Best Western Premier IB Hotel Friedberger Warte in Frankfurt am Main

I have spent only 1 night in this hotel. And they truly offer excellent service. The rooms are very clean and it is a pleasure to be in them. The breakfast buffet was extensive with many options and good quality.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and well-kept, so you immediately feel at home. The staff is extremely friendly, always greets you and makes small gestures to create a pleasant atmosphere - so you feel really welcome as a guest. I was particularly impressed by the food: it is not only delicious, but also rich, so there is something for every taste. Overall, a great stay - I'll definitely come back!

Was at a meeting at the BG Clinic, but the location was great. Great service, great rooms, outdoor parking could be a little cheaper.

A nice hotel and well located. You're on the highway in no time. From Südbahnhof with tram 18 it takes 24 minutes, then cross the street and you're there. I had an overnight seminar here. The service staff was super accommodating and attentive. I would definitely recommend it. Oh, in addition to parking spaces at the hotel, there are also underground parking spaces.

On weekends, breakfast isn't served until 7:30 a.m., not a minute earlier! Absolutely not modern. Since I'm traveling for business and have appointments, I skipped breakfast!

I booked a room for one person and was surprised at how spacious it was. The bathroom was very clean and equipped with barrier-free facilities, making it very suitable for wheelchair users. The room temperature was comfortable and there were free amenities. There was a fridge in the room and there was a supermarket and drugstore nearby - so very practical. For this price I am very satisfied with my stay.

Great hotel with a beautiful, very spacious room (we had the Executive room), excellent breakfast and parking under the hotel (€19 for 1 night) The room is fully equipped, but a number of adjustments could ensure that the room is completely up to date again. For example, a walk-in shower, more modern design/color scheme and the TV on a bracket on the wall. If, in addition to the above points, the gentleman at the breakfast buffet would be more interested in his work, this review would definitely deserve 5 stars

Nice and comfortable hotel, but if you arrive by car you must reserve a space in the garage.

I was lucky to stay here two times. Each time we received a very kind welcome and were able to stay in comfortable, well-equipped rooms. The hotel restaurant is a little treasure. Great and substantial meals, with a show kitchen with excellent draft beers. It was a special surprise that the old, traditional German restaurant opposite also belongs to the hotel, where we can enjoy fantastic meals. And the breakfast is perfect. The selection is varied and plentiful. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for excellent and affordable accommodation in Frankfurt.

Amazing friendly service. Rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. Has a small gym with nice equipment and large spa area with showers & saunas. Quick 10min walk to the US Embassy.

Eternal waiting time and on top of that you have to pay Euro 15.00 for the parking lot (which belongs to the hotel). With these room prices I expect something different.

A nice hotel. Reception, cellar clerks and other employees are always friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and rooms are in top condition and very clean. There is also a wellness area. The hotel is super centrally located and the price is unbeatable for such high quality. Highly recommended.

I was in this great hotel with my grandchild Saturday to Sunday, we were completely thrilled and satisfied, the breakfast buffet was absolutely great, nothing more is possible. We will definitely come back.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. I can't say anything about the service as we were only there one night. The view is poor, there is nothing far and wide. We were there due to an early appointment at the embassy and that was very good. The embassy is directly opposite, only the entrance is a ten-minute walk away. The breakfast is varied, but too expensive at over twenty euros. The hotel is located outside the city, a train station is two minutes away and you can be in the center in ten to fifteen minutes. Parking at the hotel costs fifteen euros a day and is easily paid via a terminal.

Clean and well maintained. Easy to reach by tram. Unfortunately it's right on the main street and my room faced the street. Even with the window closed, it was very loud and the street noise could be clearly heard! I almost can't get an eye out here.

I know it from friends and would love to spend a few days in this hotel!

The central location and proximity to nature are also a plus. There may be minor improvements in the wellness area or parking, but overall the hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Frankfurt. The breakfast was varied and consisted of high-quality food. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers and rooms were spotless. The location is excellent, being very close to bus and tram stops, which made it easy to reach the city center. We have no doubt that we’ll stay here again!

In this case, the perfect solution for me: a visit to the US consulate around the corner, late arrival and underground parking at a fair price. The staff are friendly, you are greeted sensibly, you don't use the same name, there is no gender bias in the information material and the breakfast was appropriate for the category.

Unfortunately there was hair in the bathroom and blood in the bed. Service was ok. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, but for an extra charge of €10 (early check in) it was suddenly ready.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights over the New Year 24/25 and had a very good experience. The location is not far from the city center (10 minutes by tram/bus to Konstablerwache). Bus and tram are on the doorstep. The room was big enough, facing the inner courtyard and extremely quiet! Breakfast buffet is of very good quality and the selection is varied. The house has a wellness area with several saunas, a large relaxation room and a very pleasant lounge area with a fireplace. The staff is very helpful and customer oriented. The price/performance ratio is very good. Thank you! We'd love to come back!

Very clean, friendly hotel. If you want to go to the BG accident clinic, it is easily accessible on foot. The check itself (which you don't have to do) was a new experience for me, as I was even able to program my own room card accordingly. But you need a little patience with the touchscreen until you have entered all the data there. I would have thought that if you booked via Booking COM, the data would be taken over. My room category was rather cheap, which was evident from the fact that I had a room facing the main street. There must be a fire station nearby, the soundproofing doesn't manage to muffle the fire engines passing by so that you can't hear them. If you are a fan of the fire brigade, police and rescue services, it is of course a spectacle when they drive past with flashing lights on the window when you want to sleep, that might be borderline. Would then recommend taking a room in the other direction.

Upon arrival I was surprised with a free upgrade: a room with a balcony and a practical coffee station. The room itself was spacious, stylishly furnished and pleasantly quiet. What is particularly positive is the access to a large selection of online magazines, which make your stay even more pleasant. The hotel's location is another plus, especially for travelers with appointments at the US Embassy, ​​which is just a 10-minute walk away - perfect proximity. The bed impressed with its size and comfort, while the pillows could have been a little more comfortable. The cold floor of the room was a minor downside as slippers were not provided. One point of criticism is the cleaning: Unfortunately there was hair from the previous guest on the bed, which was disappointing. Breakfast, which is served from 6:30 a.m., is ideal for early risers. It offers a good selection and high quality food. Of particular note is the coffee machine, which delivers great coffee. However, the price of *25* € is a bit high, especially since fresh omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice are only available at an additional cost. (I made my reservation a week in advance) The hotel's wellness area is a real highlight. The sauna facility includes a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and an infrared sauna, all spacious and ideal for relaxation. The offer is supplemented by showers, leg showers and a separate relaxation area. The peace and privacy were exceptional - I was lucky enough to have sole use of the entire area, which made the experience unforgettable. Although the massage area was unoccupied, the excellent facilities and peaceful atmosphere more than made up for it. Overall, the Best Western Premier IB Hotel Friedberger Warte offers a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. With minor improvements in cleanliness and additional comfort details, the hotel could become a truly top-class experience. However, the excellent location and excellent wellness options already make it a highly recommended choice.

One star for one main reason! All day long in the lobby they have Al Jazeera channel on big screen. We stayed there 3 weeks for business, an it was shocking to see how it was allowed by hotel admission. Al Jazeera is Qatari government propaganda channel that promotes terrorism and violence. Spreading fake news and misinformation. 24/7 Al Jazeera banned in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan because of the Qatar's government ties with terror organizations like Muslim brotherhood and funding of their activities. On the other hand all was nearly perfect. Sauna, gym, breakfast.

Great hotel, great service, gladly again

It was very good, as I am disabled the service was exceptional, my only problem was the mattress, the middle to top of the mattress was like a marshmallow, the end of mattress was hard enough to lie down and sleep, but I will gladly do it again Stay overnight here.

Good hotel for business trips. Central location.

Unfortunately I have to revise my assessment. Unfortunately, the hotel is unable to issue an original invoice. Due to the system, only invoices with COPY as a note are available. Unfortunately, IT has taken over the management of the hotel.

So the location is great, if you want everything is within walking distance. The service team at the breakfast buffet is great. You can only be friendly when checking out. I was there as a truck driver with a truck. Since there are truck parking spaces only 4 km away, you should expect an extra 15 euros per day for a hotel parking space. (2 truck/bus spaces are available). Unfortunately I have to say that my room was very dusty, especially under the bed. The sink and bathtub worked like this. Tiles broken, wall damaged and the toilet, well, the seat was definitely not delivered that yellow.

Oh well. Nice hotel, right at the intersection. Unfortunately the staff doesn't seem to communicate with each other. Despite booking a late checkout several times for at least 10€/h (including the "do not disturb" sign), you are woken up promptly at 11:14 and shown out of the room. Of course you still have to pay, even if only 50%.

Great hotel, good breakfast, not far from the center, public transport at your doorstep

In total I stayed at the BW Hotel for 7 days including breakfast and took advantage of all the offers there, so I think I can give a small impression of the hotel and its offers. 1. Entrance to the underground car park is quite narrow and steeply downhill. The entrance could have been a little wider and a little sharper, but with care and consideration it works. 2. The elevator is modern and fast. 2 pieces available. 3. There is no room service that comes regularly, but must be ordered. But it works. 4. The rooms are good to very good. The bed is soft, could be a little harder. The pillow is very soft, which gave me trouble sleeping for a few days, but after 3 days I got used to it. But the cover made me sweat on warm days, which wasn't great. The Samsung TV is normal, nothing special. The minibar is empty, but can be filled upon request. The bathroom is ok. But no shower, but a tub in which you can shower, which is not contemporary in my opinion. Furniture is good. 5. Breakfast is the highlight. Always freshly prepared and a very high selection at an open buffet. 6. There is also a fitness room, which is a little sparsely staffed with 3 machines. An ergometer, a treadmill and a multifunctional system are enough to sweat, but a few more machines and more weights would have been better. 7. The sauna is very good. 2 pieces to choose from. 8. The service is friendly, competent and always ready. 9. There is a Thai restaurant within walking distance and a pizzeria a little further. 10. The prices for the rooms and breakfast are very good for Frankfurt standards. But the prices for lunch or dinner or something else are very expensive. Better to eat out. I would recommend it again and again without hesitation and would go there again myself.

Michael, I have spent the last 10 days at your Best Western. I had a wonderful stay! I want to point out 2 individuals that were very service oriented and displayed tremendous work ethic. That is Jan and Jill. They worked the restaurant and bar in the evenings. Those two were tremendous! Darren

Party noise until well after 1am! Sleep was out of the question. After complaining we were given another room. There were two of us at the reception, we had booked a double room, but the replacement room turned out to be a single room! Key card didn't work either. After a total of 45 minutes in the middle of the night, we had another double room, where the noise could still be heard, albeit a little quieter. Key card didn't work here either. Luckily we took all our things with us straight away, so we were saved from even more trouble. Still, not recommended, not again. Party events that last half the night are apparently preferred here over normal hotel guests who want to sleep at night.

We were able to spend a few days there. For breakfast There was always enough available, and I think there is something for everyone, unless you have a lactose intolerance, then dairy products are limited. It was always refilled quickly when something was empty. To the service There is nothing wrong here, quite the opposite. The service was always very committed and helpful. I have never experienced the staff being negative towards us or anyone else. To the room The furnishings look good and are perfect for staying overnight. Negative was: The shower head holder was broken. This kept slipping down. The first time straight to the head. The ventilation system in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in ages. This could be seen with the naked eye as dust and other buildup was clearly visible on the lid. When you remove the lid you can also see that the fleece underneath is torn. Which in turn may have caused mold to form on the silicone joints in the shower. Because there is no longer any ventilation in this bathroom without a window. That the cleaner doesn't notice this?

Perfect hotel for a short break in Frankfurt.  ÖVP connection is approx. 200 m away. After 7 stops with tram number 18 you are in the center Although the hotel is right on the main street. Our room was in a quiet location facing the motorway. The room furnishings are a bit older, but clean and in no way shabby. The air conditioning works very well.  Even when the outside temperature was 33 degrees, we had a cool room. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient. Little information for the cleaning staff: Please also clean the windowsill otherwise everything was perfect. We can definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We stayed there as a couple in a 2-bed room. We felt comfortable and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there was dust on the counters in the room. Especially in the area where you could make coffee or tea. The breakfast buffet was rich. I found the glasses for the orange juice to be too small at 100 ml. There was no yoghurt in the cereal corner. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel. Been there 3 times within a year so far. The rooms with a balcony/terrace are great, the standard rooms at the same price = very good standard. Water 0.5 liters and some café tabs in the room for free. Working refrigerators in the rooms (empty) but cool well. Great service, underground parking for an additional charge.. Top location, tram and bus stop 150 m away.. Connection directly into the city center to the Konstablerwache... Opposite Friedberger Warte, restaurant with delicious cuisine and Frankfurt specialties

Beautiful and modern hotel, with gym and sauna, and a buffet breakfast with a little bit of everything. Little bit far from the city center thought, and the gym is sooooo small.

A wonderful hotel, the place in general is quiet, the size of the rooms is reasonable, the furniture is clean and excellent, bathroom utensils are available, the breakfast is normal and not varied, and the brother Osama from Morocco at the reception has wonderful treatment and excellent manners.

Breakfast included but two fried eggs cost €3, really ridiculous! And fitness studio means small room with a bike, a treadmill and a multi-machine. Overall it's ok to stay overnight but why offer such a presentation! Then just leave it! And yes there are scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. That's why it's difficult to understand why the cook makes the scrambled eggs but then you want to increase the average contribution for breakfast for the fried eggs. I don't feel comfortable with such business practices these days. And even if you let yourself be lured under the in-house gym when booking, it has nothing to do with offering “at least” something. But these are also business decisions that you make and have to accept as you write. That's why it's important to me to express my opinion and everyone decides for themselves whether the price-performance ratio corresponds to their expectations. I was dazzled by your performance or had different expectations.

Absolute useless staff. Paid upon arrival but paid too much. Said the woud take care of it when we checked out. After some days emailing they come up with now it has been too long and they keep my money.. Not worth while visiting and trust in their service and operation is far from anything you want to support. Not recommendable

We had two relaxing days in the very pleasant hotel. All employees were in a good mood and helpful where necessary. The room was spacious, modernly furnished to a high standard and spotlessly clean.

Room service, only by advance order, not acceptable for this price. This also means that missing toilet paper or facial tissues are not replenished. Room cleaning must be ordered. Przytulny hotel blisko ambasady USA, idealne miejsce na nocleg kiedy masz coś do załatwienia właśnie w tym miejscu. Jest nieścisłość w opisie pokoi na stronie www - jest napisane, że jest mini bar, a po otwarciu lodówki w pokoju jest karteczka, że zapraszają do baru na parterze. Acha - dziwna sytuacja z telewizorem - odbierał tylko jeden kanał, na pozostałych był tylko dźwięk bez obrazu. Co więcej- w pewnym momencie tv się zawiesił i musiałem wtyczkę zasilania odłączyć bo nie reagował na pilota. Garaż podziemny 19 €, ale w zamian za członkostwo w programie Best Western jest za darmo i z takiej opcji skorzystałem.

Жили три дня.В номере ге разу не убирали. Бар работеет как хочет персонал. Приехали в субботу в 22-10 не обслужили в баре. Мы туристы , в Германии пиво номер один из рпзвлечений. Паркинг 23 евро в холодном подвале , воду для проживающих наливают из под крана в бутылки и ставят а номер. На пять звёзд только огромная тележка.

Ich wollte das Hotel aufgrund der Location echt mögen. Aber das erste negative Ereignis startet mit dem Check-in. Der ist früher möglich, ja - aber nur mit einem Aufpreis von 10€ pro Stunde. Im Zimmer erwarten uns zwei Einzelbetten statt einem Doppelbett. Ohne vorherige Nachfrage. Konnten wir aber zusammenschieben. Die Betten selbst waren für uns auch sehr bequem - wer es nicht weich mag, hat hier vielleicht Probleme. Die Lage war echt gut, die Zimmer sehr sauber.. Am Abend in der Lobby waren wir von den Softdrink Preisen von 7,80€ für 0,4L echt überrascht. Frühstück war lecker aber eine Stunde vor Ende leider schon viel vergriffen und nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Die größte Enttäuschung war der Service am Morgen. Leider hatte ich meine Zahnbürste vergessen und mir wurde nach Abgabe meiner Zimmernummer zugesagt ich würde um 9uhr etwa eine Zahnbürste vom Housekeeping erhalten. Nicht passiert. Ich habe dann das Housekeeping danach noch 2 mal angesprochen und bis zum checkout um 11 Uhr trotz Zusage keine Zahnbürste erhalten. Leute, das sind echt BASICS. Das muss funktionieren. Alles in allem also irgendwie unzufriedenstellend und von den in den Kommentaren stehenden „Mitarbeiterschulungen“ zum Thema Kundenzufriedenheit sicherlich nichts passiert. Hier hat Profit definitiv eine höhere Priorität als die Kundenzufriedenheit.

Also bis jetzt muss ich sagen das ich schon mal sehr sehr sehr unzufrieden bin. Morgen reise ich wieder ab und sollte sich das Blatt hier wenden werde ich meine Rezension definitiv korrigieren. Wäre ja unfair wenn nicht. Warum bin ich bis jetzt unzufrieden? Ganz einfach : Bei der Buchung wurde mir telefonisch gesagt das ich ca eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft anrufen soll dann würden sie auf meinem wusch die Sauna einschalten. Was der Grund für die Buchung in diesem hotel war. Gesagt getan. Eine halbe Stunde vorher angerufen. Sehr nett am Telefon...Ja wird gemacht .... Angekommen und auch nochmal hinterfragt ob die Sauna nutzbar ist. Da wurde gesagt nein warum? Die wird erst ab 16 Uhr eingeschaltet. Was komplett dem widerspricht was bei der Buchung oder auch vor einer halben Stunde besprochen wurde. Desweiteren wollte ich gegen Endgeld mein Zimmer auch wie besprochen früher beziehen, was jetzt auch nicht möglich ist. Jetzt sitze ich in der Lobby und verfasse die Rezension. Ich hoffe der weitere aufenthalt wird besser oder bzw wie geplant. Bis jetzt hätte ich auch ein deutlich günstigeres hotel nähe des Flughafen buchen können. Fortsetzung folgt...... So nun wie versprochen bearbeite ich meine Rezension... Als ich meine Rezension abgeschickt habe ist ca 5 Minuten später eine nette Mitarbeiterin des hotels auf mich zubekommen und meinte das wir nun einchecken können, und sie meine Rezension gelesen hat. ( Das ging ja schnell ) Sie hatte mir erzählt das sich das ja alles um ein Versehen handelte. (Der Klassiker wenn was nicht klappt ) Man hätte die Wochentage wohl verwechselt. Naja. Auf jeden Fall war die Sauna dann auch betriebsbereit und alles in allem sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Nur leider gab es keinen Orangensaft was eigentlich zum Frühstück dazugehört. Zimmer waren auch in Ordnung.
