When I went to eat my kebab, I noticed that the tomatoes and the rest of the salad were very dried out and didn't have the real flavor it usually does. The manager and the employees should really know that it's important that all the ingredients that go into a kebab are refrigerated. Even for this poor sale and the kebab I received, and for the disregard of temperatures for sauces, etc., that are appropriate in a kebab, the kebab shop name "Best-Kebap-Haus" doesn't fit at all! I don't recommend such an irresponsible snack to anyone. At Ali-Baba and Topkapi, I had the best experience with kebabs in Bochum city center, and I recommend everyone to eat at one of the two kebab shops mentioned there.
