That's why we deducted one star for service. The room isn't very big, but they've set it up nicely. The prices are a bit steep in places.

The value for money is excellent, and the staff is friendly, funny, and quick. One small request: Unfortunately, people often smoke right outside the door, which sometimes makes the seating area smell quite smoky. A little more distance from the door would be great – then it would be absolutely perfect! Still: Absolutely recommend it – the kebab here tastes the way it should!

I've also had salami pizza from here, and I have to say, it wasn't bad at all. The quantity is also unbeatable. All of the items we ordered were so plentiful that we were truly full. The lahmacun also contains plenty of doner meat. You'll be more than satisfied! The service is very good! I actually really enjoy eating there. But there is a very young man who behaves very unfriendly towards customers. Friendliness is part of a meal, no matter where, for your well-being. Unfortunately, things are getting worse here. I was told that it was the end of the day and that no more kebabs would be made. But the customer after me had his order taken because it was visibly a friend. Nobody can explain why something like this is done... it's a real shame, I would have liked to have given more stars.

Before we even said anything, the boss noticed the mistake and had a freshly prepared Lamacun straight away. He simply gave us the kebab that he had made incorrectly, free of charge - absolutely not a given and really super nice! The food was delicious, the portions were large, and the service was simply great. Customer friendliness is really lived here – I’ll definitely be back!

I was a regular customer for a long time, but unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. The meat was dry and the sauces had little flavor. The staff seemed stressed and not attentive. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

I wanted to eat a classic kebab shortly before work. Unfortunately, that was very disappointing...the meat tasted like it had been warmed in the microwave. The kebab was also very spicy even though I only had herb sauce. After that I didn't feel particularly well. I won't go to this kebab shop again!! Very disappointing.

Staff overwhelmed, had to look at the menu to see what was ordered. Ordered gratinated kebab meat without fries according to menu number 14. But I got number 15. Since I don't eat any carbohydrates, very bad. My friend wasn't asked which vegetables she wanted on her plate. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. Other customers were given priority and served more quickly.

Der Laden lud ein Döner zu bestellen was ich tat ich hatte zu Beginn Angst, da der Döner zu spät kam aber da es nur 2 Minuten Verspätung waren gab es sogar 2 Getränke kostenlos. Der Döner war sehr lecker, das Fleisch saftig und die Cocktailsoße mal eine frische Abwechslung zu den sonst üblichen Soßen in Dönerläden. Das Gemüse war frisch und knackig, genauso wie das Brot. Nach nicht einmal 5 Minuten hatte ich meinen Döner in der Hand und konnte anfangen ihn zu genießen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und offen.
