corner, late arrival and underground parking at a fair price. The staff are friendly, you are greeted sensibly, you don't use the same name, there is no gender bias in the information material and the breakfast was appropriate for the category.

Unfortunately there was hair in the bathroom and blood in the bed. Service was ok. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, but for an extra charge of €10 (early check in) it was suddenly ready.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights over the New Year 24/25 and had a very good experience. The location is not far from the city center (10 minutes by tram/bus to Konstablerwache). Bus and tram are on the doorstep. The room was big enough, facing the inner courtyard and extremely quiet! Breakfast buffet is of very good quality and the selection is varied. The house has a wellness area with several saunas, a large relaxation room and a very pleasant lounge area with a fireplace. The staff is very helpful and customer oriented. Very clean, friendly hotel. If you want to go to the BG accident clinic, it is easily accessible on foot. The check itself (which you don't have to do) was a new experience for me, as I was even able to program my own room card accordingly. But you need a little patience with the touchscreen until you have entered all the data there. I would have thought that if you booked via Booking COM, the data would be taken over. My room category was rather cheap, which was evident from the fact that I had a room facing the main street. There must be a fire station nearby, the soundproofing doesn't manage to muffle the fire engines passing by so that you can't hear them. If you are a fan of the fire brigade, police and rescue services, it is of course a spectacle when they drive past with flashing lights on the window when you want to sleep, that might be borderline. Would then recommend taking a room in the other direction.

What is particularly positive is the access to a large selection of online magazines, which make your stay even more pleasant. The hotel's location is another plus, especially for travelers with appointments at the US Embassy, ​​which is just a 10-minute walk away - perfect proximity. The bed impressed with its size and comfort, while the pillows could have been a little more comfortable. The cold floor of the room was a minor downside as slippers were not provided. One point of criticism is the cleaning: Unfortunately there was hair from the previous guest on the bed, which was disappointing. Breakfast, which is served from 6:30 a.m., is ideal for early risers. It offers a good selection and high quality food. Of particular note is the coffee machine, which delivers great coffee. However, the price of *25* € is a bit high, especially since fresh omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice are only available at an additional cost. (I made my reservation a week in advance) The hotel's wellness area is a real highlight. The sauna facility includes a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and an infrared sauna, all spacious and ideal for relaxation. The peace and privacy were exceptional - I was lucky enough to have sole use of the entire area, which made the experience unforgettable. Overall, the Best Western Premier IB Hotel Friedberger Warte offers a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. With minor improvements in cleanliness and additional comfort details, the hotel could become a truly top-class experience. However, the excellent location and excellent wellness options already make it a highly recommended choice.

One star for one main reason! All day long in the lobby they have Al Jazeera channel on big screen. We stayed there 3 weeks for business, an it was shocking to see how it was allowed by hotel admission. Al Jazeera is Qatari government propaganda channel that promotes terrorism and violence. Spreading fake news and misinformation. 24/7 Al Jazeera banned in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan because of the Qatar's government ties with terror organizations like Muslim brotherhood and funding of their activities. On the other hand all was nearly perfect. Sauna, gym, breakfast.

Great hotel, great service, gladly again

It was very good, as I am disabled the service was exceptional, my only problem was the mattress, the middle to top of the mattress was like a marshmallow, the end of mattress was hard enough to lie down and sleep, but I will gladly do it again Stay overnight here.

Unfortunately I have to revise my assessment. Unfortunately, the hotel is unable to issue an original invoice. Due to the system, only invoices with COPY as a note are available. Unfortunately, IT has taken over the management of the hotel.

So the location is great, if you want everything is within walking distance. The service team at the breakfast buffet is great. You can only be friendly when checking out. I was there as a truck driver with a truck. Since there are truck parking spaces only 4 km away, you should expect an extra 15 euros per day for a hotel parking space. (2 truck/bus spaces are available). Unfortunately I have to say that my room was very dusty, especially under the bed. The sink and bathtub worked like this. Tiles broken, wall damaged and the toilet, well, the seat was definitely not delivered that yellow.

Oh well. Nice hotel, right at the intersection. Unfortunately the staff doesn't seem to communicate with each other. Despite booking a late checkout several times for at least 10€/h (including the "do not disturb" sign), you are woken up promptly at 11:14 and shown out of the room. Of course you still have to pay, even if only 50%.

Great hotel, good breakfast, not far from the center, public transport at your doorstep

In total I stayed at the BW Hotel for 7 days including breakfast and took advantage of all the offers there, so I think I can give a small impression of the hotel and its offers. 1. Entrance to the underground car park is quite narrow and steeply downhill. The entrance could have been a little wider and a little sharper, but with care and consideration it works. 2. The elevator is modern and fast. 2 pieces available. 3. There is no room service that comes regularly, but must be ordered. But it works. 4. The rooms are good to very good. The bed is soft, could be a little harder. The pillow is very soft, which gave me trouble sleeping for a few days, but after 3 days I got used to it. But the cover made me sweat on warm days, which wasn't great. The Samsung TV is normal, nothing special. The minibar is empty, but can be filled upon request. The bathroom is ok. But no shower, but a tub in which you can shower, which is not contemporary in my opinion. Furniture is good. 5. Breakfast is the highlight. Always freshly prepared and a very high selection at an open buffet. 6. There is also a fitness room, which is a little sparsely staffed with 3 machines. An ergometer, a treadmill and a multifunctional system are enough to sweat, but a few more machines and more weights would have been better. 7. The sauna is very good. 2 pieces to choose from. 8. The service is friendly, competent and always ready. 9. There is a Thai restaurant within walking distance and a pizzeria a little further. 10. The prices for the rooms and breakfast are very good for Frankfurt standards. But the prices for lunch or dinner or something else are very expensive. Better to eat out. I would recommend it again and again without hesitation and would go there again myself.

Michael, I have spent the last 10 days at your Best Western. I had a wonderful stay! I want to point out 2 individuals that were very service oriented and displayed tremendous work ethic. That is Jan and Jill. They worked the restaurant and bar in the evenings. Those two were tremendous! Darren

Party noise until well after 1am! Sleep was out of the question. After complaining we were given another room. There were two of us at the reception, we had booked a double room, but the replacement room turned out to be a single room! Key card didn't work either. After a total of 45 minutes in the middle of the night, we had another double room, where the noise could still be heard, albeit a little quieter. Key card didn't work here either. Luckily we took all our things with us straight away, so we were saved from even more trouble. Still, not recommended, not again. Party events that last half the night are apparently preferred here over normal hotel guests who want to sleep at night.

We were able to spend a few days there. For breakfast There was always enough available, and I think there is something for everyone, unless you have a lactose intolerance, then dairy products are limited. It was always refilled quickly when something was empty. To the service There is nothing wrong here, quite the opposite. The service was always very committed and helpful. I have never experienced the staff being negative towards us or anyone else. To the room The furnishings look good and are perfect for staying overnight. Negative was: The shower head holder was broken. This kept slipping down. The first time straight to the head. The ventilation system in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in ages. This could be seen with the naked eye as dust and other buildup was clearly visible on the lid. When you remove the lid you can also see that the fleece underneath is torn. Which in turn may have caused mold to form on the silicone joints in the shower. Because there is no longer any ventilation in this bathroom without a window. That the cleaner doesn't notice this?
